Gary Owen's wife is waving the white flag on their marriage after nearly two decades together ... because we've learned she just filed for divorce.

The comedian's wife, Kenya Duke, filed divorce docs Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court ... according to online records.

Gary and Kenya tied the knot way back in 2003 and they have two sons and a daughter together. It looks like the kids are all adults now ... the docs say they have no minor children.

Gary's famous for his stand-up comedy, and he's also appeared in several movies ... including "Daddy Day Care," "Think Like a Man" and "Ride Along," just to name a few.

Rachael Leigh Cook is officially single and ready to ... travel, because her final divorce settlement calls for her to keep her frequent flyer miles and her whip.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the "She's All That" star gets to keep her own jewelry, clothing plus her 2020 Audi Q5 after a judge signed off on her divorce judgment.

As for property ... she's keeping a Redondo Beach, CA pad ... while she and her ex, Daniel Gillies, are selling a Studio City home and will split any profits.

Rachel's keeping all of the rewards points she's earned through credit cards in her name ... including frequent flyer miles/points, as well as ownership of Ben's Sister Productions Inc.

She and Daniel are sharing expenses for their 2 dogs and 2 cats.

For his part ... Daniel gets to keep all of his jewelry and clothing too as well as a 2019 BMW X6.

Dr. Dre's divorce is getting so nasty, he wants to move on with his life and be single ... so he's asking for an assist from the judge in his divorce case.

The mogul's attorney, disso queen Laura Wasser, filed legal docs requesting a bifurcation of Dre's divorce ... legal jargon for both parties getting single status STAT, and hammering out the pesky problem of dividing assets later.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dre says his divorce from his estranged wife, Nicole Young, has gotten to the point of no return.

In the docs, Dre says Nicole's "false allegations of domestic violence" made it clear there's no turning back. He says he's been trying to settle the divorce with her since she filed in June 2020, and claims she's dragging her feet on purpose.

As we've told you ... Dre and Nicole's legal war has raged on with no end in sight -- most recently she was denied a restraining order after he called her a "greedy bitch" in a song.

Nicole's also filed a motion asking for access to their home amid suspicions of a mistress, and Dre's accused her of siphoning money from one of their business accounts. Oh, and they're also at odds over the validity of their prenup.

Meghan Markle's estranged half-sister has gone from armchair psychologist to marriage counselor for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but not a very hopeful one ... because she's predicting divorce.

Samantha Markle -- who has no relationship with Harry or Meghan and has never been with them since they hooked up -- says Meghan and Prince Harry are inevitably heading for a split unless they get some serious counseling and go on an apology tour to undo all the damage they've done to the Royal Family.

It doesn't sound like Sam's holding her breath for that though, and she suggests Harry's probably already questioning his marriage to Meghan ... whom she accuses of nonstop lying.

It's pretty incendiary stuff from Samantha, who thinks it's only a matter of time before Harry pulls away ... and divorce lawyers get involved. Again, she has no connection to the Royals either, but that hasn't stopped her from weighing in.

As we reported ... Meghan's half-sister trashed Meghan earlier this week for turning her back on their family ... claiming she suffers from "narcissistic personality disorder."

During the Oprah interview, Meghan said she's had little to no relationship with Samantha for more than 2 decades. Nevertheless, that didn't stop Samantha from writing a memoir titled, "The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister."

Unsurprisingly, Meghan's father Thomas also weighed in on Oprah's interview -- specifically Meghan's revelation of her mental health struggles -- claiming she might not have reached the point of feeling suicidal if she hadn't bailed on him and the fam.

Kim K is flexing hard as she re-enters single life ... flexing her glutes, that is.

The middle Kardashian sister -- who's in the middle of a divorce with Kanye West -- just posted footage of her breaking a sweat with fitness guru Melissa Alcantara ... who was showing her some exercises to really get the blood pumping -- and the booty popping.

Kim had another way to describe it with some clips she threw up of Mel doing squats with a kettlebell ... you can watch for yourself -- another sort of "poppin" workout, it seems.

