Floyd Mayweather Vegas Nightclub Sues You KO'd Your Own Bday Party!
Floyd Mayweather was gonna make $35,000 for 90 minutes of work at a Vegas nightclub ... but blew it off because he didn't feel like leaving Europe ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Mayweather's being sued by the SLS Hotel in Vegas -- which says they had a deal with Mayweather to host his 39th birthday party at their Foxtail Nightclub on February 20.
All Floyd had to do was show up ... host the party and do the red carpet -- and bam, easy $35,000.
The SLS says he even got half the money in advance.
Problem is ... Floyd allegedly bailed at the last minute so he could "stay in Europe for his birthday."
Obviously, the club was pissed ... and demanded the advance back, which Floyd has allegedly refused to fork over.
The SLS is suing for the money back -- plus additional damages.
We reached out to Floyd for comment -- so far, no word back.

Jerry Heller Nephew Wants to Breathe New Life Into N.W.A. Suit
Jerry Heller's nephew wants a judge to let him create and run an estate for his late uncle ... purely for the purpose of taking down Ice Cube and Dr. Dre in court.
Lawyers for Terry Heller filed docs Tuesday asking he be named executor of Jerry's will -- all because he plans to pursue the defamation suit against everyone behind "Straight Outta Compton."
Sources close to Terry tell TMZ ... all of Jerry's assets were already put into a private trust before his death, and the only reason he's doing this is to change the name of the plaintiff from Jerry to Jerry's estate ... 'cause dead guys can't sue.
You'll recall ... Jerry sued Dre, Cube and other producers of 'Compton' for $110 mil last year, claiming the film falsely made him look like "the bad guy." A judge has tossed most of the case since then, but there's still 2 questionable scenes on the table.
Looks like Jerry's fight to defend his name will live on ... even after him.

Suicidal Tendencies Ex-Bassist Says He's Getting Punked ... Demands Dough For '80s Hit
Louis Mayorga co-wrote and played bass on a classic punk tune while he was in the band Suicidal Tendencies ... and he's pissed the checks have stopped coming in for it.
Mayorga is suing Lisa Fancher -- founder of Frontier Records -- for not regularly paying him his royalties for ST's self-titled album featuring the hit song, "Institutionalized" ... according to the docs.
Mayorga says he has to hound Fancher for his cash until she finally sends him a check for an "arbitrary amount." He says these checks never come with an earnings statement, so he has no way to check if he's getting a legit cut.
According to the suit, Fancher sent him an email in June telling him sales are bad and he's not a top priority. Mayorga says he hasn't gotten a dime from her since.
He's suing her for any money he didn't receive.

Renee's boyfriend, rocker Doyle Bramhall, is battling his ex, Susannah Melvoin, over child support. According to docs ... Melvoin wanted Renee's income, living expenses and business deals ... admitted as evidence in the case.
It appears Melvoin wants to paint a picture of what she thinks is Doyle's lavish lifestyle with Renee, but Renee's not having it. She fired back in docs, saying her personal and professional life are separate from her bf's case -- and Melvoin's just trying to force a confrontation in court.
She got it. Renee testified, but mostly about a few gifts she'd bought for Doyle. She didn't seem too pissed outside court, and we're told there were no fireworks ... even though Susannah was there.

The rapper went in on the women pretty hard -- calling them "peasants" and "ants" with "nappy" hair. You can tell they're pissed as he tried to offer them $15k to quit their jobs.
A rep for the airline tells TMZ ... Thug was supposed to be on a flight from ATL to Seattle, but he arrived after their 45 minute cutoff period. We're told they still offered him a seat on a partner flight, but he declined..
It's unclear if he's going to make it in time for his 7 PM gig in Seattle.
We don't know what was said before Thug started recording, but the way he treats the women here ... makes him seem like a complete tool.

'Django Unchained' Actress Leaking Audio Was Unethical ... Commission Rules
The cop who cited a "Django Unchained" actress for having sex in public has been called out for leaking audio of the incident, and it's gonna cost him some dough.
The L.A. Ethics Commission ruled Tuesday former LAPD Sergeant Jim Parker broke city rules by releasing the audio to TMZ following the 2014 incident with Daniele Watts, who Parker busted for having sex with her BF in their car in broad daylight.
The Commission said Parker was sharing confidential info related to the case when he released it, so he'll now have to pay a $500 fine ... instead of the max $10,000 he was facing.
You'll recall ... when Parker and his partner responded to the scene, Watts played the race card big time. She later apologized to the officers, and pled no contest to the charges.

Desiigner Sued You Crashed Our Ferrari!! That'll Cost Ya $500k
Desiigner had no business getting behind the wheel of a rented Ferrari, but since he wrecked it when he did, he needs to cough up some dough ... according to the rental company's lawsuit.
The rental company is suing the "Panda" rapper for destroying a 2014 Ferrari back in June. It had been rented by 2 of his friends, who are also named in the suit.
According to docs ... the friends gave Desiigner permission to drive the whip, and then he crashed it in NJ. The car's valued at $220k, but the company's suing for more than $500k because they say they're going to lose out on future rental money -- as in $1,599 per day.
The docs also included a cryptic tweet, supposedly from Desiigner, saying, "If you have a luxury car you better know how to drive." The rental company thinks it's a confession, but we checked and the account doesn't look like it belongs to Desiigner.
We reached out to Desiigner's rep, who tells us ... "This is the first that Desiigner or his team have heard about this lawsuit. The minute he has had a chance to consult with his attorney, his managers or his attorney will respond."

Colin Cowherd Dak Won't Get Huge Contract In Off-Season ... But DON'T Hold Out!
Dak Prescott shouldn't even THINK about holding out for a massive contract after his insane rookie season ... so says Colin Cowherd, who says playing hardball is a bad move for the QB.
The "Speak For Yourself" co-host was leaving a benefit for the Iraq And Afghanistan Veterans of America this weekend -- when he told us it might take another season for Dak to get the big money.
FYI, Dak is obviously still under his rookie contract -- 4 years, $2.7 million.
His backup, Tony Romo, signed a 6 year, $108 MILLION contract extension in 2013.
Tony is reportedly making $20.8 MILLION this season. Dak is making about $545k.
But with injuries always a possibility in the NFL, should Dak hold out to get that FAT starting QB money before he steps on the field for another season?
Colin explains why that move would be a biiiig mistake.

Jerry Ferrara My Ex-Pals at Fat Sal's Are Big Fat Jerks!!
Jerry Ferrara's pissed at his former friends and sandwich biz partners for suing him, and he's fired back with a million-dollar countersuit for screwing him over ... according to the docs.
The "Entourage" star says he co-founded Fat Sal's with 2 of his friends and was the "driving force" behind its success. Ferrara claims he not only provided $74,500 for start-up money, but also used his celeb status to heavily promote the sandwich shop, and boost revenue.
Turtle says his old buds started squeezing him out when they opened several more locations. In the docs, he says they went to great lengths to hide profits from him. Jerry says they even deleted the "Our Story" section from their website where he was credited as co-founder.
Fat Sal's sued to officially 86 Jerry in August, but in his suit Jerry's demanding his equity share and at least a million dollars in damages before he goes anywhere.
Salvatore Capek -- thee Sal -- tells us he's disappointed Jerry is "abusing the legal system by fabricating allegations," and he's looking forward to exposing his lies during trial.
