Tamar Braxton's making it perfectly clear -- she's NOT back together with her estranged husband ... but says they do agree it's time to protect their son from their public spats.

We broke the story ... Tamar and Vincent Herbert traveled together Tuesday morning. She declared they're still a family, but he made it seem like there was a reconciliation coming when he said, "God is good."

Tamar put the kibosh on that, saying ... "NOPE! Sorry! Not together but since the craziness the other day, we DID agree to create a better environment for son!!"

The "craziness" would be Vincent's Christmas Day arrest, which she says was triggered by booze and jealousy.

We got 'em at LAX where it looked like there's no animosity. It would be a true holiday miracle if these 2 are really working things out. Remember, Tamar filed for divorce in October -- and says their Christmas dinner got heated due to booze and jealousy. Vince was arrested, and she went on to accuse him of getting an unnamed "whore" pregnant.

Sources close to Vince tell TMZ there is no baby on the way.

So, are they working it out? Depends on who you ask. Tamar's the one who says they're family. But Vince took it one step further saying, "God is good."

It's go time ... 16-year-old LaMelo Ball has announced he's leaving for Lithuania today to begin his new career as a pro basketball player!

Guessing his 19-year-old brother, LiAngelo, will join him on the flight -- they're both expected to make their debut for Prienu Vytautas on January 9.

Unclear if their father LaVar Ball will join them on the flight -- or stay in the U.S. to run the Big Baller Brand.

8:30 AM PT -- Kim just thanked the doctors and nurses who helped Saint, saying, "I just want to thanks every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all!"

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's son, Saint West, was hospitalized last week with a bad case of pneumonia ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the 2-year-old was brought to an L.A. area hospital Thursday with pneumonia, and that his parents were with him while he remained hospitalized, sharing overnight duties.

We're told Saint was released on Saturday, so he was checked in for just a couple days. He's at home now, and sources say he's doing well.

Kim shared a family photo from Christmas just a few days before Saint was admitted.

Kim and Kanye also shared a New Year's Eve kiss on Sunday. The hospitalization went down right after her mid-week meet-up with J Lo and A-Rod -- where Kim and co. enjoyed a taco Wednesday party.

Good thing Saint's on the mend ... his new baby sis is supposed to be coming home sometime this month. She'll probably need her big bro to show her the ropes, sniffle free.

Eva Longoria's comfortably embracing her 4-month-old baby bump to ring in the new year ... in PJs, no less.

The "Desperate Housewives" star posted her first public photo of her pregnant belly Monday with the caption ... "New year, new adventures! I’m so grateful to my beautiful family for giving this new baby so much love already! #HappyNewYear #2018."

As we reported ... Eva and her hubby, José Bastón, are expecting their first child together -- which would be Eva's first baby ever. Her rep confirmed she's preggo with a boy.

Looks like the kid's gonna be welcomed with open arms. Congrats!

Tristan Thompson was gloating New Year's Eve about his soon-to-be baby mama and how fantastic she looks just 3 months before giving birth to their child.

Tristan and Khloe Kardashian were in a limo in Cleveland when he turned a cellphone camera on them and commented on the progress of her pregnancy ... and he gives her high marks.

Tristan underscored Khloe's reveal ... that she's due sometime around March. Kim's surrogate is due sometime this month. It's unclear when Kylie is due, but she's definitely pregnant despite her silence.

He revealed early on ... they're having girl.

"All the Money in the World" hits very close to home for Balthazar Getty -- the story's about the 1973 abduction of his father, John Paul Getty III -- and for that reason ... he says he's not going to see it.

We got the actor at LAX Wednesday getting ready for vacay and asked for his thoughts on the movie, but he says the fam decided to stay mum. He does concede it's an interesting story.

As we reported ... Kevin Spacey was set to play the role of Getty's great-grandfather -- J. Paul Getty, who refused to pay the $17 mil ransom to get John back -- but got axed amid allegations of sexual assault and was replaced by Christopher Plummer.

Nick Cassavetes and his daughter are back together in L.A. ... and grabbed some lunch to celebrate their reunion.

"The Notebook" director and his 12-year-old girl, Barbie, were spotted at Jerry's Deli in Studio City Saturday ... just a day after an Oklahoma judge awarded Nick lawful custody of her.

We broke the story ... Cassavetes' ex, Heather Wahlquist, squared off with Nick in an Oklahoma courtroom Friday, asking the judge for an emergency order to keep Barbie in her custody. The judge rejected her request.

So Nick and Barbie look copacetic in California now, but the custody battle ain't over -- they're back in a California family law court January 18.

Tamar Braxton says the triggers that led her estranged husband Vincent Herbert to a jail cell on Christmas day were alcohol and a case of jealousy.

