Ray J seems serious about suing Kim Kardashian for her comment on her Hulu show that Ray J may have stuck something up her butt while she was sleeping.

Ray remains furious about the first episode of the show ... when Kim fretted there might be a second sex tape. She told her fam she was 99.9% sure there wasn't one, but then suggested if there was anything sexual in another tape ... Ray may have stuck a dildo up her butt while she was sound asleep.

Kim follows it up on the show by saying "It's completely illegal" and then asks her lawyer to "scare the s*** out of this guy."

Ray says it's all an outrageous lie to suggest he sexually assaulted Kim, and he says he's seriously considering a defamation lawsuit.

As we reported, Ray also says there IS a second sex tape -- the Cabo sex tape and another that was shot in Santa Barbara -- and he says Kris even watched the tapes and chose the one to distribute in which Kim looked the best. Kris has denied she had a hand in the release of the tape.

Kris took a lie detector test on 'The Late Late Show' a few days ago and, according to the polygrapher, was honest when she said she didn't orchestrate the deal.

Speaking of the sex tape, Kim has denied she had anything to do with the release, but Ray says she's absolutely lying, and showed the contract he signed with Vivid Entertainment where the sex tapes are chronicled in writing and he says Kim's the one who wrote it ... and her fingerprints -- literally her fingerprints -- are on the paper.

Ray J has gone OFF on Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian ... accusing them of lying about their involvement in his sex tape with Kim.

As you know, Kris was hooked up to a polygraph on James Corden's show and he asked, "Did you help Kim release her sex tape?" Kris answered "No" and the polygrapher said she was telling the truth. Steve Hirsch, the Prez of Vivid Entertainment that released the tape, has said Kris never met, spoke or worked with him on the release of the tape.

In Ray's 44-minute diatribe, he never says Kris negotiated for the tape's distribution with Vivid Entertainment, the company that released the tape. He does, however, say there were 2 different sex tapes, not just one -- 1 shot in Cabo and 1 in Santa Barbara -- and he says Kris handpicked the one where Kim looked the best. BTW ... the 3rd tape is labeled "Intro."

He also says in his contract with Vivid, where the 3 tapes are mentioned, Kim's fingerprints are on them ... literally. He says Kim wrote the section describing the 3 tapes. What's significant about this ... Ray says this is the original contract he signed giving Vivid the rights, and he says Kim's handwriting is right there.

It's interesting ... Hirsch has said he acquired the tape not from Kim or Ray but from "a third party." He was never more specific, but he did say "We are very confident in our legal position." Under California law, the person whose image is portrayed in such a video must sign off either directly or through an agent in order for the distributor to have a solid legal position.

Kim also allegedly sued Vivid for invasion of privacy, claiming she never authorized its release. She says she ended up settling with Vivid and the suit was dropped. It was taken off the market months later after a "third party" bought it from Vivid.

Emily Ratajkowski is officially pulling the plug on her marriage ... filing for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard.

According to online records, the model filed divorce docs Thursday in New York City.

Of course, the filing comes on the heels of allegations Sebastian cheated on the 31-year-old model. There've been plenty of signs over the last few weeks that things were coming to an end between the couple.

Emily was spotted moving out of their NYC home just last month, she also recently announced on social media that she was single and dating again.

Emily and Sebastian married back in 2018 in a surprise ceremony. They have a 1-year-old son, Sylvester, together.

Angelina Jolie was apparently responsible for breaking the news about her relationship with Brad Pitt, according to the founder of Rolling Stone magazine ... who attributes her for getting the bombshell shots back in 2005.

Jann Wenner's upcoming memoir, 'Like a Rolling Stone,' is full of stories about the celebs he's encountered over the years, according to Page Six ... but this one might take the cake, putting to bed a 17-year mystery on who first blabbed about Brangelina.

Jann owned Us Weekly when rumors were flying about BP and AJ being an item ... when their photographer got a tip about the two staying at a resort on the coast of Africa.

He puts it plainly -- "the tipster was Angelina." Of course, this was all going down while Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston.

Not only did Jann's photog know where to find them, but Angelina gave specific details about their daily walks, and even where they could secretly snag a pic of them.

Jann says they finally got the proof after Angelina's tip ... adding "we had the worldwide scoop, the debut of Brangelina."

Meghan King claims her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds, has been verbally abusing her over their child custody arrangement ... so she got a temporary restraining order against him.

According to court docs filed in Missouri and obtained by TMZ, the ex-'RHOC' star got the court order back in June over what she describes as "frequent and consistent verbal abuse" via texts, as well as their shared Family Wizard app which they use to co-parent.

