George and Amal Clooney are officially parents after she popped out twins ... a girl and a boy!

Their rep says the birth went down Tuesday morning ... and the lil Clooneys are named Ella and Alexander.

The high-profile couple had actually been keeping a low-profile lately in England. The last time Amal was out in public was at "The Promise" premiere on April 6 in London. You'll recall, George showed up to an event 20 days later in London ... with no Amal in sight.

Amal did throw George a surprise birthday party last month in London.

Their reps says mom and the kids are "healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days."

More like 18 years. Congrats!

Pharrell Williams just made a little kid's dream come true by getting him a ride to his concert and serenading him with "Happy" onstage.

Eight-year-old Reef Carneson suffers from acute lymphoblastic leukemia and has been in the hospital since he turned one. He's a huge Pharrell fan and dreamed of meeting him someday.

Enter celebrity weed mogul turned cancer advocate Milk Tyson, who made a video last Wednesday with Reef asking Pharrell for a FaceTime session.

Once Pharrell got word, he invited Reef to his Saturday night show in Philadelphia. However, Reef's immune system is too weak for air travel, so Pharrell hired a private car to drive him all the way from Cincinnati.

Milk says the singer put them up in a 5-star hotel, got them tickets and backstage passes. Best of all, Reef and his sister got onstage with him for "Happy." Keep in mind, Pharrell hopped a plane the next day to perform at One Love Manchester.

Brad Pitt put a little magic into Chris Cornell's kids' lives, thanks to butterbeer and wizard wands from Universal Studios' Harry Potter World.

Pitt hit up the L.A. theme park Wednesday with Cornell's 2 tweens ... 12-year-old daughter Toni, and 11-year-old Christopher. Cornell also has a 16-year-old daughter from a previous marriage, who was not present.

Doesn't look like they left a part of the park uncovered between the swag they picked up at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and riding the Jurassic Park ride.

Pitt and Cornell were close friends for years. He paid his respects at Cornell's funeral last Friday, after the rocker committed suicide in his Detroit hotel room two weeks ago following a gig.

"Workaholics" star Blake Anderson has more time to get weird, because his wife has filed for divorce.

Rachael Finley filed legal docs last week in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple married in 2012 and have a little girl. It's Blake's first marriage.

We're told the couple has been separated for at least 6 months so the divorce petition is not a shock. Our sources say the 2 are getting along, to the extent that they're able to work out the whole co-parenting thing.

Vili Fualaau was out with his daughter in the wake of his separation from Mary Kay Letourneau ... but let's get real -- holy crap, she's 18!

Vili and Georgia hit up a Quick Mart in Seattle Wednesday -- she's the daughter to whom Mary Kay gave birth while serving a 7-year prison sentence for having sex with a then underage Vili.

We broke the story ... Vili filed for separation from Mary Kay last month after 12 years of marriage. Mary Kay's contesting the separation for some strange reason and wants Vili's petition dismissed.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's fed up with late child support payments, and now wants all future dues ripped from her estranged husband's NFL pension ... no middleman.

Keshia filed new court docs in her pending divorce from ex-NFL player Ed Hartwell, asking that all of his future child support payments come directly from his NFL retirement or disability money. She says Ed's been late a lot lately, and he hasn't paid for May.

Keshia also claims Ed hasn't been allowing her to travel outside of the country for work since he's been dragging his feet on signing consent forms to allow their 5-month-old daughter to leave with mom.

Barron Trump was watching television Tuesday at home with Melania when Kathy Griffin's photo appeared on the screen, and his initial reaction was that something terrible happened to his father.

Trump family sources tell us Barron was in front of the TV watching a show when the news came on and he saw the bloody, beheaded image. We're told he panicked and screamed, "Mommy, Mommy!"

As it was put to us, "He's 11. He doesn't know who Kathy Griffin is and the head she was holding resembled his dad."

Melania called out Kathy, saying what she did was disturbing, wrong and "makes you wonder about [her] mental health."