Tamar tells TMZ, "Co-parenting while going through a divorce is not an easy task. While celebrating the Christmas holiday as a family, after a few drinks and some jealousy, things got a bit out of hand, which is common for most families during the holidays. In the midst of everything our family is going through things got heated and a bit exaggerated."

Tamar makes it clear ... "There was no physical interaction between Vince and I on Christmas. While I do not appreciate his lack of respect for our family and him allegedly impregnating another woman, I cannot paint him as a vicious abuser that Vince is not."

TMZ broke the story ... Herbert was arrested for spousal assault and taken to jail, where he bailed out after posting $20k.

Tamar says, "I'm deeply hurt and saddened that this will be how we remember Christmas 2017, but, my motto is and maintains to be 'Bluebird of Happiness' and nobody will stop my joy and blessings going into the New Year! God Bless!"

Tamar went ham a few hours ago on the woman claiming Herbert got her pregnant ... calling her a "whore."

Nick Cassavetes has won a major victory -- he has his child back after claiming his baby mama stole their child from him ... TMZ has learned.

Nick appeared in an Oklahoma courtroom Friday to square off with Heather Wahlquist over 12-year-old Barbie. Wahlquist was asking the judge for an emergency order to allow her to keep Barbie in her custody, despite the fact that it's a California case. The Oklahoma judge rejected her request.

Nick has claimed Heather and her mother essentially stole Barbie and went on the run, despite the fact that the California custody order gave him physical custody effective December 18.

Barbie went back into chambers with the judge for about a half hour, and after their talk the judge told Nick he was the one who had current lawful custody, so they left the courtroom together.

The famed "Notebook" director tells TMZ Barbie is back in L.A. with him.

Heather had claimed Nick neglected Barbie while he had custody and she returned recently with a bacterial infection. She made other claims as well but the Oklahoma judge rejected them.

Tyron Woodley's mother surprised the UFC champ on the "TMZ Sports" show to thank him for the incredible Xmas gift ... a brand new home in Missouri!!!!

Tyron broke the news about the house on social media over the weekend -- but we hadn't heard from his mom ... until today.

"I'm grateful to god for you," Tyron's mom said ... "You have been an amazing son. You're an awesome man and a great dad."

TMZ has learned the photo taken by Karen Anvil -- a less-than-amateur photog -- has already raked in about 5,000 pounds in the U.K. from licensing. That's about $6,700 in USD.

We're told that money is just from one of eight territories the photo's being circulated in so far -- the figures for the other territories, which includes the U.S., haven't been fully calculated yet. However, we're told Karen is in for a "very happy New Year."

As for Karen ... she tells us she plans to use part of that dough to pay for her daughter's college tuition -- as well as to pay for a U.S. trip for the kid's 18th birthday.

Dylan Penn looked like a chip off the old block in Hawaii ... flaunting her best traits from both mom and dad.

Sean Penn's model daughter was seen taking a stroll along the waves in Oahu -- where her pops is a part-time resident -- and even with earbuds in and shades on ... she was smokin' in the water.

Sean was nearby, apparently going for more of the beach bum vibe ... chilling out on the sand, and looking deep in thought. We're told he kept his distance as Dylan jammed out, and eventually went back into his house.

Blac Chyna is irate over the Kardashians' claim she's responsible for the cancellation of her reality show with Rob, and she thinks they're sending a terrible message to women that getting a domestic violence restraining order is a bad thing ... sources connected to Chyna tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim, Rob and Kris just responded to Chyna's lawsuit in which she accuses the Klan of sabotaging the reality show "Rob & Chyna" out of revenge. The Kardashians say the reason the show was cancelled was because Chyna got a restraining order and it was impossible to shoot a show when Rob was legally prohibited from interacting with his baby mama.

Our Chyna sources say the latest round of legal docs has her fuming. Chyna says she was in fear for the safety of her and her daughter, and women should not lose jobs just because they try to protect their family from violence. She says Rob physically abused her. He denies it.

There is a wrinkle. Chyna dropped the restraining order outright after Rob agreed to pay her $20k a month in child support. As one Kardashian source put it -- if she really felt threatened she would never have dropped the restraining order.

Kim Kardashian and krew proved they'll party it up on a Wednesday for tacos and good company -- provided their hosts are Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod.

Kim, Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were 3 of the celeb guests hangin' at J-Rod's house in Bel-Air for a "Taco Wednesday" shindig this week.

Kim was bustin' out of her black halter top and pink coat, while J Lo shimmered in a glitter dress. It's a tough call, but we'll say the host mighta outshined everyone. Among some of her other guests -- Leah Remini and Carole Bayer Sager, at least from what we could see.
