Philip Seymour Hoffman's family left their NYC apartment Thursday afternoon ... presumably to attend the actor's wake.

Mimi O'Donnell watched over the three kids she had with Hoffman as they made their way to the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home on Madison Avenue.

The wake will be held from 5 - 9 PM EST.

A funeral service will be held tomorrow at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Church on Park Avenue. The service will be small and private -- only family and close friends.

Kris Jenner won't be happy about this -- her youngest daughter's been hanging out inside Justin Bieber's famously drugged-out house ... and if that wasn't bad enough, she's even getting cozy with his bad news BFF Lil Za ... who was just charged with 3 FELONIES.

The photo was taken Sunday inside Bieber's kitchen -- where the singer's always kept a giant weed stash -- and it's clear ... Kylie is getting comfy with Za.

The other pics were taken earlier this week -- Za posted them on his Instagram ... referring to himself and Kylie as "best friends."

Probably a bad idea -- Za is 20 and Kylie's only 16 ... not to mention the fact that just last Friday, Za was charged with 3 felonies in connection with the police raid on Bieber's house a couple weeks ago.

As we reported, Za was arrested after the raid when police claim they found MDMA (ecstasy) and Oxycodone near him in the house. He's been charged with felony possession of controlled substances and another felony for breaking a jail phone.

Paul Walker's will was poorly drafted ... making it SEEM like he wanted his mom to wrestle parental control of his daughter from his baby mama-- yet in a strange twist of events, the will now reflects exactly what Paul would have wanted.

Paul's will was drafted back in 2001 ... and it makes his mother Cheryl the legal guardian of Meadow. It reeks of a family feud because there's no mention of Meadow's mother Rebecca Soteros.

The guardianship clause doesn't make sense ... because at the time the will was drafted Meadow lived with her mom in Hawaii .... and sources close to Paul say he was happy with the arrangement when he signed the will.

Now the twist of fate. Three years ago Meadow moved to Southern California to live with her dad and Rebecca stayed in Hawaii. Meadow wants to continue living in So. Cal. and Rebecca is fine with it ... she will continue to live in the Aloha state.

So now it makes complete sense for Paul's mom Cheryl to become the guardian of Meadow.

As TMZ first reported ... Paul's father -- executor of the will -- has petitioned the court to make Paul's mom guardian of Meadow. Cheryl will also be the trustee of Paul's $25 million estate -- which will eventually go outright to Meadow.

So ... Father did know best.

No wonder Eddie Murphy played the donkey in "Shrek" ... his daughters got ASS.

There was smoke nearly 40 years ago -- Woody Allen didn't explicitly say he was a pedophile ...but he sure came close ... openly describing a hypothetical orgy involving him and fifteen 12-year-old girls.

TMZ dug up the 1976 interview published in People. Then 41-year-old Woody said, "I'm open-minded about sex. I'm not above reproach; if anything, I'm below reproach. I mean, if I was caught in a love nest with fifteen 12-year-old girls tomorrow, people would think, yeah, I always knew that about him."

He added, "Nothing I could come up with would surprise anyone ... I admit to it all."

And here's another gem: "It's no accomplishment to have or raise kids. Any fool can do it."

Woody Allen and his lawyer may be painting Mia Farrow out to be a spiteful bitch for alleging Woody molested her daughter ... but Mia is on tape explaining how Dylan freely opened up about the sexual attack and she says Woody knows in his heart exactly what he did.

Farrow spoke exclusively with Rosanna Scotto -- WNYW Fox 5 anchor -- back in 1992, just after winning a bitter custody fight.

Farrow explains ... when Dylan started opening up about the abuse she spontaneously grabbed a camera and videotaped it.

Paul Walker was worth $25 million when he died and there seems to be some possibility of a family conflict ... this, based on new documents obtained by TMZ.

We've obtained a copy of Paul Walker's will. Walker left his entire estate -- $25 mil -- to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

Paul's dad -- the named executor -- filed Paul's will with the court. Paul's dad has petitioned the court to appoint Paul's mother -- Cheryl -- guardian of Meadow. What's more, Paul's dad wants Cheryl to be the guardian of the $25 mil. This is exactly what Paul wanted under the will.

Now Meadow lives with her mom, Rebecca Soteros. If Paul gets his last wish, grandma will become Meadow's guardian. It's unclear if Rebecca approves, but it's definitely strange that Paul wanted his mom to be guardian since Meadow lives with Rebecca.

A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Talk about hands-off parenting -- Jada Pinkett Smith didn't just let her 15-year-old son Jaden go skydiving Sunday ... she celebrated it.

