Many celebs were in attendance, namely Paul McCartney, Sammy Hagar, Jelly Roll, Shania Twain, Melissa Etheridge, Robert Kraft, and Jim Gaffigan.

All of them got to kick back and enjoy the Jersey boys playing one of Jon's most memorable tunes, "Who Says You Can't Go Home."

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ ... Jon first introduced the person he called his "mentor" and "hero" before Bruce walked out on stage with an electric guitar. After Bruce hugged Jon, the rockers went straight into the song, dazzling the audience.

Other footage shows comedian Jim Gaffigan dressed as a 1980s version of Jon with a huge head of hair. Jim gave Jon a light-hearted roast, making everyone crack up.

Then Jon, Sammy, Shania, and others hit the stage to sing a rendition of Bon Jovi's "Livin' On A Prayer."

JIMI HENDRIX ICONIC HEADBAND HITS AUCTION BLOCK

Published

As far as headbands go, Jimi Hendrix's one isn't just a piece of fabric, it's a massive chapter of pop culture history ... and bidders are now shelling out some serious $$$ to get their hands on it.

Heritage Auctions has listed the piece of clothing memorabilia that Jimi wore to a slate of legendary performances in the sixties ... and so far the bidding war's pushed the price tag to $13,500 -- and it's estimated to fetch up to $40,000.

Jimi's legendary red, blue, and white headgear graced the stage during 7 of his packed-out performances ... starting from Fillmore East, NYC, in 1969 to Memphis, TN, in 1970.

And, if that ain't enough to lure bidders ... there's an extra layer of value woven into this particular headband.

He wore it for his live performance of "Machine Gun" on New Year's Day 1970 ... you know, the one famously declared "the most brilliant, emotional display of virtuoso electric guitar playing I have ever heard" by concert promoter Bill Graham.

In fact, last year, Rolling Stones dubbed him the greatest guitarist of all time because of that very performance.

Securing a piece of Jimi's signature stage style ain't exactly budget-friendly ... but you have a few more weeks to break open the piggy bank before bidding ends!

Bad Bunny Thirst Traps From the Bathtub ... Check Out My Bubble Bush

Published | Updated

Bad Bunny's sexual energy is bubbling over ... as in, he's sharing nude thirst traps from his bubble bath ... with a (soapy) crotch shot!!!

The Latin rapper/pop star just posted a series of tasteful nudes on his Instagram ... and he's kinda showing off the goods, although there's bubbles blocking what's between his legs.

Bad Bunny snuck a crotch shot into his IG post ... it's a few slides into the carousel, but you can see his bare and tattooed legs sticking out of the water, with bubbles the only thing between his penis and the camera.

The "MONACO" singer's not being the least bit shy here ... so take a gander. It's not all about his junk ... he's also sharing shirtless snaps from the tub.

Bad Bunny's no stranger to nude thirst traps ... back in August, he kinda did the same thing with some vacation photos ... including one where he showed off his extremely bushy pubic hair. No shame to his game, it seems ... dude just lets it all hang out.

grave_injustice_kal
TMZ INVESTIGATES

Looks like Bad Bunny's still letting the hedges run wild ... his pubes are peeking out from the edge of the bubbles, BTW ... but that's about all we're seeing in terms of his manhood.

Folks in the comments are thirsty for more ... daring him to whip it out.

It's interesting that he's posting this in light of his recent apparent rekindling with Kendall Jenner. Bad Bunny was dating her the last time he posted nudes ... but they've since broken up, and this certainly feels more like an "I'm single" post.

They don't call him Bad Bunny for nothing ... he just might need to work in a "Bubble" in there somewhere to bring it home.

TikTok Artist Mareux UMG/TikTok Beef Hurts Small Artists ... Looks Greedy To Me!!!

Published

Universal Music Group wiping their songs from TikTok is going to hurt the label's smaller artists the most ... so says a musician who saw the app elevate his own artistic brand.

Mareux had his 2015 cover of The Cure's "The Perfect Girl" go viral in 2021 and it vaulted him to a Coachella performance ... an astronomical leap he feels will go away amid the UMG/TikTok dispute.

