Joe Giudice has a pretty cush prison stay ahead of him while he's locked up in Pennsylvania -- the place is like a damn resort ... even though it's got its own "deal breakers."

Like we told you, Joe was transferred from a federal prison in Fort Dix, New Jersey last month to a low security correctional facility in Allenwood, PA. Now, TMZ has learned exactly what's in store for him there -- and we gotta say ... it sounds nice for the pen.

First off, Joe gets access to a wide variety of food and products. He can buy stuff like butter pecan ice cream, a mackerel fillet, Thai tuna steak, and cappuccinos.

He can also buy Neutrogena shampoo, an MP3 player, and Skullcandy earbuds -- like we said, luxury living. If that doesn't convince ya, consider he also gets brunch every weekend, and can participate in yoga, fitness classes, bocce ball and even flag football.

Justin Bieber can't seem to stay away from his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, for the holidays ... 'cause they're in the same town south of the border for New Year's Eve.

Bieber was spotted shirtless and soaking up some sun Sunday in Cabo San Lucas. Seems like he's excited, and why shouldn't he be? Selena's in the same hood!

Selena was also seen in Cabo with some friends Saturday in a would-be girls only trip for the holiday weekend ... except now, it's clear that Bieber's probably just a beach run away. Our bet is they're smooching when the clock strikes 12.

Cardi B and Offset say the woman claiming Offset knocked her up is full of it ... cuz he doesn't even know her.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Offset's never personally met Celina Powell, who posted a picture of a sonogram Friday claiming she's having a baby girl ... and Offset's the baby daddy.

She captioned the post, "I hope @offsetyrn & I work this out for the sake of Karma Lee Cephus."

It's allegedly not the first time Powell's claimed other rappers as her baby daddy ... we're told her past accusations have included Fetty Wap and Chief Keef. She cops to the prior allegations too ... writing in her new post, "I know y'all like 'this bitch done faked hella pregnancies.'"

While Offset claims he doesn't know Celina personally, the two have had contact in the past -- a video making rounds online shows the two during a FaceTime call -- but our sources say that was only Celina prank calling the Migos rapper after she somehow got his personal number.

Kim Kardashian and krew proved they'll party it up on a Wednesday for tacos and good company -- provided their hosts are Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod.

Kim, Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were 3 of the celeb guests hangin' at J-Rod's house in Bel-Air for a "Taco Wednesday" shindig this week.

Prosecutors have dropped the assault charges against ex-NY Yankees infielder Pat Kelly and his GF stemming from an October arrest, TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Kelly and Marina Cernova were arrested at the London Hotel in NYC on Oct. 1 after Marina called cops to report Pat had attacked her.

When cops arrived, they believed Marina also socked Pat in the face -- so they were both arrested and booked for misdemeanor assault.

Pat -- who played for the Yanks from '91 to '97 -- had denied all wrongdoing and claimed the incident was a giant misunderstanding.

Now, we're told the charges have been officially dropped -- mainly because both sides stopped cooperating with prosecutors.

Pay attention, NBA dads -- Pistons guard Langston Galloway just set the big baller standard for gender reveals ... and teammate Andre Drummond's got the hilarious play-by-play.

It all went down at Little Caesar's Arena Tuesday night after the Pistons smashed the Pacers ... when Langston rocked the rim to figure out if he and his wife, Sabrina, are having a boy or girl.

Galloway killed it. The ball exploded, confetti went everywhere, and he and Sabrina hugged it out while his teammates cheered him on.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Kevin McKidd is officially a single man, but it came at a high price.

Kevin's wife Jane had filed to end their 17-year marriage and the divorce is now final. They have joint legal custody of their 2 kids -- ages 17 and 15. As for physical custody, they agreed to a "nesting arrangement." The kids stay at the family home and the parents rotate in and out.

As for money ... Kevin will pay $22,440 in monthly child support, and will also pay for private school and summer camp. Jane will get $65,096 a month in spousal support, plus 20% of any income Kevin receives in excess of $3 million a year.

When the kids turn 18, Kevin's still not off the hook. Although his child support obligations will terminate, Jane will get an additional $12,147 a month in spousal support for 4 years.

They each get a house and will continue to share ownership in a third house in Malibu. She gets the 2014 Chevy Volt.

Cardi B already said you couldn't f*** with her if you wanted to -- now that applies to her fiance, Offset, who got hacked this weekend ... 'cause Cardi's coming with legal fire.

Cardi's attorney, Scott Mason, tells TMZ that videos released over the holiday weekend of a nude Cardi, among other videos, were illegally obtained ... and that her team is doing a full investigation to find the culprits.

At least a couple different clips said to belong to Offset surfaced Friday -- the same day Cardi's new single "Bartier Cardi" dropped. One appears to show Cardi dancing naked, and rumor is that it's the beginning of a full-blown sex tape.

Another video shows a separate naked woman in a hotel bathroom, with Offset allegedly behind the camera. Lots of people speculated that Offset had cheated on Cardi before proposing ... but the couple put that to rest with their own parody sex tape.

Cardi didn't seem bothered by the fact her nudes were out in the public -- she's an ex-stripper, after all. But she's definitely not cool with the stealing part. Her lawyer says once they find who jacked the footage, they'll pursue all legal remedies under the law.

Kanye West might've just gotten Kim Kardashian the best Christmas gifts ever ... even more ways to be filthy rich in the future.

Kim revealed what her hubby got her for Xmas on her IG story Tuesday, and thank the Lord for the twist here -- 'cause his first batch of goodies came off as pretty lame ... a Mickey doll, Adidas socks, a Netflix gift card, an Amazon gift card and Apple headphones.

But wait, there's more! Kim shows off a 2nd box from Kanye that had the good stuff -- stocks from those same companies. It's clear to see on the Disney certificate, Kanye purchased $100k of stock ... and bought the same amount for EACH company.

10:55 AM PT -- A rep for Cardi tells TMZ, the "sex video" isn't real ... it was all a joke. We're told they weren't actually banging, and were fully clothed in the video.

Cardi B doesn't seem to care about cheating rumors going around about her fiance Offset, because she just posted what REALLY looks like a live sex video of the two of them.

A video of what appears to be Cardi and Offset doing it doggy style -- which reportedly 1st aired on Cardi's Instagram Live -- has surfaced online. In the clip, Cardi says, "I don't got no more in me left. You gotta give a whole hour" ... as Offset's back there thrusting away.

Unclear if what they're doing is real or not -- you can't see the bottom half here, but it sure looks like they're banging. That seems to be what they want people to think, anyway.

Offset made some headlines this weekend after video allegedly belonging to him leaked, showing off a naked woman that many people said wasn't Cardi. She appeared to laugh that off though, saying she was still banging him.
