Detail, a producer who has worked with the likes of Drake, Wiz Khalifa, Beyonce and Jay-Z allegedly physically and sexually abused 2 up-and-coming female artists ... according to legal docs they just filed.

One of the women is a singer named Kristina Buch, and she claims Detail raped her back in February after a recording session in Miami. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, he forced her to have sex with him in front of others.

Kristina claims he got violent last week while they were at the Malibu Beach Inn. In the docs, she says he forcibly grabbed her by the hair, hit and choked her. Kristina claims he bit her lip during the tirade ... and she was left with bruises on her arms, head, back and legs.

A second artist, named Peyton Ackley, accuses Detail of essentially making her and Kristina his sex slaves. Peyton says she considered Detail a mentor in the industry, but he'd told her the biz was all about sex.

According to the docs, Detail walked in on Peyton taking a bath and forced her to have sex with him in front of another producer. She also claims he forced her to take nude photos while he masturbated -- and also forced her to record him having sex with Kristina. In March, she says he got violent and slammed her head into a wall and dragged her up a flight of stairs.

10:40 AM PT -- Cardi B actually broke the bad news to Offset. We're told he left the chain on the table Tuesday before flying back to Atlanta -- and later, Cardi called to tell him the jewelry was missing.

Offset's neck is a little lighter today, and he ain't happy about it -- someone jacked a $150,000 chain out of his NYC hotel room ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources, the chain was stolen sometime Tuesday evening from Offset's room at a lower East side hotel. We're told the jewelry was last seen on a coffee table in the room.

It's unclear which piece the thieves made off with, but they had plenty of options after Monday's Met Gala, where the Migos rapper was dripping in multiple gold and diamond chains.

No arrests yet. We're told cops are checking surveillance cameras near the elevator banks to see if they can spot the grand larceny suspect.

First, Kanye West was in the clear, and now Daz Dillinger's good to go too ... because cops don't think his call to have Crips attack Ye was serious at all.

As we first reported, the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. was looking into the video Daz posted last week, putting a green light on Kanye. There was a chance he could have faced criminal charges for threats.

Law enforcement sources tell us Daz has nothing to worry about. Investigators checked out the clip, and quickly determined the investigation was going nowhere. One source referred to Daz's video as idle "bar room talk," and hardly a serious threat.

We're guessing the Crips would agree with that assessment because, as we told you ... the so-called threat's been lifted.

Oakland Raiders star lineman Donald Penn will NOT be charged with a crime stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Penn was named a suspect in an April 29 incident when cops were called to his L.A. home to respond to a call about an altercation with his wife.

Cops were told Penn got handsy and, at one point, he allegedly poured a drink on her head.

Later, both Penn and his wife denied the altercation ever turned physical.

The case was kicked over to the L.A. City Attorney's Office which ultimately decided to NOT move forward with charges against Penn.

"The office rejected this case because of lack of corroboration and on the ground that there is no reasonable likelihood of conviction on the domestic violence matter," a spokesperson says.

"Bottom line, lack of sufficient evidence."

Migos has just been slapped with a lawsuit by a company that claims the guys screwed them over in a clothing line deal.

Yung Rich Nation -- YRN -- claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, it had an exclusive deal to market YRN clothing. Migos' debut album was called "Yung Rich Nation." The head of YRN, Norton Cher, has earned his stripes in the clothing biz, partnering in the past with the likes of Jay-Z.

Migos was supposed to promote the clothing line by wearing the stuff in at least 6 music videos a year, 4 photo shoots and at least 6 in-store signings. Short story ... YRN says Migos didn't live up to its end of the deal.

What's more ... YRN says Migos got involved in a separate agreement with Universal Music Group and started merchandising Migos apparel.

It's been more than a year since Charles Oakley was arrested at the Knicks game ... but he's still pissed at owner James Dolan and SCOFFED at the idea of making peace with the guy.

We spotted Oak leaving the BTIG Charity Day in NYC and asked how he felt about David Fizdale taking over as head coach for his former team.,

"I hope he do a great job," Oakley said ... "[that's] all I can say!"

But when we turned the conversation to Dolan -- you can tell right away, Oak is still furious over the Feb. 2017 arrest.

"Why would you bury the hatchet with someone who dragged you out of the place?"

Of course, Oakley was arrested for getting physical with security who tried to remove him from MSG after a heated exchange with Dolan. It took an army of security to subdue Oakley.

The ex-Knicks star was charged with assault, harassment and criminal trespass, but later cut a deal with prosecutors and the case has been thrown out.

Alan Thicke's widow says his sons are treating her unfairly and believes they might be recklessly spending his money while holding out on her inheritance ... according to new legal docs.

