The woman who accused Chris Brown of punching her in the face in a Vegas hotel has turned her experience into a single that takes a ton of jabs at Chris.

We've got audio from Liziane Gutierrez's "Seventy Grand" -- and while Gutierrez never names Brown specifically -- the song's lyrics are an exact recount of Brown's alleged attack.

"What is that you've been smoking? Does everybody know that you been getting high, getting high? I guess that's why you wanna fight. I end up with a black eye."

TMZ broke the story ... Gutierrez sued Brown in 2016 after she claimed he punched her in the eye and took her phone after she tried to snap his pic during a private party in his Palms Hotel suite.

The two settled the case privately, and we're told preliminary amounts were as high as $70,000 ... but a source to Brown told us it eventually settled for much less.

As far as Liziane's new single is concerned, $70k seems to be the magic number.

O.J. Simpson never took the stand in his trial of the century, but his upcoming TV special is as close as you're gonna get to that ... according to Soledad O’Brien who's hosting it.

Soledad tells us 'The Lost Confession?' is the most bizarre 2 hours of TV she's ever worked on for a bunch of reasons. For starters, she says Simpson's mannerisms are suspect. We know ... understatement, but in particular, she was struck by the timing of his laughter.

Also, Soledad's stumped by Simpson's description of an accomplice named "Charlie." She points out investigators had zero knowledge of such a person -- but she's got a few theories.

We also told you about O.J.'s lawyer calling Judith Regan, the woman who published his book, 'If I Did It,' and straight-up said Simpson murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman ... this according to Regan herself.

John Bowlen -- son of Broncos owner Pat Bowlen -- has cut a plea deal in his DUI case ... the one where he told a cop, "So you know who my father is?"

As we previously reported, the 31-year-old -- who used to work for the Broncos -- was busted in July 2017 when cops say he was blazing down a California highway around 100 mph while drunk.

And to make matters worse ... he had a puppy in the backseat.

Now, we've learned ... John appeared in a San Luis Obispo court Thursday and pled no contest to driving under the influence. The good news for Bowlen? No jail time.

He ain't completely off the hook ... the judge sentenced him to 3 years probation and ordered him to pay $2,415 in fines and other costs. He must also complete a DUI education program.

FYI -- this wasn't Bowlen's first brush with the law ... back in 2015, he was arrested for domestic violence and told officials he was the "blood of the city."

Martin Shkreli's gonna be separated from his $2 million Wu-Tang album for at least 7 years ... that's how long he's going away to prison.

A judge sentenced the former pharmaceuticals exec to federal prison Friday morning in his securities fraud case. Shkreli will also have to pay $7.4 million in restitution to the victims of his fraud. That also means the legendary "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" album might be gone when he gets out of prison.

The feds have said they will seize Shkreli's property to cover the restitution if he can't cough up the cash.

Shkreli was emotional in court, sobbing while he addressed the court and saying ... "I'm here because of my gross, stupid negligent mistakes." The judge handed him a box of tissues in the middle of the hearing.

Big difference from the guy who boasted online about having the only copy of the Wu-Tang album, and also that he a leaked copy of Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter V" record.

Colin Firth and his wife admit she used to bang the guy they're now accusing of stalking them. Stuff that in Bridget Jones' diary!

The Oscar winner and his wife, Livia Giuggioli, a movie producer, released a statement saying she was "involved with" an Italian journalist named Marco Brancaccia ... who is also friends with the couple. Or, at least, he was.

Colin and Livia say her affair went down back in 2015, when she and Colin had temporarily separated.

The other man, Brancaccia, claims Livia intended to leave Colin for him -- and he has messages, photos and videos to prove it -- but she got cold feet.

O.J. Simpson's sociopathic personality came out in full bloom during his interview for the upcoming FOX special as he described how he just kinda calmly tapped Nicole Brown Simpson's car with a baseball bat.

It's pretty incredible ... during Simpson's interview with Judith Regan, he describes a 1985 incident that was discussed during the 1995 murder trial, where Simpson took a bat to Nicole's car and smashed her windshield. Police were called, and as Nicole cried hysterically, the cop asked if she was Ok and O.J. jumped in, "She's my wife. She's Ok ... I broke the windshield. It's mine. There's no trouble here."

