Dennis Rodman DUI Swerving & Blaring Music ... Cops Say

Dennis Rodman wasn't exactly going incognito before his DUI arrest -- with cops saying he was driving like a maniac and blaring music from his car before being pulled over.

TMZ Sports obtained the police report from the Jan. 13 incident -- in which the Newport PD says Rodman was swerving all over the road around 10:50 PM.

Once pulled over, cops say Rodman reeked of booze -- so he was arrested for DUI.

According to the arrest report, Rodman is listed at 6'8" and 235 lbs (up from his listed playing weight of 228). He lists his occupation as "self-employed."

As we previously reported, Rodman was on probation at the time of his arrest and will likely be thrown in jail as a result.

Seahawks' Jeremy Lane Arrested for DUI

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane was arrested for DUI over the weekend in Washington ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The 27-year-old former Super Bowl champ was arrested and later booked Sunday morning at 5:30 AM in the Seattle area. Bail was set at $1,000.

He was released a short time later on his own recognizance, according to official records.

Lane had a decent career with the Seahawks until he lost his starting job earlier this season. The team reportedly tried to ship him to Houston, but he failed his physical -- killing the deal.

Lane's most famous moment is probably when he picked off Tom Brady in Super Bowl XLIX -- a game the Seahawks ultimately lost.

Broncos' Carlos Henderson Tried Eating Weed Before Arrest ... Cops Say

Broncos WR Carlos Henderson was arrested for possession of marijuana after a routine traffic stop on Sunday ... where he tried (and failed) to eat the evidence, according to cops.

It all went down Sunday afternoon in West Monroe, Louisiana ... when Henderson was a passenger in a car pulled over for speeding.

Cops noted a strong smell of weed coming from the car ... but Carlos and the driver, Alejandra Aviles-Jimenez, both denied possessing or smoking weed inside the vehicle.

But when a search of the car turned up weed around the passenger seat and what appeared to be the remainder of a joint, cops checked their tongues -- and Henderson's "contained a thick green residue."

Carlos said he smoked earlier in the day, but insisted he did not try eating any weed before (or during) the stop.

Cops weren't buying it ... and booked the former Louisiana Tech star, while letting Aviles-Jimenez go with a speeding citation. Henderson was later released on bond.

In a statement, the Broncos said they're "aware of the issue involving Carlos Henderson and are gathering more information."

Dennis Rodman Busted for DUI

10:10 AM PT -- Rodman's rep tells TMZ, "Alcoholism has been a struggle on and off for Dennis the past 15 years," adding he's been going through some "tough personal issues." The rep says he's going to talk to Dennis about going back to rehab.

Dennis Rodman has been arrested for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Rodman was driving in Newport Beach Saturday at around 11 PM when cops pulled him over for a traffic violation. Cops administered a field sobriety test, which he flunked. He was handcuffed, put in a patrol car and taken to the police station.

We're told Rodman was cooperative and submitted to a breathalyzer test, and he blew over the .08 legal limit.

Rodman remained in jail for 7 hours, and when police determined he was sober enough to care for himself he was released.

Rodman was busted for DUI back in 1999.

Bam Margera Fam, Friends Working Together To Get Him to Rehab

Bam Margera's inner circle is taking immediate steps to get him help after his DUI arrest over the weekend ... by actively seeking out a rehab center for him.

TMZ broke the story ... Bam was arrested Sunday morning in L.A. after cops say they smelled alcohol on his breath. We spoke with Bam's mother, April Margera, who tells us Bam had been doing better with his alcoholism over the past 8 months, and was seeing a zen healer as well as a therapist ... but fell off the wagon this weekend.

She also says he's been angry with himself since the episode, and seems receptive to rehab. April adds ... she and Bam's pal, Johnny Schillereff -- who 's CEO of Element Skateboards -- are working together to find a treatment facility ... possibly in Cali or Arizona.

April also says Bam has been telling the family that he feels immense pressure when people say "Bam is sober" ... because he struggles with his mental health and addiction every day.

We're told Bam was originally in L.A. to shoot a TV show this week ... unclear if he still plans to move forward with it at this point, though.

Suge Knight Accuses Cops of Eavesdropping On His Calls with Lawyers

11:20 AM PT -- The judge denied Suge's request to throw out the court orders.

Suge Knight's blasting prosecutors and the L.A. County Sheriff's Department for playing dirty ... and now says he wants a judge to right the wrong.

