TMZ broke the story ... in court docs, Rachael describes the alleged beating in brutal detail, claiming her husband cracked her orbital after punching her repeatedly in the head, face and ribs.

Rachael was set to fight Paige VanZant in January ... but she's already pulled out after being diagnosed with a broken eye socket and other injuries.

6ix9ine, Cosby, Suge & Manafort Thanksgiving Prison Meals (Mostly) Plain & Dry for Newbies

Published | Updated

7:45 AM PT -- Looks like Tekashi will be dining at a new facility for Bird Day. TMZ broke the story, Tekashi got moved to a new center late Wednesday night for "security reasons."

The most notorious prisoners behind bars this year will partake in Thanksgiving like the rest of us.

According to prison menus across the country, guys like Tekashi69, Bill Cosby, Suge Knight and Paul Manafort -- all of whom left public life in jumpsuits in 2018 for one reason or another (or several) -- are set to be served relatively modest meals Thursday, all of which include basics like turkey, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce and greens.

Here's what 6ix9ine will be chowing down on in Brooklyn's MDC:

-- Turkey or eggplant, mashed sweet potato, corn, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, biscuit and pumpkin pie

Cosby at Pennsylvania's SCI Phoenix:

-- Turkey (or a garden burger for vegetarians), bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green peas, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls with margarine and pumpkin pie with whipped cream or fruit

Manafort at Virginia's Alexandria Detention Center:

-- Turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, rolls, and pumpkin pie

Suge at California State Prison:

-- Turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, salad, cranberry sauce, ice cream (no pie, sorry Suge) and veggies

And, if you care what Larry Nassar will be eating at US Penitentiary Coleman II in FL:

-- Turkey, baked turkey ham, tofu stir-fry or vegetable stuffing, macaroni and cheese or baked potato, candied or baked sweet potato, green beans, cranberry sauce, gravy, whole wheat bread and margarine and assorted holiday pies

Is it just us, or is Nassar getting the bigger wishbone?

Michael Avenatti Domestic Violence Case Not a Felony ... Says District Attorney

Published | Updated

Michael Avenatti will not face a felony in his domestic violence case ... according to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office.

The D.A. has referred the matter to the L.A. City Attorney's Office. The City Attorney will now have to decide whether to charge Avenatti with misdemeanor domestic violence.

TMZ broke the story ... Stormy Daniels' lawyer was arrested last week for felony domestic violence after his girlfriend, Mareli Miniutti, filed a police report, alleging Avenatti had gotten physically violent with her during an argument in their high-rise apartment in the Century City neighborhood of L.A.

Mareli also got a restraining order against Avenatti.

As soon as he got out of jail, Avenatti denied striking her -- and now says, "I am thankful that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has rejected filing any charges against me after a fair, careful and thorough investigation. I have maintained my innocence since the moment of my arrest."

It's unclear when the City Attorney's Office will make its decision.

Adrian Peterson I Still Use Switch To Discipline Kids ... After Child Abuse Case

Published | Updated

Adrian Peterson says he still disciplines his children using a switch ... despite nearly going to jail for striking his infant son with one 4 years ago.

You'll remember ... the NFL superstar beat his then-4-year-old child with a switch so badly in 2014 -- the boy had bruises and lacerations on his lower back, buttocks and scrotum.

A.P. was charged with felony child abuse ... but was able to get that charge reduced to misdemeanor domestic violence after striking a plea deal in exchange for a no contest plea.

Peterson -- in addition to serving out a lengthy NFL suspension -- was sentenced to 80 hours of community service and ordered to pay a $4,000 fine.

Adrian said afterward he would find different ways to punish his kids, saying, "I won't ever use a switch again."

But ... fast forward to now -- and Peterson is singing a different tune, telling Bleacher Report he not only still uses a switch to discipline his kids sometimes ... he also recently used a belt too.

"I had to discipline my son and spank him the other day with a belt," Peterson said.

For his part ... A.P. says he doesn't take the punishments as far as he did back in 2014 -- claiming he uses the physical discipline only far enough to teach his children lessons he feels they need to learn.

"My kids love me. When they want something, they come ask dad," A.P. says ... "They enjoy being around me."

Skrillex On the Hook for $1.6 Million ... In Fan Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Skrillex's definitely breaking a sweat now ... a jury just decided he has to pay a fan over a MILLION bucks in an injury lawsuit.

A jury just awarded Jennifer Fraissl a whopping $4,525,402 in her lawsuit against the DJ, in which she claimed she suffered a stroke after he pulled a stunt at one of his concerts. Skrillex himself was found to be responsible for 35% of the damages awarded by the jury ... roughly $1.6 million.

There's more bad news for Skrillex ... his touring company, Lost Boys, owes an additional $1.8 mil. Jennifer won't be able to collect it all because the jury also found her to be 15% responsible for the incident.