Watch the video. Simpson makes it sound like he was just calmly fiddling with the bat when it accidentally touched the rim of her car, and when Nicole protested, he hit "the front" of the car and said the ride was his 'cause he paid for it.

Simpson doesn't give a hint of the rage he was feeling as he exploded with the bat on her windshield. And just like the car, it's pretty clear from the trial he also felt he owned Nicole.

BTW ... the cop who responded to the incident ... Mark Fuhrman.

Tommie Lee's out of jail after turning herself in for an alleged attack on a mall employee last month ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Love & Hip Hop' star was booked on a misdemeanor battery charge, but doesn't seem to be sweating it. We got her Wednesday, shortly after she bailed out of Atlanta's Fulton County, and she quickly summed up the case this way ... "It wasn't me."

We broke the story ... a warrant was issued for her arrest for an alleged beatdown of a mall jewelry store employee. Sources close to Tommie tell us she had her bond man pick her up, so she could turn herself in late Tuesday night to get it over with, but she had to spend one night in the slammer.

She was released once she got in front of the judge and posted a $3k bond.

Teri Hatcher's setting the record straight -- she's NOT broke or homeless, and she says anyone claiming that just isn't doing their homework.

Teri joined Sam Rubin on the "KTLA 5 Morning News" all the way from London to address a cover story recently published in Star Magazine ... claiming Teri's desperate, broke, homeless and living out of her van.

The "Desperate Housewives" star says that could NOT be further from the truth. Teri calls the story absurd and says the pictures the magazine published were actually just her filming her YouTube series, "Van Therapy" ... in which she drives around in her Bay Window Volkswagen Bus.

Ed Westwick is at the center of a lawsuit -- though not named as a defendant -- by a woman claiming he held her hostage as a sex slave for 48 hours. Sources connected with Westwick tell TMZ the woman is delusional and was trying to get her story out in the media but couldn't because media outlets determined she was lying.

Haley Camille Freedman claims in a new lawsuit she went to Westwick's home in 2014 with a group of people and hung out for a while until everyone left but her. She says she and Westwick began having sex, but then things turned dark when he asked her to strangle him, slap him and spit on him. She says, when she refused, he did those things to her.

She claims after the encounter she fell asleep and stayed the night and in the morning she was taking a shower when she says Westwick entered the shower and became sexual with her again, against her will.

Freedman claims in the lawsuit she was out of it and ended up staying for 2 days. She says she was stranded at his L.A. home, didn't know where she was and didn't have cell service. She claims he told her he would drive her to her car, but delayed so he could continue having sex with her. She says she suffered bruising, bleeding and internal tears.

She is NOT suing Westwick. Freedman, an aspiring stylist, is going after former business partners whom she says cut her off because she wanted to go public with the allegations. She says she did an interview with a media outlet about her allegations but Westwick's team killed it. She says the media outlet got text messages that she says misrepresented her as "unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous."

Esteban Loaiza -- accused of possessing over 40 lbs. of coke -- was sprung from county jail in San Diego ... but he ain't goin' home, 'cause the ex-MLB star was moved to a federal jail.

Loaiza -- a 2x MLB All-Star who played 14 seasons in the big leagues -- has been behind bars at San Diego County Jail since being arrested February 9 on multiple felony drug charges.

After consulting with federal prosecutors, the San Diego D.A.'s office tells us they decided to drop all charges against the former White Sox pitcher, so he could instead be charged federally.

Yesterday, U.S. prosecutors charged Loaiza with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute ... and he was transported to Metropolitan Correctional Center in San Diego -- a federal facility primarily used to hold inmates awaiting trial.

MCC currently holds about 900 inmates -- male and female -- of all security levels.

O.J. Simpson was still angry at Nicole Brown Simpson at her funeral, and although he doesn't remember what he said to her when he kissed her goodbye ... he describes what he WANTED to say in this never-before-seen video from the upcoming FOX special, "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?"

It's all very strange and chilling, as O.J. elaborates to book publisher Judith Regan about the feelings he had toward his ex-wife ... and how his anger toward her didn't disappear after her death.

Simpson then oddly brings Nicole's infamous 911 call up -- where he could be heard yelling at her in the background -- as a way of explaining how he warned her of ... something. He talks in circles, but expresses regret he'll never be able to "have an effect on this person again."

