Lawyers for Prince Harry and Meghan fired off a cease and desist letter Tuesday to British media outlets saying legal action will be taken if they publish or purchase the pics of Meghan, Archie and 2 pups out for a walk on Vancouver Island.
The letter implies there's definitely going to be a lawsuit coming because the photos are already out there. Multiple outlets posted the pics in question on Monday ... and they're still up today.
The cease and desist letter says, "There are serious safety concerns about how the paparazzi are driving and the risk to life they pose" -- a clear reference to Princess Diana's tragic death in Paris.
The actress and the producer of "A Star is Born" -- the 1976 and 2018 versions -- and "Flashdance" ... got married Monday in a private ceremony in Malibu.
As for why the surprise, quickie wedding? Jon says, "There are beautiful girls everywhere. I could have my pick, but -- for 35 years -- I’ve only wanted Pamela. She makes me wild -- in a good way."
The couple dated more than 30 years ago, but their relationship came full circle in recent months. We're told they've remained flirty forever, and reconnected after she broke things off last year with French soccer star Adil Rami.
Jon told Hollywood Reporter, "Pamela has never seen her full potential as an artist. She has yet to shine in a real way. There is much more to her than meets the eye, or I wouldn’t love her so much."
Peters' exes include Lesley Ann Warren and Christine Forsyth-Peters, and he also dated Streisand for years.
Pamela also has some words about her surprise marriage, in the form of a poem. She writes ... "Jon is the original ‘bad boy’ of Hollywood - no one compares. I love him deeply like family. His life used to scare me."
She adds ... "We understand and respect each other - We love each other without conditions. I’m a lucky woman. Proof God has a plan”
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is down and out about being single -- meaning he looked DOWN when a random woman took OUT her boobs to flash him in Hollywood!!! Yeah, he's doing fine.
The embattled "Jersey Shore" star looked like a kid in a candy store Monday when a woman outside The Highlight Room Bar treated him to a titillating show. It's unclear who the woman is, but it's crystal clear she's a HUGE fan.
They all laughed it up afterward. Ronnie and his all-female group of friends later hopped into 2 limos, which drove them to Universal Studios. Fun times for sure, and a massive contrast to Ronnie's drama-filled life with his ex.
TMZ broke the story ... Ronnie has no idea why Jen Harley allegedly snooped around his house and then attacked him with an eyeliner pencil. Ron told cops Jen went ballistic after finding a woman's makeup in his trash.
It's a lock Jen won't applaud Ron's topless adventure.
The Duke of Sussex looked more like a regular dude from Sussex early Tuesday morning as he landed at Vancouver International Airport ... a stone's throw away from Vancouver Island, where Meg and baby Archie have been there for a week without him.
Welp, papa's back in town, and it looks like he's committed to fully sloughing off the perks of being a Royal. He traveled low-key in a beanie and puffer jacket aboard a British Airways flight -- and later a commuter jet to Vancouver Island.
Remember, the Sussexes were skewered last year for flying private -- plus, commercial travel will likely be their new norm ... after stepping down.
What's even more telling is that Harry skipped his brother and sister-in-law's Buckingham Palace reception to catch this flight. Another sign he's over it.
Harry's been across the pond of late figuring out the next steps for his family, and after a sit-down with grandma and his dad ... it's been decided he and Meghan will forgo their HRH titles and bypass public funding ... while still repping the Queen and British Commonwealth informally.
He was pretty torn up about it a couple days ago, but like he said ... time for a new chapter and a more peaceful life. Step 1? Come as you are and travel light.
L.A. was cheated out of the 2017 and 2018 World Series titles ... so says some of the city's most powerful politicians, who are now OFFICIALLY demanding the MLB give the trophies to the Dodgers!
The L.A. City Council approved a resolution by a unanimous vote Tuesday that called for MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred to hand over the rings.
