Nelly's tour bus got nailed by cops in Tennessee for a bunch of alleged offenses -- and the rapper himself got hauled off to jail for felony possession of drugs ... including meth.

A state trooper pulled over the bus Saturday morning for not having a required Dept. of Transportation sticker ... and when the officer caught a strong whiff of pot ... he decided to conduct a search.

Cops say they found a baggie with crystal rocks that tested positive for meth, and a small amount of marijuana in the sleeper area of the bus. They say they also found quite the stash of guns -- a .50 caliber pistol, a .45 caliber pistol, and a .500 magnum Smith and Wesson.

Nelly was booked for the meth -- a felony -- and misdemeanor marijuana possession. He was also booked for drug paraphernalia -- cops say there were about 100 small Ziplock bags commonly used for the sale of drugs.

Another passenger, Brian Jones, was busted for possession of a handgun.

Kevin Hart doesn't mind dropping a grand on star f**kers, but we're not talkin' the Hollywood types ... these are far more hardcore.

Our boozy sources say Hart was feeling the love in Laredo, TX Tuesday night after swinging through town to gear up for his big comedy tour -- which kicks off Thursday in San Antonio. Kev facilitated a buzz for 200 people, courtesy of Red Bull, whiskey and schnapps ... aka star f**kers.

Here's the breakdown ... Hart dropped $300 on dinner, which included 2 bottles of vodka for his crew, his fiancee and 8 others -- then threw down $600 for the shots and tacked on a fat $300 tip.

But he wasn't done yet -- he shelled out another $100 in drinks for a b-day girl and her friends and passed the local flower lady a hundo just because.

Sounds like if Hart's ever down in Texas, he'll hook you up.

DMX and The LOX might blow the roof off their downtown L.A. concert Wednesday -- but the real party's back at X's hotel room ... which is gonna be loaded with XL-sized condoms and Newports.

We got our hands on a copy of DMX's rider -- the special requests promoters have to fill for performers -- and it reads like the most awesome 'hood pass. Check out the must-haves for his hotel suite:

As for his dressing room ... it's a diabetic nightmare: TWO more fifths of Henney, hot chicken (white meat only), mashed potatoes, green beans, tons of soda, Oreos, Starbursts, Skittles, and yes -- more Now & Laters.

Ex-Florida State cornerback P.J. Williams -- a projected 1st round NFL Draft pick -- has plead NOT GUILTY to DUI ... though he admits he had been drinking earlier in the evening.

As we previously reported, Williams --who's 21-years-old -- was arrested while leaving a McDonald's parking lot in Tallahassee early Friday morning after hanging out at a local nightclub.

However, P.J.'s lawyer Jonathan Simon tells TMZ Sports the NFL prospect was the designated driver that night ... and had cut himself off HOURS before he got behind the wheel.

"He did have a drink or two earlier," Simon says ... "But at 3 AM, he was taking everyone to McDonald's. It's what 21-year-olds do."

Simon says Williams is adamant he was not driving drunk -- and plans to fight the case all the way to the end.

We're told Williams did NOT submit to a breathalyzer or a blood test during the arrest -- and Simon believes dash cam video of the incident could actually help P.J.'s case.

The case is due back in court soon.

Keyshia Cole just got off scott free in her criminal case where she could have ended up in jail for 30 days.

Kesyhia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, was in Santa Clarita court Monday morning, arguing that a 10-year-old bench warrant should not be enforced.

It's a bizarre story ... back in 2002 Keyshia got a DUI. She was placed on probation and was required to attend an alcohol ed course. The court records do not show proof of completion so the judge issued a bench warrant.

But Holley told the judge Keyshia completed the program and her former lawyer just screwed up by failing to inform the court. Holley explained the alcohol ed program -- which no longer has the old records -- must have notified the DMV, because Keyshia has gotten 2 drivers licenses since then.

Holley persuaded the judge so the warrant was recalled and probation was terminated -- yes, Keyshia was unwittingly on probation for the DUI for more than a dozen years.

The hammered guy who nailed Jennifer Lopez's brand spanking new Rolls-Royce is getting off easy -- despite a BAC nearly twice the legal limit -- he won't do jail time.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Robert John Reitz plead no contest to one count of DUI, and an L.A County judge sentenced him to 3 years probation and ordered him to complete a 3 month alcohol program. That's it.

Reitz plowed into JLo and Leah Remini last September on PCH ... then fled the scene. He later blew a .15.

JLo did get $25k in restitution ... which probably covers a cracked taillight on a Rolls.

Beast Mode went into Nightclub Mode in Hollywood Thursday night ... with Marshawn Lynch hitting up 1Oak on the Sunset Strip with a ton of huge stars ... and then lighting up a cigarillo right on the street.

Lynch partied until the club shut down ... after spending some time in the same building where Amber Rose, Kenyon Martin and Baron Davis were also partying that night.

Afterward, Lynch got into a sick black Ferrari ... but then moved into a Range Rover, where he started smoking while parked on Sunset.

