Farrah Abraham Strikes Plea Deal in Bev Hills Arrest ... Banned from Beverly Hills Hotel Lounge
Farrah Abraham entered a guilty plea in her Beverly Hills Hotel arrest ... and it's part of a plea deal that will keep her ass outta jail.
Farrah went to court in the Bev Hills Friday morning with her daughter -- wearing little more than a sports bra -- to enter the plea to resisting arrest. As part of the deal, the battery charge was dropped. For the resisting arrest, the ex-"Teen Mom" star is getting 2 years probation and 5 days of community labor.
She was also ordered to complete 12 hours of anger management.
She's also banned from the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel.
You'll recall, Farrah was busted in June at the hotel when she allegedly hit a hotel security guard who had asked her to leave the premises.
She also got seriously mouthy with police officers who were called to the hotel ... telling one of them, "Go f**k yourself." TMZ got video of her sobbing run-in with the BHPD.

Harvey Weinstein D.A. Suffers New Setback ... Over Witness Credibility Concerns
The Manhattan D.A. is having more problems with the Harvey Weinstein case ... the latest being prosecutors have decided NOT to call a critical witness to prove Weinstein had an M.O. of rape.
Sources connected to the case tell TMZ, prosecutors wanted to call Melissa Thompson to the stand. She has claimed Weinstein raped her back in 2011 in an NYC hotel room. Thompson has even filed her own lawsuit claiming she was raped.
We've learned the D.A. is now in possession of emails and a text message they believe call Thompson's credibility into question.
An hour after the alleged rape, Thompson sent an email to Weinstein about a proposed business arrangement. We're told the D.A. feels a jury would find the email troublesome.
Then, on November 8, 2011, Thompson sent a text message to Weinstein, pitching herself as an executive producer on a show. The text message read in part, "Harvey if I do this show can i be an EP? I got 2/3 of the cast."
We're told the D.A. also has a writing from Thompson after the alleged rape, bragging about her relationship with Weinstein.
Thompson released this video of an interaction she had with Weinstein hours before the alleged rape.
This is the latest setback in the D.A.'s case against Weinstein. The lead detective is under investigation for witness tampering and withholding evidence favorable to Weinstein.
The D.A. has dropped the case involving a woman who claims Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex, after she allegedly told a friend the oral sex was consensual and she did it because she was gunning for a movie job.

Heather Locklear Sued Wished Death By AIDS On EMT's Kids
-
EXCLUSIVE

Heather Locklear was vicious, violent and wished death by AIDS on the children of an EMT that was placing her on a gurney during her June arrest ... so says the EMT in a newly filed lawsuit.
Jennifer Hayn-Hiton -- a single mother of 3 -- was working as an EMT on June 24 when she was dispatched to Locklear's L.A. home for a disturbance call. Hayn-Hiton claims Locklear became verbally and physically abusive during the incident, kicking her and causing injury.
According to the docs -- filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ -- Locklear also wished death on the EMT's 3 minor children from AIDS.
Hayn-Hiton says the injuries at the hands and feet of Locklear caused her to miss work and, as a result, her paycheck shrunk.
TMZ broke the story -- Locklear was charged with interfering with law enforcement and battery. She was hospitalized 24 hours after her release from jail for an apparent overdose ... and she's been in rehab ever since.
Hayn-Hiton's attorney, Kevin Flahavan, tells us, "This has taken a tremendous toll on our client and her children. When Ms. Locklear went to rehab, we had hoped that she would learn about making amends to those she had harmed."
He continues, "We have reached out to her and she ignored us time and time again. It became apparent that Ms. Locklear wasn't going to accept responsibility for her actions on her own."
As for the lawsuit ... Hayn-Hiton is asking for unspecified damages to cover medical costs, pain and suffering and lost wages.
We reached out to a rep for Heather ... so far, no word back.

T.I. Sued Your Crypto Dough Cost Us $2 Mil!!!

Breaking News

T.I. shouted it from the rooftops -- get in on the ground floor of the cryptocurrency he and a biz partner launched and get rich ... according to the lawsuit filed by investors, who say all they got was flat broke.
The crypto was called FLiK Token and it was created in August 2017 by T.I. and ATL businessman Ryan Felton. The pissed off investors say the opening price was 6 cents per token, but Felton said it would be worth $14.99 within 15 months. Little quick math for ya -- that would be a nearly 25,000% increase!!!
But, according to docs, obtained by TMZ, the get-rich-quick scheme backfired. About 2 dozen plaintiffs say the tokens initially jumped from 6 cents to 21 cents, but cut to August 2018 ... and they're worth LESS than a penny, each.
I'm Super Excited for @Tip and his new venture with @TheFlikIO! They're gonna crush it! #ICO #blockchain #crypto #bitcoin pic.twitter.com/ElGhmDWopj
@KevinHart4real
The investors say Felton was all over social media talking about big-time investors, and claim he even insinuated Mark Cuban was coming on board. Additionally, Kevin Hart tweeted a pic of himself with Tip, congratulating him on the FLiK launch.
The group says the coins are virtually useless now, and the failed venture collectively cost them more than $2 million. The investors' attorney tells us he filed the suit Thursday ... going after Felton and T.I. for at least $5 million.
Kevin Hart is not being sued.