Of course, the resolution has no actual legal authority behind it ... but it shows L.A. is REALLY pissed off after the MLB said the Houston Astros cheated in 2017 -- the same year they beat the Dodgers in 7 games to win the World Series.
"It's significant because we have a culture of cheating in this country," Councilman Paul Koretz said during the session ... "It's time to say, 'No, this not the new norm.'"
Councilman Gil Cedillo added ... "This could send an important message to little boys and girls that you need to play hard by the rules, or you can learn that cheating is the new normal. We want it to be clear that this city spoke up for its team."
As we previously reported, Manfred says manager A.J. Hinch, GM Jeff Luhnow, bench coach Alex Cora (who moved on to become Red Sox manager) and stud outfielder Carlos Beltran (who was named Mets manager in November) were complicit in the Astros' illegal sign-stealing scandal ... and all have since lost their respective jobs.
The MLB fined Houston $5 MILLION after its findings ... and further investigation into the Red Sox is underway after it's alleged Cora brought a similar scheme to the team in 2018 -- the same year they beat the Dodgers in 5 games to win the championship.
But, Manfred announced he was NOT stripping either the Astros or the Red Sox of their titles ... and now, L.A. politicians are demanding he changes that ASAP.
We've reached out to both the MLB -- so far, no word back yet.
3:59 PM PT -- The officer suspected of leaking the video has been suspended, according to Prince George's County PD Chief Hank Stawinski.
The Chief told the media that the officer "will be dealt with harshly" if that person is found to have posted the footage on social media.
11:11 AM PT -- The Prince George's County Police Dept. is releasing new information about the Delonte West street fight ... saying a witness told police Delonte initiated the Jan. 20 fight by hitting the other man with a glass bottle.
"[The witness] told officers that she observed the handcuffed male [West] first hit the other with a glass bottle and that man responded by striking the one who had thrown the bottle several times," cops say.
Cops say the incident took place around 9:45 AM -- and note that both West and the other man knew each other and had been involved in a dispute earlier that morning.
One of the men was bleeding from the face when cops arrived. However, both men refused medical assistance and refused to press charges against the other, cops say.
As for the release of the video, cops say they have launched an internal investigation to find out how some of the footage (shot by an officer) was leaked to social media.
6:10 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has spoken with Delonte's former agent, Aaron Goodwin, who confirms the person in the video is in fact Delonte West.
Goodwin tells us West is currently recovering from the attack with family members but desperately needs medical attention.
Goodwin says West HAS a support system around him but his close friends and family members need more help to keep Delonte safe and out of trouble.
We're told the NBA has and is offering to support West and his family. But, the reality is, they can only do so much.
Delonte West looks to be in need of serious help.
Check out these disturbing videos appearing to show the former NBA player getting beaten up in the streets of D.C.
It's super sad ... Delonte is apparently saying someone came at him with a gun while he was walking down the road. He then starts ranting and keeps saying "I don't give a f***" when pressed for more details about what went down.
Taylor Swift is revealing her mother's new medical crisis -- a brain tumor doctors found while she was already battling a second bout of cancer.
The singer opened up about Andrea Swift's struggle Tuesday while discussing her Netflix documentary 'Miss Americana' ... which will premiere this week at the Sundance Film Festival. Her mom's brain tumor diagnosis happened in March 2019.
Taylor told Variety, "While she was going through treatment, they found a brain tumor. And the symptoms of what a person goes through when they have a brain tumor is nothing like what we've ever been through with her cancer before. So it's just been a really hard time for us as a family."
Andrea, a fixture at Taylor's concerts who organizes many of her daughter's backstage experiences, was first diagnosed with cancer in April 2015. She had been in remission, but the cancer returned.
Chris Martin tore a group of autograph hounds a new one for being way too aggressive in trying to get him to scribble on their crap ... a trend that's becoming more common.
The Coldplay frontman was fuming Monday night after a charity performance he did at the Palladium in L.A. for a prison reform org. He certainly wasn't in the mood for a stop-and-sign after what seemed to be a relatively bumpy set ... where he forgot his lyrics.