O.J.'s asked what he said to Nicole when he leaned over and kissed her, but says he can't remember. He DOES remember people heard him say, "I'm sorry."

The FOX special also features what seems like a confession to the murders of Nicole and Ron Goldman in 1994, with the premise being it's only "hypothetical."

'The Lost Confession?' airs Sunday at 8 PM.

The man accused of stealing Frances McDormand's Oscar is looking way rougher around the edges than he did on Oscar night -- he made his first court appearance Wednesday, pleading not guilty.

Terry Bryant went from tux to jumpsuit for his arraignment on a charge of felony grand theft. As we reported, Bryant was arrested for swiping McDormand's award at the Governors Ball.

Bryant and his attorney, Daniel Brookman, might have an uphill battle in this case. He not only posted his own video kissing Oscar Sunday night, but was also caught leaving the ballroom with the statuette in hand as he posed for cameras.

Frances said she didn't want to press charges, but she has no say in the matter. The Academy is technically the victim, and they've asked for the case to move forward.

"America's Got Talent" is being sued for the wrongful death of a woman who was injured as she tried to maneuver a motorized wheelchair over cables for the show's taping ... according to the suit.

Maureen Allen was working as a volunteer at the Pasadena Convention Center in March 2017, and 'AGT' was also on the premises preparing for a taping ... according to docs, obtained by TMZ. In the suit, Maureen's estate says a large power cord protector was blocking the only disabled access ramp to the auditorium.

The estate says Maureen tried to roll over the protector, but her front wheel got caught and her scooter flipped on its side ... violently throwing her to the ground. According to the suit she suffered severe injuries to her head, arms, and hip.

She had to be hospitalized, and suffered a stroke the next day. She also had to have hip surgery and remained in declining health for several months. After 8 surgeries she was put on life support in June ... and died shortly thereafter.

4:35 PM PT -- The D.A.'s Office tells TMZ the case didn't rise to felony level because Venit did not make contact with Terry's skin when he allegedly grabbed his genitals, and also because Venit didn't restrain Terry.

Terry Crews' criminal complaint against William Morris Endeavor agent Adam Venit has been rejected by both the L.A. County D.A. and the L.A. City Attorney ... TMZ has learned.

Crews filed a police report claiming sexual assault ... that Venit grabbed his genitals during a Hollywood party.

We've learned the D.A. rejected a felony filing and sent the case to the City Attorney, who concluded the case was barred by the statute of limitations. The incident occurred in February 2016 and the statute for a misdemeanor is 1 year.

It appears the D.A. rejected a felony filing because the alleged conduct did not rise to the level of a felony. If the D.A. felt it was felony conduct she could have filed the case because a felony would have been within the statute of limitations.

Too Short's firing back at his rape accuser by revealing explicit text messages he says prove she "sexually pursued him," they were dating and there was no rape ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper's attorneys filed docs Wednesday, claiming text messages from Teana Louis -- who's suing Short for sexual battery -- show they had a hot and heavy, consensual relationship. The salacious texts, in the docs obtained by TMZ, include Teana telling Short she loves him and calling herself his wife.

In another she refers to his "big penis" and the fact she could see it through his pants. The most suggestive one reads, "Baby I wish you were here right now, just talking to u on the phone makes me wet."

Too Short's high-profile lawyers, Rob Reichman and Sean Macias, say Teana has no evidence to back her claim of sexual assault, and she filed the suit purely to harass their client. They say if she insists on continuing, they'll go after her legally for filing a frivolous suit.

The man accused of stealing Frances McDormand's Oscar has quite the support system -- including his rabbi, who says the arrest is more about society than a guy allegedly making off with someone's trophy.

Terry Bryant's arraignment was postponed Wednesday morning, but his attorney, Daniel Brookman, held a news conference outside court, where -- no offense, counselor -- rabbi Naomi Levy stole the show.

Levy told reporters Bryant's "story" served as a commentary on our society and its "obsession with its 15 minutes of fame." Hard to figure what the hell she meant ... especially considering the new video showing Bryant brandishing Frances' Oscar Sunday night, as he exited the Governors Ball!

Bryant's attorney said his client will enter a not guilty plea once he gets in front of the judge -- which we're now hearing should happen late Wednesday or Thursday.
