Kellen Winslow Jr. allegedly raped at least 2 women in their 50s -- and tried to rape at least two more, including an 86-year-old woman ... this according to law enforcement.

As we previously reported, Winslow was arrested Thursday for multiple felonies including forcible rape and forcible sodomy.

Now, according to the criminal complaint ... the victims were older women.

Kellen allegedly kidnapped and raped a 54-year-old woman in March.

He allegedly kidnapped and sodomized a 59-year-old woman in May.

And, earlier this month, he allegedly committed burglary with the intent to rape a 71-year-old woman and an 86-year-old woman.

4:42 PM PT -- According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Speight continued to show up at Logan's house, with the most recent incident happening last week. Speight allegedly rang Logan's doorbell and told Paul's security he was "The Antichrist, Lucifer."

He was also spotted in Paul's neighborhood and rang his gate doorbell early Thursday morning. Logan and his two roommates say they're in fear for their safety.

The judge granted the order.

Logan Paul has filed a restraining order against the man who broke into his home in February.

Paul filed docs in Los Angeles Friday asking a judge for protection against Tahj Deondre Speight.

TMZ broke the story ... Paul found Speight asleep on his couch and charging his phone in his living room. Logan made a citizen's arrest until cops came ... Speight was convicted of aggravated trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days behind bars and 2 years' probation.

Sources close to Logan tell us Speight has continued to harass him ... approaching him in public and at events.

Teresa and Joe Giudice are getting the boot ... from bankruptcy court ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, the judge in their bankruptcy case has dismissed the matter. The 'RHONJ' stars aren't completely out of debt yet, but they're close.

The judge says the 2 remaining creditors are the IRS and the NJ Dept. of Treasury. However, the couple already has a payment plan in place for both agencies ... so, there's no longer a need for the judge to oversee their case.

Ed Sheeran not only thinks the claim he ripped off a Marvin Gaye classic is total rubbish, but one of the people suing him doesn't even have a leg to stand on ... according to new docs.

We broke the story ... Sheeran was sued nearly 2 years ago for allegedly jacking the heart of Gaye's sexy song, "Let's Get It On," for his hit track, "Thinking Out Loud," and after some legal back-and-forth, Ed's finally fighting back.

Sheeran claims the alleged similarities between the 2 jams are simply because the chord progressions and drum patterns are "extremely commonplace" in the music world. What's more -- according to the docs -- is that the similar elements of 'LGIO' are unprotectable, public domain elements.

He also claims there are little to no similarities when it comes to the vocals and song structures.

The kicker though -- Sheeran claims the woman suing him on behalf of the late Ed Townsend, who co-wrote the tune with Gaye, has no right to do so because, while she might be Townsend's biological daughter ... she was adopted by others at birth.

Sheeran claims this means under California law, she has no standing in the case.

President Trump just gave Kim Kardashian all the credit for Alice Johnson's prison release.

The Prez was giving an interview to "FOX & Friends" on the White House lawn Friday and was talking about meeting Kim and her quest to free Alice. As we reported ... Kim took up Alice's cause last year and arranged meetings to get the great-grandmother's life sentence commuted after she was convicted in 1997 for a nonviolent crime.

Alice had no idea who Kim was, but Kim took it upon herself to ultimately end up with Trump in the Oval Office and convince 45 to let her free. He did ... leading to Alice's emotional reunion with her family, which Trump dubbed as a beautiful thing.

The judge shot down Cohen's request, saying Avenatti talking would NOT cause irreparable damage to Cohen's case.

President Trump's attorney Michael Cohen's seen about 120 too many TV appearances by Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti ... so he's begging a judge to make him stop talking.

Cohen filed for a restraining order Thursday because he says Avenatti is bad mouthing him, in general ... and specifically, calling him a criminal who's about to be indicted. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cohen's biggest issue is the frequency with which Avenatti is flapping his gums.