That didn't stop the hustlers outside from demanding his attention, though.
Fast-forward to the start of this clip here, which shows Chris going off on the autograph seekers, telling them to treat him with some decency instead of shouting at him from afar.
CM acknowledges he just had a "s****y" gig, and didn't appreciate the reception he received upon walking out. One of the photogs tries to explain why they might've been so assertive, but Chris wasn't having it ... and one of the guys seemed to be firmly in his corner.
Viva la war with these guys.

A grown-ass man was arrested Saturday after he attacked his son's high school wrestling opponent during a match ... and footage of the incident is INSANE.
The violence all went down during an event between Southeast Guilford H.S. and Hickory Ridge H.S. in Kannapolis, N.C. ... when a dad was so upset with the way his son's match was going, he bum-rushed the mat.
You can see in video of the incident ... the man charges his son's 17-year-old opponent, hitting him square in the back and knocking him to the floor. It looked like a Goldberg spear straight out of WWE.
NEXT ON 9: A high school wrestling match, turned all out brawl!— DaShawn Brown (@DaShawnWSOC9) January 19, 2020 @DaShawnWSOC9
Why? Police said a parent attacked a teenage wrestler, during a match against his son.
“I looked up and this guy starts running from the bleachers down to the mat,” one witness said.
The story, next at 6! pic.twitter.com/kqH8Bv2Y60
A WILD brawl ensued ... with parents rushing to grab the guy -- and, eventually, the man was taken down by police and arrested for simple assault and disorderly conduct.
Cops identified the suspect as 54-year-old Barry lee Jones and processed him at the Carraburrus County Jail. He was later released on $1,000 bond.
During her time as a Senior Royal, the Duchess of Sussex used the only social media she's allowed to have to make her political opinions known, but she did it subtly, knowing she was wading into dangerous waters with the Crown ... sources close to Meghan tell TMZ.
If you don't know ... Queen Elizabeth and her family are supposed to refrain from expressing political opinions publicly, but we're told Meghan never gave up her previously strongly held political beliefs.
Our Meghan sources say she carefully crafted IG posts to avoid overtly saying what she was thinking or supporting, but the writing was on the wall ... or in the photos.
For example, when her friend and women's rights activist, Loujain al-Hathloul, was imprisoned in Saudi Arabia ... Markle knew she couldn't come out and condemn a foreign government.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Instead, Meghan showed subtle solidarity by sharing a photo of herself with Loujain as part of a bigger post about One Young World ... a UK-based charity which is described as a global forum for young leaders. Meghan's support for the charity began in 2014, before she married Harry. Loujain was imprisoned on the weekend of Meghan's wedding and it's clear that, despite the diplomatic nature of her royal role, Meghan was calling for her friend to be freed by the Saudi regime.
That same post included a photo of Markle sitting next to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, shortly after he won re-election -- a low-key shout-out of support for her friend.
Our sources say, for the most part, she knew how to walk up to the line without crossing it, which helped her dodge any issues with royal higher-ups. Call it effective self-censorship.
Jenelle Evans' first husband is in a very familiar place -- a North Carolina jail -- and it could be an extended stay because he's facing serious felony charges.
Courtland Keith Rogers -- who was married to the former 'Teen Mom' star from 2012 to 2014 -- got arrested over the weekend in New Hanover County He's been booked on one count of felony larceny, and one count of felony possession of a schedule I drug ... which includes "highly addictive and mind-altering substances" such as heroin, morphine and mescaline. Cops haven't revealed what Rogers allegedly had.
Rogers is also facing a misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia and a schedule II drug. That's more like pain medications. According to sheriff's records, he's still in jail being held on a $15k bond.
We broke the story ... Jenelle's ex was arrested last July for a felony probation violation, in connection with his April 2018 bust on drug charges. Rogers was also arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman in August 2018.