Mareux tells TMZ ... UMG saying they're pulling songs from TikTok to help artists financially is shady ... he says if UMG really cared about their artists they would beef up their contracts, not destroy their limitless opportunities on TikTok.

The way Mareux sees it ... artists getting their music integrated into TikTok posts is a great marketing tool. He says the exposure generated on TikTok can literally change an artist's career, like it did for him.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

Mareux says UMG is just being plain greedy here ... and he feels bad for the lesser-known artists who were relying on TikTok to market their music ... telling us they've got to be feeling super stressed.

TMZ INVESTIGATES

UMG has a huge roster ... Taylor Swift, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Bad Bunny, Ice Spice, Rosalía ... and Mareux explains how the established acts are going to be impacted too.

Mareux's a great example of what TikTok can do for a relatively unknown musician ... his 'Perfect Girl' cover was kinda floating in the abyss for 6 years until it went viral on TikTok ... and he says he wouldn't have a career now without the app.

It's interesting ... Mareux says artists aren't making a lot of money directly from TikTok, but the exposure generated helps them make their money in different ways ... and he thinks the UMG strike will put an end to that cash flow.

DEMI LOVATO SINGING 'HEART ATTACK' AT AHA EVENT ... Encouraged by Org

Published | Updated

Demi Lovato sang a song of hers that certainly might've seemed inappropriate at an event all about heart health -- but as it turns out ... that's not how it was received in the room.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Demi singing her track "Heart Attack" earlier this week at the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection concert might be getting roasted online ... but it was the exact opposite from folks there in the moment.

We're told the AHA fully backed Demi's decision to belt out this tune -- in fact, they encouraged her to sing the song -- which you can see in the clip making the rounds.

As for why our Demi sources feel like it wasn't offensive or out of touch -- as many on X have suggested -- we're told it's because Demi has reclaimed this song and its meaning ... especially in light of her own health scare following an overdose in 2018.

In the wake of that, Demi has sung this song with new significance behind it ... and it's that same sentiment that was carried over in her performance Wednesday -- one that our sources tell us got rave reviews in the moment from those in the room.

TMZ INVESTIGATES

We're told Demi also acknowledged her connection to the song ahead of the performance ... telling the audience: "[T]his song has many parallels for me, my journey and a reminder for all of us in the room just how strong the mind-heart-body connection truly is."

Anyhoo, this should hopefully clarify any confusion from those who were scratching their head about the song choice ... not only was it the right song, but her heart was in the right place.

Haters never skip a beat to jump on the hate bandwagon ... but they can get off here.

WISHING ALL ARTISTS THE BEST

CeeLo Green wants to see TikTok and Universal Music Group work things out after a nasty split earlier this week ... but thinks if artists are getting screwed over, then the divorce should stay in place!!!

We got the Goodie Mob rapper's thoughts on the explosive TikTok/UMG divorce at LAX on Friday ... CeeLo's been partnered with UMG for years and tells us he's totally a team player, but wants to see artists on ALL labels get their just due.

UMG's roster spirals across multi-subsidiaries ... music from Taylor Swift, Drake, The Weeknd, Ice Spice, Olivia Rodrigo, and of course, CeeLo have been pulled from the social media tycoon ... and fans are having a field day poking fun at the void it's left on the app.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

CG didn't have much advice for the signed artists whose music is still on TikTok ... sounds like that territory is up for the taking.

He's advocating for a fair deal for all parties ... a wish still un-granted going into 2024 Grammy weekend.

Universal accused TikTok of skating around the current market share for royalties -- which TikTok claimed was elaborate language for being greedy.

For now, nobody wins.

Darius Rucker Cops Claim He Had Multiple Drugs ... Marijuana, Psilocin Pills

Published | Updated

Darius Rucker allegedly had multiple substances when cops say they busted him for drug possession in Tennessee ... TMZ has learned.

As it turns out that stop happened almost a year ago, but Darius just turned himself in to cops on Thursday.

According to the arrest affidavit, obtained by TMZ ... Franklin police officers say they pulled the Hootie & the Blowfish frontman over -- on Feb. 19, 2023 -- because they noticed the tags on his cars appeared to be expired, a fact they say they confirmed with their in-car computer.

