This according to the NFL superstar himself who says he's teaming up with his bros for a new FAMILY project ... and it sounds insane!

Rob tells TMZ Sports he spent his entire offseason beating  up his brothers -- Gordie, Dan, Chris and Glenn -- for their new YouTube channel, "The Gronks."

"We all just compete verse each other," Rob says ... "We all team up with each other to do all different type of weird activities or fun activities, or crazy activities, however you wanna categorize it."

Paintball, jet skis, beer pong -- you name it, they're doing it. With intensity.

We asked Rob if the new project is part of a larger strategic plan to set up a post-NFL career for himself in Hollywood.

His response is classic.

"I don't really have a plan. I really just take whatever I'm doing at the moment. Obviously right now my plan is just football, for real."

"I'm just really focused on the game right now and I'm loving it."

Gronk sat out of the 2019 season -- but says he feels awesome right now ... and when we asked how much longer he wants to play pro ball, he didn't commit to an answer.

"I'm not gonna lie, the game of football doesn't last for your whole life," Gronk said ... "So, it's good to have options when you're done playing but as of now, the focus is just there to get better and play some ball."

The Gronks say as part of their new channel, they team up with a ton of big stars for some insane physical challenges ... and even teased a possible Tom Brady cameo.

One of the men convicted in the murder of Michael Jordan's father, James Sr., in 1993 will walk free in 2023 ... after he was granted parole on Tuesday.

MJ's dad was shot to death in July 1993 while sleeping in his car at a rest stop in North Carolina. His body was dumped off a bridge in South Carolina and recovered 11 days later.

One of the men -- 45-year-old Larry Demery -- pled guilty to first-degree murder, armed robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery in 1996.

On Tuesday, the North Carolina Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission announced that it has granted Demery parole as part of the Mutual Agreement Parole Program.

Demery is set to be released on August 6, 2023.

In a letter explaining Demery's release, the MAPP is described as a scholastic and vocational program that is a three-way agreement between the Commission, the Division of Prisons and the offender.

The golf blood clearly runs thick in the Woods family ... Tiger's 11-year-old son just mowed down the field in a tournament this month -- winning a kids event EASILY!!

Charlie Woods posted a super low score of 3-under 33 in the 9-hole event on Aug. 9 at Hammock Creek Golf Club in Florida, winning the whole thing by 5 strokes ... and it's got everyone wondering -- is he the next Tiger?!

Charlie carded 3 birdies and no bogeys in the round ... and it wasn't like the course was a cakewalk -- the scorecard shows 6 of the 9 holes were 300 yards or longer!!

Of course, Dad was with Charlie every step of the way ... Tiger was even spotted carrying his kid's clubs during the outing!

The 44-year-old golf G.O.A.T. has praised his son's swing in the past ... saying straight-up he wishes he could put some of it into his own!!

"He’s starting to understand how to play. He’s asking me the right questions," Tiger told GOLFTV this summer. "I’ve kept it competitive with his par, so it’s been just an absolute blast to go out there and just, you know, be with him."

Kim Kardashian could be just what the doctor ordered in Master P's quest to free his famous sibling, C-Murder ... but he knows it's not gonna be easy.

Master P told us it's a blessing to have Kim K on his side as he continues his decades-long fight to free rapper C-Murder from the Louisiana State Penitentiary, and he's hoping her celebrity can be the difference-maker.

Although Kim's on board now, Master P and his family have poured time and energy into this for years -- they lobbied President Obama, trying to get a new trial ... and C-Murder went on a hunger strike. Some supporters fear Kim's involvement might overshadow those efforts, but Master P says she might be the missing piece.

As we reported ... Kim's vowing to put her resources towards freeing C-Murder, who is serving a life sentence after being convicted in the 2002 fatal shooting of a 16-year-old at a Louisiana nightclub.

Remember ... the evidence in the case has recently been questioned and eyewitness have since recanted testimony pinning C-Murder to the crime. Jurors were also allegedly pressured to vote guilty.

Kim's joining forces with C-Murder's ex-girlfriend, Monica, and Master P tells us he appreciates them both coming forward to help his brother, as long as it's for all the right reasons. MP says it's important for the case to be dealt with respectfully, because it's near and dear to his family's heart.

Master P knows Kim has a pretty good track record with freeing prisoners -- take Alice Marie Johnson for starters -- but he tells us why Louisiana is an entirely different beast.