Tanya Thicke claims Alan's sons -- Robin and Brennan, who are co-trustees of their late father's estate -- are not only keeping her in the dark about how they are managing his trust ... but are ganging up on her and possibly robbing her from what she's owed.

According to the docs ... the sons raised hell over Tanya arranging a burial site monument for Alan -- which she claims she had every right to do -- and retaliated by refusing to reimburse her for it. At the same time, she claims they reimbursed Robin $105,000 for a huge memorial bash the night before Alan's burial ... which she was not on board with.

Tanya also believes she's being unfairly charged by the sons for expenses and taxes that should not fall on her.

Tanya's lawyer, Adam Streisand, tells us ... “The fact that Tanya still hasn’t received her inheritance is unconscionable," and adds if they don't start being more open with what they're up to ... Tanya will get the court to force them.

As we reported ... Tanya scored a legal win over the boys last September when a judge tossed their petition to block her from challenging her prenup with Alan, which she never did.

Geena Davis' husband has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Dr. Reza Jarrahy filed legal docs Tuesday citing irreconcilable differences in their marriage. According to the docs, the couple separated last November.

They married in September, 2001 and have 3 kids ... a girl and twin boys.

Jarrahy -- a prominent surgeon in L.A. -- is asking for spousal support and joint legal and physical custody. He is asking the judge to deny any request by her for spousal support.

Jarrahy did not use his real name in filing the docs. The caption for the divorce reads Rob Doe vs. Veronica Doe. We've confirmed the parties are Reza and Geena.

This is Geena's 4th marriage.

The former head prosecutor of the Major Crimes Division for the L.A. County D.A. -- who once allegedly said he wanted to jack off on a colleague while she strangles to death -- received virtually no punishment for the sexual misconduct allegations which resulted in a high 6-figure settlement with the women who sued him ... and he got to retire with a full pension.

Gary Hearnsberger was the Head Deputy of the MCD when he was sued in 2015 by 2 female lawyers who worked under him for unwanted physical touching, offensive and graphic sexual comments and sexually suggestive gestures.

According to legal docs ... Hearnsberger frequently commented about their sex life, asking one after she returned from vacation, "Is your p***y sore?" He also allegedly made gestures to the women mimicking oral sex, and was quoted as saying ... "You know what a sign of a good boss is? One who will f*** the people that work for him and still not give them any good cases."

He allegedly reached under the skirt of one of the women suing at a work-related event and grabbed her crotch, and he rubbed the butt of the other woman at another work event and said ... "You know you like it."

According to the suit ... Hearnsberger also remarked about current L.A. judge Deborah Brazil -- who was a Deputy D.A. at the time -- that he'd like to "string her up and jack off on her while she strangles to death."

There's more -- in July 2012, according to the docs, Hearnsberger showed up at a work "Hillybilly Party" with other lawyers from the Hardcore Gang Division, dressed only in denim overalls with a stuffed sheep attached to his crotch, as if he was sodomizing the animal.

Despite the serious allegations against him, Hearnsberger was transferred to run the D.A.'s Public Integrity Division. He was eventually put on administrative leave drawing his full salary and resigned only after one of the women suing demanded he leave the office as a condition to settlement. The county settled with the women for $700k and the county also paid Hearnsberger's legal bills.

We're told the D.A. never launched a criminal investigation.

We reached out to Hearnsberger but he did not respond -- however, he has said in the past the allegations are untrue. The D.A. Office tells us they will not comment on on personnel matters.

Justin Theroux's neighbor is trying to strong-arm neighbors caught in the middle of their property war ... according to Justin, who says it's gotten so scary he needs court-ordered protection.

Theroux claims Norman Resnicow is flying into angry, violent tirades with other residents in their building, because he's trying to scare them into not testifying on Theroux's behalf.

According to the docs ... Resnicow's repeated verbal assaults are working, he's made them reluctant to testify in the heated feud over renovations at Justin's crib. JT says one resident told him Resnicow's behavior has "reached a very dangerous level for everyone in the building."

Theroux also accuses Resnicow of trespassing on his property in order to harass workers and take measurements to help his case. In the docs, he says his neighbor invited a "disreputable tabloid" into their building in an attempt to publicly embarrass him.

The actor's asking the court for a restraining order to keep Resnicow from harassing, intimidating or threatening anyone who has or may testify on Theroux's behalf, and to stop using abusive language in emails as well.

Roger Mason is changing course in his war against the BIG3 -- he just agreed to move his lawsuit against Ice Cube's basketball league out of a Delaware court and pursue his claims in arbitration ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Mason -- the former commissioner of the BIG3 -- had filed court docs claiming league execs used him as a scapegoat for their money woes. In the docs, Mason also accused BIG3 co-founder Jeff Kwatinetz of making racist comments about black players and Qatari investors.