Officers claim they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, then asked Rucker about whether he'd smoked that evening to which they say he promptly replied "no" -- though he allegedly said he may have smoked in it the day prior.

The cops searched the car and say they discovered what they suspected was a THC pen along with 14 unmarked purple pills -- items police allege Rucker said were given to him by his GF, Summer.

One of the officers then says he informed DR he'd pat him down ... and Darius then allegedly handed him a small marijuana blunt from his pocket before the search got underway.

The police claim they later tested the 14 pills and identified them as psilocin ... a schedule I controlled substance similar to psilocybin or magic mushrooms.

Officers released him from the scene without charges, pending identification of those pills. According to the docs, a warrant was issued for his arrest in December 2023.

Taylor Swift Played Sandy in Kid Version of 'Grease' Cute New Pics Revealed!!!

Published | Updated

Taylor Swift has had performing in her blood for a long, long time -- evident in the fact that she once played Sandy in a kid-version of "Grease" ... and the photos are adorable.

Actor/comedian Tobin Mitnick threw up some photos he has in his possession that show him acting alongside Tay Tay in a children's version of the famed musical/film -- and TM seems to be playing Danny Zuko, whereas Taylor is playing Olivia Newton John's character.

There's 3 pics total, and it looks like Tobin/Tay were good pals during this production way back in the day -- it also seems like they were giving their all, in rehearsal or otherwise.

Tobin writes, "Thank you mom for digging these pics of @taylorswift and I harmonizing like buttah on summer nights twenty five years ago out of storage. Also trav the note is an f-sharp if youre interested. June 2000."

Of course, everyone saw these and is losing their minds over the fact that Taylor as a child is cute as hell -- not to mention the fact that this low-key telegraphed her future ... obviously, she went on to become one of the biggest pop stars ever.

Funny enough, Tobin seems to have alluded to this play last year -- and he says it didn't get nearly as much attention at the time. Welp, if he didn't have pics back then, that's probably why.

Anyway, it's cool stuff -- but the obvious question with this is ... who has the video???

Seeing how this "Grease" play went down in the early aughts, ya gotta figure one of the parents from back then had their giant camcorder out and was rolling from inside an auditorium somewhere.

Taylor has actually addressed the fact she was in "Grease" as a kiddo -- not to mention other musicals/plays -- and now ... here's the proof! Based on what we can see, she was a natural and then some.

The late ONJ probably would've been proud to see the great Taylor Swift doing her best Sandy. Lots of good songs for her to belt out, and we're sure she absolutely crushed.

As it turns out, she was the one everyone wanted!

Mariah Carey Dresses In Hot Lingerie For L.A. Awards Show

Mariah Carey practically gave everyone a peek at her most private of parts Thursday, showing off her covered-up crotch as she posed for photos at an L.A. music event.

Still, the superstar looked stunning in her sexy ensemble, accentuating her breasts, banging bod and toned legs.

Mariah was clearly proud of her appearance, allowing the paparazzi to snap a multitude of shots highlighting her smokin' hot hourglass figure.

Darius Rucker Ex-GF Kate Quigley Roasts Him Over Drug Arrest ... You're A Douchebag!!!

Published | Updated

Darius Rucker's ex Kate Quigley is rubbing his nose in his Tennessee arrest for drug possession ... calling it "karma" and him a "d-bag."

The comedian posted a message on the social media app X hours after Rucker was booked into the Williamson County jail for three misdemeanor offenses Thursday and his mugshot spread across the national media.

Quigley wrote,  "Yes. I’ve heard. All I can say is Karma."

But Quigley wasn't done. About an hour later, she twisted the knife in his back, sharing a photo of herself smiling in a bikini with a snarky caption, "Mood when u hear your d-bag ex got arrested. #Karma."

As we first reported ... Rucker was busted for simple possession/casual exchange of a controlled substance and violation of the state’s vehicle registration law.

He was released from jail after posting a $10,500 bond. Police have not released details on the case. His lawyer, Mark Puryear, told TMZ ... Rucker is fully cooperating with the investigation.

As for Rucker and Quigley, their relationship ended in the toilet.

You may recall, Quigley survived an accidental overdose after allegedly using cocaine laced with fentanyl in September 2021. Three other comedians with her also overdosed, but died.

