El cantante de Smash Mouth, Steve Harwell, ha sido incinerado tras su muerte a principios de este mes y nos informan dice que el memorial del difunto artista estará abierto para que todos los fans puedan asistir.

El manager de Steve, Robert Hayes, nos informa que las cenizas serán enterradas en Los Gatos Memorial Park en San José California y sus seres queridos quieren que Steve tenga una lápida que puedan seguir visitando para dejar flores.

Nos comentan que supuestamente iba a ser enterrado junto a su madre en Oak Hill Memorial Park de San José, pero por desgracia no había espacio disponible cerca de ella, así que optó por Los Gatos en su lugar.

El memorial de Steve estará abierto al público el 7 de octubre en Los Gatos. Más de 300 personas ya han confirmado que asistirán incluyendo a sus compañeros de banda. Además, habrá una recepción privada para familiares y amigos cercanos.

Como informó TMZ, Steve falleció el 4 de septiembre debido a una insuficiencia hepática, rodeado de amigos y familiares en su casa de Boise.

Kourtney Kardashian está desmintiendo la afirmación de Kim de que existe un grupo de chat secreto de personas que hablan mal sobre la mayor de las Kardashian, ¡y tiene pruebas!

The back-and-forth bickering from last week's premiere of "The Kardashians" bled into the weekend -- with Kourtney taking to Instagram to respond to fans who wondered if Kim's on-screen suggestion of a "Not Kourtney" text group was actually true or not.

According to Kourt, it's BS ... at least based on some digging she's been doing on her end. KK responded to one person, writing ... "I believe it was just my sisters from the surveys I've been taking."

She added this while replying to yet another fan who inquired about it ... "the members of that chat are namely Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie. Case closed." It looks like Kourtney checked in with her actual friends ... and started a new group chat with them.

She posted a screen shot of their conversation ... and it's pretty clear they're pro-Kourtney. Also, folks have apparently been contacting these pals of hers and asking if they're in the alleged "Not Kourtney" group -- and they all seem to be denying it.

Of course, the reason this is even being discussed is because Kim alleged on the show that some of Kourtney's buddies have been secretly cozying up to her and other family members to air their grievances about Kourt.

Kim made it seem pretty dramatic, too ... saying, "- "All of your friends call us complaining. Whether you think they're the ones going to you, they're all coming to us on the side, saying the opposite to us."

She added, "We're all confused, and we're on a group chat labeled 'Not Kourtney' so we know, and have to funnel what your friends are saying to us, and have to figure out why you're such a different person and why you have this vendetta."

This was part of a much larger argument the two siblings has over the phone ... in which Kourtney accused Kim of being a narcissist and always wanting to steal the spotlight.

As we reported ... Keefe D was arrested Friday by Las Vegas Metropolitan police after a grand jury indicted him on one count of murder with use of a deadly weapon, with a gang enhancement.

Mopreme tells us ... one arrest doesn't mean there's now justice for Tupac ... while he says it's good someone is finally being held accountable for Pac's murder, he's waiting to see if there are other arrests, including potential accomplices.

Tupac's brother wants more information on the motive behind the infamous 1996 murder, although cops made it clear ... the motive was revenge after Tupac and his team beat up Keefe D's nephew after the Mike Tyson fight.

Mopreme says LVPD only recently got in contact with Pac's family about the murder investigation, but the detective who first reached out has since retired ... something Mopreme says has been problematic in Pac's case.

Keefe D's arrest did come as a surprise to the Shakurs ... Mopreme says cops didn't give them any inkling a bust was imminent.

Still, it's a big development for Mopreme ... earlier this month he cast doubt on the police investigation after cops executed a search warrant in connection to his brother's murder.

Meanwhile, Tupac's sister, Sekyiwa "Set," told TMZ in a statement ... "This is no doubt a pivotal moment. The silence of the past 27 years surrounding this case has spoken loudly in our community."

She added ... "It’s important to me that the world, the country, the justice system, and our people acknowledge the gravity of the passing of this man, my brother, my mother’s son, my father’s son. His life and death matters, and should not go unsolved or unrecognized, so yes, today is a victory but I will reserve judgment until all the facts and legal proceedings are complete."

Michael Oher's conservatorship is officially over.

A Shelby County Probate Court judge just ordered that the conservatorship that's been in place since Oher was 18 will come to an end, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

The ruling breaks up a legal arrangement that the former NFL star put in place with Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy back when he was living with the couple before he went to college.

As we reported, Oher had requested its termination in August ... after essentially alleging the Touhys tricked him into getting into it. In a court filing, he said he initially believed the legal docs were a way for the Touhys to formally adopt him.

