Our sources say Jonathan's aiming to get shredded -- like superhero ripped -- and the video shows he's getting pretty close to that goal.

Remember, Jonathan was a Marvel star before the studio dropped him immediately after a New York jury found him guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment for the now-infamous incident with his ex-GF, Grace Jabbari.

We're told Jonathan's working out with his regular trainers, who are getting him in tip-top shape.

For the next month or so, our sources say Jonathan will be shuffling back and forth between visiting Meagan Good in New York and training in Los Angeles.

What's unclear is when the movie shoot would begin -- if he lands it, time is of the essence ... assuming he'd have to get it done before he's sentenced.

We're told Gleb will be doing the Chippendales thing in Sin City from April 25 to May 12 ... and once he gets his feet wet, he's going to hit the road and join the world tour cast for 6 Atlantic City shows in July at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Gleb -- who partnered with Chrishell Stause on 'DWTS' -- says he's thrilled and honored by the opportunity, and it's going to be the first time he's performed in Las Vegas.

Just days after opening up on her split from NFL superstar Josh Allen, Brittany Williams is sharing more of herself -- posting some sexy bikini shots from her trip to Mexico.

The former Fresno State cheerleader -- who was Allen's ride-or-die GF through his first five seasons in Buffalo -- posed for the pics with a pal while the two were poolside at a resort in Cabo.

And, yeah, as you can see ... they're steamy.

"Woke up in Cabo 🤎," she wrote in a caption on the pics.

Williams has been revealing more about herself and her personal life recently ... breaking her silence on her breakup with Allen on the latest episode of the “Martinis and Bikinis” podcast last month.

While she never addressed Allen by name or revealed when the two officially called things quits, she said the duo dated for roughly a decade on and off -- and it was clear during the interview, she thought they would end up getting married.

She added that dating in the aftermath of the separation was "very, very difficult" -- although she's finding it much easier now.

"Dating life in New York is absolutely crazy," she said.
