Gene Simmons Kissing CA Goodbye for $8.2 Million!!! Scoops Up New Vegas Pad

Published

Gene Simmons appears to be making good on his plan to leave California for Nevada ... he just dropped over $8 million for a rockin' mansion near Las Vegas.

The KISS star nabbed a 6-bed, 8-bath palace in Henderson with 11,000 square feet of living space and distinctively modern features ... like a floating pathway entrance over a koi pond and floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

Gene and his family jewels will have room to move -- the place has seriously spacious rooms inside ... and outside there's a pool, hot tub, built-in barbecue and a courtyard. Desert cool, baby!

We broke the story ... Simmons put his recently renovated Beverly Hills mansion back on the market in March for $25 million.

He'd initially listed it for $22 mil, but then took it off the market and made several improvements.

Around that time, he told reporters he was leaving California, saying ... "There are earthquakes, fires and pandemics every year. Even though there is nice sunshine, I’m done."

Gene must be serious, because along with buying a new home in Henderson ... he slashed the asking price on his Bev Hills home to just under $20 mil. As they say, priced to move!!!

Zac Efron just made a similar move to sell his L.A. home, and it worked ... so good luck, Gene.

Bryan Callen Divorce You Get a House, I Get a House ... Ex Also Gets $20k/Month

Published

Bryan Callen's officially divorced and while he's paying a nice chunk o' change in support, their assets are split pretty evenly ... right down to their 2 pups.

The actor and comedian best known for "The Hangover" and the ABC sitcom "The Goldbergs," finalized his divorce with Amanda Humphrey earlier this month, and according to the docs, Amanda gets their Santa Monica crib worth around $3.4 million. She'll also keep a leased 2019 Lexus GX 460 Sport Wagon and several bank accounts.

Bryan will pay Amanda $11,496 every month in spousal support, and $8,504/mo. in child support for their 2 kids ... 13-year-old Stella Quinn and 9-year-old Finn Cook.

Speaking of the kids, Bryan and Amanda will share joint legal custody, and have already hammered out a visitation schedule. Their 2 dogs are kind of a package deal with Stella and Finn -- the pets will be with Amanda, but when the kids are with Bryan he'll get the dogs too.

However, Amanda keeps their horse. Of course.

Now, Bryan's walking away with a Venice home worth nearly $2 million, his 2014 Toyota Prius and his leased 2019 Tesla Model S. He'll also keep the rights to his podcast "The Fighter and the Kid" and some of his bank accounts.

As we reported ... Amanda filed for divorce back in February 2020 after 12 years of marriage.

Kim Kardashian This Guy Wants to Get Inside My Home He's Dangerous and I'm Scared

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian is getting protection from a man she claims is trying to get inside her home -- a man who says he's in love with her -- and he's getting dangerously frustrated.

Kim's lawyer, Shawn Holley, beelined it to court Friday and got a temporary restraining order ... to protect Kim from a 32-year old man named Charles Peter Zelenoff, who she says has been harassing her for months.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim claims the guy keeps posting about his desire to pursue a physical relationship with her, and he's got a lot of troubling posts about trying to enter her home.

In the docs, Kim says the guy has filmed videos outside the edge of her property and she claims he's getting increasingly frustrated about not getting inside ... and she says she's scared the man was able to find her home, because she's never shared her address.

She says the guy is dangerous -- he has 2 recent convictions for battery.

Kim is blunt ... in the documents, she's asked her relationship with the guy ... her response, one word -- "stalker."

The judge granted Kim's temporary restraining order and Zelenoff must stay 100 yards away from her at all times.

Darth Vader House Hits Market in Houston ... Join The Dark Side for $4.3 Million!!!

Published | Updated

There's a massive estate in Houston that just hit the market ... and it's out of this world 'cause it's dubbed the Darth Vader house.

The 4-bedroom, 5 bathroom house has 7,040 square feet of living space, which is awesome, but it's the unique front structure that stands out ... thanks to its near-spitting image of the onyx helmet donned by the most famous 'Star Wars' villain.

The house -- yours for a cool $4.3 million -- was built by a surgeon back in the early '90s and "modeled after the mask of Darth Vader."

The home is super sleek ... with laser blue backlighting throughout that may have some people thinking they're inside The Devastator.

The contemporary masterpiece is planted in the prestigious West University neighborhood ... and it's truly fit for a king supervillain, despite a row of skylights near the top of the structure that glistens with natural light.

Got toys? There's space in the 4-car garage too.

Wade Knight and Nadia Carron from Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty are the co-listing agents.

