Brandi Glanville & Joyce Giraud Sorry, Gaga ... We're Too Busy To Be In Your Video

Published | Updated

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" did a cameo in Lady Gaga's new music video -- but two prominent cast members are missing ... and it was NOT Gaga's decision to keep them out ... the women opted out themselves.

Brandi Glanville and Joyce Giraud are conspicuously absent from the video, "G.U.Y." ... and rumors swirled they had been banned by Mother Monster herself.

But sources close to the shoot tell TMZ the rumors aren't true -- Gaga wanted the ENTIRE cast for the shoot ... but Joyce and Brandi took a pass because they had previous commitments.

Gaga's rep confirms to us she extended the invite to the entire cast.

The music video is bizarre ... with images of Michael Jackson, Jesus, Gandhi and Lady G as a feathery bird-woman. But when the Housewives show up -- pretending to play musical instruments -- it's classic over-the-top Gaga.

Rihanna's Ex-Accountant A Fool And Her Money Are Soon Parted Which Makes You ...

Published | Updated

The gloves are off in the fight between Rihanna and her ex-accountant -- the money man is now firing back in their legal battle over $9 million the singer claims she lost on his watch ... calling her a financially impaired moron.

Accountant Peter Gounis filed the response to Rihanna's lawsuit, insisting he was hired to record and manage her financial accounts -- NOT give her rudimentary spending advice.

Gounis claims Rihanna blew through millions of her own money by going on endless shopping sprees -- buying roomfuls of designer shoes, clothes, and jewelry -- and throwing extravagant parties for herself. He also claims she bailed on an expensive tour to shoot "Battleship," which turned out to be a massive failure.

And despite Rihanna's accusations, Gounis insists he never directed Rihanna to buy a dilapidated house.

But even ignoring all that, Gounis says, "Was it really necessary to tell her that if you spend money for things you will end up with the things, and not the money?"

Gounis wants Rihanna's lawsuit thrown out.

NFL Brothers Carnival Kicked Our Asses We Thought We Could Hang. We Were Wrong.

Published | Updated

He's 6'2" and 300 lbs ... but Atlanta Falcons defensive end Jonathan Babineaux got straight up WORKED at Carnival in Trinidad & Tobago ... telling TMZ Sports he partied so hard, "By the end, I couldn't hang anymore."

Babineaux and his brother Jordan (an NFL safety) just got back from a week-long rager in the Caribbean -- where they threw on body paint and costumes in the hopes of taking in all that Carnival had to offer.

Instead, Jonathan says he and Jordan got a serious reality check -- "I thought we partied hard. We don't. Those people can party. And it goes on a whole week. I was ready to go after a couple days."

Here's a sample of the party scene, according to Jonathan -- "There's a breakfast party in the morning until about 2. Then the day party until 10. Then the night party until 2am. Then the late late party until the morning. It's non-stop."

Jonathan says he and Jordan tried their best to keep up, pounding rum and pineapples like they meant business -- but by the end, they were completely drained.

Makes you kinda respect Rihanna more ... doesn't it?

NASCAR Driver Gunning to Race 'Blackfish' Car ... At Talladega

Published | Updated

ARCA could go ORCA at the Talladega Superspeedway ... because one of the drivers is trying to raise $115k to get behind the wheel of a "Blackfish" car at a race in May ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke to Leilani Munter -- one of the Top 10 female drivers in the world -- who tells us she was so moved by the documentary, she wants to do everything in her power to spread awareness about the plight of killer whales in captivity.

"I believe that it is a crime for these magnificent, intelligent, and socially complex creatures to be forced to live in tiny concrete tanks," Leilani says.

And her first order of business is wrapping a car in a custom "Blackfish" design to race at an ARCA event at Talladega Superspeedway on May 3rd. The only catch -- it's expensive.

Leilani tells TMZ Sports she needs to raise $115k for the cost of the car so she can enter the race ... which she's doing in part with the Oceanic Preservation Society, the people behind the documentary, "The Cove."

"The car represents more than just a race car," Leilani says ... "It represents awareness. I absolutely want to win."

Ariel Winter Buys New Mercedes PAYS IN FULL

Published | Updated

Unlike most 16-year-olds -- who scrape together money from their part time job to go halfsies with their parents on a used Ford Taurus -- "Modern Family" star Ariel Winter just picked up a brand new Mercedes ... and paid for it in full.

