There's an Umansky who's now dating a woman who works for Mauricio's real estate empire, but he's not the one going out with her.

Check out this pic, of Mauricio and Leslie Bega, who, in addition to working for The Agency, is an actress. You see she has her arm around him. Mauricio's parents, who are divorced, are also chowing down at Il Pastaio in Bev Hills.

The pic was snapped last Tuesday, after the live performance of "Dancing With the Stars." Mauricio is struggling, but still in the competition.

We have good recon here, folks, and turns out Leslie went to the show with her date -- Mauricio's dad, Eduardo Umansky, who also works for The Agency. Mauricio's mom, Dr. Estella Sneider, was also at the show.

We're told Leslie, Eduardo and Estella went to Il Pastaio together and Mauricio joined them mid-meal.

TMZ spoke to Mauricio a few weeks ago and he made it clear ... he and Kyle are separated and he says she's not dating anyone.

La gente que estuvo allí nos dijo que Tom estaba en el Whiskey Row de Dierks Bentley en Nashville, donde Tom se acercó por primera vez a la mujer mientras bailaba con sus amigos.

Nos informaron que la mujer parecía dudar al principio, pero luego empezó a bailar con Tom. Poco a poco se acercaron el uno al otro y estuvieron así durante unos 30 minutos.

Como se puede ver en el video, el baile es un poco incómodo al principio, ya que no pueden ponerse de acuerdo en como es que se debe girar con la pareja.

Suena como que pueden haber congeniado sin embargo ... porque se nos dice Tom y la mujer terminó dejando el bar juntos.

La última vez que vimos a Tom fue a principios de septiembre, cuando salía de un bar en West Hollywood con la cantante y compositora Tii tomados de la mano y entrelazando los dedos mientras volvían a su casa.

TMZ obtained video of the "Vanderpump Rules" star hitting the dance floor with a mystery brunette ... and it looks like there were sparks.

Folks who were there tell us Tom was at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row in Nashville, where Tom first approached the woman as she was dancing with her friends.

We're told the woman seemed hesitant at first, but then she started dancing with Tom ... and they started warming up to one another and things got wilder and wilder as they danced for about 30 minutes.

As you see in the video, it's a little awkward at first as they try and feel each other out ... with Tom trying to get her to twirl.

Sounds like they may have hit it off though ... because we're told Tom and the woman ended up leaving together. We don't know where they went.

The last time we saw Tom out was in early September when he was leaving a bar in West Hollywood with singer-songwriter Tii ... holding hands and interlocking fingers as they went back to his place.

No word about how things worked out with Tom and Tii ... but he's not known as a one-woman man.

2:16 PM PT -- It's confirmed, Taylor skipped today's game. Jim Nantz just said, "In case you’re wondering, the seven words i never thought would leave my lips in my career, 'Taylor Swift is not at the game.' There are some broken hearted people I just saw in the stands. She was questionable all week, but it looks like it’s officially inactive for today."

Taylor Swift wasn't about to fly to Minneapolis this weekend to see Travis Kelce play -- which is now obvious in the fact that she's apparently nowhere to be found in the stands.

The Chiefs tight end is playing against the Vikings Sunday, and it's an away game ... so him and his teammates are out in breezy Minnesota here. As the broadcast began, there was no sign of Taylor anywhere -- nor was there any reporting of her being at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Of course, once kickoff got underway ... no cameras panned to her in a private box the way they've been doing for the past couple weeks. In other words, she ain't there, Swfties.

That didn't prevent the announcers from name-dropping TayTay -- they just couldn't help themselves. Once TK was shown walking onto the field, they said his strut resembled that of a "Swift walk" ... and they mentioned her once more a bit later during warmups.

One of the broadcasters said, "There's Travis Kelce, enough of the Taylor Swift talk, ok? this guy is the best tight end in all of football and he's showing up big for his team every week."

That's a little shady -- but by the same token, it reflects what Travis himself has said about all the hubbub ... namely, that it was enough already and the NFL needed to give it a rest.

Many might feel the same ... but the league's been loving all the hype, as have the TV networks that were lucky enough to carry her games. CBS kinda got screwed today ... darn.

As far as loneliness, CJ says she doesn't experience it ... citing her dogs as good enough company -- not to mention her big family, with whom she suggests she's still on good terms with ... saying, "Every night of the week I could go to somebody’s house and have dinner."

Caitlyn ends her thoughts on her romantic life by noting she does a lot to keep herself busy -- hobbies and such -- and that she's simply in her "fun" chapter in life ... while noting other chapters may follow down the road. In other words, she's keeping an open mind.