Evander Kane Sued Denies Owing Woman $3 Mil ... For Aborting His Baby
10:56 AM PT -- Evander Kane and his attorney have issued a statement adamantly denying the allegations in the suit.
"We’ve received notice of the filing of a lawsuit by someone referred to as Jane Doe alleging a breach of contract against Evander Kane," the statement reads.
"We firmly believe that this lawsuit is baseless both factually and legally. We will aggressively defend this claim in court on Evander’s behalf and assert all applicable counterclaims."
NHL superstar Evander Kane is being sued by a woman who claims he promised to pay her $3 MILLION to abort their child ... so she did ... but he never ponied up the dough.
It's all in a lawsuit filed by a woman using the alias "Jane Doe" to protect her identity. In the suit, the woman claims she started dating Kane in 2015.
Doe claims Kane got her pregnant in 2016 -- but they both agreed to get an abortion.
They continued to have a sexual relationship and he knocked her up again in 2017. Doe claims Kane pressured her to abort again because a baby would damage his hockey career ... and also ruin the relationship he had with his official "girlfriend."
The woman ultimately agreed to a 2nd abortion.
Then in May 2018, Doe claims Kane got her pregnant for a 3rd time -- even though she had used Plan B as a last-ditch attempt at birth control.
But, this time, Doe claims she did not want to abort -- which caused problems with Kane.
In her suit, Doe claims Kane told her proceeding with the pregnancy would be a "huge mistake" so he started "bullying" her into seeking a 3rd abortion.
When she refused, Doe claims Kane offered her $1 million to change her mind. She told him no. So, Kane came back with a $3 million offer ... and it was an offer Doe admits she couldn't refuse.
Doe claims she had the abortion in June 2018 -- but Kane never made good on the $3 million payment.
When she followed up with him, Doe claims Kane strung her along ... until finally telling her he wasn't going to make the payment.
She claims Kane tried to turn the tables and accused her of extortion -- and ultimately instructed her to solely deal with his attorney.
The woman is suing for more than $6 MILLION for the $3 million payment -- AND other damages including intentional infliction of emotional distress.
We've reached out to Kane's attorney for comment -- so far, no word back.
27-year-old Kane is one of the best hockey players in the NHL -- and recently signed a 7-year, $49 million contract extension.
Kane was the 4th overall pick in the 2009 NHL Draft and went on to score 190 goals in his career ever since.

Chris Cornell Widow Sues Singer's Doctor for Malpractice ... Claims He Was a Dr. Feelgood
-
EXCLUSIVE
Chris Cornell was funneled dangerous drugs in enormous quantities by his doctor, without so much as a visit or even a phone call, and that's what caused him to commit suicide ... so claims his widow.
Vicky Cornell is suing Dr. Robert Koblin for malpractice, claiming the doctor prescribed 940 doses of the anti-anxiety drug Lorazepam (aka Ativan) as well as Oxycodone during the last 20 months of his life, without even examining the Soundgarden singer, performing lab studies ... anything to determine if Chris was in danger.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Chris was a known "addiction-prone individual," yet the doctor took no steps to protect him. The suit claims, in 2004, Chris' therapist for his substance abuse referred him to Dr. Koblin, so the doctor well knew Chris was an addict.
The lawsuit alleges Lorazepam increases the risk of suicide in addiction-prone individuals by impairing judgment and rational thinking. It also diminishes impulse control. TMZ broke the story, the suicide seemed to have come from out of the blue. Vicky spoke with Chris during sound check in Detroit the day he died and everything seemed fine ... yet hours later he took his life.
According to the lawsuit, Dr. Koblin never warned Chris about the dangers of suicide or other side effects of long-term Lorazepam use.
The suit claims Dr. Koblin permitted non-physician staff to write hundreds of Lorazepam prescriptions, without showing any medical necessity or providing any monitoring.
Vicky and her 2 children are suing for unspecified damages.