TMZ broke the story ... Fraissl sued the DJ in February 2014 claiming Skrillex leaped off his DJ table while performing at The Belasco Theater in downtown L.A. ... and landed on top of her. By the way, venue got dinged for about $450k of the damages.

Skrillex tells us he's disappointed by the jury's decision, but added, "There is nothing more important to me than my fans and their safety at my shows -- I want them to have fun and enjoy the music."

His attorney, Barry Thompson, isn't taking it that well, saying the evidence "included video proof that [Skrillex] never made physical contact with Ms. Fraissl."

He also threw shade at her health issues -- "Ms. Fraissl's active international travel schedule since her stroke seems unlikely for someone who suffered the type of mental and physical damages she and her attorney claimed."

He says they'll make a decision soon about an appeal.

Walk of Fame Vandalism J Lo, Pharrell and Others Hit Security Cams Key in Investigation

Published | Updated

11/21 10:36 AM PT -- It appears the CoC was quick on the cleanup effort. At least as far as Buble is concerned, the star has been scrubbed clean already.

11/21 9:58 AM PT -- TMZ has learned that J Lo was not the only victim yesterday, other stars were also hit by the vandal(s), including Ellen DeGeneres, Michael Buble, and Pharrell. We are told that it will cost about $1k per star to remove the spray paint and reseal them.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce tells us the stars will be fixed today, and they believe the perp(s) will be caught, because the Walk is lined with security cameras.

Jennifer Lopez now has a strange and unlikely connection to Donald Trump and Bill Cosby ... because her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame caught the attention of a vandal.

Someone used what looks like black spray paint to deface J Lo's star Tuesday ... near the famed intersection of Hollywood and Vine. It's not clear what message, if any, the tagger was trying to send.

Cops took a vandalism report and will investigate the incident. The paint job's bad, but not nearly as destructive as what we've seen on the Walk of Fame earlier this year.

HOLLYWOOD LEAKER

Most of the vandalism has been focused on Trump's star ... with George Lopez unleashing a massive fake pee stream over it, plus the golden toilet incident, the infamous pickax attack and this sticky situation. It's gotten so bad, there was talk about removing the star permanently while POTUS is in office.

As for Cosby -- after he was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in prison for sexual assault, someone scribbled the words "SERIAL RAPIST." and "#METOO" on his star.

Ex-'Smallville' Star Gets Restraining Order ... Guy's Lurking While I'm on House Arrest

Published | Updated

Allison Mack -- who played Chloe Sullivan on "Smallville" and got arrested for sex trafficking -- doesn't feel safe from a guy she claims is haunting her while she's under house arrest.

A judge has just granted Allison a restraining order against 53-year-old Thomas Sekera. She claims he's practically been camping outside her parents' L.A.-area home, where she's been restricted since April.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Mack says Sekera harassed her several times this month, including one time when he knocked on the door and claimed he was sent to help with her legal defense. She says Sekera has also peeked into all of the ground-floor windows and even waited outside the house for 6 hours.

Tekashi69 I'm Afraid My Family's in Danger ... Postponing Bail Hearing

Published | Updated

Tekashi69 is still sitting unprotected in general population of a federal prison, but his biggest concern right now is for his family's safety ... TMZ has learned.

Tekashi's got a good reason to be worried, according to the feds ... who say the rapper's recently fired employees want to "super violate" him -- a gang term for revenge, in general, and possibly murder. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, visited Tekashi Tuesday and tells us, "Daniel’s mood is fine, because he knows he is innocent. He’s extremely concerned about his family."

6ix9ine had been trying to get in some QT with his 3-year-old daughter in the weeks before his Sunday night arrest. He was with her and the child's mother celebrating her birthday just last month. Lazzaro tells us he doesn't know of any specific threat to the family.

As for any threats to Tekashi behind bars, Lazzaro says he hasn't asked for protective custody, but the feds could make that decision on their own if they think Tekashi's in danger. He's gonna be in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center a while longer.

Lazzaro says he plans to postpone Wednesday's scheduled bail hearing, because he plans to try the Courts of Appeal instead. Remember, a federal judge denied Tekashi's bail on Monday.

UFC's Rachael Ostovich Husband Arrested For Attempted Murder After Allegedly Beating Wife

Published | Updated

UFC fighter Rachael Ostovich's MMA fighter husband has been arrested for ATTEMPTED MURDER days after allegedly breaking his wife's face ... and he's still behind bars in a Honolulu jail.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Ostovich -- who had to pull out of her scheduled January fight with Paige VanZant -- was hospitalized this weekend with serious injuries -- including a broken orbital bone -- after her husband allegedly assaulted her during an argument at their home.

