Shawn Mendes certainly insinuated he was not dating Camila Cabello, but who's you gonna believe ... him or your lyin' eyes???

It did seem all too coincidental that Shawn and Camila were all over each other at the exact time they released their song, "Senorita," but they seem to be all over the place -- L.A., SFO, etc, and they're all over each other!!!

Shawn's in San Fran because he's got a concert at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum tonight and tomorrow. He's currently touring the U.S.

We're guessing he's comping Camila.

Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid let the cat out of the bag that they're dating by snuggling at a UK festival show -- but we've learned before they cozied up to music, they played their own music.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... Anwar and Dua are, in fact, dating, and things started with a mutual appreciation of their respective musical talents. We're told Anwar had relayed he was a fan of Dua -- a friend of his sister, Gigi -- and she was actually a fan of his too.

Dua is a huge pop star, and as it turns out ... Anwar dabbles in his own tunes as well. Our sources say Dua peeped his new album, "Bleach," this year and told him she dug it.

Well, we're told things really started to snowball around early June when Anwar caught wind that Dua had broken up with her BF, and reached out to her for a date. Our sources say the 2 went out, had a good time and liked each other enough to run it back.  

After that, we're told Anwar invited Dua to his 20th birthday party around mid-June -- where eyewitnesses tell us it was obvious to everyone that something was going on between them, as they looked very much so like a romantic pair.

We're also told Dua spent several days in L.A. before flying back to London, where she lives.

Fast-forward to this past weekend in London, and we saw what we're told was a foregone conclusion ... Anwar and Dua kissing in public at the British Summer Time Hyde Park music fest.

Our sources tell us prior to linking up with Dua in the U.K., he was in France for the Maison Valentino Fashion Show ... but then immediately flew to England to be with Dua. 

So far, it's looking like a long-distance relationship -- but we're told Dua and Anwar are committed to making it work ... for now, anyway. 

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are either really, really, REALLY good friends who hold hands and embrace each other in public -- or they're freakin' dating ... maybe.

The two pop stars -- who recently collabed for their new single, "Señorita" -- were spotted Sunday leaving brunch together in WeHo hand in hand, and in lockstep with one another. They were both beaming, and sure looked like boyfriend/girlfriend.

The dating rumors have been swirling for almost two weeks now -- ever since they put out their duet ... they've been seemingly inseparable, especially through the long 4th of July weekend. SM and CC were reportedly holding hands and cozying up on the holiday itself, and Camila even crashed Shawn's concert on Friday, giving him affectionate praise.

On Instagram, she wrote ... "@shawnmendes you couldn't be more amazing. wow" 

As for whether this is actually a thing or not, the two singers have been pretty tight-lipped. Camila hasn't publicly indicated a relationship one way or another, but Shawn does appear to have denied it himself. Someone asked him flat-out during a Q&A, and he shook his head "no."

Zak Bagans and Holly Madison are officially an item ... we've learned the two are dating!!!

Sources close to the new couple tell TMZ ... Holly came into Zak's Haunted Museum in Las Vegas early last month and the sparks were flying, so they started talking romantically. We're told things picked up pretty quickly, and they started dating.

The "Ghost Adventures" star and former Playboy model have been keeping their relationship low-key ... but eagle-eyed fans have noticed similarities on the celebs' Instagram stories, which hinted at something between them.

Our sources say Zak and Holly had been introduced before she strolled into his museum in May, but neither was single during that initial interaction.

Holly famously dated Hugh Hefner -- in her "Girls Next Door" era -- before marrying Pasquale Rotella in 2013 at a Disneyland wedding ceremony ... but last September, Pasquale filed to divorce Holly.

Nicki Minaj is scoffing at the chorus of critics who are upset she featured her ex-con BF in her new music video, "MEGATRON" ... our Nicki sources say the public has spoken and they clearly dig it.

Nicki's boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, is all over the vid, in scenes that are scorching with sex.

People are griping she shouldn't have showcased Petty, because he was convicted of attempted rape as well as manslaughter. As for the attempted rape, he used a sharp object against a 16-year-old girl in an attempt to have sex with her when he was 15. He is a registered sex offender. And, as for the manslaughter, he shot and killed a man in 2002.