UFC's Stephan Bonnar Insane DUI Arrest Video 'You Picked the Wrong Group of Guys'
Cops have released video of Stephen Bonnar's DUI arrest -- when he was taken down by a group of concerned citizens -- and the footage is crazy and scary at the same time.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... the UFC Hall of Famer was driving like a maniac on a Nevada highway on Sunday afternoon, roughly 10 miles from the Vegas Strip.
When the Highway Patrol arrived to the scene, Bonnar was so drunk that he was passed out in the front seat. The officer dragged the 41-year-old out of his car and a group of citizens helped restrain him on the ground.
At least one of the citizens was carrying a gun.
As cops tried to place handcuffs on him, Bonnar woke up and began to resist.
One member of the group tells Bonnar, "You picked the wrong group of guys, dude."
With help from the citizens, cops eventually got him cuffed and transported him to a nearby station where he was booked for 3rd-degree felony DUI.
Cops say Bonnar reeked of booze. Medical staff also responded to the scene and determined nothing was medically abnormal, he was just drunk.
Bonnar is a UFC legend -- he fought Forrest Griffin in the finale of the very first season of "The Ultimate Fighter" back in 2005 -- a fight that's regarded as one of the best and most important in UFC history.

Heather Locklear Lawsuit on The Way For Attacking EMT
Heather Locklear is a day away from getting sued by a paramedic who claims she was viciously attacked and injured during a drunken episode that landed the actress in a jail.
TMZ broke the story ... Locklear went ballistic at her L.A. home back in June after cops showed up after getting a call from a family member saying Heather was heavily intoxicated and out of control.
When authorities arrived Heather was extremely agitated and allegedly punched a cop who was trying to separate her from her family. EMT's then tried putting her on a gurney and Heather allegedly kicked the paramedic who is about to sue her.
The paramedic will claim in her lawsuit she suffered head and neck injuries, and it was so bad she was confined to a desk job. The lawsuit, which will be filed by attorney Kevin Flahavan, will also allege Heather verbally abused the EMT.
Heather was released and was later rushed to the ER for an apparent overdose the same day. She went from the hospital into rehab for substance abuse and mental health issues.
As for the criminal case ... Heather's been charged with interfering with a law enforcement officer and 2 counts of battery. That case is pending.

'Flipping Vegas' Stars Cops Shut Down Horseback H'ween
The stars of "Flipping Vegas" got someone flippin' pissed at their Halloween stunt -- riding horses on the beach -- and they ended having a run-in with Johnny Law.
Scott and Amie Yancey hit Malibu Tuesday evening on horseback while in costume -- Scott was the Headless Horseman, and Amie looked like Daenerys from "Game of Thrones." As you can see in the video ... onlookers at the Sunset Restaurant were in awe, but eventually ... the party on hooves was stopped in its tracks.
Scott's rep tells us cops arrived shortly after the couple trotted their steads down Westward Beach Road and told them they couldn't ride on the street.
Their costumes must have impressed the officers, because they were merely escorted to the trailers where the horses were stowed. Their show's been off the air since 2014, but seems like they still have fans in law enforcement -- Amie and Scott were allowed to go on their way ... on foot.
Nice Halloween treat for 'em.

Harvey Weinstein Woman Alleges 2002 Sexual Assault ... When She Was 16
Harvey Weinstein allegedly forced a then-16-year-old actress to grope him in his hotel room in exchange for movie roles ... according to a class action lawsuit.
The woman is filing as a Jane Doe and says she met Weinstein for a business lunch in 2002 when she was a teen model trying to break into acting. Instead of lunch, she claims he took her back to his SoHo apartment and told her he'd made Gwyneth Paltrow and Penelope Cruz stars ... and he'd do the same for her IF she let him have his way.
In the lawsuit -- first reported by the NY Post -- she says Weinstein pulled down his pants, grabbed her hand and forced her to massage his penis. She was eventually able to flee the room, according to the suit.
She claims he eventually gave her a role as an extra in 2004's "Nanny Diaries," and they stayed in touch to discuss business opportunities. For instance, she claims they had a 2008 meeting in his office, where he again took out his penis ... this time at the sight of Christina Aguilera on a TV.
The woman says Weinstein vowed she would never get work in showbiz because she rejected his advances -- something that threw her into depression and worsened her anorexia.
Doe has joined the class action suit filed last December against Weinstein for an alleged conspiracy to cover up his numerous acts of sexual misconduct.
Weinstein's attorney, Ben Brafman, tells TMZ, "This claim is preposterous. Like so many other women in this case who have already been exposed as liars, this latest completely uncorroborated allegation that is almost 20 years old will also be shown to be patently false."