Zac Efron Escape from L.A. Moves Forward ... Sells Home for $5.3 Mil

Published | Updated

Zac Efron is deadly serious about getting the hell outta dodge Hollywood -- he just unloaded his L.A. pad, and for less than listing. That's how badly he wants out!

The 'Down to Earth' star just sold his stunning hillside home in the Los Feliz neighborhood after putting it on the market back in December. As we told you ... Zac decided last year he wanted to bail on L.A. and move to Australia.

Seems like he's sticking with that plan. The 5-bed, 5.5-bath, 5,644-sq.-ft, scenic property sold for $5.3 million ... a bit below his $5.9 mil asking price.

Zac still might have made a nice chunk of change on the sale though -- he bought it in 2013 for nearly $4 million, but he did make some renovations ... including updating the swimming pool and spa with a waterfall.

The 3-story home -- located in the coveted Oaks neighborhood near Hollywood Hills -- features a long gated driveway that opens up to sweeping views of the entire city and the ocean ... visible from every room in the house.

Hard to see why Efron wants to leave this place, but as we said ... he has his reasons.

Jennifer Lopez Miami Love Nest W/ Ben ... Fit For A Queen (And Her King)!!!

Published | Updated

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have more than enough room to spread out in Miami Beach -- 'cause J Lo's rented digs are tantamount to a 21st-century palace ... and then some.

We tracked down the waterfront property that J Lo's hunkered down in this week -- and let's just say there's A LOT of space.

The place is a 2-story fortress ... laid out over 10,000 square feet ... with 11 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, 3 garages, a private gym, pool, jacuzzi and spa.

Oh, it's also got its own docking area. Also of note -- there's a guest house on the grounds -- so if JL gets sick of BA's cig sessions, there's always option B when it comes to bedtime. We doubt that's gonna be an issue.

No word on how much J Lo's paying for this or how long she plans to stick around -- but it was sold for a fortune last month to jewelry designer Paul Morelli, who snagged it for around $18 mil. Realtor Julian Johnston had the listing.

Anyway, it's pretty obvious this place is well equipped for more than just a party of two -- but for now, that'll do for Ben and Jen. Don't make too much of a mess in there!!!

Kim Kardashian Sued Staff Claims They Got Short-Changed ... Rep Says Vendor's at Fault

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian's maintenance and cleaning crew have come together to go after her in court for allegedly failing to pay wages, provide meal breaks and cover expenses ... but Kim claims she's the wrong target, and the vendor is the one who short-changed the workers.

According to the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- 7 staffers who say they worked for Kim at her Hidden Hills property are suing her, claiming they were told upon hire they were full-time employees ... but they say they were treated as independent contractors instead and got screwed out of full-time employee benefits.

However, a rep for Kim tells TMZ ... she hired a third-party vendor for the ongoing maintenance/cleaning services, and she's not privy to the agreement made between the vendor and the workers. The rep insists Kim “is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff."

The rep adds ... "Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon."

In the docs, the workers allege they were not given pay stubs, not paid on a regular schedule, not given meal and rest breaks, not properly reimbursed for expenses, not provided a system to record their hours, and thus ... were not paid for all of their hours, including overtime.

According to the lawsuit, one employee also claims he was fired after he inquired about his rights and those of his son ... whom he says was only 16, but worked more than the maximum hours allowed for a minor under California labor law.

Again, we're told Kim's stance is this is an issue with the vendor ... and she's not the one workers should be going after. As one source put it, Kim's never missed a cellphone bill payment, let alone payment for workers at her home.

The workers are seeking damages and other penalties.

'Training Day' Roger's House Up for Sale ... Got $1.1 Mil, King Kong??!!

Published | Updated

A piece of movie history is going up for sale ... the iconic house from "Training Day" just hit the market.

The 3-bedroom home, tucked away on a cul-de-sac near Dodger Stadium, is up for sale at a cool $1,149,000 ... and it's where memorable scenes for the movie starring Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke were filmed.

If you've seen "Training Day" you'll remember Roger's home ... there are a few scenes inside, most notably the ones where Denzel's character, Alonzo, shoots Roger in his own living room and tries to frame Ethan's character for the murder.

The kitchen's the setting for another scene, where the dirty cops dig up the floor and steal a ton of cash. Dr. Dre's character is involved in both iconic scenes, which we're told were shot on location inside the home.

The home is 1,700 square feet and it has great views of the downtown L.A. skyline ... along with exposed beam ceilings and oak floors. There's also a separate studio guest house with its own deck, and a big yard.

Sorry, no leftover cash under the floorboards. Deirdre and Terry of the L34 Group have the listing.

