More trouble for ex-boxing champ Zab Judah -- he's been charged with domestic violence for allegedly getting violent with his wife while drunk ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the Las Vegas Metro PD was called to Judah's home around 3 AM on July 26 for a domestic disturbance.

Cops made contact with Zab -- who said he got into an argument with his wife after she destroyed "all of his clothes" because she was jealous of an unknown woman claiming she had a baby with Zab.

Zab was adamant he did not touch his wife.

But Zab's wife and sister told cops a different story -- claiming the boxer had been drinking and pushed her to the ground by her face ... causing her to hit the floor hard.

According to the police report, the responding officer did not notice any injuries on the woman -- but said she kept touching her face as if she was in pain.

Judah was eventually arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery/domestic violence. He's due back in court next month.

This is just the latest legal issue for Judah -- who's still dealing with a 2014 DUI arrest ... and was also involved in a bizarre crash back in January where he gave a fake name and appeared drunk.

Chris Brown will dodge a bullet in an alleged gun incident ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the investigation tell us ... the reason the case has not gone forward is that the D.A. is unimpressed with the evidence assembled by cops. As we reported, the case was supposed to be submitted to prosecutors 2 weeks ago but the D.A. informally kicked it back for lack of evidence.

TMZ broke the story ... Baylee Curran claimed Chris pulled a gun on her and ordered her to leave during a party at his home in August. Brown was arrested and booked ... he was supposed to be arraigned 2 weeks ago but authorities got a 2-week extension so they could gather more evidence.

They didn't.

Our law enforcement sources say the D.A. sees the handwriting on the wall ... all they have is a sketchy alleged victim who hedges on drug and alcohol consumption during the party and made the media rounds big time after the incident.

Authorities also have trouble pinning a gun to Chris. He threw a duffel bag out the window during the standoff and cops say they found 2 guns inside, but they're worried the weapons can't be tied to the singer.

Short story ... we're told it's all but case closed. There's some history between Brown and prosecutors, who wanted him jailed several times while he was on probation in the Rihanna beating case. But our D.A. sources insist, Rihanna is history and is not relevant in the current, weak case.

If cops want to persist, they could take the case to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor assault prosecution, but we're told that would almost certainly be a dead end, because a weak case is a weak case.

Tori's been ordered to buck up her full past due balance of $37,981.97, plus an extra $855 in court costs ... according to new legal docs.

We're told 7 family members of Jenni's publicist, makeup artist, hairstylist and lawyer have retained a firm to get the $70 million Starwood Management -- owners of the doomed Learjet -- was ordered to pay 2 months ago.

Attorney Danny Abir tells us his firm plans to go after Starwood assets, which include at least two airplanes.

Abir's firm is the one that already squeezed one settlement out of Tyga -- and is currently working on another.

Paul Johansson's firing back at his baby mama after she got a temporary restraining order against him -- now claiming she gives their child sleeping pills.

The "One Tree Hill" star filed his response to Mercedes Connor's temporary restraining order ... where she claimed he flipped when their 5-year-old son had a food allergy scare. In his docs -- filed by attorney Gary Fishbein -- Johansson says she's the terrible parent because she gave the boy sleeping pills to knock him out at night.

He also told his side of the food allergy fight -- accusing her of being neglectful during the incident. He says Connor was engrossed with her phone while the child suffered, and she only stopped when he demanded she get some medication.

Angelina Jolie will not cooperate with law enforcement if there's a move to file child abuse charges against Brad Pitt ... TMZ has learned.

Our Angelina sources say she's adamant ... Brad should not face criminal charges for getting physical with 15-year-old Maddox on their private jet. We're told she'll go "radio silent" if authorities make a move to build a case against her estranged husband.

We're told Angelina was forthright with the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, telling social workers Brad struck Maddox (in the face).

Other sources say Brad did not strike his son in the face, but instead lunged at him and Angelina got in the way, causing Brad to inadvertently make contact with the boy's shoulders.

Angelina, we're told, has a singular focus ... protecting her kids, not punishing Brad.

DCFS does have the authority to recommend custody restrictions to the dependency court, although it's looking more and more like it will not reach that stage. Furthermore, given there were no injuries to Maddox and conflicting accounts of what happened, prosecution is also unlikely.

Former Playmate Ashley Mattingly was arrested for suspicion of DUI after allegedly plowing her golf cart into 4 parked cars, but she's not willing to accept blame.

According to a witness, Mattingly wrecked last weekend while tooling around her Laguna Beach neighborhood. Cops tell us the witness snapped pics, which they used to trace the vehicle back to Ashley. When they got to her house, we're told she appeared to be under the influence, and arrested her.

Ashley has a different story though -- she tells us someone stole her golf cart and went on a joyride. She adds she wouldn't have answered the door if she had anything to hide from cops.