Gabriel Jarret, who co-starred with Val Kilmer in "Real Genius," claims his ex-GF went nuts on him ... refusing to leave his home, and accusing him of child molestation, rape and more ... TMZ has learned.
Gabriel filed for and got a restraining order Monday against Jennifer Marie Alfano ... and in the docs he says she called him a few weeks ago, crying about being thrown out of a hotel and losing all of her possessions, so he let her use his Santa Monica apartment for a few hours to clean up.
But, Gabriel, who played Mitch in the '80s cult classic film, says she refused to get out and screamed outrageous accusations -- calling him a pedophile, drug dealer and rapist -- so loudly his neighbors overheard.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he says Jennifer chased his friend around the block for 20 minutes before cops arrived and convinced her to leave. Only problem is she allegedly left with a laptop, social security cards, birth certificate and jewelry -- none of which belonged to her.
He's worried about getting evicted because his neighbors and landlord are fed up. Although he called her an ex-GF in the docs ... Gabriel tells us he never had a romantic relationship with Jennifer.
We've reached out to her, but no word back. For now, she must stay at least 100 yards away from Gabe's home, work or vehicle.

Whitey Bulger Killers Tried to Remove His Tongue ... Victim's Fam Says Justice was Served
-
Exclusive Details
Whitey Bulger was targeted for a mob hit and the killers did what mob killers do with so-called "rats" -- they try to cut out their tongue and gouge their eyes out.
Sources at the USP Hazelton prison in West Virginia tell TMZ, Bulger was killed in his cell at around 6 AM Tuesday, NOT in a common area as first reported. We're told 4 inmates walked into the cell where Whitey was sitting in his wheelchair.
They brutally beat him with a lock in a sock and used a shiv to try and gouge his eyes out. They also attempted to cut out his tongue. We're told there was a lot of blood in Bulger's mouth but we don't know if the tongue was actually removed.
We're told surveillance cameras captured the 4 inmates walking into Bulger's cell and walking out with their clothes clearly bloodied. The attack was not caught on video.
We're told the killers went back to their cells, changed out of their bloody clothes and then walked back to Bulger's cell with a mop and a bucket to clean up the mess.
As for the motive ... our prison sources say prison officials believe it was mob retaliation because Bulger was considered a rat and an informant who helped put away several members of the mob.
The officials believe the mob put out a hit on Bulger and removal of the eyes and tongue are signs of such a hit.
BTW ... Patricia Donahue -- the widow of Michael Donahue whom Bulger killed in 1982 -- reacted to the news by saying justice was served. She also told us how she plans to celebrate. Her son, Tommy, agreed, saying how Bulger's death brought some much-needed relief.

USC Fraternity Sued Over Student's Suicide ... Hazing Led to My Son's Death
-
EXCLUSIVE
USC student and model Alasdair Russell killed himself after suffering head injuries while pledging a fraternity, and now his mother wants the frat to pay up ... TMZ has learned.
Alasdair attended an October 2016 party at the Phi Kappa Psi frat house, where he was trying to become a member. According to a lawsuit, frat members forced him to drink in excess "to the point of passing out" -- and that's exactly what happened when he fell off a platform, smashed his head and lost consciousness.
In the suit, Alasdair's mother says after he passed out, frat brothers discouraged him from getting medical attention out of fear it would "expose PKP Local's conduct, including but not limited to supplying alcohol to minors and engaging in hazing activities."
The next day, Alasdair complained of concussion-like symptoms -- head pain, vomiting, blurry vision and wooziness. His mother claims PKP bros gave him Adderall and cocaine to keep him in the game ... as far as pledge duties and partying.
According to the suit -- obtained by TMZ -- over the next few months, his personality changed, he dropped out of school in January 2017, and he ended being involuntarily committed ... presumably to a psychiatric facility. Then, on April 1, he took his own life on a beach in Florida ... while wearing a tuxedo.
Alasdair appeared in print and TV ads, including at least one with Naomi Campbell, Rumer Willis, Chelsea Tyler and Evan Ross. His mother is suing Phi Kappa Psi for negligence with regard to drinking, partying and pledge hazing.

Sylvester Stallone D.A. Rejects 1990 Rape Case
Sylvester Stallone will not be charged for allegedly raping a woman nearly 30 years ago ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... a woman filed a police report for rape back in December, claiming two sexual assaults in 1987 and 1990. Stallone believed the woman filed a false police report, and vigorously denied the allegation.
The L.A. County District Attorney's Office made the decision Tuesday not to charge Sly for the alleged attack ... citing insufficient evidence because none of the witnesses corroborated the woman's allegations. Sources connected with the case tell TMZ 2 witnesses contradicted the woman's story.
The statute of limitations had also expired.
Despite the statute of limitations having run out a long time ago, the Santa Monica Police Department still investigated. Stallone fired back at his accuser ... filing a police report claiming she committed the crime of lying on an official document.
Case closed.