President Trump also blasted Griffin for posing with the head, saying, Barron was having a hard time dealing with it.

Griffin has apologized.

Chris Brown's daughter, Royalty, was treated to every 3-year-old's birthday dream ... an epic pool party, plus a trip to Six Flags.

Scott Disick is going to have a problem if he wants to see his kids, because we're told Kourtney won't let him near them until he cleans up his act.

Sources close to Scott and Kourtney tell us he is off the rails again ... abusing alcohol and other substances. We're told she will not allow Scott visitation of their 3 kids until he gets clean and sober ... something we're told he refuses to do.

This wouldn't be the first time Kourtney laid down the law. Back in 2015, she made him persona non grata at her gated community, putting him on the "do not enter" list at the security gate. Scott went an entire month without seeing his children.

We're told Scott's friends have tried to intervene to no avail. A few weeks ago they got Kourtney to call Scott and plead with him to get help, but he wasn't having it.

Queen Elizabeth trekked across England to visit some victims of the Manchester Arena face-to-face ... and she looked spiffy doing it.

The Queen showed up Thursday to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital dressed in a blue suit -- and a bright orange hat -- to visit 3 young girls who were injured in the explosion.

Looks like the hospital staff also got some face time with Elizabeth ... who thanked them for treating the victims with a royal well-wish.

Christina El Moussa was questioned by Child Services after her toddler fell in their pool.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ Christina and Tarek's 1-year-old, Brayden, was under the care of the nanny Monday when he fell into their pool. We're told she swooped the child up quickly and he was never unconscious.

Christina returned home and when the nanny told her what happened she took her child to a hospital as a precaution ... to make sure there wasn't any water in his lungs.

Brayden checked out fine, nonetheless we're told Child Services interviewed Christina and the nanny at the hospital and determined no action was necessary.

Brayden is back home and things are back to normal.

That's exactly what happened to 3 awesome kids on Thursday, by way of the Make-A-Wish Foundation ... and it was every bit as cool as it sounds!

Edelman (it's really him, he's just beardless now) met up with Dante (8), Carlos (17) and Tyler (14) and granted their wish to hang with the Pats star.

He even fired up Madden for a Super Bowl 49 rematch -- Pats vs. Seahawks -- and check out how fired up JE gets when his team reached paydirt.

Two rarities from Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes -- they went out in public together AND they did with their adorable kids, including baby Amada.

The couple got in some quality play time with their daughters, Esmeralda and Amada.

Ryan and Eva kept the births of both girls under wraps -- and we're pretty sure this is a first look at Amada, who just turned 1. Eva's pregnancy with her was undercover, no one knew she was pregnant until about 2 weeks before birth.

Amada's genes, Mom's AND Dad's, are showing ... super adorable!

The cast of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" put a pause on their TV drama to help out some high school seniors ... by picking up their graduation tabs.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Karlie Redd, Rasheeda, Mimi Faust, and Sierra Gates surprised students Wednesday at Columbia High School in Atlanta with 10 scholarships. We're told Karlie set the wheels in motion to donate the money to less fortunate seniors.

We're told each student was awarded $295 to help pay for caps, gowns and student dues.

As stoked as the kids might have been to get an assist with the cash ... it looks like they were more excited about meeting some local celebs.

Kobe Bryant is stepping up big for the family of Jordan Edwards -- the unarmed 15-year-old shot and killed by a Dallas cop last month -- sending a special birthday gift to Jordan's brother.

Mamba was clearly moved after hearing Kevon Edwards was in the car with Jordan when an officer opened fire as the brothers were leaving a party in Balch Springs, TX on April 29.

Officer Roy Oliver (who's been fired) has been charged with murder in the shooting -- and the case has once again put the spotlight on fatal police shootings involving white officers and black men.

Kobe's obviously been following the story, because he knew Kevon just celebrated his 17th birthday and sent over some sweet gear to help him celebrate -- including a signed jersey and two pairs of Mamba's signature shoe.
