2 Chainz Wants Me Dead ... 'THOT' Video Girl Says
2 Chainz is gunning for the woman he called a "thot" in that viral video ... according to her, and she says he's even put a hit out on her.
Christine Chisolm just filed new docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in her $5 million lawsuit, and says the rapper has visited the town where she lives to get info about her.
She says she was out for a run and a black Mercedes followed her, caught up to her and hit her ... injuring her arm.
And that's not all ... Christine says the 2 Chainz song "Watch Out" is about her. It includes lyrics like, "Shawty said she want 5 million, cause I told her to leave and call her a thot ... We waving that thing at your body, we waving that thing at your eye."
TMZ broke the story ... Chisolm sued 2 Chainz in July after a video surfaced of the rapper calling her a "thot." She says she lost her barbershop job as a result.

Jared Fogle Feds Want Him Nailed With Max Prison Time
Jared Fogle will be in prison for well over a decade if prosecutors have their way, because they're asking the judge to sentence him to the max.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Indiana has filed legal docs, asking the judge to give Fogle 12 1/2 years in federal prison. Under the plea bargain agreement, the range was between 5 - 12 1/2 years, subject to the judge signing off.
Prosecutors laid out why his child porn conviction is so heinous ... there was an enormous amount of child porn in the various devices of Fogle and Russell Taylor, including 5.6 terabytes of data. There were 16 smart phones, 6 laptops, 22 DVDs, 159,634 text messages, 3,394 videos and 47,623 pictures.
The Feds say they ID'd 12 victims of child porn and 2 victims of child prostitution.
The documents say Taylor provided drugs and alcohol to induce the minors into engaging in sex acts, and Fogle didn't report it because he wanted to see the pornography Taylor produced.
And 2 files were found in Fogle's phone with the actual first name of the minor victim.
The legal docs say Fogle would pay minors to engage in sex acts in hotel rooms, and did it twice in New York.
And according to the docs, Fogle had contact with a 16-year-old prostitute he met on Craigslist.
The docs say although Fogle has paid prostitutes hundreds of times, they've only found 2 minors in the bunch, but are still looking.

Taylor Swift Wins Lawsuit Judge Uses 'Shake it Off' Lyrics To Dismiss Lawsuit
Taylor Swift got a federal judge to fan girl out in a legal victory in which her Honor snatched the singer's lyrics to make her point.
A songwriter had sued Taylor, claiming she stole his song "Haters Gone Hate" in creating "Shake it Off."
Judge Gail Standish wasn't having it, and set a dismissal in motion. Here's what Judge Standish wrote:
"At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them"
She goes on, saying the lawsuit "has a blank space -- one that requires Braham to do more than write his name."
But Judge Standish isn't done, saying the lawsuit is fundamentally deficient and "Band-Aids will not fix the bullet holes in the case."
And of course, she ends by ruling, "At least for the moment, Defendants have shaken off this lawsuit."
Nervous, Judge Judy?

Blac Chyna Car Crash Accident Scene Photos
Blac Chyna could be in big legal trouble ... her car was involved in a horrific accident early Sunday morning and the driver -- whoever it was -- is now a fugitive from justice.
We've obtained pics of the aftermath of the violent crash. Here's what we've learned. At 1:30 AM, Blac Chyna's white BMW was allegedly speeding down Reseda Blvd. south of Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley, when it blew a stop sign and slammed into a car that was turning left.
The collision was so violent Blac Chyna's car took out a pole and a fire hydrant. The other car flew across the lanes and we're told all 3 passengers were injured.
Our sources say the 3 passengers saw 2 African-American women in mini skirts get out of the BMW and jump in a car that had been following them, leaving the BMW behind.
Police have opened a hit and run investigation.
As for Blac Chyna ... one source tells us she stayed in Saturday night and was not driving. We're told she often loans her car out to friends, and that's likely what happened Saturday night.
Under California law, if the owner of a car gives someone else permission to drive and the driver gets in an accident, the owner and driver are legally on the hook.
Chyna's lawyer tells TMZ his client was not involved in the accident ... he says she wasn't even at the scene.

MC Supreme's Daughter It's Malibu's Fault My Father's Dead
'90s rapper MC Supreme was killed on a treacherous stretch of highway because Malibu and California repeatedly drop the ball on safety measures, according to his daughter's wrongful death lawsuit.
Yahdiya Coleman just filed against the city, the state, and Phillip Torres -- the driver who slammed into Supreme's car while he was parked on the Pacific Coast Highway. In the suit, she blasts the city for failing to install warning signs, lights or guardrails in the area.

Several Malibu locals, including Rob Lowe, echoed Coleman's concerns after Supreme's death -- with Lowe even blasting the city on Twitter.