It's unclear what exactly what Jim allegedly said to her -- but sources connected to the case tell us it all has to do with their shared custody arrangement ... the pickup/drop-off schedule specifically, which Meghan claims Jim hasn't followed.

It seems Jim's been trying to have this case sealed -- at least according to MK. She wants it public, for all to see.

It's just the latest instance of fighting between the exes -- they've gone after each other publicly over issues related to their children. He's accused her of putting their kids at risk during the COVID lockdown after he learned she was partying in Miami.

A hearing is scheduled for later this month on whether to make the restraining order permanent.

Jim's rep, Steve Honig tells TMZ … “This request for an order of protection is completely baseless and furthermore makes an absolute mockery of the pain suffered by the millions of women in this country who are legitimate victims of abuse."

Tyrese is fuming over his divorce case -- where he was ordered to keep paying $10k/month in child support -- and wants a new judge to weigh in, claiming the old robe had it out for him.

The actor filed new legal docs this week, obtained by TMZ, that spell out the reasons that he wants a fresh set of his eyes on this case -- with the main one being that Judge Farmer, who was presiding over the divorce, was clearly biased against Tyrese.

There are a few examples laid out in his filing ... Tyrese says during a pretrial meeting in Judge Farmer's chambers, hizzoner apparently told Tyrese and his ex, Samantha Lee Gibson, that he thought $10,690 per month in child support was appropriate based on the financial evidence and that he didn't care if Gibson was a "greedy, gold-digging bitch."

Essentially, Tyrese is claiming this judge already made up his mind on how things should go even before hearing arguments and testimony in court.

Not just that -- but Tyrese alleges the judge's favor was shown early and often during the actual trial ... including belittling admonishments and cutting off Tyrese in the middle of his answers that were caught on video, which Tyrese says were totally outrageous. Tyrese claims his lawyer "definitely felt bullied by Judge Farmer" during the case.

Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson's ex-wife and mother of 2 of his children, worked for a Beverly Hills dermatologist for decades, and for the first time, she reveals a shocking story of how Dr. Arnie Klein traded drugs for entry into the celebrity lifestyle.

Rowe has never done an interview before ... she will not talk about Michael Jackson. Rowe appears in the TMZ special, "Who Really Killed Michael Jackson" on Fox Network Tuesday night at 8 PM.

As you'll see in the documentary, Dr. Klein plied Michael with massive doses of Demerol on an almost daily basis in the months leading up to his death.

Rowe says powerful people would call Klein, invite him to a party and ask for drugs as party favors. Rowe says on party night there'd be 90 Percocet pills or other drugs in a candy dish. She says he regularly traded drugs for access.

Kelsea Ballerini is as complex as the song she was listening to when she seemed to break down in tears in a bathtub, apparently struggling over her divorce.

The country music star was listening to Katie Gregson-MacLeod's song, "complex," as she bathed nude in the tube ... clearly fighting back tears. Thing is ... she posted the vid on TikTok, so it turned into anything but a private moment. Her caption "A complex time."

Kelsea also used social media to announce she was pulling the plug on her marriage ... "Friends, I've always tried my best to share my life with you in a real and vulnerable way, while also protecting layers of my personal life as they unfold. This is now public record so I wanted you to hear from me directly that I am going through a divorce."

Kelsea and country musician Morgan Evans tied the knot at the end of 2017.

Kevin Federline says his sons haven't seen their mom, Britney Spears, in nearly 6 months, and we've learned the relationship continues to sour -- especially since Britney went after her boys online.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney's two boys, 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James, aren't ready to go see their mom after she blasted their conduct as "hateful" in an Instagram post last month.

We're told Britney's post made an already frayed relationship even more strained, and there's a lot of anger built up against her.

Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan tells TMZ ... "While I will not comment on whether there were or were not regular custodial exchanges, one must consider that the comments about the boys such as those that were recently published hardly create a pro custodial environment. This is something that the parties involved will have to work out over time."

As we reported, Thursday Britney turned to Instagram to once again post about her boys after 15-year-old Jayden did an interview claiming he felt Britney gave him more attention than Preston. Britney wrote, ""Finally at 40 without the restraints of what my family did to me ... I say to my son Jayden that I send all the love in the world to you every day for the rest of my life!!! My love for my children has no boundaries."

As we told you last month, Kaplan claims the boys feel uncomfortable around their mom, and Kevin posted a series of videos the boys recorded under Britney's care where she disciplined them.

Remember, Britney's been beefing with Kevin recently over his tell-all interview that he shot a few months ago with a UK tabloid about their private lives, and the kids are caught up in the drama.