Sources close to Nicki say she's unmoved by the criticism, adding, "She's happy and in love and he's not going anywhere." They're also crowing that the video has millions of views just 12 hours in, and it's trending big.

The video is a testament to Nicki's relationship with Petty ... we're told it was meant to mirror the affection they have for each other.

Our sources say the love scenes were pretty much all first take ... because they say it was authentic.

At the time of this post, the video has 3.6 million views and it's only been up 12 hours. It's number 2 on trending.

Wendy Williams' new guy is sick and tired of people thinking he's hanging with her in hopes of landing a sugar mama ... because he insists he's not about that life.

Sources close to Marc Tomblin tell TMZ ... he doesn't care at all about fame and he's not the type of guy who'd let a woman take care of him financially. We're told the only reason he's kicking it with Wendy is because they enjoy each other's company.

We're told Tomblin hasn't asked Williams for a dime since they've been together and won't in the future -- don't let those pics of them hitting an ATM fool you. He's also telling friends that NYC shopping spree they went on was not funded solely by Wendy ... he purchased his own things.

Our sources say Marc's been getting a lot of flak from people who are suspicious of his motives, so he's been blocking them ... along with anyone who reaches out to him to talk crap about Wendy.

As we've reported ... Wendy's ignoring all the haters and naysayers and living her life how she wants. As she put it to us, "I am a 54-year-old grown ass woman. I know what I'm doing."

She's also been careful about not calling Tomblin her boyfriend, but making it clear she's having a lot of fun with him ... enough to keep him around in NYC with her much longer than expected.

Diddy just took the on-ramp to the high road ... showing nothing but pure class and congratulating his ex, Cassie, and her BF on their pregnancy news.

The rapper gave the couple a huge shout-out on Instagram and made it crystal clear ... there's ZERO hard feelings. In fact, he wishes Cassie and her man, Alex Fine, nothing but the best. Well, love to be exact.

What makes the news HUGE, of course, is Cassie got knocked up less than a year after splitting from Diddy, who had been with Cassie for about a decade.

Remember ... Diddy hired Alex -- a pro bull rider and personal trainer -- to train Cassie. Sources told us Diddy felt betrayed at the time, because he felt they hooked up BEFORE the breakup. Our sources connected to Alex and Cassie insist they weren't together until Diddy was outta the picture.

No clear signs of PDA here, but an eyewitness tells us they were cozying up and seemed pretty comfortable in each other's company ... especially Shia.

Looks like he might've even gone in for a bite of his lady friend's lunch. So yeah ... we'd say they're probably tight.

BTW, check out the little cut above Shia's eye here. Nothing too crazy, but it does seem like he might've recently injured himself. As far as recovery goes ... he's doing it right.

Now for an even more obvious note ... we're not seeing his most recent girlfriend, FKA Twigs, anywhere in these pics. They've reportedly been dating since fall 2018 and were most recently spotted cupcaking in public a couple of months ago.

Kate Beckinsale seems to have moved on from Pete Davidson ... and she made what looks like a public declaration that was sealed with a smooch.

Kate and a dude were in WeHo Friday leaving Craig's, and with the glare of camera lights trained on them, they locked lips.

Obviously, can't say for sure if this is the real deal, but they seemed tight.

As for Pete, he spent Friday night on a catwalk ... modeling for the first time at Alexander Wang's Collection1 2020 show at Rockefeller Center in New York City. People are going after him on social media for his walk, but then again people on social media go after everybody for anything.

As for Kate, we can't figure out who the guy is, but we do know Craig's seems to be her go-to date joint when she's in L.A. She went there on her first public date with Pete Davidson as well.

Fergie's had enough of the separated life ... she and Josh Duhamel are finally getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

Fergie filed divorce docs Friday in Pasadena, and no one could call it a rash move. The exes have been apart publicly since September 2017 ... when they announced they were breaking up. In a joint statement, they said they'd actually been separated since earlier in 2017.

However, neither made a move divorce-wise ... until now.

The singer and actor have one child together ... their son Axl, who is 5 years old now.

They'd been married for 8 years before announcing their break-up -- and they had started dating in 2004.

Josh has been dating pretty openly. In the last year, he's been seen out with Rebekah Graf, Eiza Gonzalez ... and just this week he was at Nobu in Malibu with a mystery brunette.