Cops in Honolulu opened a domestic violence investigation earlier this week ... and now police officials tell us 27-year-old Arnold Berdon -- Ostovich's husband and father of her child -- was arrested Tuesday evening on suspicion of 2nd degree attempted murder.

Berdon -- a fighter himself who holds a 7-2 record -- is still in custody at the Honolulu PD main station.

He has not yet appeared before a judge ... where bail could be set.

If he is released ... Rachael's husband won't be allowed to contact Ostovich -- 'cause she got a restraining order ... barring contact.

Tekashi69 Give Us Cash and Apology, Or Else!!! Booking Agent Threatens

Published | Updated

Problems are piling up for Tekashi69 as he sits in prison -- his old booking agents are threatening to sue AND claim the money he's trying to use for bail is cash he owes them.

MTA Booking is pissed at the rapper for making what it calls "malicious" and "defamatory" statements on social media and last week on "The Breakfast Club." MTA fired off a cease and desist letter demanding 6ix9ine retract and apologize publicly ... or it's gonna sue his ass.

MTA says the rapper's allegation it stole a ton of cash from him did serious damage to its reputation, and its booking agents are getting death threats.

That's not all ... a rep for MTA tells us a large portion of the money Tekashi's attorney offered up in court for his bail rightfully belongs to the company. MTA says it's already sent him $860k for deposits on upcoming shows in the U.S., Mexico and Germany. Presumably, he won't be able to perform those shows, so MTA wants that money back.

We're told MTA's working with its legal team to prevent 6ix9ine from using any of that dough for bail.

We broke the story ... Tekashi's been placed in general population at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center -- despite being a potential target for violence -- while he awaits his Wednesday's bail hearing.

Published | Updated

Fat Joe says Tekashi69 was in a frantic state of mind just weeks ago ... correctly predicting the feds were gunning for him.

We talked to Joe Tuesday -- right after he wrapped up his Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway in NYC -- and asked him about the ominous warning he gave Tekashi 9 months ago. If ya missed it, Tekashi went on Joe's "Coca Vision" podcast and Joe warned him about catching heat for associating with the wrong crowd.

Fat Joe asked Tekashi, "Can you control your friends? The police tried to set me up so many times ... 1 million percent they are plotting on you." Joe says his prediction played out almost exactly as he feared.

TMZ broke the story ... Tekashi was indicted on 6 federal charges, some of which carry max sentences of life in prison.

Joe tried scaring him straight during the podcast -- bringing up Bobby Shmurda and 7-year prison sentence as a prime example. It appears the chat didn't sink in with Tekashi, so now Joe's warning other rising rappers.

Michael Avenatti Hit with Restraining Order Allegedly Grabbed GF, Dragged Her into Hallway

Published | Updated

Michael Avenatti's alleged domestic violence victim claims they had an argument that turned violent -- with him being verbally and physically abusive -- and now she has a restraining order against him.

The woman, Mareli Miniutti, says she and Avenatti were in the master bedroom of their apartment arguing about money on November 13, when he called her an "ungrateful f**king bitch" ... according to docs. She says he followed her into a guest bedroom while verbally berating her and hitting her "forcefully" in the face with pillows. She claims he said, "Do not disrespect me. You don't get to sleep in my house tonight."

In the docs, Mareli says Avenatti grabbed her by her wrist and pulled her off of the bed in the guest bedroom -- and when she escaped his grasp, she started texting a friend. She claims he grabbed the phone out of her hand ... and started screaming for help out of a window.

According to the docs, Avenatti then dragged her by her right arm and out into the public hallway of the apartment building. She says she was only wearing underwear and a t-shirt, and suffered scratches on her side and leg. The woman says she rang a neighbor's doorbell for help, but Avenatti allegedly grabbed her and dragged her back into his apartment and shut the door ... preventing her from leaving.

Mareli says she was eventually able to get out of the apartment, but she claims Avenatti rode down in the elevator with her while begging, "Don't do this Mareli, don't involve them" ... presumably referring to building security. She says security guards did take her into a room by herself while she waited for a friend to come pick her up.

Mareli says, in the docs, this was the second time Avenatti was physically violent toward her. She claims the first time was in February ... when he pushed her out of the apartment into the hallway where she struck her head against a neighbor's door ... and threw her shoes at her. She also claims he has a history of being "verbally abusive and financially controlling."

According to the restraining order, Avenatti must stay 100 yards away from Mareli and have no contact of any sort with her. A hearing is scheduled for next month.

TMZ broke the story ... Avenatti was arrested Wednesday after the woman filed a felony domestic violence report. The alleged argument and confrontation she describes happened late Tuesday night at their exclusive apartment in the Century City area of L.A.

Avenatti posted $50k bail and, when he was released, he vehemently denied the allegations.
