Safe to say Travis Scott is having a GREAT week ... first the birth of his baby girl and now a victory in court.

A clerk at the Rogers District Court in Arkansas tells TMZ ... the rapper's case for inciting a riot is closed after Travis struck a deal, pleading guilty to disorderly conduct. The more serious charges -- endangering the welfare of a minor and inciting a riot -- were tossed.

As we reported ... Travis was arrested at his concert back in May after cops say he encouraged people to rush the stage. Several people were injured, including a cop and security guard.

After his guilty plea and paying some fines, the matter's considered closed. Good ... cause daddy's booked for at least the next 18 years.

Larry Nassar was just sentenced to an additional 40-125 YEARS in prison ... less than 2 weeks after a judge signed his "death warrant" with a 40-175 year term in a separate case.

This time, the disgraced ex-Team USA doctor was being charged for sexual assault crimes he committed at Twistars USA Gymnastics Club in Lansing, Michigan.

Last week, he heard impact statements from dozens of his victims ... and was nearly attacked by the father of 3 girls he abused.

Nassar issued an apology to his victims in court ... but the judge wasn't buying it, telling Larry -- "I am not convinced that you understand what you did was wrong. Clearly you are in denial. You don't get it."

FYI, Nassar was already sentenced to 60 years for child porn crimes ... bringing his minimum years behind bars to 140.

4:20 PM PST -- Oxygen sent over this statement:

The documentary series was developed by a production company in close collaboration with Dave Holloway and his long-time private investigator. The show followed his continued search to find answers about his daughter Natalee from a lead he had received. We had hoped, along with Mr. Holloway, that the information was going to provide closure.”

Natalee Holloway's mom is suing Oxygen Media, claiming they duped her into providing a sample of her DNA under the false claim they had discovered what they believed were her daughter's remains.

Elizabeth Ann Holloway says in the lawsuit, Oxygen set out to do a 6-part docuseries on Natalee's 2005 disappearance. The premise was that the network had new evidence concerning her disappearance. Elizabeth says she was told they found human female remains that could be her daughter's.

Elizabeth says Oxygen lied to her ... no such remains were ever found. She says she was horribly embarrassed and never would have provided her DNA or participated in the show had she known the truth.

Kodak Black is moving out of his Florida home despite being behind bars -- and some of his neighbors couldn't be happier ... TMZ has learned.

Movers were seen taking stuff out of Kodak's Pembroke Pines house this week after his one-year lease expired. Folks in the upscale neighborhood tell us they're relieved after the rapper proved to be a pain in the ass.

We're told the landlord was super pissed after Kodak's son drove a golf cart into some really expensive palm trees and then posted the aftermath on social media. The trouble didn't end there because just a few weeks later, the cops raided the house and found guns and drugs.

Our Kodak sources tell us that the rapper thought he had a great rapport with neighbors. As for the moving trucks ... he signed off on a new home last month, so he was already on his way out.

5:00 PM PT -- London's spokesperson, Dominic Friesen, tells TMZ ... Jeremy's arrest stemmed from a private marital matter with Juliet. We're told it was an isolated incident and "standard protocol in an attempt to diffuse an emotionally-charged situation." The couple's addressing the incident privately.

Jeremy London's been arrested for domestic violence ... and he's looking really rough in his mug shot.

The "Mallrats" actor, and Jason London's twin bro, was booked Friday in Jackson County, Mississippi on one count of domestic violence simple assault -- a misdemeanor. It's unclear right now who else was involved in the alleged incident ... but law enforcement sources tell us he was arrested in the front yard of a home owned by his wife, Juliet London.

As we reported back in the day ... London was charged with domestic violence in 2012 for a fight with his estranged wife, Melissa Cunningham. He allegedly pulled her hair and hit her on the head, but the charges were dismissed a year later.

Jeremy and Melissa divorced in 2014. He's since remarried to Juliet.

Again, we don't know if she's the alleged victim in this latest arrest.

Violence is not the answer ... even when it comes to Dr. Larry Nassar -- this according to Gabby Douglas and her mom who are strongly condemning the father who attacked Nassar in court.

Natalie Hawkins was at LAX with Gabby where she told TMZ Sports she knows exactly how Randall Margraves was feeling before he went nuclear in court ... since Gabby was also one of Nassar's victims.

"My daughter was one of the [victims]. I don't care how angry you are, the important thing is to maintain your emotions," Hawkins said ... "It's a bad example for the kids."

Gabby said people shouldn't fight evil with evil ... they should combat it with good.

The man Terry Crews claims sexually assaulted him at a party has responded in new legal docs, saying it was all a case of no harm, no foul.

Adam Venit, a big Hollywood agent at William Morris Endeavor, just filed his response to actor Terry's lawsuit, in which Terry alleged Adam grabbed his genitals in the middle of a party.

Adam issued a general denial, adding Terry can't win the lawsuit because he didn't suffer any injury and, on top of that, none of his conduct was sexual.

Nicole Eggert is imploring Scott Baio to be a good father to his daughter ... and, in her eyes, that means confessing he had sex with Nicole when she was a minor.

Eggert was out for a walk in L.A. Friday morning when she went for the jugular with her former "Charles in Charge" co-star. She also says she hasn't filed a report yet, but she has an appointment to talk to cops.