Kim Kardashian has her sights set on her next prison case -- saying she's going to put her resources toward helping free a famous rapper who's Master P's sibling ... AKA, C-Murder.

She made the announcement Sunday, noting evidence has been questioned in the case and that eyewitnesses have since recanted their testimony about pinning him to the crime he was convicted of committing, not to mention jurors allegedly being pressured to vote guilty.

Kim writes, "On January 18, 2002 a tragedy occurred when a young man was killed. The next day Corey Miller was arrested for the murder." She went on to say he was convicted on a ruling of 10-2, and that if his trial happened today ... it would have to be unanimous.

She says true justice means catching the actual killer -- C-Murder was accused of fatally shooting a 16-year-old at a Louisiana club -- and that in light of these new developments over the past several years, it's time to get him out, or have him retried at the very least.

Right now, C-Murder is serving a life sentence at the Louisiana State Penitentiary.

Kim also says she's teaming up with C-Murder's ex-girlfriend, Monica, in the effort to free him. Monica's been outspoken about the cause for a while -- and now, she has a powerful ally in KK to actually get some movement. Kim's bringing on some high-leverage attorneys.

It looks like C-Murder himself is incredibly appreciative of the love and dedication Monica's shown over the years ... 'cause he shouted her out in a new IG post in light of the news.

He writes, "Moses when they took me I told you go live your life because you didn’t deserve what the system was about to do to me. You still stood for me, without me asking created a team that could change the outcome of a very unfair fate! You been Forever Tru , One in a Lifetime!! @monicadenise got em saying #FreeCoreyMiller."

A 9-year-old Oklahoma boy yearning for a family might get his wish soon, thanks to his "I hope one of y'all pick me" vid that tugs hard on those heartstrings.

The adorable foster kid, Jordan, has been in the care of the State's Dept. of Human Services for 6 years, but earlier this week he made it clear he'd love nothing more than to have someone to call Mom or Dad ... and the message really resonated in the adoption community.

Casey White, an Oklahoma DHS official, tells TMZ ... there was an explosion of interest in Jordan -- 5,000 online inquiries in the first 12 hours.

Casey says the department had to implement an overtime plan just to handle the calls and emails about adopting Jordan ... and it's focused on finding him the best home STAT.

Jordan's brother is also in Oklahoma, so DHS is looking for another family in the State so the 2 can stay close.

Jordan's been through a lot in his 9 years -- including some traumatic events -- so he needs a patient, understanding family ... preferably one where he's the only child or would have a much older sibling, so he can get the attention and support he needs.

Casey tells us the DHS is confident with the outpouring of love he's received ... he'll be with a loving family within 6 months.

We're told once DHS finds the right fit, there will be a trial period to make sure it's working out ... because he's had adoptions fall through in the past.

For that reason, Jordan's not even aware of his viral fame, because DHS wants to be very careful about not getting his hopes up and hurting him if things don't go according to plan.

Chrissy Teigen revealed something really scary ... unbeknownst to her, she was pregnant when she had her breast reduction surgery.

Chrissy was interacting with her fans on Twitter Friday when she explained before she had the surgery, they administered a pregnancy test ... which came back negative.

Here's what she said after the surgery ... "A few weeks after surgery, I took a test. And for many years now, I've taken pregnancy tests almost every month, praying to see a positive one day. Just wishful thinking. I never had a positive before."

She says the test she took on the day John Legend's album came out was when she got a positive test result, adding, "I was scared s**tless. Was pretty positive you shouldn't get your boobs out while pregnant? Pretty sure."

She explains how scary it was ... "So we prayed to the boob surgery gods that everything would be okay. Went to every appointment terrified. Even without the surgery, I didn't think I could get pregnant naturally anyway. So the odds just felt ... bad."

Chrissy broke the news she was pregnant with their third child in John's music video, "Wild."

They have 2 kids ... 4-year-old Luna and 2-year-old Miles.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's make-or-break vacay is over, and though it's unclear if it saved their marriage ... one thing we know ... rich-people glamping looks awesome.

Sources familiar with the couple's travel plans tell TMZ ... the family left Colorado's Dunton River Camp earlier this week, wrapping up the second leg of their getaway as Kim and Kanye tried to breathe new life in their marriage ... as his presidential campaign rolled on.