Paul Hogan Denies Leaving Note Attacking Homeless

Published

SIGN OF THE TIMES

Paul Hogan insists he didn't put up a sign on his house warning homeless people to scram ... in fact, he says the house isn't even his and he has empathy for people living on the streets.

The "Crocodile Dundee" star was getting lots of unwanted attention after a sign was plastered on his garage that read ...'THIS IS MY HOUSE NOT YOURS." Hogan is renting a $3.5 million house on the sand in Venice ... an area that has been completely overrun by the homeless. It's become both dangerous and heartbreaking to see people living in horrible conditions.

Hogan says he did NOT write the sign, although it's weird he was seen with a red marker in his hand and the sign is written in red.  He does say when he saw the sign, he took it down.

Paul calls the homeless situation in L.A. sad, awful and embarrassing. State and local government have done little, if anything, to curb the problem up to this point, and it's become a full-blown crisis.

The 81-year-old Hogan has said he's homesick for his native Australia and can't wait for COVID-19 issues to be resolved so he can leave L.A.

The sign is down, but the problem remains the same.

Paul Hogan Note to L.A. Homeless ... 'This is My House'

Published

Paul Hogan's had it with the crime and homelessness around his home in L.A. and is letting his frustrations be known ... by posting a warning on his front door.

The "Crocodile Dundee" star -- who recently told Australian news he's homesick and desperate to leave the U.S. and return Down Under -- reportedly stepped outside Sunday and pinned a note to outside his garage in Venice Beach that read ... "THIS IS MY HOUSE NOT YOURS."

Paul's since taken the sign down outside his $3.5 million property ... which does sit right in the middle of a neighborhood where the homeless crisis has become epidemic.

As you may know ... the Venice Beach area that was once a tourism hot spot in L.A. has become a hellscape of sorts during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Hogan's note seems to be directed to the many homeless camped out near his home.

Paul and his 22-year-old son, Chance, have reportedly been stuck inside his beachside mansion -- which locals describe as a fortress -- for months as the homeless crisis and crime has spiraled out of control in the area.

Hogan's stated he can't wait for the pandemic to be over so he can flee ... which echoes what many others have expressed about L.A. in recent months, as city and county officials have been criticized for not doing enough to address what's going on.

While the government may be coming up short in helping with the homelessness situation, there has been a movement among celebs, like Jon Cryer and Lisa Joyner, and organizations like Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission to provide those in need with shelter.

It's a great cause, but clearly, there's still a long way to go.

LADY GAGA Dog Walker Getting Back to Work After Terrifying Dognapping

Published | Updated

Lady Gaga's dog walker is getting back in the saddle after his near-death experience ... he's walking her French Bulldogs again after putting his life on the line for them.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Gaga's dog walker, Ryan Fischer, is back on the job less than 3 months after nearly losing his life while taking her pups for a late-night stroll.

He stopped by her home Friday afternoon in L.A. -- bearing gifts and looking pretty healthy in the wake of his lengthy hospital stay after the shooting and dognapping incident

Although they weren't spotted with him on Friday, we're told he's walking the dogs during the day now ... a departure from the nighttime walk that ended in gunfire and the suspects making off with Koji and Gustav.

The only measure of comfort Ryan can take is that cops say the suspects were not targeting the dogs because they were Gaga's.

TMZ broke the story ... 3 alleged dognappers are charged with attempted murder and robbery and 2 others have been hit with accessory charges.

Remember ... Gaga put out a $500,000 reward after the February 24 dognapping, which cops believe was carried out by a dog-stealing ring, and she eventually got her dogs back safely after they were left tied up in an alley and a woman called the number Gaga posted.

VIOLENT ABDUCTION

The woman who "found" the pups was also arrested, according to law enforcement sources, because police were suspicious of her from the start.

Ryan, meanwhile, was hospitalized for several weeks and even had part of a lung removed ... but he's looking great now.

Bottom line ... the dog walker's back to work, just like a lot of the country.

Trevor Noah & Minka Kelly Splitsville ... Big Mansion Mistake?!?

Published | Updated

Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly have reportedly called it quits -- which, if true, means that mansion he snapped up earlier this year is going to start feeling a whole lot bigger.

The low-key Hollywood couple -- who were first linked back in the summer of 2020 -- are going their separate ways ... this after supposedly being super serious after less than a year of dating. People Mag first broke the news, citing sources close to the pair.

No word yet on what caused the break-up, but it's definitely a left turn from what word on the street was regarding their relationship status just a few short months ago ... which was that they were head over heels and possibly moving in together.

