"The Devils Ride" star Chris Boultinghouse just dodged a bullet (metaphorically speaking) -- the roughneck biker struck a deal in his DUI case and only had to serve ONE day in jail.

Chris -- known as "White Boi" on Discovery's show about real life biker gangs -- was trying to cut a deal following his November DUI arrest ... in which cops say he drunkenly smashed his Escalade into a Prius and then fled the scene.

Chris faced two charges of DUI and one charge of Hit-and-Run.

Now, we've learned ... White Boi got his wish and struck a deal this week. The terms: in exchange for pleading no contest to two of the charges -- driving with a B.A.C. level of .08 or higher and Hit-and-Run -- his second DUI charge was dropped.

As for the punishment part ... 3 years probation, $390 in fines, 3 months first offender alcohol program, 80 hours of community service and ONE day in jail ... which he already served.

Now he can get back to doing this ...

Amanda Bynes says she doesn't do drugs ... but that's not stopping one company from asking her to be the new face of their portable vaporizers ... i.e. a contraption loved by ganja-lovers worldwide.

Chris Folkerts -- CEO of Grenco Science -- sent Amanda an offer letter this week, asking her to become a celebrity spokesperson for their new line of G-Pen vaporizers ... following her alleged bong-out-the-window arrest.

Chris says G-Pens are portable vaporizers which "provide the best way to vape oils, concentrates and aromatherapy regiments" ... but we all know what they really vape.

Folkerts says in the letter, "We think you'd be a great spokesperson ... we know you will love our vaporizers so much you will never use a water pipe or bowl ever again."

Fun Fact: The Game is also a celeb spokesman for the company. Soooo yeah.

Crazy week for celebrities ... and speaking of crazy, we gotta ask ...

Lil Scrappy is desperate to kick his lil marijuana-loving ways, and to avoid jail -- the rapper officially checked into rehab for ganja addiction ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Scrappy failed a court-ordered drug test recently, when his urine test came back positive for weed. Afterward, Scrappy claimed he was addicted to the sticky icky and wanted to get help.

Now, his lawyer tells TMZ ... Scrappy voluntarily entered a rehab facility in the Atlanta area Thursday night and will remain there at least until his next hearing on June 16 -- when he's hoping the judge will show him leniency.

We're told the place is no walk in the park -- 6:30AM wake-up, 10PM curfew, group therapy, one-on-one therapy, NO cell phone or laptop ... and NO visitors for the first 2 weeks.

Side note for Scrappy: group therapy can be a bitch ...

UFC legend Tito Ortiz claims Jenna Jameson is lying through her teeth ... telling TMZ her allegations that he physically attacked her while abusing drugs are complete B.S..

Jenna went on a Twitter rampage yesterday ... claiming Tito beat her up and "almost killed" her ... and "faked" drug tests in order to fight in the UFC.

Jenna tweeted several pictures of prescription drug bottles and syringes -- insinuating they belonged to Tito.

During the Twitter session, Jenna also claimed Tito is unfairly trying to strip her of custody of their 4-year-old twin boys.

Now, Tito is finally responding to Jenna's allegations ... telling us, "The unfortunate allegations being made against me are simply not true."

He adds, "I would never do anything to jeopardize my family. Being a great father and protecting the well-being of my children remains my top priority."

"I thank my family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support at this time. For my children's sake, I appreciate you respecting our privacy."

As we reported, Jenna and Tito's twins are currently under the sole care of their father following a nuclear confrontation over custody last month.

Philip Seymour Hoffman just got out of detox for a drug problem that was spinning out of control ... a problem he desperately wanted to nip in the bud ... and he's already back doing a movie.

Hoffman -- who struggled with substance abuse in the past but kicked the habit for 23 years -- fell off the wagon more than a year ago. He tells TMZ it started slowly with prescription pills, and recently escalated to snorting heroin.

Hoffman -- who won a Best Actor Oscar in 2006 for "Capote" -- tells us the heroin use only lasted a week or so and he quickly realized he needed help, so he checked himself into a detox facility on the East Coast.

He says he was at the facility for 10 days and checked out last Friday. Hoffman credits what he calls "a great group of friends and family" for helping him seek the treatment he needed to get better.

And at least for now, it seems it worked, because Hoffman is clean and back on a movie set in Europe.

Justin Bieber broke out his finest party tank top and hit the NYC club scene HARD last night -- rollin' to 3 hot spots in a matter of hours ... problem is, he's not 21.

Cameras rolled as Bieber and his posse rolled into Avenue nightclub (where Lindsay Lohan allegedly punched a gypsy) ... then to Marquee ... followed by 1 Oak.

Here's the issue ... we checked into the age requirements to hit the different venues and we found Marquee had advertised that Wednesday was a 21+ night.

Bieber is only 19.