It looks like the glamping retreat at the beautiful, off-the-grid resort deep in the San Juan Mountains was more focused on the kids than their parents, but it certainly looks like a place they could all enjoy themselves.

Kim and Kanye rented out the entire 500-acre former cattle ranch for a whopping $43k PER NIGHT ... meaning the fam had all the campfires, cabins, hot springs, hiking trails and other natural joys along the Delores River to themselves.

As we reported ... the couple set off on their marriage-saving vacation about 2 weeks ago in the Caribbean, where they stayed in a tropical island fortress to keep paparazzi at bay.

The goal of the trip was to work out some major relationship issues -- while avoiding politics -- and it seemed like the fam was having a good time halfway through ... before they departed for Miami en route to Colorado.

Kim and Kanye have now parted ways yet again -- he went back to Wyoming to work on his projects and his political campaign -- and she's back home in L.A. with the kids.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have a Miami vice, and it's super-luxurious real estate -- they've just expanded their portfolio with a home that's more like a resort.

Our sources tell us the engaged power couple scooped up this massive waterfront estate on Star Island ... Miami's super-private enclave for celebs and business tycoons. They check both of those boxes.

The place is spectacular ... it's on a 40,000-square-foot lot and comes with a whopping 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a pool that's a work of art for their modern fam of 6.

The bells and whistles include an elevator, wine room, library and industrial-style chef's kitchen -- perfect for cooking AND dancing ... at least when J Lo's the chef.

J-Rod already own a huge home in Miami's beautiful Coral Gables neighborhood, so it's unclear if the new spot is a new crib for them, or just investment property.

Remember, they just flipped their beachfront home in Malibu after a remodel designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines. From all appearances, the Star Island place is nobody's fixer-upper.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are dropping a bombshell in his new "Wild" music video -- they're expecting BABY NO. 3!!!

The vid for "Wild" -- costarring Chrissy -- premiered Thursday and near the end of it, you can see her cradling her tummy. John's sensual track, featuring Gary Clark Jr., is one helluva dedication to his wife of almost 6 years.

Some of the lyrics include, "I wanna drive you wild, wild, wild. I wanna love you for miles and miles. We can go slow, we don't need to rush. I'll take the wheel, make you feel every touch. I wanna drive you wild, wild, wild."

Btw, John and Chrissy's two other kids -- 4-year-old daughter Luna and 2-year-old son Miles -- also appear in the music video near the end ... as the family takes a nice stroll on the beach with the sun setting as their picturesque backdrop.

Great combo of work, pleasure and family fun! BTW, John and Chrissy will be celebrating their anniversary on Sept. 14.

Jared Kushner says he talked with his good buddy Kanye West about lots of things during their infamous pow wow ... and he's not denying they discussed the 2020 Election.

President Trump's son-in-law and trusted aide spoke Thursday morning at the White House about his weekend summit with Kanye -- describing their face-to-face as a great discussion about a lot of things.

Jared was asked directly if they discussed the election at all, and ya gotta watch his response. He did not firmly stamp out the theory many people have expressed -- that Kanye's Presidential campaign is Trump-engineered purely to spoil Joe Biden's chances

Jared points out he's been pals with Kanye for about 10 years, and says Yeezy has great ideas for what he would like to see happen in the country, and admires a lot of President Trump's initiatives.

Remember, Kanye sat down with Trump, Kushner and Vice President Mike Pence back in 2018 inside the Oval Office.

And, don't forget Rudy Giuliani, another Trump crony, told us over the weekend he believes Kanye remains a secret Trump supporter -- implying they're all in on this together.

Here's Boosie Badazz going on a hilarious rant about getting banned from Instagram, and he wants action right now from Mark Zuckerberg ... if he could just get his name right.

The Louisiana rapper is up in arms over the fact he's in social media timeout, and he's making a desperate plea to Mark, but hilariously calls the multi-billionaire Mark Zuckinberger ... and other incorrect variations of Zuck's name.

As Boosie put it ... bosses need to talk to bosses, and that's why he's appealing directly to Mark. BTW, the IG ban is reportedly because of his recent streak of posts with links to his OnlyFans account, which is basically porn ... which is a no-no on IG.

It is weird though 'cause lots of IG users promote OnlyFans. Anyway, Boosie has a solution ... he suggests Mark should take him to IG orientation. Whatever that is.