We know what you're thinking ... but our in-house weed experts (lots of glaucoma over here) examined the video and say the item in Lynch's hand does not have the properties of a traditional blunt.

One expert says, "It's not burning the way a blunt would burn."

Rich Homie Quan says he couldn't have beat a Miami security guard senseless, and he has the perfect alibi -- he was getting wasted.

Jose Canseco's model daughter isn't a model citizen ... she just got busted for DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Josie Canseco was pulled over around 1 AM on the corner of La Cienega and Melrose (right in the heart of Hollywood) after cops observed her hitting a curb.

We're told the 18-year-old -- who's appeared on mom, Jessica's reality show -- was given field sobriety tests, which she didn't pass, and was subsequently arrested. But our sources say cops didn't think Canseco was under the influence of alcohol ... they believe it was drugs.

Canseco was booked around 6:15 AM and, as of this posting, is still locked up on $15,000 bail.

Tara Reid accompanied a total stranger to a Hollywood tattoo parlor so he could get her name tattooed on his arm, but luckily for Tara ... she wasn't drunk enough to return the favor.

Reid and this guy (good luck trying to understand him when he slurs his name) met on a flight back from Ultra in Miami, and clearly they both enjoyed a few cocktails along the way.

We figured out the guy is DJ Crichy Crich -- and for some reason he and Tara thought it was a good idea to go straight from the airport to the tattoo parlor.

Unlike hangovers, that tat is pretty permanent.

French Montana was not under the influence of alcohol when he was photographed drinking Ciroc from the bottle while cruising on one of Diddy's Sea-Doos ... so claim people close to the rapper.

As we previously reported ... French was in Miami Beach Saturday, catching some rays and drinking vodka. It's not illegal in Florida to drink while boating, but it IS illegal to drink to the point that the driver is impaired.

French Montana may have violated the laws of the Sea-Doo Saturday ... because it sure looks like he's drinking on the watercraft.

French was traversing the area around Diddy's house, drinking from a Ciroc vodka bottle and looking like a spokesmodel. The photog who shot the pics says the Sea-Doo is owned by Diddy, who BTW also owns Ciroc.

Of course it's possible he's doing something promotional for the vodka and it's actually water, but that would seem like the worst promotion ever -- drinking while boating.

He's steering with one hand as he takes swigs.

And check this out. Khloe just posted a photo on top of Diddy's roof, showing them partying with French -- vodka in hand -- with the caption, "The Ciroc made us do it!!#stepIntoTheCircle."

Nick Jonas is pulling double duty ... hosting The Kids Choice Awards and, maybe more importantly, delivering booze to thirsty chicks.

TMZ spoke with Angela Mayhew who says that Jonas came to her West Hollywood apartment with a bottle of pinot grigio for her and her friends. But he didn't stop there ... she tells us Jonas joined in on the fun, having a glass himself and playing two songs.

Don't worry, Nick's not pulling a Zayn Malik ... he merely teamed up with Saucey -- an app that delivers alcohol straight to homes -- for a one night promotion.

Scott Disick was a wild man in Vegas, scoring a big fee for hosting Friday night festivities at 1OAK.

Disick, you know, bailed on rehab a week ago because he said he had business obligations. Before he left his cushy Costa Rican facility, he partied at 2 nightclubs. He kept it going last night.

No evidence Disick, who famously has problems with alcohol abuse, was boozing it up in the club.

You hear Disick scream in the video, inviting clubgoers to orally pleasure his friend.

Taraji P. Henson says her son was racially profiled by cops on 2 different occasions -- but police video of one of the incidents completely refutes that claim ... because the officer could NOT have been nicer.

The "Empire" star recently complained her 20-year-old son Marcel Johnson was pulled over by a Glendale, CA officer who illegally searched the car, cited him for marijuana possession, but didn't ticket him for the original infraction.

Watch the dash cam video of the full stop ... the officer pulls over Marcel for allegedly failing to yield at a crosswalk. When the officer asks Marcel if he has anything illegal in the car ... he confesses he has some marijuana. The officer actually thanked him for being honest.

When you see the clip ... it's hard to say the cop had it out for Marcel. As for the alleged illegal search ... the officer says he smelled the weed -- which alone would give him probable cause, plus Marcel copped to it.

Taraji says the 2nd incident went down at USC when police allegedly stopped Marcel for "having his hands in his pockets." No video of that one yet.

"Empire" star Malik Yoba is shooting down the rumors he was fired from the hit show because he was abusing drugs -- and he's getting an apology from the guy who spread the rumor in the first place.

Malik came on TMZ Live to set the record straight, telling us he spent money to find the blogger behind the false report -- which unfortunately spread like crazy on the Internet. He assured us he's never had any issues with substance abuse ... a claim he says anyone he's ever worked with would support.

In fact, Malik explained how "Empire" creator Lee Daniels had his back when the rumor started spreading.