It's possible Marquee has a license to allow minors into the venue ... and they CHOSE to make it a 21+ night, which would mean no laws were broken. We're checking into that ...

Ditto for Avenue ... which also advertised Wednesday as a 21+ evening.

As for 1 Oak -- we're diggin' on that.

More evidence Lindsay Lohan is finally taking rehab seriously -- we've learned she's listening to her counselors and has found a clever way of trying to repair her damaged family.

Michael and Dina are at war, and Lindsay's counselors at Betty Ford are concerned the conflict is an impediment to the rehab process. Betty Ford can't get Dina and Michael to work as a family unit, so Lindsay has resorted to a clever, bedazzled trick -- jewelry.

We're told Lindsay decided to purchase "anchor" chains for her dad, sister Ali and her brother Michael Jr. ... to represent how they are all anchors in her life. Dina, Cody and Lindsay already have the chain.

Lindsay believes the symbolic gesture can actually open the door to some semblance of family unity ... which counselors think could help her in rehab.

Lindsay told Michael about her plan when he visited her this weekend, and it moved him enough to go out and buy the anchors himself, which Lindsay will give to the rest of the family.

Michael shipped the anchors to Lindsay, and she plans to give them to Michael Jr. and Ali when they visit her next weekend.

We're told counselors have a clear goal -- getting the entire family in the same room.

The Amanda Bynes drug case is falling apart ... FAST ... because the cops have absolutely NO HARD EVIDENCE that Amanda was ever in possession of weed, this based on information TMZ has obtained from law enforcement.

An NYPD official told TMZ ... the police report mentions NOTHING of any marijuana recovered at the scene. According to the report, cops saw Amanda throw what they believe is "drug paraphernalia" out the window. The report also says cops smelled "a strong odor of marijuana."

Based on multiple calls to law enforcement and others ... it appears NO DRUGS were recovered ... and that's what Amanda has been saying all along.

As for the alleged bong ... it's almost certain it will never be admitted into evidence. TMZ broke the story ... our producer spotted glass remnants on a sub-roof Tuesday and then called police and asked if they had inspected it. He was told they hadn't, and was asked for the location where the glass was found. Cops arrived a short time later and presumably checked the sub-roof.

Here's the problem ... No one knows if anyone tampered with the glass remnants which sat for days, in the rain. The chain of custody has been irretrievably broken and it's virtually certain the glass would not be admissible into evidence.

Short story ... even if prosecutors try to nail Amanda for reckless endangerment by throwing something out the window -- cops say she confessed to throwing a vase but she denies it -- there's no physical evidence of what was allegedly thrown. We've spoken with several lawyers who say it will be extremely difficult to convict her on reckless endangerment without physical evidence.

Short story -- if you're betting on this one, Amanda seems to be a pretty safe gamble.

Despite all the craziness ... and the wigs ... and the legal drama, David Spade says he still sees Amanda Bynes for who she really is -- a hot piece of ass.

Spade was hangin' at The Improv last night with his "Grown Ups 2" co-star Nick Swardson -- when Dave dropped some serious truth bombs about the ongoing Bynes saga.

"I'm scared of Amanda Bynes," Spade said ... joking that she'll call him "ugly" on Twitter if he says anything unflattering about her.

But Spade did rank Amanda's hotness -- and it's obvious, he's a fan.

"If you cut out all the 'stuff,' ... she's technically, for all intents and purposes, very pretty -- but I think she's getting in her own way."

Pretty boy Andrew Keegan has been BANNED FOR LIFE from a fancy L.A. bar/restaurant after drunkenly attacking a bouncer outside ... then ramming the guy with his motorized skateboard -- this according to new legal docs.

TMZ broke the story ... Keegan sued James' Beach restaurant in Venice, CA back in November, claiming several bouncers beat him up in 2010 for no reason ... while he was minding his own business on the street.

But the bouncers are now telling a much different story, seeking to countersue Keegan for assault and battery -- claiming the former '90s child star attacked them first ... all because they refused to grant him entry into the restaurant.

The bouncers claim Keegan was visibly drunk/high and could barely stand -- and when they told him to buzz off, he flipped out ... pushing and battering the bouncers, then ramming one bouncer in the shins with his motorized skateboard.

According to the docs, filed by attorney David Diamond, the owner of James' Beach then informed Keegan he was banned for life.

Keegan allegedly continued his assault until the cops arrived ... and then took off on his board ... only to return minutes later. The bouncers claim they had to call cops a SECOND time to get rid of Keegan for good.

Michael Lohan couldn't believe what he saw when he visited Lindsay in rehab this weekend, telling TMZ, his daughter's a totally new person and hasn't looked this healthy since her "Mean Girls" days.

Michael dropped by Betty Ford on Sunday to grab lunch with Lindsay and the two chatted for several hours. Michael tells TMZ, Lindsay's clear-eyed, 100% sober ... a completely different person.