At the time, Rucker -- the lead singer of Hootie & the Blowfish -- issued a statement to TMZ, saying he had not dated Quigley for a while after they first hooked up the year before.

Quigley later posted two messages on X, telling Rucker not to publicly comment on her well-being and shaming him for not reaching out to see how she was doing.

She also admitted Rucker's statement "stung" and joked that he was probably creating a song called, "Let Her Die," referring to the Hootie & the Blowfish tune by a similar title, "Let Her Cry."

RICKEY THOMPSON UMG/TIKTOK MUSIC Dispute IS SAD ... Dance On Your Own Now!!!

Published | Updated

It's happening ... huge hitmakers are being wiped from TikTok after the app failed to reach a deal with UMG -- something Rickey Thompson calls a game-changer, and a bummer.

We chatted with the social media star Wednesday in Bev Hills, and he told us the unfortunate development creates a massive dent in TikTok content ... 'cause the platform's best known for turning average folks into overnight stars with viral clips of them dancing to music from Taylor Swift, Drake and more.

As one of the most popular apps in the world, Ricky also acknowledges TikTok's a place many users go to discover their fave artist's new music -- so losing that is disappointing for fans and musicians alike.

The most positive spin on this upheaval is newer artists won't have to compete with established superstars to get their music out there -- but Rickey isn't entirely convinced that'll be the case.

grave_injustice_kal
TMZ INVESTIGATES

On a positive note, he tells us the decision won't completely ruin the app ... it'll just limit what videos people can create without using music. So, for those who enjoy a little boogie on TikTok, he advises them to just do it on their own time.

For a quick rundown: Universal Music Group is yanking its artists' music off the platform after a tense standoff ... saying TT needed to pay more cash to license the tunes.

For its part, TikTok's accusing UMG of spinning a "false narrative" and says it has healthy 'artist-first' agreements with every other label and publisher.

Matters were clearly never resolved -- but Rickey says the whole thing doesn't actually affect him ... cause he's just there to make people laugh. No music needed!

Bruce Springsteen Mother Adele Dead at 98

Published

Bruce Springsteen's mother Adele has died ... this according to Springsteen himself.

The 74-year-old singer-songwriter announced the news Thursday in a heartfelt Instagram post ... saying his mother passed away Wednesday and sharing some lyrics from his song "The Wish."

The lyrics talk about Mother's Day and the memory of listening to his mother get ready for work in the morning ... perfectly complimenting a short video of the pair dancing to big band music on the porch of a large estate.

The pair twist and dance around before Mama Springsteen plants a sweet kiss on her son's cheek in the clip, bopping to Glenn Miller's "In The Mood."

Dancing was the main reason so many Springsteen fans knew Adele ... fans spotted her dancing at her son's shows constantly -- a fun pastime she engaged in since the early '90s according to reports.

While Bruce didn't reveal his mother's cause of death, The Boss did talk a lot about Adele's battle with Alzheimer's during 2018's "Springsteen on Broadway" ... saying she was diagnosed around 2011 but dancing still meant a ton to her, calling it "more powerful than memory."

Adele was 98.

Justin Timberlake Sorry, Not Actually Sorry ... Britney & Janet Fans Pissed

no apologies given

Justin Timberlake seems to be taking back his apology to Britney Spears, and maybe even Janet Jackson too -- the timing of which couldn't have come at a worse time, TBH.

The singer performed in NYC Wednesday for a one-night-only show, and there's footage of him going around on social media that's raising eyebrows -- specifically, a clip of him winding down one song and transitioning into the next, where he says something curious.

Check it out ... JT tells the crowd that he'd like to take this moment to apologize -- but then hits a brief pause before he finishes his thought and says ... "to absolutely f***ing nobody."

Some in the audience cheered right then and there -- but this video is NOT being well-received online in the aftermath ... for a couple reasons, depending on how you look at it.

For starters, this is immediately being perceived by many as a straight-up shot to Britney -- which is probably spot-on considering he reportedly went right into "Cry Me a River" right after this ... and everyone knows that track is famously about his popstar ex.

Of course, BS herself recently apologized to JT publicly ... well, kinda. She said sorry if what she wrote in her book made anyone feel bad -- so it was a half-apology, of sorts, to him.