Jada tweeted the photo today, showing Jaden leaping out of a plane while strapped to someone's chest ... along with the caption, "Jaden jumping from a plane. Life. Happy Super Bowl Sunday."

A deranged individual is threatening to kill the 5-year old girl who plays Charlie Duncan on Disney's "Good Luck Charlie" ... and TMZ has learned cops are taking it very seriously.

According to police docs obtained by TMZ ... Mia Talerico began receiving threatening messages last month on her Instagram -- including one reading, "Die Mia, F**king Die in hell! Kill yourself, you deserve to die."

The suspect then sent a picture of Mia's head with a bloody fist covering it ... with this message, "Yes, kill you stupid bitch."

Woody Allen is about to come out swinging against his adopted daughter, who accused him of molesting her when she was a little girl.

Woody's rep just said Woody is about to explain why Dylan Farrow is a liar, when she claims he abused her when she was 7 ... among other things, allegedly taking her in the attic and sticking his face in her crotch.

The rep says, "Mr. Allen has read the article and found it untrue and disgraceful. He will be responding very soon."

Woody Allen fumbled with his phone on his way out of a Knicks game Saturday night ... pretending a photog was not asking him about his adopted daughter's claims he molested her when she was a little girl.

Woody was leaving Madison Square Garden with his daughter Manzie Tio ... just hours after Dylan Farrow unloaded on him by saying he took her to their attic and violated her when she was 7.

Woody mutters something to his family as the photog persists, but never acknowledges him.

Robert Schimmel's widow is mishandling money from the late comedian's estate ... according to Schimmel's daughter who's accusing her of cheating the children out of their inheritance.

Schimmel -- who had 5 kids -- was in the middle of a divorce from his 2nd wife, Melissa, when he was killed in a car accident in 2010.

His daughter Jessica Katz fired off a letter to Melissa's attorney ... accusing Melissa of failing to pay his children money owed to them. The letter's not long on details, but she claims at least 2 of the kids are owed $25,000 each.

Jessica wants Melissa to no longer have control of the estate purse strings.

Woody Allen's daughter claims the director sexually assaulted her as a child ... on multiple occasions ... and says Hollywood should be ASHAMED of itself for praising him at the Academy Awards.

In an open letter published in the New York Times, Dylan Farrow goes into horrific detail about the alleged abuse suffered at the hands of the man who adopted her.

"When I was seven years old, Woody Allen took me by the hand and led me into a dim, closet-like attic on the second floor of our house. He told me to lay on my stomach and play with my brother’s electric train set. Then he sexually assaulted me."

In the letter, Farrow says Allen's abuse didn't end there:

"I didn’t like it when he would stick his thumb in my mouth. I didn’t like it when I had to get in bed with him under the sheets when he was in his underwear. I didn’t like it when he would place his head in my naked lap and breathe in and breathe out."

Farrow claims she would try to hide from Allen, but he would always find her.

As she got older, Farrow claims the abuse took a huge toll on her mental health -- and she was so messed up, she developed an eating disorder and even cut herself.

FYI -- back in 1992, Dylan's mother, Mia Farrow, reportedly accused Allen of sexually assaulting Dylan ... and he was investigated ... but prosecutors decided not to pursue charges because Dylan was too "fragile" to endure a trial.

At the time, Allen denied the allegations ... saying Mia was simply bitter about his affair with Soon-Yi Farrow Previn (another adopted daughter ... who he later married.)

In her letter, Dylan then goes after several Hollywood stars who have praised Allen throughout the years:

"What if it had been your child, Cate Blanchett? Louis CK? Alec Baldwin? What if it had been you, Emma Stone? Or you, Scarlett Johansson? You knew me when I was a little girl, Diane Keaton. Have you forgotten me?"

"Woody Allen is a living testament to the way our society fails the survivors of sexual assault and abuse."

Tyrese Gibson claims his baby mama is using Paul Walker's death to shame him in their child custody war ... TMZ has learned.

Norma Gibson filed court docs claiming Tyrese is a bad dad, who should have stayed in L.A. to spend time with their 6-year-old daughter after Paul Walker's death ... because he had time on his hands since "Fast & Furious 7" was put on hold.

Norma says Tyrese blew off his little girl, choosing instead to go "gallivanting throughout Dubai ... staying in expensive hotels ... partying on yachts, sky-diving with other movie stars, driving expensive cars, and making special appearances in night clubs."

But sources close to Tyrese say he's indignant Norma is using Paul ... and he went to Dubai on business. He had 4 gigs and he needed the money -- ironically to pay the child support Norma was demanding.