Then came some HIIT reps of her own ... after showing Mel doing deep squat jumps with the help of some suspension straps, Kim gave it a go herself -- and offered up a very up close and personal shot of the action. She even put part of her video in slow-mo!!!

The caption she added that was superimposed on her extraordinary derrière ... I Got You Back. Yes, yes she does. Not that she'd ever really lost the "back" -- but we get it.

Maybe it's just us, but Kim certainly appears to be embracing the fact she's unattached with gusto -- not shying away from going out and looking fabulous, as she did just a few short weeks ago for a girls' night out, or getting in tip-top shape and showing off for the 'Gram.

As perhaps the most eligible (and coveted) bachelorette in town at the moment, we can't really blame her for getting a move on in her next chapter.

Dr. Dre's wife just got shut down by the judge in her divorce case ... after claiming she fears for her safety because he refers to her in his new track as a "greedy bitch."

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Nicole Young requested an emergency domestic violence restraining order ... citing the song released last month, in which Dre calls her a "bitch and a perjurer."

Nicole says this is nothing new, but claims with the new track "he has upped the ante and is now outright threatening me to keep my mouth shut or else."

According to the docs filed by attorney Samantha Spector ... Nicole feels this latest alleged threat -- along with her past allegations of spousal abuse -- justify an emergency restraining order, but the judge begged to differ and denied her request because of "insufficient evidence."

As for Dre's response to her allegations, filed by Laura Wasser, he says he's only seen or spoken to Nicole one time since she filed for divorce in June 2020 .... and that was when she visited him at the hospital in January, following his brain aneurysm.

Dre says he's had no contact with her otherwise, and categorically denies all of her abuse claims.

He adds since she made her allegations in August, he "realized he had no idea who the woman he was married to was and he wanted nothing to do with her."

JWoww is ready to walk down the aisle again -- and the reaction from her ex-husband is somewhat surprising ... dude seems genuinely okay with it, and happy for her.

TMZ has obtained a clip of Roger Mathews on his podcast, 'Champ and the Tramp,' in which he responds to the news of JWoww saying YES to boyfriend Zack Carpinello getting on bended knee ... and wouldn't you know it, he actually sends his well-wishes!

Check it out ... Roger's pretty gracious here, saying he has no reason to be mad at her or her new guy -- even explaining that Zack's apparently pretty good to his and JWoww's shared children.

RM does admit he doesn't know Zack all that well, but based on what he does know -- he says Zack's okay in his book, and wishes them the best as they move forward. Roger goes on to explain that his and JWoww's chapter is closed, and there's no ill will.

It's great to hear Roger with this mindset, because admittedly ... their split and eventual divorce were pretty nasty -- with allegations (and apparent video evidence) of physical abuse as well as harassment. Roger addresses that too in the clip ... sounds like he's grown.

As for JWoww ... seems she and 26-year-old Zack are well past their breakup drama from a couple years ago -- when they briefly broke up over Angelina. She'd said he had a lot of work to do to earn her trust back -- looks like he did that and then some. So, congrats!

A doctor in Tom Girardi's conservatorship case says he's suffering from Alzheimer's ... and his dementia impairs his ability to understand court hearings.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Tom's doctor says dementia and late-onset Alzheimer's is affecting Tom's memory, concentration, recall, recognition, communication, logic and understanding.

He's also dealing with emotional distress because of the dementia -- his doctor says Tom's feeling angry, anxious, fearful, panicked and helpless.

As we've reported ... 'RHOBH' star Erika Jayne's estranged husband is already dealing with a bunch of legal issues, including a judge freezing certain assets, multiple lawsuits and a divorce.

A judge wants prosecutors to look into allegations Tom misappropriated at least $2 million in client money intended to compensate the families of victims of Lion Air's Boeing 737 Max crash.

Adele won't be cutting monthly checks to her ex-husband now that they've finally reached the end of their divorce case ... and they'll be sharing custody of their child.

According to the divorce judgment, obtained by TMZ, the singer and her ex are going to have joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old son, Angelo, and the judgment says neither party will be paying spousal support.