The other celeb people are expressing outrage on behalf of is Janet -- and that's 'cause Thursday is the 20-year anniversary of her Super Bowl performance with him, where he pulled her boob out in front of millions ... something folks are still angry about even today.

There was a lot of controversy over this a few years ago when a doc dove into the topic in great detail, and JT ended up apologizing at the time not just to JJ, but Britney as well.

Kanye West Rehearsing With Travis Scott ... Performing Together?!?

Published | Updated

update

8:45 AM PT -- Turns out, Kanye made it to the show ... and he was wearing that Jason mask too.

The question ... was he slicing and dicing on the mic??? 😅

Kanye West and Travis Scott appear poised to take the stage together tonight at Travis' Orlando concert ... and Kanye's got a wild look that would make Jason Voorhees blush.

Travis is due to perform Wednesday night at the Kia Center in Orlando as part of his Circus Maximus tour -- and videos from the venue appear to show Kanye rehearsing some songs on stage ... which has a lot of people buzzing about a potential performance tonight.

There are different reports of sightings of Ye flying in and touching down in FL from Los Angeles earlier today ... and he even posted a photo on his Instagram story showing him wearing an old-school hockey mask.

Check it out ... looks like Kanye is channeling some serious Camp Crystal Lake vibes.

Not only did Ye post shots of himself at the airport -- with some fans swarming him for autographs as he walked through -- but he also threw up a clean shot of the mask itself.

Considering his affinity for face coverings in recent years ... maybe this is his new fave.

Anyway, it's unclear if Yeezy is going to rock this particular mask on stage with Travis -- assuming he gets up there at all, 'cause you just never know with KW -- but he's definitely got the internet going wild, and drumming up a bunch of interest.

Travis has mostly been performing his latest studio album, "Utopia," on tour as of late -- and previously brought out Drake at a tour stop in Canada ... performing one of their collabs from the album.

FWIW, Kanye is not featured on ''Utopia" but he's recorded several songs with Travis over the years ... and when Travis performed in Rome back in August on the heels of the album release, Yeezy joined him on stage. In other words, a surprise pop-in ain't outta the question.

We should also note ... TS himself is leaning into the possibility of hitting the stage with him at some point tonight -- so all signs point to this happening fairly soon.

If it does come to pass, it'll be interesting to see what they're cooking up for the Orlando crowd. By the same token, you gotta wonder how Travis's fans might receive Ye.

Justin Timberlake saying he's been in the studio with his boy bandmates isn't what it seems ... there's no new *NSYNC music on the way, but they did lend their voices to JT's album.

Here's the deal ... Justin gave *NSYNC fans the ultimate tease this week when he told Kelly Clarkson he was cooking something up with the boy band, leading lotsa folks to believe new tracks and potentially a tour was coming, building on their recent reunion.

But our sources at RCA Records are pumping the brakes, telling us ... Justin's tease was referencing *NSYNC members recording background vocals for his his upcoming album, "Everything I Thought I Was."

grave_injustice_kal
TMZ INVESTIGATES

We're told when Justin, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick got together last year to record "Better Place" for 'Trolls Band Together,' they also used their time together in the studio to lay down vocals for JT's new offering.

So, JT's just hyping that collab ... background vocals for that one track, which we guess some might consider a reunion of sorts.

We're also told RCA Records honchos are adamant that when/IF *NSYNC does make a comeback, it needs to be the band's own sound and not Justin's which would also include JC singing half the leads with JT just like with all the hit *NSYNC records.

Unfortunately for *NSYNC fans, that isn't imminent ... we're told Justin is full steam ahead with his upcoming world tour and there are no plans for his old band members to join him on stage.

Of course, there's no doubt fans are clamoring for an *NSYNC reunion album and tour ... and that could become a factor in the future. Right now, our sources say RCA is concerned with Justin's first single stumbling out of the gate.

We're told RCA is nervous fans are upset they're not getting a true *NSYNC song, and that might be why Justin's "Selfish" isn't performing as well as hoped.

The good news is our sources say RCA wants a full band comeback as much as fans do -- but, it's just not in the cards right now.
