The guy who was busted for following Kendall Jenner up her driveway just got slapped with a couple of charges -- just the latest on his rap sheet of similar incidents ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney is charging the suspect, Shavaughn McKenzie, with one count of misdemeanor stalking and one count of misdemeanor trespassing.

We broke the story ... Kendall came home Sunday night to find Shavaughn waiting outside her front gate. As she drove in, he followed and Kendall called cops in a panic.

Turns out, Shavaughn's been arrested for trespassing multiple times at UCLA and surrounding campus buildings. Law enforcement sources also tell us ... Kendall says she's seen him around her crib before, but never reported it.

He could be looking at serious jail time for this arrest, due to 2 probation violations hanging over his head.

Brendan Dassey is already prepping for freedom ... mapping out a prospective career path, but the guy has priorities -- we're told there's one thing he wants more than money or a job.

Sources close to him say job 1 for Brendan is spending time with family -- and not only because he's hankering for his favorite meal. We're told he has already requested his mom's homemade chili or her lasagna.

Dassey earned his GED earlier this year while serving his sentence in Columbia Correctional in Wisconsin. We're told he'd like to further his education when he gets out by focusing on video game design -- and hopes to land a job in the super competitive field.

Brendan also wants to do some traveling -- naturally, he's been in prison for 9 years. And get this -- he wants to settle down with a nice girl and have 3 kids.

Rapper Burberry Perry might need a new stage name after losing BIG in court -- a judge is ordering him to drop the famous handle ... for the time being.

TMZ broke the story ... Burberry -- the famous luxury apparel line -- sued Perry for jacking the name and using the company's plaid pattern and equestrian knight logo on his album cover.

Perry hasn't lost the case yet -- it's ongoing, but Burberry claimed their brand was being damaged right now, and the judge granted its request for a preliminary injunction. This means Perry has to scrub Burberry from all his social media and remove all references to "Burberry Perry" from his songs.

Perry's taken at least one step -- right after we broke the story, he announced on Twitter he'll be known as The Good Perry.

Jerry Ferrara is driving a really hard bargain with the chain of sandwich joints he co-owns and agreed to promote ... so claims Fat Sal's in a new lawsuit aimed at 86'ing Ferrara.

Ferrara grew unhappy with his Fat Sal's deal and wanted a bigger ownership stake in the restaurants as it expanded ... according to the docs. The Gayley Group, which runs Fat Sal's, says Ferrara bought stock back in 2010 and had a nice return -- nearly $200k on an investment of $74k.

The company says Ferrara was supposed to pump up the deli shop, but threatened to bail on all promotions because he grew sour with his deal. In the suit, the co. says Ferrara complained so much ... Gayley ultimately offered him a 5% stake in some of the new restaurants it was opening.

Gayley says Ferrara instead demanded 10%. When that was shot down, Gayley claims Ferrara sicced his lawyers on them.

Shaun White says he DID send a bunch of sexually explicit texts to the female drummer of his band -- but says the two were friends at the time ... and her allegations of sexual harassment are bogus.

We broke the story ... Lena Zawaideh is suing White -- claiming he bombarded her with inappropriate text messages during her 7 year stint in their band, Bad Things.

She claims some of the texts included photos of male genitals, female nudity and other graphic images.

White is now responding to the allegations with a statement issued through his attorney, Kerry Garvis Wright.

"Many years ago, I exchanged texts with a friend who is now using them to craft a bogus lawsuit."

"There is absolutely no coincidence to the timing of her claims, and we will defend them vigorously in court."

It doesn't matter if Phaedra Parks is longtime pals with the guy accused of threatening her with a bomb ... a judge says he still has to stay away from her.

Terence Cook, best known as the rapper, Drama ... was released on a $25,000 bond last week with strict conditions while he's out of jail -- including not coming within 200 yards of Phaedra, her office or her crew. He also has to wear an ankle monitor, and get a mental evaluation.

The tight leash comes after Phaedra told TMZ ... Drama is an old friend and former client of hers, and the whole "bomb" incident was a huge misunderstanding. She says Drama was dropping off his mixtape, not a bomb.

As we reported, he was arrested back in July for the alleged bomb threat at Phaedra's office.