Sources close to Lloyd's immediate fam tell TMZ ... they feel like old wounds were reopened this past week when Netflix dropped "Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez" ... which chronicled Aaron's life and murder case, starting in 2013.
We're told they largely tried to move on after Aaron was convicted, but now they feel the doc is dragging them back into a dark place and forcing them to relive painful memories.
Our sources say they didn't sign off on 'Killer Inside' ... nor did they want to be involved in the production. We're told the family gets approached with offers to participate in Hernandez specials all the time -- but they always decline.
That being said, the Netflix doc uses enough old video of Odin's family talking, they think it looks like they actively participated. We're told the popularity of the film has sparked a new round of interest -- meaning, they're constantly getting unwanted attention again.
Even worse, we're told some people have gone to horrific lengths to voice their opinion about Odin's death -- with many messaging the family to defend Aaron, and insult their deceased relative.
One other thing ... our sources say the family was disheartened the doc used personal photos of Odin without their permission -- but they'd rather avoid a whole new legal battle. So, they're letting it slide.
This blondie was born in the mean streets (kidding) of Santa Monica and grew up to be a real badass and action star. He actually didn't wanna be an actor at all but he got bitten by the acting bug in high school and the rest was history.
His first major big-screen role came in the 1985 classic "The Goonies" ... and he had several TV roles, but he'd ultimately shift back to the big screen where it took him YEARS to find success. He landed in "Grindhouse," written by Quentin Tarantino, but his big breaks came in "American Gangster," "No Country for Old Men" and "Milk."
Farrah Abraham is not letting Internet trolls control her parenting -- she's blowing off the haters who say she crossed a line with a new sexy video ... shot in front of her daughter.
We got the former 'Teen Mom' and "Backdoor Teen Mom" star leaving Cecconi's in WeHo Monday, and she teed off about the backlash over her yacht excursion. In case you missed it ... Farrah slipped into tiny red lingerie and pranced aboard the vessel while a guy played violin.
Online sleuths noticed Farrah's 10-year-old daughter, Sophia, was on the same boat recording Tik Toks ... while Mom was nearby shaking her barely-covered booty.
Joaquin Phoenix passed on the SAG Awards after-parties, and instead headed to a slaughterhouse ... where he comforted trucks full of pigs headed to their final demise.
Joaquin made the surprise appearance Sunday night not long after winning Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a leading role for "Joker." He made the drive from the Shrine Auditorium to the Farmer John Packing Co. ... less than 5 miles away in L.A.
There, Joaquin joined dozens of protesters who congregate there twice a week. They call their demonstrations pig vigils. They've been happening every Wednesday and Sunday night since at least 2017.
Reportedly, the trailers stop for 2 minutes -- with Farmer John's blessing -- so activists can comfort the pigs and give them water. More than 7,000 pigs are butchered every day inside Farmer John.
3:30 PM PT -- Martin Luther King III just responded to Kellyanne invoking his father's name and he tells TMZ ... his father definitely would not wanna divide the country but adds he would NEVER stand in the way of reprimanding anyone for thinking they're above the law. He also gives a shout-out to the Parkland kids and applauds their valiant effort to reform gun control.
Trump's aide was talking to reporters Monday in D.C. when she invoked Dr. King's name to illustrate her anger about the impeachment trial, which starts Tuesday in the Senate.
Kellyanne says the proceedings are tearing our country apart, and that's exactly the kind of divisiveness MLK Jr. opposed.
It seems a thin and shallow viewpoint ... considering the fact MLK fought and marched for the Civil Rights movement, even though it divided the country.
She added, Dr. King would not be down with the impeachment trial because he didn't envision having "Americans dragged through a process where the president is not going to be removed from office, is not being charged with bribery, extortion, high crimes or misdemeanors.”
Bottom line, for Kellyanne anyway, is Trump supports MLK's vision of unity -- therefore, if you love King ... you shouldn't support Trump's impeachment trial.
Like we said, hot take on ANY day, but especially on the man's holiday.