Winter hit up her local Mercedes dealer recently and scored a fully loaded C350, blacked out with the AMG package. We're told Ariel and her sister went in with the idea of getting something nice, but also responsible and safe.

Our sources tells us Winter's dad -- who only recently began siding with Ariel and her sister in their battle against Ariel's mom -- was there to help her sign the papers. Once the deal was closed, Ariel wired the full payment ... just north of $50,000. APR financing is for suckers!

And get this ... the guy in the photo, who sold Ariel the car, is former soap star/current car salesman Matt Borlenghi. The funny part is ... Ariel's mom sued him for defamation in 2012.

Probably not a coincidence.

Jay Glazer Battling Pneumonia After Procedure Turns 'Life or Death'

Published | Updated

FOX Sports' Jay Glazer is laid up in the hospital fighting double pneumonia, but it could've been much worse -- TMZ Sports has learned his condition was touch and go 3 days ago.

Glazer was having a back procedure to treat a broken disc Tuesday morning ... but shortly after doctors put him under he got sick and started choking on his own vomit -- the fluid ended up filling BOTH lungs.

Glazer was rushed to an L.A. area hospital where his breathing was so shallow his blood oxygen level dropped into the 70s (90-100 is normal) -- which over any prolonged period can easily turn into a life or death situation.

FOX's NFL and UFC insider is still getting treatment to clear his lungs, and has improved slightly ... but it's unclear how much longer he'll be hospitalized.

Talk about horrible timing ... Glazer went down just as NFL free agency began -- a period when fans expect his "scoopage" on big trades and new contracts.

When LeBron James tweets, Samsung listens ... especially when he's complaining about a HUGE problem with his cell phone -- since LBJ is a pitchman for the company.

The drama began earlier today when 'Bron tweeted, "My phone just erased everything it has in it and rebooted. One of the sickest feelings I've ever had in my life."

We spoke to a rep for Samsung who essentially told us the company scrambled the jets to remedy the problem that blasted to LeBron's 12 MILLION followers.

"We are following the situation," the rep tells us ... "We have a team looking into it. There should be more information soon."

LeBron, probably realizing he made a pretty huge boo boo, deleted the tweet ... and replaced it a short time later with some new info: "Close call. Wheew! Got all my info back. Gamer! Lol."

Published | Updated

"Little People, Big World" couple Matt and Amy Roloff can't stand living together anymore -- they've just announced they're separating after 26 years of marriage.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Matt and Amy have been living separately since the holidays -- Amy currently resides in the family's main house in Oregon ... Matt lives in the guest house.

We're told neither Amy nor Matt is currently pursuing other relationships -- they're just testing the waters living alone ... for now anyway. So far, divorce isn't on the table.

Matt has had a history of drinking problems -- such as his 2007 DUI -- but we're told alcohol was NOT an issue in the split.

The Roloffs -- who have 4 children -- released a statement, saying, "Though we have weathered many storms together, we recently made the tough decision to engage in a trial separation."

Jimmy Graham & Pierre Garcon Ballin' it Up with U.S. Soldiers ... In Afghanistan

Published | Updated

Jimmy Graham only knows one speed -- game speed -- and during a USO trip to Afghanistan last week, he broke out his basketball skills during a 1-on-1 game with a U.S. solider.

The New Orleans Saints star -- along with Redskins WR Pierre Garcon and Dolphins punter Brandon Fields -- went to the Middle East to visit soldiers in the field.

"It was an uplifting experience," Garcon tells TMZ Sports ... "It's amazing seeing the work they are doing to protect us."

Garcon says everyone he met was a huge sports fan -- "They were telling us stories about how they wake up at 3am to watch football. And then depending on how their team does, they're in a good mood or bad for the rest of the day."

The gang not only traveled, ate and hung out with the soldiers -- they also tossed around a football in their downtime.

"This experience for me has truly been life-changing," Graham said in a statement following the trip ... "I grew up in a Military home and this just makes me more of a patriot. I have more of an appreciation for the little things we have back home each and every day."

Frank Ocean to Chipotle Here's $212,500 ... Now Kindly 'F*** OFF'

Published | Updated

Hot sauce isn't the only thing that burns at Chipotle -- Frank Ocean just posted a photo of the fat check he sent to the Mexican Grill after the company sued him for $212,500 ... and on the memo, he wrote "F*** OFF."

Frank posted the image on his Tumblr account -- and a rep for Chipotle has already released a response, telling TMZ, "Thanks, Frank."