She goes on to hint she might not be the only person from the show who has beef with Baio.

Charles Oakley is officially off the hook in his criminal assault case stemming from his altercation with NY Knicks owner Jimmy Dolan at Madison Square Garden last year ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Oakley was arrested back in February 2017 for getting physical with security who tried to remove him from MSG after a heated exchange with Dolan. It took an army of security to subdue Oakley.

The ex-Knicks star was charged with assault, harassment and criminal trespass ... but accepted an ACD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal) -- which would expunge the arrest from his record if he agreed to keep his nose clean for 6 months.

If he didn't accept the ACD, Oak would've been facing a maximum of 1 year in city jail if convicted.

Now that time is up -- and Oak held up his end of the deal ... so his case has been thrown out.

Chuck Norris fact: he was the star of "Walker, Texas Ranger," and now he claims he's getting screwed out of some serious profits from the shows video-on-demand money.

Chuck's company, Top Kick Productions, is going after CBS and Sony Pictures for allegedly cheating him out of his share of the streaming VOD revenue ... according to new legal docs. The issue revolves around an alleged 23 percent cut of profits CBS agreed to give Chuck in 1993, which he claims he hasn't received from the on-demand revenue.

According to the suit ... CBS and Sony have conspired to promote 'Walker' more through on-demand services and less on TV and DVD to avoid paying him his share, and he hasn't seen a dime of his profits from S-VOD since 2004.

Guess co-founder Paul Marciano has been dragged into a new claim involving his friend Mohamed Hadid ... and this accuser claims Hadid date raped her ... something he strongly denies.

Miranda Vee met with Marciano to discuss a possible test shoot with Guess, but claims he sexually harassed her ... and then "passed" her on to Mohamed.

In her Instagram post -- which included Upton's original claim -- Vee goes on to claim she set up a professional meeting with Hadid, but it turned out to be "just me, him & champagne where he date raped me in a apartment."

Mohamed tells TMZ he did agree to meet Vee about 2 years ago because she claimed to be a fan. He says, "When we met it was not a date and not once did I touch her." He calls Vee's story outrageous and "totally untrue" -- and adds, she should go to police, not social media, if she wants to level allegations against himself or Marciano.

In her post, Vee claimed Marciano and Hadid forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Our Guess sources say Vee signed an NDA after she threatened to go public with a "bogus" story.

The Weinstein Co. screwed the pooch when it comes to that lovable, popular bear, Paddington, according to a new lawsuit.

Entertainment One Films Canada says it struck a deal to distribute "Paddington 2" upon its release, but says they got cut out of that deal ... when TWC sold its rights to Warner Bros.

According to the suit, TWC transferred its rights in Nov. 2017, and Bob Weinstein even apologized to eOne and acknowledged TWC needed to pay up for making them lose 'Paddington.'

The woman suing Too Short for sexual battery has refiled ... and now says Short defamed her, as well, when he called her money hungry.

According to new docs filed by Teana Louis, and obtained by TMZ, she is pissed about what the rapper told us after she initially filed her suit. She says his remarks were an attempt to silence her and "further her victimization."

She's particularly upset about him insinuating she's making a "money grab." What he actually said was Teana is "all about money" and that he's being extorted.

Wiz Khalifa got a demo CD from a fellow rapper, and liked the track so much he decided to make it his own hit song ... so claims that rapper in a new lawsuit.

Hip-hop artist Cymple Man claims he met Wiz in 2012 in the Salt Lake City airport, and gave him 2 copies of an original song he'd recorded, called, "Most of Us." Cymple says he wanted to see if Khalifa was interested in a collab.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cymple never heard back from Wiz, but then in 2016, Khalifa released his self-titled album with a song he says "unmistakably copies the essential elements" of Cymple's song. Of course, Wiz's track is also "Most of Us."

Cymple Man is suing Khalifa for damages and wants him to stop using his song.

Kanye West and Solange Knowles must now answer a lawsuit claiming their songs were a ripoff of a song called "If We Can't Be Lovers."

Leroy Mitchell, also known as Prince Phillip Mitchell, wrote "If We Can't Be Lovers" in 1970. He claims Solange's song, "F*** the Industry" and Kanye's song, "Everything I Am" both extensively sample his work without his permission.

Solange's song was not a big song and Kanye's "Everything I Am" didn't make a big splash either.

And, check this out ... we found out Solange's song was originally supposed to be on a mix tape, called "I Can't Get Clearance."

The lawsuit seeks damages and wants Kanye and Solange to stop performing the songs and to put a halt to radio play as well.

The lawsuit alleges Kanye and Solange willfully committed the infringement ... Mitchell is asking for punitive damages.

The alleged scumbag responsible for destroying the iconic "Field of Dreams" has been arrested ... and is now facing some serious time behind bars.

As we previously reported ... the original location used in the classic 1989 movie was destroyed with 4-inch deep tire gashes and damage to the sprinkler system after an apparent joyride through the field on January 22 -- resulting in more than $14,000 in damages.

20-year-old Austin Pape turned himself in to authorities early Thursday morning and was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief and reckless driving.

Pape has lawyered up and plans to plead not guilty, according to The Des Moines Register.

If he's convicted, Pape faces up to 5 years in prison and a $7,500 maximum fine.