The majority of the divorce settlement is confidential, so it's unclear if Adele made any other kind of payment to her ex-hubby, Simon Konecki. The judgment also says other details about child support are laid out in a separate judgment that’s not publicly filed.

TMZ broke the story ... Adele filed for divorce back in September 2019 after more than 7 years of marriage.

As we reported ... before filing divorce docs, Adele announced she had split from Simon, and her reps said they were "committed to raising their son together lovingly."

Kim Kardashian's divorce from Kanye West might not be the sole focus of the farewell season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... but it's definitely gonna get some airtime.

In a trailer for the show's 20th and final season, Kim cries with a wad of tissues in her hand and exclaims ... "I feel like a f***ing loser."

It's presumed since the show was filming for much of the past year that Kim's breakdown is related to the tumultuous times for her and Kanye, as their marital issues came to a head during his 2020 run for President, several Twitter tirades ... and a bipolar episode.

Kim and Kanye aren't getting all the shine -- Kendall wanting kids, Khloe and Tristan considering surrogacy, Kourtney and Scott Disick possibly reconciling and Kris talking about meeting up with Caitlyn Jenner are all topics to look forward to ... based on the trailer.

To be specific ... the shoes became available Saturday at 7 AM ... if you were later than 7:01 you'd be SOL.

As for pricing ... the shoes retail for $200, but some of the folks who snagged them are asking north of $500.

Lisa Marie Presley's been separated from her estranged husband for nearly 5 years and says she's ready to start a new chapter ... so she wants the judge to step in and declare her single.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lisa Marie says her ex Michael Lockwood refuses to agree to terminate their marriage ... despite the fact she filed for divorce way back in June 2016.

She says there's no chance of ever saving the relationship, so she's requesting a bifurcation -- which means separating marital status from other divorce issues. Basically, let's be single now, and divvy up our stuff later.

One other big issue has already been settled -- LMP scored a big win in 2018 when the judge ruled she doesn't have to pay Lockwood spousal support based on their 2007 post-nuptial agreement.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are giving their children some much-needed stability during their divorce ... Kim may be keeping their 4 kids in the only home they've ever known.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ...  Kim has been staying with their kids in the family home in Hidden Hills ... and that may be permanent as well.

It's an interesting decision for several reasons. Kanye designed the home ... it's pretty spectacular though very austere -- almost museum-like. You might think Kanye would want to keep the home since it's a multi-year passion project of his, but the fact is Kanye doesn't have any real ties to that area. On the other hand, most of Kim's family live within a block of her in the same community, and family is important to the kids in the middle of the divorce.

We're also told Kim really likes the house, so it's not like she wants to pick up stakes and move.

It's unclear where Kanye will take up his permanent residence, but it's no secret Wyoming has pretty much become his home over the last few years ... it's where he's got a massive ranch, and where he moved his Yeezy brand.

Dr. Jill Biden's offering motherly words of wisdom to Kelly Clarkson -- who's going through a divorce -- and there's personal experience behind her message.

The First Lady sat down with Kelly for her first big solo TV interview since Inauguration Day, and was very candid in describing how she believes everything happens for a reason ... including her own divorce.

She says without going through that, she never would have met President Biden and formed her beautiful family, so she's telling Kelly to hang in there and promises her ... time heals all wounds.

In the meantime, Kelly's got the scoop on what Dr. Biden wants to do for some fun as soon as the COVID-19 pandemic is finally over ... and she's totally down to join her.

As we reported, Nicole signed the prenup before they married but claims Dre came to her shortly after the nuptials, saying he regretted "pressuring" her to sign it and tore up multiple copies right in front of her. Dre denies he pressured her and denies he ever tore it up ... and points to a clause in the document that says altering it must be in writing.

Dre has asked to remove the case from the court system and have a private judge handle the divorce case -- away from the public spotlight -- but Nicole has rejected that, favoring instead a traditional court trial. If it stays in the courts, it may take a very long to for a judge to hear the case ... because the pandemic has caused enormous trial delays.