New clips from that interview are set to air Sunday on "60 Minutes: Australia."

Kanye West is back to taking shots at his family on Instagram, targeting Kim and the rest of the Kardashians in a flurry of posts that touch on everything from where his kids go to school to labeling himself, Scott Disick, Tristan Thompson and Travis Scott "c** donors."

Ye put up a bunch of now deleted posts Thursday night, including a text exchange with Kim where Kim begged Kanye to stop, writing, "From my mom- PLEASE ... Tell him to please stop mentioning my name. I'm almost 67 years old and I don't always feel great and this stresses me to no end."

That didn't phase Ye, who replied, "Y'all don't have so so over my black children and where they go to school. They will not do playboy and sex tapes. Tell your Clinton friends to come get me. I'm here."

Kanye recently opened up his Donda Academy, and apparently believes his kids should attend the academy for school. He's clearly also taking shots at Kim's sex tape and her and Kylie's posing for Playboy years ago. At one point, he even revealed his porn addiction ruined his family.

However, Ye wasn't done there ... he also posted the names of Travis, Tristan and Scott -- who all have kids with Kardashians -- and the caption, "Calling my fellow c** doners. We in this 2gthr."

He also took shots at Pete Davidson, who got Kim and Kanye's kid's initials tattooed on his neck, and who Kim recently split from, saying, "Ask Pete how those tattoos of my kids doing in the trauma unit."

The series of Instagram posts is just another attack Ye has laid out this week on social media. He also called out GAP and Adidas for allegedly leaving him out of business meetings and copying his designs.

Britney Spears reacted with sadness and anger late Thursday night, saying she's disappointed Jayden is now talking publicly about his mom's challenges as a mother.

Britney posted, "It saddens me to know [Jayden's] outcry of saying I wasn't up to his expectations as a mother."

15-year-old Jayden did a sit down interview with Daphne Barak for DailyMail in which he said, "I think mom has struggled giving us both attention and showing us equal love and I don't think she showed enough to Preston and I feel really bad for that."

Sources directly connected to Kevin Federline's family have told TMZ about Jayden's grievance, saying it has deeply disturbed K-Fed as well. They say when Jayden and Sean Preston would come over to Britney's house, all of the attention went to Jayden. They went on to say it hurt not only Sean Preston but really hurt and angered Jayden as well.

Jayden, who along with Preston hasn't seen their mom in nearly 6 months, added, "We've both been through so much pressure in the past that this is our safe place now, to process all the emotional trauma we've been through to heal, heal our mental state."

Jayden then went on to talk about Britney's mental state, saying, "It's just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again."

Britney responded to Jayden referencing her own struggle, saying, "Finally at 40 without the restraints of what my family did to me ... I say to my son Jayden that I send all the love in the world to you every day for the rest of my life!!! My love for my children has no boundaries."

She then took a shot at Jayden, "As for my mental health ...my dear child understand you must learn to pick up a book and read one before you resort to even thinking about my intellect sweetheart!!! For the record, intellect and mental health are 2 different things.

And, that opens the door to a sore subject -- Jamie Spears. Jayden defended his gramps, saying he didn't deserve all the venom from the FreeBritney folks, adding, "He was just trying to be a father."

Britney wasn't having it ..."Psss if you can honestly sit back and say with your sensible brilliant mind what memaw and paw paw did to me was fine and call them not bad people ... then yes I have failed as a mother and hopefully that's a chat for you and your father to sit face to face and try to learn WHAT'S GOOD."

It appears one of the big reasons Britney's kids didn't attend her wedding was because most other family members -- including Jamie -- weren't invited.

Kevin Federline says he felt badly for Britney Spears while she was under the conservatorship for 13 years ... but he says it also complicated his role as the father of their 2 sons.

Britney's ex-husband's doing his own tell-all of sorts with 60 Minutes Australia ... opens up about his life raising their boys -- 16-year-old Sean Preston and 15-year-old Jayden James -- while their mother was going through her struggles.

In the interview, shot a few months ago, Kevin says "I was mortified for her. I really was. I still feel bad."

So far, 60 Minutes Australia's only released a few short clips ... but it's clear K-Fed is digging into what's become a hot issue in the last month -- namely, Jayden and Sean's relationship with Britney.

Kevin says, "The boys, the boys, the boys, I had to worry about them. I couldn't get involved." It's unclear from the brief clip exactly what it is he stayed out of -- he could mean the conservatorship itself, Britney's battles with her family or her visits with their sons.

He does say it's "been a few months since they've seen her."