Boosie says IG is the only way he and other rappers are making money in the pandemic, which has wiped out live concerts, and he says he needs his account to feed his family.

Breonna Taylor's family had a momentous meeting this week with Kentucky's Attorney General, and for the first time since her death, Breonna's family is hopeful justice will be served.

The attorney who reps Breonna's family, Sam Aguiar, tells TMZ AG Daniel Cameron did not play his hand and say if he'll charge the cops in her death, but he showed a real interest in Breonna and her mom, Tamika Palmer, says they walked out of the meeting feeling good about the case.

We're told Cameron was well versed on the case and asked a lot of questions about Breonna. He wanted to know about her life and promised an open line of communication as the review process continues.

Cameron said during the meeting, which lasted 45 minutes, he's waiting on the FBI's ballistic report. He believes the conclusions may unlock some of the mystery surrounding her death and will give him the information he needs to interview new witnesses and re-interview old ones.

Breonna's family has been met by radio silence for months, and their frustration grew to a fever pitch. Now, for the first time, Tamika feels optimistic Breonna's case is getting a fair review.

It's a far cry from the family's outrage after Cameron posted pics of his engagement party.

Legendary Indianapolis Colts coach Howard Mudd -- the man responsible for getting O-linemen to block for Peyton Manning for YEARS -- died Wednesday, team owner Jim Irsay announced.

He was 78 years old.

According to Mudd's family members ... the famous NFL coach was involved in a serious accident on July 29 -- and succumbed to injuries Wednesday.

"Right after the accident he fought so hard against all odds to communicate to us that he loves us and that he knows we love him," Mudd's family said in a statement.

"[On Tuesday], it became clear that he was ready and that we needed to surround him with love and fight for his right to comfort and peace."

"This morning he was surrounded in the room by his sons [Darren and Adam] who held his arms and prayed over him as he passed away."

Mudd is known as one of the league's greatest offensive line coaches ever ... he famously produced O-lines year after year in Indy that protected Manning during the Hall of Fame QB's prime.

Mudd ultimately coached for nearly 5 DECADES in the league ... and was a damn good O-lineman himself during his playing days in the 1960s.

"Rest in peace, Howard Mudd," Irsay said Wednesday. "Howard was a GREAT player during a shortened career and then became one of the game's all-time greatest offensive line coaches."

"He contributed to many different teams over 47 years in our league---but he will always be a Colt. #LoveYouHoward."

Dak Prescott spoke out Wednesday on the tragic passing of his older brother, Jace ... and the Dallas Cowboys QB said emotionally, "it's tough, obviously."

"He meant a lot to my family, meant a lot to me," the 27-year-old told reporters in his first news conference since Jace's passing. "He's part of the reason I am a quarterback."

"When I was a little kid, he's the reason that I first started throwing the football."

Jace -- one of Dak's two older brothers -- died suddenly at the age of 31 this past April. The family has not publicly revealed the cause of death.

Dak was clearly torn up over the loss. In fact, it took the QB nearly four months to open up about it all publicly ... telling reporters Wednesday he's now making it his life's mission to carry on his brother's legacy.

"It's been a tough year," Dak said. "It's been a tough year for me personally. It's been a tough year for my family. It's been a tough year for this country and this world, obviously. So, it's all been tough."

Dak says he leaned on his Cowboys teammates and his other family members to get him through it all ... adding, "I have a great family to count on, to lean on. Great supporters here, great teammates. Great coaches."

As we previously reported ... Dak and Jace were extremely close -- the two famously filmed a Campbell's Chunky Soup commercial together in 2019, where the QB praised Jace and his other brother for being a great support system.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver John Ross III has left training camp to take care of his son ... after his 3-year-old and the child's mother both tested positive for coronavirus.

Ross did not attend practice on Tuesday as he flew back to Los Angeles to help care for his family, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The timing isn't exactly ideal for the 24-year-old speedster --he's been hoping to have a breakout season with Cincy after 3 injury-plagued years in the league.

Ross was selected with the 9th overall pick in the 2017 Draft after flashing some insane speed. He's shown real potential on the field but injuries have been a problem.

He will now be placed on the Bengals' Reserve/COVID-19 list ... and a return date has not been set.

Ross frequently posts on social media his son, Juju -- and raves about how much he loves being a father.