By Cohen's count ... Avenatii has made 121 TV appearances over the last 3 months mentioning Cohen or the lawsuit Stormy filed back in March trying to get the infamous "hush" agreement tossed. He adds, Avenatti's also tweeted 439 times about him or the case!

With those kinda stats, you could say Avenatti's out-Trumping Trump.

Cohen says Avenatti's loose lips could sink any potential jury -- because he's constantly on TV or on social media blabbing about the case, it could be impossible to find impartial jurors.

O.T. Genasis says he has no clue why cops crashed his birthday party with shotguns out, 'cause there was no sign of trouble inside the event ... just lots of bottles.

We asked O.T. if anyone drew a weapon Wednesday night, as it was reported to cops -- and he said he knows nothing about anything like that.

He does have a funny theory though. The rapper thinks cops caught wind of his poppin' party, and simply wanted to join in on the fun. Not sure if we buy that, but it's a nice thought.

Either way, the whole thing resolved itself. Cops weren't able to find any evidence of guns at the party ... and nobody was arrested.

4:10 PM PT -- Officials say Winslow is being charged with 9 criminal charges including kidnapping with intent to commit rape, forcible rape, forcible sodomy, burglary, indecent exposure and more.

Here are the charges in total:

-- 2 counts of kidnapping with intent to commit rape
-- 2 counts of forcible rape
-- 1 count of forcible sodomy
-- 1 count of forcible oral copulation
-- 2 counts of residential burglary
-- 1 count of indecent exposure.

If convicted on all charges, he faces LIFE in prison.

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... Winslow was arrested by the Sheriff's Major Crimes Division at 1:05 PM on Thursday.

He's being booked into custody at the Vista Detention Facility -- a county jail in San Diego.

Officials say a search warrant has been executed for Kellen's home.

Ex-NFL star Kellen Winslow Jr. was arrested in San Diego -- again ... this according to the San Diego County District Attorney.

Details surrounding the arrest are unclear but law enforcement sources tell us Winslow is facing multiple criminal charges.

We don't know if this has anything to do with his arrest last week when he was accused of breaking into a home in a mobile home park in the San Diego area. For that incident, he was arrested for felony burglary.

But moments ago, the San Diego D.A. told TMZ Sports ... "A warrant was issued this morning for Kellen Winslow II’s arrest and he was taken into custody by San Diego Sheriff’s Deputies Thursday afternoon."

"Arraignment is anticipated Friday, June 15 ... Charges will be announced at that time."

We've reached out to Kellen's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

Naya Rivera is officially back on the market ... her divorce from Ryan Dorsey is final ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs ... the L.A. Superior Court judge signed off Thursday on their split. As we first reported ... Naya filed divorce docs back in December ... shortly after she and Dorsey allegedly got into a physical fight over Thanksgiving.

The "Glee" star got arrested for domestic battery, but the charge was later dropped.

Ryan and Naya have one child, 2-year-old Josey Dorsey. As Naya requested ... they will have joint physical and legal custody.

Blac Chyna's accusing Kylie Jenner of playing a mean game of hide-and-seek ... claiming it's putting a damper on her lawsuit.

Chyna filed legal docs claiming a member of the Kardashian Klan in particular has continually refused to sit down for a deposition in BC's case against the family. You'll recall BC went after the Kardashians claiming they were in cahoots with E! to torpedo her "Rob & Chyna" show.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna says Kylie's team has failed to make her available ... making it nearly impossible to properly prepare for trial, which is currently slated for October 17. What's more ... Chyna says Kylie's team has not produced a single document they've requested to prep for the case.

12:10 PM PT -- Comey released a statement saying, "I respect the DOJ IG office, which is why I urged them to do this review. The conclusions are reasonable, even though I disagree with some."

"People of good faith can see an unprecedented situation differently. I pray no Director faces it again. Thanks to IG's people for hard work."

Ex-FBI Director James Comey had at least one agent working the Hillary Clinton email probe who was open about NOT wanting Donald Trump to win the election ... according to the Justice Department.