As we reported, there's been a lot of recent drama between Kevin and Britney as it pertains to their co-parenting. He claims Sean and Jayden bailed on Britney's wedding to Sam Asghari in June partly because she had posted semi-nude photos of herself.

Things really got heated between the exes last month when K-Fed posted videos of Britney arguing with her sons -- she chastised them for not respecting her, and demanded they start "treating me like a woman with worth!"

While she hasn't seen them in months ... when she got married the boys did say they were happy for her and Sam and wished them the best.

Tyrese is now officially single, and he will be heavily investing in his child's future ... that's how the judge advised him to view the $10k he'll be paying monthly in child support going forward.

Tyrese's courtroom showdown with his estranged wife, Samantha Lee Gibson, wrapped up Tuesday evening in Georgia with the judge ordering the actor to pay $10,690/month in child support. The exes have a daughter, Soraya.

Perhaps sensing Tyrese wasn't happy with the outcome, the judge addressed him directly, saying ... "This is not a punishment for you. Put that money where it belongs, in the child! The judge also advised Samantha and Tyrese not to bad mouth each other in front of Soraya -- and said Tyrese should be happy if his ex moves into a nicer house, because it means a better standard of living for his daughter.

Now, the hitch for Tyrese is the judge said the $10k/month dates back to when Samantha first filed for divorce in Sept. 2020 ... which means he owes his ex a lump sum of $209k.

However, Tyrese got a credit, noting he had been making Samantha's car payments for 2 years, the judge knocked off $46k ... bringing the lump sum down to $169k.

More good news -- at least for Tyrese -- the judge said neither party will pay spousal support. As TMZ first reported, that's exactly what Tyrese wanted -- and he also wanted to keep their Range Rover and let Samantha have their Land Rover. He got that too.

Almost as an afterthought, the very last thing the judge did was to grant Samantha's petition for divorce -- so, both of them are single ... even if they're not yet ready to mingle.

BTW, Tyrese is already paying $10,690/month in child support for his teenage daughter, Shayla, who lives in California with his ex-wife Norma Mitchell.

Leonardo DiCaprio has a few shoulders to lean on in the wake of his reported breakup with his girlfriend of over 4 years ... 'cause he's hanging out with his bros in the Big Apple.

The "Wolf of Wall Street" star went out for lunch Tuesday with his crew, grabbing Italian food at Il Buco in New York City and rolling deep.

It's the first time we’ve seen Leo in public since his reported split with model/actress Camila Morrone ... and the actor was looking very slim in a white tee.

Leo kept a pretty low profile ... wearing a face covering and hiding his handsome mug under an NBA cap.

Leo split with Camila after 4 years of dating ... but it's still unclear what sparked the breakup. They started dating back in 2017 and spent much of 2020 together in quarantine.

Britney Spears' ex-fiancé, Jason Trawick, is not gay -- despite the fact an IG post on his account stated otherwise -- because it turns out one of his pals pulled a fast one.

JT tells TMZ ... "Ha no, it wasn’t me – this is what happens when you leave your phone unlocked and unattended at brunch with a gay guy friend that thinks he’s being funny and cute. I am not gay."

Jason's referring to this IG Story that read, "At my boyfriends apartment Out and proud Finally living my true self This is me people." The text was over a photo of a living room, which happened to include a portrait of Brit on a wall.

Remember, Jason was temporarily a co-conservator of Britney's way back in the day ... so TikTok has been running wild with theories that Jason's alleged coming out meant his engagement to Britney was just a ruse to get her out of the conservatorship.

She'd been in it for about 5 years or so when she and JT got engaged in 2011.

That theory didn't make much sense -- they were romantically linked from 2009 to 2013, but of course, Brit remained in the conservatorship far longer than that.

Tyrese doesn't want to fork over spousal support, or the keys to a Range Rover, to his estranged wife ... though he IS willing to let Samantha Lee Gibson have one of their other SUVs.

The actor/singer is in court Monday for a hearing in his divorce case to lay out what he wants from the split.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese is looking to avoid sending Samantha monthly spousal support ... and he wants to hang on to a 2016 Range Rover, while offering to let her walk away with a less luxurious 2017 Land Rover Discovery.

What's more, Tyrese wants their prenup enforced ... and he's requesting joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya Gibson. He also wants final say on non-medical emergencies for their kid.

It's been a nasty divorce so far ... when Samantha filed in September 2020, she claimed Tyrese had locked her out of the house, an accusation he denied. As we reported, Samantha was gunning for $20k in monthly child support, which Tyrese claimed was "unreasonably high."

So, it will be interesting to see how Samantha reacts to Tyrese asking for her to get the down-market Rover, and no spousal support.
