The Royals took a stroll on XMAS Day to attend church services.

Charles, Prince of Wales, along with Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle, Dutchess of Sussex were all in lock step as they walked toward the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham Estate.

That's a lot of royal talk. Now for us plain folk ... Meghan wins the hat contest. BTW, you can barely tell she's about 6 months pregnant.

The threesome are down in Cabo San Lucas right now enjoying themselves a beach day with Scott and Kourtney's kids, and Sofia tagging along ... which she's done from time to time.

It's a pretty incredible scene -- Kourt and Sofia are seen lying up on the some chairs, side-by-side ... and they even go on a stroll with Scott at one point on the sand. No signs of tension, hostility ... nothin'. Just your run-of-the-mill modern day co-parenting at its finest.

We've even obtained video of them out to dinner together later the same day at place called Edith's. Again, not a hint of animosity between the current/former couple.

Scott and Sofia are obviously still going strong and, from the looks of it, Kourtney's been dipping her foot back into the dating scene as well, with another youngin'.

Justin and Hailey Bieber are now a family of three ... after the addition of an adorable little pooch just in time for the holidays.

Hailey shared the big news on Instagram Saturday, posting a pic of her "Christmas baby" on her story ... a puppy named Oscar Bieber. It's hard to say for certain, but it looks like he's a Maltese Yorkie.

Hailey also shared a vid of the lil pup on her bed playing around with Justin and a pic of Oscar sleeping ... yep, pretty frickin' cute.

The recently wed couple have really been enjoying the honeymoon phase lately -- kissing at hockey games, shirtless piggyback rides, etc. -- so it's only natural to take their marriage to the next level and get a dog.

Someone was really feeling a little too much holiday spirit -- Friday night a man climbed the National Christmas Tree near the White House.

After a stalemate with U.S. Park Police, the man finally came down and was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation. No injuries were reported, and Park Police described the climber as being in "emotional distress."

The wild scene started unfolding around 5:45 PM Friday night at the Ellipse, which is across the street from the White House.

After the man climbed about 15 to 20 feet up, the 74,000 LED lights covering the giant spruce were turned off, creating an eerie scene. By the time the climber started heading down, the lights were turned back on and police officers rushed inside to track him down.

Forget Santa Claus ... Mike Evans is the real Christmas MVP -- at least, that's the case in Tampa Bay, 'cause the WR's gifts to his Bucs teammates caused everyone to lose their minds!!!

The NFL superstar got his squad their own custom Bird scooters for the holidays -- complete with every player's last name AND number ... and yeah, it was a hit in the locker room.

"This is what you call an ultimate teammate!! You feel me?!" offensive lineman Donovan Smith screamed.

Evans was mobbed by his teammates ... who couldn't wait to give the receiver some skin as a thanks for the electric wheels.

We know what you're thinking -- 53 players on a roster and around $500 a scooter -- but don't worry about it ... Evans is in the middle of a 5-year, $82.5 MILLION contract!!!

Kodak Black wasn't kidding when he said he was getting more involved with charities ... he's done it again, this time bringing smiles with tons of Christmas gifts.

We're told the rapper hit up Paradise Childcare in Broward County, Florida earlier this week and delivered a bunch of toys that'll go to 150 kids. The non-profit group assists parents with childcare and other needs.

On top of the gifts ... we're told Kodak also dropped around $5k for the org's Christmas party.

A rep for Paradise Childcare tells TMZ ... they're grateful for Kodak's contribution, and the toys will be divided between 2 Paradise locations.

In addition to his gift-drop ... we're told Kodak took part in something called the "Gifts of Chai" with Rabbi Scheur Kaplan. Participants give or receive gifts in multiples of $18 ... which is considered good luck. Kodak donated $180.

Rabbi Kaplan tells us, "It isn't the amount of money that matters. Kodak sent the gift of Chai 10x which is amazing. This is very special and we are thankful."

If Donald Trump Jr. doesn't have plans to celebrate his 41st birthday on NYE, a Vegas strip club is willing to throw him a party ... hosted by none other than his alleged ex, Aubrey O'Day.

Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Sin City is extending an invitation to DTJ to ring in the big 4-1 later this month in the company of his alleged one-time mistress -- who strongly implied, one way or another, they hooked up in 2011 while she was a cast member on 'Celebrity Apprentice.'

The ex-Danity Kane member is set to perform 3 songs at the shindig, and even share face time with certain guests. That could be Trump Jr. ... if his heart desires! Although, we're pretty sure his current GF, Kimberly Guilfoyle, ain't gonna be down for this.

The club's GM actually went through Jr.'s dad ... sending a letter to Prez Trump, cordially inviting both him and his boy to party. A buncha kids got a SWEET pre-Christmas surprise Wednesday -- 'cause Kobe Bryant brought the gift of Mamba -- and a bunch of books -- to a school in Southern California!!

The Lakers legend dropped by Oxford Prep Academy in Mission Viejo and hung out with a bunch of kids for a great cause.

Kobe's got a new podcast called "The Punies," -- a pod about kids who learn lessons through sports -- which Mamba hopes real-life children can draw from.

Turns out ... one of the teachers at the school is turning those podcasts into an actual curriculum -- so Kobe had to swing by to see it all in person.

We're told Bryant brought the kids books, played games ... and actually watched the kids present projects they'd been workin' on.

Donald Trump really needs a holiday pick-me-up, and it's up to his fans to give it to him ... or risk feeling the full force of Christmas shame.

According to a Trump campaign email obtained by TMZ ... POTUS supporters are being begged encouraged to sign the Official First Family Christmas Card to lift their spirits.

The letter starts by asking those who have not yet digitally signed the card -- which was first sent out last week ... "Did you not want to wish the President a Merry Christmas?"

It then reminds Trump supporters that the Prez and Melania "have been working so hard to bring Christmas cheer to the White House ... Because it's not just their home. It's your home too."

The card will apparently be given to the First Fam on Christmas Eve, though it doesn't specify how. Will it actually be printed out with all the names and put on display?

Ariana Grande is explaining the meaning behind the Christmas tree hanging upside down in her NYC apartment, by relating the odd decoration to a topsy-turvy existence.

Ariana was leaving her apartment building Tuesday when she was asked about her backwards Christmas dec, and her response was somewhat telling of the crazy year she's been through.

As you can see, Ariana turned her Christmas tree on its head, suspending it from the ceiling. And, in the video ... she's hinting her funky tree is a metaphor for a difficult year.

Wearing a black coat with fur trim, Ariana was heading to NBC Studios, this only days after rushing to 30 Rock to try and comfort ex-fiance Pete Davidson, who refused to see her after posting an apparent suicide threat.

Ariana had a trying last few months, even before Pete started posting ominous notes ... she and Pete called off their engagement, she wrote a smash hit about her exes and she lost Mac Miller to a drug overdose.

Ariana's right, sometimes life just be upside down.