He claimed in his filing, however, that he later found out it allowed the Touhys to control contract negotiations on his behalf -- potentially screwing him out of a ton of cash ... especially in the deal that led to the creation of the blockbuster movie based on his life, "The Blind Side."

The Touhys, meanwhile, have called BS on Oher's allegations ... with their attorney, Marty Singer, saying in a statement that the conservatorship was simply "established to assist with Mr. Oher's needs, ranging from getting him health insurance and obtaining a driver's license to helping with college admissions."

The Touhys were adamant they'd have no objection to dissolving it.

Colorado State DB Henry Blackburn is opening up about the death threats he received after his late hit on Travis Hunter ... saying his number one concern was the safety of his little sisters.

Blackburn discussed the threats during a sit-down with Hunter, himself ... after the star CB/WR invited his former foe for a sit-down chat (in one of the most awesome shows of sportsmanship and positivity by Trav) on his YouTube channel.

Henry opened up, saying, "All that stuff that went down after the game, like, I can take it. I'm not trippin' about me," before adding ... "It's just like I got two little sisters at the house still, in elementary school. That's what was mainly [what] I was worried about. Their safety and everything."

Thankfully, Blackburn says things have calmed down after Hunter -- who suffered a lacerated liver on the tackle -- came to the defense of the CSU safety, and Henry's grateful.

"You can't do that, like, sending death threats," Hunter said, "Even just like trying to bash a person. That's not what I'm about. I can't even do that."

"Y'all stop bashing people! It's not good for the community. If we was all nice to each other, the world would be 10 times better," Travis implored.

In fact, Hunter and Blackburn believe the tackle was a blessing in disguise as they were brought together to "show people the other side of football."

To prove their point, both of 'em went bowling ... and the guys even found a way to do good while having fun. Travis and Henry both agreed to put up $1,000 ... for a total of $2k, which would go to a charity picked by the person with the high score at the lanes.

Hunter ended up victorious but he let Blackburn pick the charity ... and he selected Realities For Children which aims to help abused, neglected, abandoned, or at-risk kids in Colorado.

Claudia later posted a video of Kellyanne talking with cops about their explosive confrontation ... and law enforcement sources told us cops did a welfare check after the intense video was shared.

New video from inside the horrific fire at a wedding in Iraq shows how quickly the flames spread in only seconds before over 100 people were killed.

The clips show the happy couple dancing inside the Al Haithem wedding hall near the village of Qaraqosh also known as Al-Hamdaniya Tuesday night. A series of sparklers goes off around them, starting the blaze and sending guests into a panic.

Flowers hanging from a massive truss above the couple seem to act as fuel to the flames, going up almost immediately as embers fall to the ground.

After most had evacuated the main room, huge beams -- completely on fire -- crashed to the ground. Footage after the fatal incident shows the intense destruction caused to the building.

The bride and groom reportedly made it out alive, but Reuters says 113 people have been confirmed dead, and another 150 suffered injuries. Iraq's Interior Ministry has allegedly issued arrest warrants for the owners of the wedding hall, with 1 already in cuffs as of Thursday.

Survivors from the wedding fire claim the place wasn't equipped for a disaster like this ... and one woman told the outlet, "This was not a wedding. This was hell," while crying and hitting herself after losing her 27-year-old daughter and 3 grandkids in the fire -- one of whom was just 8 months old.

10:29 AM PT -- The Red Sox just confirmed Curt Schilling did reveal Tim Wakefield's diagnosis without the former pitcher's permission ... saying in a statement Tim and his wife's "health is a deeply personal matter they intended to keep private as they navigate treatment and work to tackle this disease."

The MLB team added that the Wakefields are asking for "privacy at this time."

The wife of Red Sox legend Jason Varitek is furious with Curt Schilling for revealing Tim Wakefield's cancer diagnosis ... saying straight up on Thursday, "F*** you Curt Schilling."

The former Boston star pitcher leaked the news of Wakefield's tragic health condition on his "The Curt Schilling Baseball Show" podcast on Wednesday ... admitting at the time, "I don't even know if he wants it shared."

"But, as a Christian and a man of faith," Schilling continued, "I've seen prayer work and so I'm going to talk about it."

Schilling then revealed Wakefield -- a knuckleballer who starred for the Red Sox from 1995 to 2011 -- is battling "a very serious, very aggressive form of brain cancer."

Schilling went on to call the situation "incredibly serious" ... adding that Wakefield recently underwent surgery for the issue. Schilling then asked for prayers.

Many, however, slammed the former World Series MVP for leaking the diagnosis to the public before Wakefield could ... including Catherine Varitek, who tweeted, "F*** you Curt Schilling, that wasn’t your place!"

Schilling has yet to respond to the backlash.

For his part, Wakefield has not commented on the matter either.