But, according to court records, Mason has agreed to drop his case in Delaware after both sides agreed it would be more efficient to fight it out in arbitration.

Obviously, this doesn't mean the war is over -- this just changes how Mason will fight it.

BIG3's attorney, Mark Geragos, is definitely considering this a victory -- saying, "We knew this was a cheap publicity stunt and pleased that BIG3 has been vindicated."

Mason's attorney Robert Wolf has also issued a statement saying, "BIG3’s own lawyers agreed with Mr. Mason that it would be more efficient to have all of his Delaware lawsuit claims added to Roger’s already pending New York arbitration against BIG3 and Jeff Kwatinetz for breach of contract and defamation."

"It is undisputed that Roger’s entire case remains intact and will continue to move ahead with full force. If Mark Geragos considers this a victory, BIG3 must be pretty desperate."

3:35 PM PT -- TMZ has obtained Colton's divorce docs, which don't list his and Jeff's date of separation for now ... but do cite irreconcilable differences. He's asking a judge to terminate spousal support for both of them. He also signals each will pay his own attorney's fees.

Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham are officially headed to splitsville, and it's clear who pulled the plug on the relationship -- because Colton's filed for divorce.

The "Teen Wolf" star filed docs Tuesday in Los Angeles just 6 months after he married Jeff last October in a star-studded wedding in Palm Springs officiated by Kris Jenner.

TMZ broke the story ... Colton and Jeff broke up just last week. Colton later tweeted, "Jeff would never cheat. He is an amazing man. Please stop being mean to him."

It was a stunning move following Jeff's extravagant proposal in Cabo that included help from Cher. As we reported ... Jeff proposed in March 2017 and, just 4 days after their engagement, they were already talking about kids.

Roman Polanski got a heavy dose of injustice when The Academy blatantly disregarded its own rules to give him the boot ... so says his attorney.

Harland W. Braun fired off a

to The Academy -- obtained by TMZ -- outlining why The Academy wronged the director by expelling him, along with disgraced comedian Bill Cosby, without letting him present his case.

As we reported ... the The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Board of Governors voted to expel him a week after Cosby was found guilty of sexual assault and is facing up to 30 years in prison.

Braun doesn't take issue with the expulsion itself, but rather The Academy going around its own bylaws for how a member can be booted. Bottom line ... Polanski never got his due process.

Nancy Grace is heated about Scott Peterson, who she believes has NO shot at rehabilitation ... but she says granting him a new trial would be a travesty of justice.

We got the famed legal analyst Tuesday in Atlanta, and talked to her about Peterson's current appeal ... which could give him a slim shot at freedom. So, we asked Nancy the big 'if' ... as in, IF Scott were released after 13 years in prison -- could he be a reformed criminal?

We barely got the question out before Nancy started going off.

She also thinks Peterson doesn't really give a crap about his appeal, because he's living the high life in San Quentin State Prison.

Nancy had more to say about the chance of his appeal going through, and made a pretty deft pivot to plug her A&E show with Dan Abrams ... "Grace vs. Abrams." They're tackling the Peterson case on Tuesday night's episode.

Cardi B's security team allegedly attacked an overzealous fan in the early hours of Tuesday morning, viciously punching and kicking him outside NYC's Met Gala ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the fan was trying to get an autograph from Cardi shortly after 2 AM as she left a post-Gala event at the Mark Hotel. In this video TMZ obtained, you can see Cardi tells the fan no ... but he persists, saying, "I'm an autograph hound." The next thing you see is a bunch of guys stomping someone on the ground.

The autograph seeker told cops, 3 security guards shoved him to the ground, and started the beatdown. We got video of the victim being transported, around 2:30 AM, by ambulance to a hospital where he was treated for neck and back pain.

Cardi was attending the Met Gala with her fiancé Offset, and the rest of Migos. They had left the scene by the time cops and paramedics arrived. At least one of the attackers in the video had been seen with Migos earlier in the evening.

NYPD is investigating. We have a call in to Cardi's team.

Paris Jackson was hounded for an autograph before the Met Gala by the same guy who got beat down after pestering Cardi B to sign for him.

We got Paris leaving the Carlyle Hotel in NYC and you can see the brush-off is quick -- she strolled to her car with the fan at the ready for her signature, but to no avail. He then blurts out "Stay black," and Paris raises her fist and enters a waiting SUV.

Our camera guy, who shot Paris around 1 AM, was outside the Mark Hotel about 90 minutes later when he saw the same autograph seeker getting loaded into an ambulance.

TMZ broke the story ... the guy got the crap kicked outta him, allegedly by Cardi B's security team after he repeatedly hounded her for an autograph. Law enforcement sources tell us NYPD obtained a 12-second video of the 33-year-old man taunting Cardi's entourage ... allegedly encouraging them to attack him.