That leads us to Trevor's real estate buy out in Bel-Air ... where he recently bought a modern-day palace of a home for a whopping $27.5 million. It's a huge home, and frankly -- it's a lot of house for one person. Supposedly, the idea behind getting such a big place was to accommodate both himself and Minka -- and whatever else followed -- but now ... it seems the crib will become a bachelor pad.

No harm, no foul though -- the property is gorgeous, so we don't imagine Trevor has any buyer's remorse over it. If anything, he could always flip it and downsize.

As for the one-time lovebirds ... welp, we hardly knew ya. TN and MK were notoriously private about their relationship -- never once confirming they were actually together, despite being spotted out in public with one another on a few occasions.

We've reached out to both of their camps for comment ... so far, no word back.

Derek Jeter Sells Tampa Mansion He Rented to Tom Brady ... For $22.5 Million!!!

Published | Updated

Derek Jeter has finally sold his massive Tampa waterfront mansion -- the same place he rented to Tom Brady and Gisele -- and it's the biggest residential real estate deal in the city's history!!!

The MLB legend and his supermodel wife, Hannah Jeter, had listed the place for $29 million back in September -- and according to the realtors in charge of the deal, there was major interest in the place.

Jeter ultimately agreed to sell for roughly $22.5 million -- which the real estate company, Smith & Associates, says is the most expensive home purchase ever in Tampa Bay.

We know what you're thinking ... who bought it?!

So far, the buyer has not been revealed -- but we're told it's NOT Tom Brady and Gisele.

Our Tampa sources tell us they recently moved out of the place and are living nearby while they're building a brand new pad in the exclusive Indian Creek Island community in Miami.

As for Jeter, he bought the 22,000 square-foot estate back in 2005 -- reportedly planning to put down $2.3 million. But, after he bought it, there was a major renovation and the final product is one of the sickest properties we've ever seen.

We're talking 7 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms plus 8 half-baths (so, 16 total toilets if you're keeping score) ... along with an 80-foot saltwater lap pool, a gym, wine cellar AND a movie theater!

There's also a 6-car garage -- and the place comes with its own private dock with 2 boat lifts!!

Smith & Associates says they did deep background searches on all interested parties before they were allowed to check out the property ... in an effort to make sure only serious buyers were allowed on site.

Jeter moved to Miami a while back -- which is why he was able to rent it to TB12 after the QB signed with the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Tom reportedly loved the place and even held some private workouts in the yard.

Congrats to the new owner ... what a property!

Gloria Gaynor Can Say Goodbye ... To New Jersey Home

Published

Gloria Gaynor's still got all her life to live and all her love to give -- she just won't be doing it from the New Jersey pad she's called home for years.

The First Lady of Disco's put her customized and contemporary Green Brook home on the market, and the 5-bed 4.5-bath beauty is truly fit for a diva ... or anyone else who enjoys luxury and plenty of amenities.

Gloria's palace is more than 5,300 square feet with an open floor plan built for an entertainer ... plus, it has a large gourmet kitchen, fireplace, wet bar and a private home theater.

There's also an incredible pool enclosed by a glass atrium and a backyard area perfect for year-round gatherings with friends and family.

Gloria says she's had many of those over the years, and even built a stage near the pool for people to sing and dance ... very fitting.

Gaynor's home is on the market for $1,249,000. Lisa Poggi of Douglas Elliman is the exclusive listing agent.

Frank Sinatra Palm Desert Home Hits Market ... $4.25 Mil to Get Away from It All!!!

Published | Updated

Frank Sinatra's former hideaway in the California desert is for sale ... and it's the perfect spot for someone wanting to maintain social distancing even when the pandemic's over.

"Ol' Blue Eyes" built the isolated mountain retreat high above the Palm Desert back in 1970 as an ideal getaway, and the 7.5-acre secluded compound features an abundance of space and luxury.

Dubbed the "Villa Maggio" -- named for the character that earned him an Oscar in "From Here to Eternity" -- the property was a personal residence for Sinatra for many years ... and provided a spot to escape, relax and party with friends and family.

The main house has 5 beds and 5.5 baths, but there's also a 3-bedroom guest house ... and a 1-bed pool house to go with the resort-style pool.

Though it's been recently renovated, Frank's home still has the tiles and wallpaper he chose in many places -- and all restoration's aimed to keep the home as close as possible to the original.

Of course, it's got panoramic mountain and valley views and parking for a few dozen cars -- but the real baller feature is ... the helipad!!! Screw that commuter traffic.

It's almost as if Sinatra had this place in mind when he sang his 1958 hit, "Let's Get Away from It All."

The Villa Maggio's listed at $4.25 million. Markus Canter and Cristie St. James of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties hold the listing.