According to Michael, Lindsay believes she's finally kicked her biggest substance problem -- taking Adderall while boozing -- and she's determined never to take Adderall again.

Justin Bieber is hell on wheels, and not just in his Ferrari -- neighbors tell us they saw him over the long weekend riding a Segway and smoking a joint ... smack in front of neighborhood kids.

Multiple neighbors in the exclusive, gated Calabasas community say Bieber and his friends have turned the neighborhood upside down. We're told they've called cops twice in the last five days over excruciatingly loud noise coming from Bieber's house where parties were going full-bore at 3 AM.

Neighbors tell us Justin has been a real problem in his Ferrari and on his motorcycle. Aside from the incident Monday night when he was allegedly roaring through the neighborhood, we're told Justin frequently drives recklessly. Residents say Justin almost struck a neighbor pulling out of his driveway Sunday.

As for the Segway incident, neighbors say on Sunday Justin was riding side by side with a buddy, who was also smoking a joint on his Segway.

Neighbors tell us the homeowner's board is planning on taking action -- for starters, they've talked to cops who promise they will begin towing vehicles that are left on the street overnight -- a frequent occurrence when Bieber or his friends throw parties.

Keyshawn Johnson chased down a speeding Justin Bieber this weekend -- and tried to confront the singer about his dangerous driving habits -- but JB ran away like a scared little child ... eyewitnesses tell TMZ.

Sources tell us ... Keyshawn -- a former NFL superstar -- had just left a party Monday night inside of his exclusive gated community in Calabasas (with his child in the car), when Bieber zoomed by in his Ferrari at breakneck speeds.

We're told Keyshawn was furious -- feeling Justin could've killed someone -- so he brought his kid home, then chased after the singer in his Prius (yes, a Prius chasing a Ferrari).

When KJ got to Bieber's pad -- he blocked Justin's Ferrari in the driveway and got out of his car to confront Justin face-to-face ... but Justin ran inside of his house and refused to come out.

FYI -- Keyshawn is 6'4", 212 lbs ... Justin's about 5'7", 110 lbs (soaking wet).

As we previously reported, at least 2 people called the police on Justin that night -- and cops responded to the singer's home.

There's more ... sources say SEVERAL people witnessed the speeding incident -- and say Justin was definitely in the driver's seat. We're told the witnesses told Sheriff's deputies ... Bieber appeared stoned at the time.

We're still waiting to hear from Bieber's camp.

10:15AM PDT Now an NFL Hall of Famer is weighing in ... Eric Dickerson, who also lives in Calabasas, just tweeted ... "Justin Bieber needs to slow his ass down."

Justin Bieber is under police investigation for ANOTHER reckless driving incident -- allegedly driving his Ferrari at breakneck speeds in his gated community.

The incident occurred at around 8 PM Monday night. L.A. County Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore tells TMZ ... cops received 2 separate calls in different locations in the Calabasas community. Sources say one of the callers was Keyshawn Johnson.

Whitmore says the callers reported Bieber was driving at a "startling high rate of speed." At least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving.

We're told cops responded but Bieber refused to speak with them.

Bieber has had a history of alleged reckless driving. You'll recall prosecutors are currently reviewing a case where Bieber allegedly drove recklessly and then spit on a neighbor who confronted him. The neighbor says Bieber also threatened to kill him.

As for Sunday's case ... Whitmore says the case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney.

We spoke with Bieber's rep -- so far, no comment.

Amanda Bynes is now claiming the tweets bashing Rihanna (pardon the pun) did not come from her and were actually mocked up by someone else ... then she went on to say some other crazy stuff.

Bynes went on another rambling Twitter run this afternoon, in which she says, "I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!"

From there she goes on to say ... well, your guess is as good as ours:

"That's one of the mocked up images, they took photos of me from outside and morphed them onto someone else's body. I am allergic to marijuana and alcohol but I smoke tobacco. Why does Rihanna smoke weed and not get in trouble for it but I smoke tobacco and people think I'm on drugs? I refuse to be treated like someone I'm not, which is why I fought for myself and am suing everyone involved. I don't need to go to rehab. There is never a drug or alcohol in my system! I'm sick of all the lies! What would you do if someone accused you of things you didn't do and yet you still had to be in jail at all over it! I'm so offended but I am so educated that I know cops cannot illegally enter my apartment, sexually harass me, arrest me, take me to a MENTAL HOSPITAL, then lock me up for a crime I didn't commit. I'm suing them all for this upsetting nightmare. My lawyer knows I'm a model citizen who doesn't partake in drugs. He's going to court this week to set the record straight again on my behalf. Thankfully I'm an educated multi-millionaire who knows better than to speak to perverted unjust cops without my lawyer."