Suge filed a motion, alleging prosecutors and the Sheriff's Dept. "have secretly listened to every word" he's had with his lawyers since August 22, 2016. He claims they're eavesdropping on his attorney-client privileged conversations while he's in County Jail, awaiting trial for murder.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Suge asks the judge to throw out all court orders -- allowing the eavesdropping and limiting his jail visits -- because they were made by a judge who later recused himself from the case.

The ex-rap mogul's murder trail is slated to begin next week.

The daughter of former Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke allegedly yelled at a woman, "Hurry up, Jew" ... and then bashed her son with a purse.

She was arrested ... and there's video of the crazy aftermath.

The woman who wound up in cuffs is 29-year-old Jacqueline Kent Cooke -- her dad owned the NFL team from '61 to '97. He also owned the Lakers from '65 to '79. The family is rich as hell.

Fast-forward to New Year's Eve when Cooke allegedly got pissed off while waiting for her coat at Caravaggio restaurant in Manhattan ... and yelled at the 77-year-old woman in front of her, "Hurry up, Jew. I got places to be."

The situation escalated and the woman's son -- 52-year-old Matthew Haberkorn told the NY Daily News he followed Cooke and her boyfriend outside to confront them about the comments.

That's when Cooke allegedly struck Haberkorn with her glass purse -- causing 2 lacerations on his head.

The video begins right after the alleged purse strike ... you can hear Matthew say, "She just f*cking hit me!"

Cooke responds, "You called me a f*cking bitch. You called me a c*nt."

Matthew fired back, "You called me a f*cking Jew.”

Cooke then tries to tackle him to the ground. She fails. Cooke's boyfriend yells out, "What are you doing? You're throwing a woman on the floor."

Matthew responds, "I didn't f*cking touch her."

Cooke and her BF left the scene -- but cops later arrested her for felony assault.

NFL's T.J. Ward Arrested Over 99 Grams of Weed

Tampa Bay Bucs safety T.J. Ward had 99.9 grams of weed in plain sight when cops entered his apartment back in October ... and that's ultimately why he was arrested Wednesday morning.

TMZ Sports obtained the criminal report from the Oct. 25 incident -- that shows cops responded to Ward's apartment for an active intrusion alarm at 4:45 PM.

When cops arrived, they knocked on the door and announced themselves -- a woman inside the place told the officers to "come in."

Just one problem ... cops say all the weed was in plain view on a coffee table. Oops.

There was apparently no emergency -- the alarm may have been an accident -- but when cops saw the weed, they busted both T.J. and the woman for felony marijuana possession.

We're told, Ward was only formally charged on Dec. 29 -- and that's when a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Wednesday morning, cops went to his apartment and arrested him.

As for the weed, cops say Ward didn't exactly play the "it's not mine" card -- and admitted to occasionally smoking.

Ward has been released from jail on a $2,500 bond.

'RHONY' Luann de Lesseps Pleads Not Guilty in Drunken Rampage Case

Countess Luann de Lesseps, one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of New York City," has pled not guilty in her allegedly drunken rampage case.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Luann entered her plea in Florida just a few days before New Year's. As we reported ... Luann was charged with 5 crimes, 4 of which are felonies -- battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and 2 counts of corruption by threat.

Luann, who apologized and later checked into rehab, has also hired Tiger Woods' attorney Doug Duncan to rep her. As you know by now, Doug has some experience in this department.

'Last Chance U' Star RB Isaiah Wright: Murder Case Going to Grand Jury

The fate of the "Last Chance U" football star accused of murdering an 18-year-old man will be in the hands of a grand jury -- the murder case is moving forward in just a few weeks.

Isaiah Wright was a stud running back at East Mississippi Community College -- and came off as a really happy, sweet kid on the Netflix docu-series.

But in real life ... cops say he was involved in the stabbing death of 18-year-old Caleb Radford, who was attacked and killed in Blount County, Tennessee back in July.

Wright and his brother Camion were among 4 suspects arrested in the investigation. Officials dropped the case against Camion, but not Isaiah.

The 20-year-old is still locked up in Tennessee -- along with the 2 other suspects. Isaiah has been in custody since September.

Court officials tell TMZ Sports ... Isaiah's case will be heard in front of a Circuit Court Grand Jury on January 12. The jury will decide if there is enough evidence to indict him.

Attempts to reach a rep for Wright were unsuccessful.

NBA's Ben Gordon Catches Huge Break In Robbery Case

Ex-NBA star Ben Gordon can breathe a LITTLE easier ... because he will NOT be charged with a felony stemming from his November robbery arrest in Los Angeles.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... 34-year-old Gordon was accused of flashing a knife and roughing up a manager at his old apartment complex in an effort to get his 4-figure security deposit back. (FYI, Gordon reportedly made $84 mil during his NBA career).