The Justice Department's inspector general issued a report reviewing Comey's actions, and it included text messages between FBI investigator Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer, Lisa Page. In one of them, Page says, "[Trump]'s not ever going to become president, right? Right?!"

Strzok replied, "No. No he won't. We'll stop it."

Despite those texts, the Justice Department didn't say Comey acted out of any political bias while investigating Hillary's emails -- but did say his actions "negatively impacted the perception of the FBI and the department as fair administrators of justice."

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari got denied a restraining order against 50 Cent in her revenge porn case ... and her attorney is blasting the judge for getting too technical when it comes to "engaging" in a sexual act.

As we reported ... Teairra went after her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, and his friend, 50, claiming they teamed up to spread images of her on Instagram that included Teairra with ejaculate all over her face.

She went to court to get a restraining order against them to stop sharing the photo ... but the judge has now denied that motion. And according to Lisa Bloom, the judge denied the request "because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client's face, showed her 'engaging' in a sexual act."

Bloom also claims the judge wasn't convinced 50 would post the photo again. Lisa took the judge to task saying, "Common sense dictates that a photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban."

O.T. Genasis' birthday celebrations this week started out as a bowling party and ended full of police officers with their guns drawn after a reported gun threat.

O.T. was celebrating the big 3-1 a few days early Wednesday night at Pinz in Studio City, with friends like Miguel, Tamar Braxton and Nelly. Law enforcement sources tell us someone called police late in the night to report two people at the party were flashing guns and threatening each other. That got cops to the alley in a hurry, locked and loaded.

As you can see, officers came prepared with shotguns and a massive police presence. A helicopter was even called in for the potential threat. We're told police searched the premises and even detained a few people still inside ... but no weapons were found.

As for the scene inside, it appeared to be relatively peaceful and joyous, with people singing "Happy Birthday" to O.T. and having a good time. One party attendee tells us they didn't even notice the cops until the party started to wrap up.

Farrah Abraham says she's the real victim in her Bev Hills arrest, claiming hotel guests pissed her off and hotel staffers tried to toss her out ... purely because she's a celebrity.

We talked to Farrah shortly after her release from jail Wednesday, and she thinks it's clear people had it out for her Tuesday night at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She's vague on exactly who targeted her -- except to say it was a male hotel guest butting into her convo with a friend -- but says calling 911 was definitely over the top.

Police have a different story. As we've reported ... Farrah was arrested for allegedly striking a hotel security guard after he tried getting her to leave the premises. Cops say she'd been arguing with other guests.

Kim Kardashian says the first person she called to start the process of freeing Alice Johnson was none other than Ivanka Trump ... who apparently got things in motion.

Kim and Alice sat down with "TODAY" host Hoda Kotb and explained how Alice came to be released from prison last week while serving a life sentence. Kim says she called Ivanka, who was completely sympathetic to Alice's situation. The rest is history.

A few other interesting tidbits from the interview -- Alice says she had no idea who Kim was before getting a ton of help from her. Also ... Kim says she cracked a joke about Khloe to President Trump to break the ice during the Oval Office meeting.

Conor McGregor just walked out of an NYC courtroom where he appeared for a hearing for his bus attack case ... and told the media, "I regret my actions that led me here today."

He continued, "I understand the seriousness of this matter and I'm hopeful that it gets resolved soon."

Inside the courtroom, Conor's attorney told the judge the UFC star is negotiating a plea deal with prosecutors. They're due back in court July 26.

McGregor was hit with multiple charges -- including felony criminal mischief -- for attacking a UFC bus at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on April 5 ... injuring multiple people including some UFC fighters.

If convicted on all counts, Conor faces up to 7 YEARS in prison.

Conor was escorted inside the courtroom by armed police officers who were controlling the crowd and keeping the peace.

Conor looked stylish -- wearing a suit and tie. His demeanor was much different than the last time he was in court -- no billionaire strut this time. He was very reserved.