We broke the story -- Chipotle sued Ocean, claiming it paid him the $212,500 as an advance to record a song for one of its commercials. Chipotle claims Ocean bailed on the project because the Mexican Grill insisted on using its logo in its own ad ... even though Frank didn't want it ... the audacity.

The Chipotle rep tells us, they haven't received the check yet -- but they're grateful he ponied up.

Sour cream never tasted so sour.

'Marriage Boot Camp' Hubby I Got Gay Men Off ... For Money

Published | Updated

Porn has ripped marriages apart before ... but not like this.

TMZ has learned, one of the husbands from Season 2 of "Marriage Boot Camp" once did porn for a gay website called "Straight Guys for Gay Eyes."

Shaun Sulligan -- porn name Johnny Walsh -- shot two scenes for the website back in 2009 ... one sex scene with a woman and one solo masturbation scene.

It's pretty unusual -- the website basically markets straight sex to a gay male audience ... focusing on the man's body instead of the woman's. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Sources close to the show tell us, Shaun's porn past has become a sore subject in his marriage and will be addressed on the show.

FYI, Shaun shot the porn the same year he met his wife Sofia -- we're guessing she's not too happy about that.

Aquille Carr Ex-High School Phenom: I'm Training For NBA Draft

Published | Updated

Ex-high school basketball stud Aquille Carr -- who famously turned down a scholarship to Seton Hall for a career overseas -- now has his sights set on the NBA, telling TMZ Sports he’s training hard for the upcoming draft.

Carr's journey hasn't exactly been smooth sailing ... the 20-year-old left high school to supposedly take a gig with a European team, but that didn't work out and he got an opportunity on an NBA D-League team.

But Carr (5'6", 148-lbs) was recently released from the D-League squad (although the team praised his talent) ... and now, Aquille says he's confident he'll be drafted by an NBA team in June.

In fact, Carr says he's been back East working with trainers to develop his NBA game -- with an intense focus on shooting and playmaking.

He also tells TMZ Sports he’s learned from his past mistakes, which include a 2012 arrest for domestic assault -- "I don’t look back on my past. I’m on to better things, learning, working hard and trusting in god more."

Carr, nicknamed "The Crimestopper" because of a reported dip in Baltimore crime during his high school games, says it was his recent experience in the D-League that had the biggest effect on his future plans -- "It helped me mature more, playing with guys that are in the NBA now, living that lifestyle, I learned a lot."

As far as the NBA competition he’ll be up against ... Aquille doesn’t seem to be intimidated.

We asked who’d win in a one-on-one game between him and the NBA’s number one little man Nate Robinson ... and Aquille didn't hesitate -- “Aquille Carr The Crimestopper, no doubt.”

We'll see.

Khloe Kardashian I Just Bought Bieber's Calabasas Crib

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's Calabasas neighbors can finally breathe a sigh of relief ... because the Biebs is moving out -- after scoring a million dollar profit from the new buyer ... Khloe Kardashian.

We broke the story ... Bieber decided to move out of Calabasas in January after numerous run-ins with neighbors and law enforcement -- where he felt trapped in his own home -- and now he dumped it off on Khloe.

Bieber bought the house in 2012 for just over $6 mil. Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe bought the home for $7.2 million.

As for Khloe ... she sold her Tarzana estate to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco for $5.49 mil.

The move makes sense for K.K. -- her sister Kourtney recently purchased the nearby home of Keyshawn Johnson ... who had his fair share of beef with J.B.

We're told Khloe will do some remodeling, because Justin's 19-year-old taste doesn't suit her.

He's all yours Atlanta!

Justin Bieber Grilled Like a Cheeseburger Over Miami Pap Fight

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber better grab a warm jacket ... because he's about to get the third degree -- courtesy of the lawyers repping the Miami pap who's suing the singer for battery.

Bieber just arrived for his deposition in the lawsuit filed by photog Jeffrey Binion, who claims Bieber's bodyguard Hugo Hesny choked him and stole his camera equipment last June outside a Miami recording studio. Binion claims Bieber ordered the attack.

The deposition is going to be ruthless -- sources tell us, Binion's lawyers are ready to go to war and are planning to ask Bieber hundreds of questions about EVERYTHING ... not just the Miami incident.

We're told the lawyers will cover every other pap scuffle ever -- including the most recent one in Atlanta -- as well as Bieber's drug use. And it won't end there either.

Here's hoping it will be as entertaining as Lil Wayne's.