Gordon fled from the scene and then returned AFTER cops had arrived -- they arrested him on the spot. He was booked for felony robbery.

Now, we've learned the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the felony case -- and kicked it over to the L.A. City Attorney to consider filing misdemeanor charges instead.

So, it's a huge break for Gordon ... but he's not out of the woods yet.

Tamar Braxton My Husband Went to Jail Over Booze and Jealousy

Tamar Braxton says the triggers that led her estranged husband Vincent Herbert to a jail cell on Christmas day were alcohol and a case of jealousy.

Tamar tells TMZ, "Co-parenting while going through a divorce is not an easy task. While celebrating the Christmas holiday as a family, after a few drinks and some jealousy, things got a bit out of hand, which is common for most families during the holidays. In the midst of everything our family is going through things got heated and a bit exaggerated."

Tamar makes it clear ... "There was no physical interaction between Vince and I on Christmas. While I do not appreciate his lack of respect for our family and him allegedly impregnating another woman, I cannot paint him as a vicious abuser that Vince is not."

TMZ broke the story ... Herbert was arrested for spousal assault and taken to jail, where he bailed out after posting $20k.

Tamar says, "I'm deeply hurt and saddened that this will be how we remember Christmas 2017, but, my motto is and maintains to be 'Bluebird of Happiness' and nobody will stop my joy and blessings going into the New Year! God Bless!"

Tamar went ham a few hours ago on the woman claiming Herbert got her pregnant ... calling her a "whore."

Ex-Auburn RB Booked for Child Porn ... Allegedly Filmed Boy in Bathroom Stall

Former Auburn football star Brad Lester has been arrested on a felony child pornography charge in Gwinnett County, Georgia ... after allegedly using his cellphone to record a boy in the bathroom stall of a restaurant.

Lester was booked last Thursday ... and is still sitting in jail without bond, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Brad's lawyer filed a motion for him to be released on Tuesday.

Specifics surrounding the incident -- including the restaurant's name and boy's age -- are still unknown ... as there's a Georgia law that prevents the release of records involving alleged child victims.

Lester, 32, was a stud RB for AU from 2004-2008 -- scoring 19 TDs and rushing for 1689 yards. He briefly played for the CFL after going undrafted ... and later founded a sports training company for youth athletes.

He's also a former substitute teacher with the Gwinnett County public schools system.

'RHONY' Star Luann de Lesseps Resurfaces for Christmas ... After Drunken Arrest

Luann de Lesseps played it cool for Christmas -- hanging with family, and keeping a low profile ... which was probably a good idea after her arrest this weekend.

The 'Real Housewives of New York City' star was seen hanging with her fam Monday at a barbecue, where her brother, Michael Nadeau, was firing up the grill. You see Luann here, too, but she's definitely not jumping to be in front of the camera.

As we reported ... Luann was arrested in Palm Beach Sunday for being drunk, disorderly and for allegedly attacking a cop. She was ultimately charged with 5 crimes, 4 of which were felonies.

The Countess did end up apologizing, saying Palm Beach brought back bad memories ... and aspired for a "transformative and hopeful" new year. Good start on the day after.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Contestant Avoids Jail in DUI Case, But ...

"RuPaul's Drag Race" contestant Andrew Bryson won't spend time behind bars in his DUI case, but there are strings attached.

Andrew -- whose drag name is Blair St. Clair -- pled guilty to 1 count of DUI for his March arrest in Indiana. His 365-day jail sentence is suspended, so long as he keeps his nose clean.

A clerk at Allen County Superior Court tells TMZ ... Andrew has to complete an alcohol treatment program and is banned from boozing or taking any drugs unless prescribed.

His driver's license wasn't suspended ... not bad considering he violated a court order back in October.

Yung Berg Busted for Weed ... Jailed for 9-Year-Old Warrant

Yung Berg has had so many legal problems lately, he could get an honorary law degree ... the latest of which is an arrest for treating the legal system as a joke.

Here's what we know. Berg was in Miami in October for the BET awards, when cops were called to the hotel where he was staying after a woman claimed he unwantedly wrapped his arms around her. There was some sort of altercation in the hallway where one of Berg's friends allegedly put hands on her.

We're told when cops arrived at the 'Love & Hip Hop' star's hotel room, they found 2 blunts on him which probably would not have resulted in an arrest. But here's the problem ... cops ran his record and found he blew off a court date for another pot bust 9 years ago, so they hauled him off to jail.

Berg was released.

He was also arrested a few years ago in NYC for allegedly grabbing his girlfriend by the neck, throwing her to the floor, dragging her by her hair and hitting her in the face.