Phaedra told us she was trying to help Drama get legal assistance. We've reached out to her, but no word back yet.

12:35 PM PT -- Shaun has issued a statement vigorously denying the allegations.

The female drummer in Shaun White's rock band is doubling down in her lawsuit against the X Games star -- claiming he sexually harassed her for years ... and she has the text messages to prove it.

We broke the story ... White is being sued by Lena Zawaideh -- who formed the band Bad Things with White back in 2008. She was fired shortly after the end of their 2014 tour. She claims she hasn't been paid for some of her work.

In new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Zawaideh claims she was subjected to the "darker, misogynistic personality" of White during her 7 years in the band.

Among the allegations, Zawaideh claims White sent her sexually explicit and graphic images of "engorged and erect penises" and forced her to watch sexually disturbing videos "including videos sexualizing human fecal matter."

One of the videos Zawaideh claims she was forced to watch was a couple killing a bear and then having sex on top of it.

She also claims White forced her to watch "Church of Fudge" -- a hardcore porn "involving a priest, a nun and fecal matter."

At one point, Zawaideh claims White stuck his hands down his pants, approached Zawaideh, and then "stuck his hands in her face trying to make her smell them."

She also claims he tried to kiss her on the mouth at a Halloween party in 2010 -- but she shut him down.

In her suit, filed by attorney Lawrance Bohm, Zawaideh claims White ran the band like a tyrant -- ordering her to cut her hair and wear sexually provocative outfits, despite her protests.

Amber Heard has dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition against Johnny Depp, because TMZ has learned the case has settled.

Amber and Johnny filed legal docs Tuesday in which Amber withdrew her request for a restraining order. She had alleged Johnny brutalized her on May 21 but now the case is over. She dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning she can never re-file it.

The divorce case, which was tied to the domestic violence petition, is also resolved. As we reported, our sources say Johnny agreed to pay Amber approximately $7 million to walk away ... that includes attorneys' fees ... at a point, $8 million was on the table, so she ended up with a mil less.

As we reported, Johnny's lawyers, Laura Wasser and Blair Berk, along with Amber's lawyers, Pierce O'Donnell and Samantha Spector, crafted a settlement after Amber was grilled Saturday during a deposition.

Amber and Johnny released a joint statement: "Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love..."

The statement goes on: "Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains." That's an interesting sentence, because it does not say neither party has made false statements.

And it goes on ... "There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm."

And it ends this way ... "Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity." She does not specify what percentage and which charity.

Convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez is expected to appear in court Tuesday -- where a judge is hoping to set a trial date for the double murder the ex-NFL star is accused of carrying out in 2012.

Hernandez is currently serving a life sentence for the 2013 slaying of Odin Lloyd -- but he's also accused of gunning down 2 men in a drive-by shooting after leaving a nightclub in Boston.

Prosecutors say Hernandez killed the men because one of them spilled a drink on him inside the club.

The 26-year-old ex-New England Patriots star is scheduled to appear in Suffolk Superior Court for a status hearing and the judge has said he hopes to set a start date for the trial.

Brendan Dassey's family has a lot to celebrate ... but their timing is off, because his mom got a tattoo decrying his imprisonment 20 minutes before a judge ordered his release.

Brendan's mom, Barb, and a family friend got matching tattoos -- "Justice for Brendan" emblazoned on their thighs, minutes before the appeals court decision.

Funny enough ... Barb thinks the tattoo ended up a good luck charm of sorts and contributed to Brendan's sudden good fortune.

The kicker ... when Brendan gets out he says he'll get a matching tattoo.

Tyga may have opened the floodgates when he paid a fat settlement to an old landlord -- 'cause a celebrity jeweler was paying attention ... and hired the SAME LAWYERS to collect on his $200k debt.

The man with the vendetta is Jason of Beverly Hills -- who claims he got screwed out of some serious cash when Tyga stiffed him in a 2013 jewelry deal for a sick watch and chain.

Jason went to court and got a $200,000 judgment against Tyga -- but he hasn't seen a single cent and was getting sick and tired of chasing his cash.

That is ... until he saw Tyga coughed up a huge settlement last week to an old landlord who was ALSO going after the rapper for an old debt.