As for the DUI -- Ashley admits she does mix extra strong drinks at home sometimes ... which doesn't seem like the greatest defense. That giant gash on her face might also be tough to explain away.

The guy who couldn't remember Elaine Benes on "Seinfeld" is having serious issues with an ex-writer from the show ... and he's gone to court for protection.

Fred Stoller, who guest starred and wrote for the sitcom, filed for a restraining order against Bruce Kirschbaum, saying he'd been harassing him for months. Fred says Bruce shows up to his crib at all hours of the night, banging on his door and leaving threatening notes.

In docs, Fred says Bruce -- who was also "Seinfeld" writer -- blames him for ruining his rep in the biz.

Fred wrote a book about his time on "Seinfeld," in which he referred to an unnamed staffer as a "pathological liar." Bruce seems to think it was a shot at him.

NeNe Leakes' son, Brentt, was trying to help his mom out on her tour but got robbed by an irate fan instead.

Brentt was hawking mom's merch Wednesday night when her "So Nasty, So Rude" comedy tour rolled through The Promontory in Chicago. Our PD sources tell us a customer was demanding a refund, and when the 17-year-old didn't fork it over ... the guy made off with a backpack containing Brentt's wallet and laptop.

We're told cops already have surveillance of the heist, but haven't made any arrests yet. Brentt wasn't hurt, and we're told he and NeNe are actually more pissed about losing his ID.

Gladys Knight says her son stooped so low in their legal battle, he attempted to extort his own mother if she didn't cut him a break.

The R & B legend has been fighting Shanga Hankerson over the chicken & waffles joints that bear her name in the Atlanta area -- and when he didn't respond to the lawsuit, the clerk entered a default victory for Gladys.

According to docs, Gladys says Shanga's lawyer reached out and put a metaphorical gun to her head: give us more time to respond to the lawsuit, or we'll go public with your Alzheimer's diagnosis.

Gladys didn't give in, and then her own flesh and blood filed legal docs that indeed alluded to some form of dementia because, as they put it ... she had a "lack of mental capacity."

The judge in the Derrick Rose rape case reaffirmed his decision and will NOT allow the accuser to use a pseudonym during the trial ... saying, "This is not a state secrets case."

As we previously reported, the accuser had asked the judge to reconsider after he previously ruled that she must use her real name. But in a hearing Thursday afternoon, the judge shot her down.

"This is not a state secrets case," Judge Michael Fitzgerald said ... adding that the media could easily find out her real name.

The judge also admonished the accuser for fighting to protect her identity when her name is already known to many people and can be easily discovered by the media.

Porn legend Ron Jeremy busted a left turn while driving through Bev Hills, but failed to see a guy crossing the street and hit him -- now cops are on the case ... TMZ has learned.

It all went down Wednesday night and Jeremy says he never saw the pedestrian, who was dressed in all black. He says he "nicked" the guy. Cops and paramedics responded -- the victim was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.

Kim Kardashian's bodyguard says cops could've busted him if he roughed up the guy who kissed Kim's butt ... and he thinks that's BS.

Pascal Duvier -- who heads Kim's security detail -- addressed the assault, saying under the law he could have faced assault and battery charges for beating the crap out of Vitalii Sediuk ... like many people thought he would. Seriously, have you seen the size of Pascal?

Justin Bieber has been ordered to get back to Miami for a deposition, and the judge doesn't care if it means interrupting his current world tour schedule.

We're told Bieber's lawyers were in a packed courtroom Wednesday for the case where a photog is accusing the singer's bodyguards of attacking him inside a Subway restaurant.

According to court docs, the judge is giving Bieber 30 days to return to FL for the grilling by lawyers ... or he'll issue a writ of bodily attachment -- which means sheriff's deputies will haul him in if he doesn't come voluntarily.

Bieber's European leg of his Purpose World Tour doesn't end until late November ... so it's going to be a logistical nightmare.

As we previously reported ... the photog's attorney, Mark DiCowden, will grill Bieber on his previous altercations with photogs and fans. We're also told the depo will be videotaped -- which probably doesn't sit well with Justin's legal team.

The comedian led a large group of protesters Wednesday night in Hollywood during a rally ... which he says was born out of that meeting of concerned entertainers this summer.

TMZ obtained the shots of Jim and Cathriona White from February 14, 2013. They show your standard romantic couple -- dinner, rose petals, kissing. What's odd about the scene is ... Cathriona had married Mark Burton on January 15 ... according to their marriage certificate.

Jim's attorney says this flies in the face of Burton's claim he suffered loss of companionship when White died from an overdose ... which is part of the wrongful death suit.

Carrey's camp and witnesses say Cathriona had asked 5 other men, including Jim, to marry her to avoid deportation to Ireland-- and she didn't even live in the same state as Burton when they wed.