The last person Caitlyn was rumored to have been involved with was Sophia Hutchins -- but they've since distanced themselves from that speculation ... saying there's no "hanky panky."

After the show, BB and KJ hit the town, hitting up Superblue Miami, an art museum, and then capping it off by chowing down at Hometown BBQ Miami.

The 2 have been together for months but made it publicly official last week with their joint Gucci ad, where they left no doubt about their relationship.

TMZ has reported the 2 have been an item since posting that pic of them on a horseback in early April.

Fact is ... they've been joined at the hip since February. They were all over each other at Drake's concert in L.A. back in August.

Kim Zolciak was certainly havin' fun filming her reality show amid her divorce from Kroy Biermann ... hitting it off with Chet Hanks during production in Colombia.

Multiple sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... Kim and Tom Hanks' son were acting flirty toward each other while cameras were rolling in Medellín for MTV's "The Surreal Life."

We're told they really hit things off, with others in the house thinking they might've caught feelings for each other during the 2 weeks of production ... at least, that was the vibe while under the same roof.

It's unclear, however, if Kim and Chet ever exchanged digits before the show came to an end ... and it's unknown if they're staying in touch today, but one thing's for sure -- sparks were flying.

TMZ broke the story, sources told us Kim signed a deal to appear on the 8th season of the reality series ... joining folks like Chet, Johnny Weir, Josie Canseco, Ally Brooke and many more.

She flew back to ATL last week after production wrapped ... and called 911 on Kroy a day later for allegedly snatching her cell phones.

Of course, many are taking OW's cosigned remarks as straight-up shade toward Taylor and Travis Kelce's relationship ... and it's not going over well among TS's fan base.

One of the biggest criticisms, it seems, lies in the fact that Olivia herself was also recently dating a major pop star -- with whom she traversed the globe over the past few years ... whether it was to promote their film, support his concerts or simply to vacation.

Indeed, Olivia and HS have gone all over together ... jet-setting from L.A. to NYC and to Vegas and Raleigh, NC -- not to mention hitting up Santa Barbara. Overseas, they were photographed in Italy, France and the UK In other words, quite a bit of traveling.

Naturally, in order to have gone to most, if not all, these locations -- they've had to take planes ... and that undoubtedly hurts the environment, something that's being pointed out in the all the backlash aimed at Olivia. While she's been an outspoken advocate for climate change -- even launching an eco-friendly clothing brand -- some say ... this is a bad look.

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have made quick work out of their divorce, settling up just weeks after they filed to end their marriage.

There weren't a whole lot of contentious issues ... there was a prenup, and, as we reported when we broke the story, Ariana cut Dalton a check ... and according to the settlement Dalton will receive $1,250,000, tax-free. Dalton is getting the money upfront, so there will be no spousal support.

Dalton will also receive 1/2 of the net proceeds from the sale of their L.A. home. And, Ariana will pay up to $25,000 of Dalton's attorney's fees.

A source close to the situation tells us, "There is still a strong mutual love and respect between Ariana and Dalton and they wanted to make sure everything was done right in lockstep with one another."

The settlement is standard operating procedure for Ariana's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, who tries -- usually successfully -- to quickly settle even the most contentious divorces. You'll recall, she recently settled the bitter divorce between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner.

The settlement has been filed with the court, and all that's left is for the judge to sign and they will be single again.

Ariana is in deep with her newest boo, "Wicked" co-star Ethan Slater, and we're told Dalton is dating as well.

The date of separation on the divorce docs is February 20, but they didn't file for divorce until last month.

Travis Kelce is taking Aaron Rodgers' playful diss in stride ... admitting he thought it was actually funny when the Jets superstar referred to him as "Mr. Pfizer" earlier this week -- but doubling down on his decision to be a vaccine spokesperson.

Kelce addressed AR8's recent comments on the "Pat McAfee Show" with reporters on Friday ... cracking a few jokes of his own as he discussed the whole ordeal.

"I thought it was pretty good," Kelce said at the Chiefs' facility. "I mean, with the 'stache right now, I look like a guy named Mr. Pfizer. Who knew I'd get into a vax war with Aaron Rodgers, man. Mr. Pfizer versus the Johnson & Johnson family over there."

Of course, Kelce is referring to Jets owner Woody Johnson, who is an heir to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company.

TK then got real for a second ... explaining his reason for getting the jab.

"I got it because of, you know, keeping myself safe, keeping my family safe, the people in this building. So yeah, I stand by 1000%. Fully comfortable with him calling me Mr. Pfizer."

Kelce -- who celebrated his 34th birthday on Thursday -- was also asked about his recent romance with Taylor Swift and the hype around it ... and he knows he brought all the attention on himself.