So, Jason says he called the landlord's attorneys -- Danny Abir and Boris Treyzon from Abir, Cohen, Treyzon, and Salo -- and hired the guys to do the same thing for him.

We're told the team plans to use the exact same playbook -- aggressively going after Tyga and his assets and turning up the heat to collect ASAP.

Faith Evans resorted to half-baked "gangsta-movie" quotes to explain why she bailed on a concert to instead play the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour ... so says a promoter who's asked a judge to block her from performing in Atlanta.

Promoter Jeremy Hill filed docs hoping a judge puts the kibosh on Faith's plans to perform with Bad Boy Sept. 8 in Atlanta. Jeremy already sued Faith for backing out of his Sept. 10 concert at Wolf Creek Amphitheater.

As for why Faith bailed ... Hill says Faith used a "gangsta-movie" quote to explain -- "It's not personal, it's only business."

Not sure how that's gangsta ... Hill says Live Nation forced Faith to cancel the Sept. 10 concert to receive a purported $800k for performing with the Bad Boy tour. Hill goes on to say Faith's agent texted him, "I can't give up 25 dates for 1. I tried to work it out, she was going to do both shows but it's impossible."

O.J. Mayo says he's fighting his ban from the NBA after allegedly violating the league's drug policy -- and tells TMZ Sports he expects to be back on the court soon.

The league handed down the punishment back in July -- and said he'll be eligible to apply for reinstatement in 2 years. The league has not released any details about the substance that triggered the violation.

But when we got Mayo out in L.A. Monday he told us he's not taking the situation lying down -- saying he filed an appeal and the process is already "in the works."

(UPDATE: There's some debate over what Mayo says in the clip. Some people believe he says, "I already appealed it. It didn't work." Our photog says he believes he heard "it's in the works." Listen to the video and judge for yourself.)

As for the alleged violation, Mayo says he will tell his side of the story soon -- and noted that he's been focused on recovering from recent foot surgery.

TMZ Sports has obtained the 911 call made by a witness who saw ex-NFL lineman Barret Robbins on a violent rampage in Florida last week ... and it sounds terrifying.

The caller initially reports a "huge drunk man just literally walked into (a pub) punched this kid in the face" in the late hours of August 8th.

We broke the story ... the former Oakland Raiders lineman (who was listed at 6'3", 320 during his playing days) was leaving a bar in Boca Raton when the rampage began.

The caller says Robbins was yelling to himself and waving his hands around -- before attacking two innocent women outside of a nearby hotel.

"He just punched a woman. He just punched a woman outside of Best Western. Are you OK?! We called the police ... We have to do something. A bunch of people are about to jump him. I have to go, please hurry."

Cops raced to the scene and Robbins was eventually arrested for felony battery. He was transported to a jail and then a mental health facility.

Robbins has a well-known history of mental health issues -- which became public after he went MIA in the hours before Super Bowl XXXVII.

Kendall Jenner had a big scare Sunday night, when she was greeted as she returned to her new Hollywood Hills home by an alleged stalker.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Kendall drove up to the house and saw a guy in her driveway by the gate. As she drove through, the guy followed her.

Kendall freaked out and called 911 ... she stayed in her car until cops roared up the hill.

The man was arrested for stalking. We're also told there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Kendall bought the house 2 months ago. It's located above the Sunset Strip, in an area that's had its share of problems.

Chris Brown annihilated his baby mama in custody court ... she lost so bad the judge ordered her to pay Chris back for the attorney fees he fronted her.

Sources connected to Chris tell us, Nia Guzman struck out on every single request regarding custody of 2-year-old Royalty. Nia wanted full custody -- DENIED. She wanted Chris to have monitored visitation -- DENIED. She wanted to deny Chris' mom the right to see the kid -- DENIED. She wanted Chris to submit to drug tests -- DENIED.

The judge maintained the status quo -- joint custody. Chris continues to get Royalty 12 days a month.

When Nia filed her legal docs asking for a change in custody the judge ordered Chris to pay her $20k so she could afford a lawyer. But she lost so hard, the judge said Nia wasn't entitled to the money and gave Chris a credit.

There was supposed to be a separate hearing on child support. Nia is currently getting $2,500 a month from Chris but she wanted nearly $16k. Nia has now dismissed her support petition.
