Pamela Anderson Wanna Lease My Malibu Estate???
Pam Anderson is living in Europe, at least for now, so it makes sense that, rather than just letting her awesome Malibu home sit empty, she's leasing it for a cool $40k a month ... and more during summer.
The 5,500 square foot house is pretty spectacular. It's super architectural, with floating staircases, massive closets, a Picasso-style tub, a detached guest house, a cool pool and, of course, the Pacific Ocean.
The $40k a month price tag is for long-term leases, but during the summer months the price soars to $70k a month. Pam's listed the house with super realtor Chris Cortazzo.
The ocean -- and the super exclusive Malibu Colony where the house is located -- don't come cheap.

Elvis Presley Paper Cup Fetches More Than $3k
These days $3,000 will buy you 3 iPhone Xs, or Elvis Presley's once used paper cup ... from 6 decades ago! Choose wisely.
Actually, it's too late to choose ... the old vintage paper cup sold at auction over the weekend, with a winning bid of $3,300. We're told the person who bought it owns the Icon Hotel in Luton, England.
As we reported, the seller was aiming to get $1,000 for it. Sooo ... BONUS!!! The cup dates back to Elvis' 1956 tour stop in Tulsa, where it ended up in the hands of a fan.
Some people shell out $3,300 for a Super Bowl ticket, so no point in judging. Just kidding, judge away.

Dominic Monaghan Sues You Screwed Up My Yard And You Didn't Have a License to Do It!
Dominic Monaghan had some landscaping done at his place by a guy he thought was qualified to do the job -- but turned out to be far from it ... this according to a new lawsuit.
The "Lord of the Rings" and "Lost" star just filed suit against Bruce De Luis, who Monaghan says presented himself as a contractor last year and agreed to do some work on his L.A. property -- installing steps and a stone patio, as well as general landscaping.
Monaghan claims he shelled out a total of $53,840 for the job, but eventually came to find a bunch of defects and a substandard end product. He says he got a new estimate from a licensed contractor for the repairs, which came out to about $21,000.
When he went back to De Luis -- who Monaghan claims didn't have a contractor's license to begin with -- the actor says the guy told him to get lost ... refusing to reimburse him for the alleged sloppy work.
Monaghan's asking a judge to force De Luis to fork over his original expenses and other damages.

Lisa Marie Presley Estranged Hubby Opens Up About Marital Gender Pay Disparity
Lisa Marie Presley's estranged husband just conceded she runs circles around him when it comes to income, and that's why he's asking the judge to forcibly open her purse.
Michael Lockwood just filed legal docs asking the judge in the couple's ongoing divorce to make Lisa Marie foot the $450,000 bill for his lawyers' fees. To justify that ... he submitted income declarations that show he makes a tiny fraction of what she pulls in.
According to the docs, Michael earns between $20 and $25 an hour at 2 different music stores, doing things like cleaning guitars and running errands for the owner.
Lisa Marie, on the other hand, rakes in just shy of $350,000 per month with an annual income of $4.2 mil.

Omarosa's learning that quitting -- or getting fired, depending on who you believe -- pays big time.
The former 'Apprentice' star and President Trump's former Director of Communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison has officially signed with the American Program Bureau ... joining its elite roster of speakers that includes Jay Leno, Diddy, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Magic Johnson.
We're told Omarosa signed her John Hancock Monday morning and will ask for up to $50k a speech, depending on the venue. Robert P. Walker, APB's founder and CEO, tells TMZ ... his firm's goal is to book at least 10 appearances over the next 3 months, and he thinks that's doable.
Walker says, "Since it's Black History Month and Women's History Month, I'm sure Omarosa will be in high demand, as she has always been."
Omarosa left Trump's administration last month but was reportedly on the White House payroll until Saturday. And now she's ready to talk ... for a fee.

Judge Judy and CBS Sued by 2 Women Who Launched Court Show
Judge Judy is in the middle of a lawsuit, but this time she's not presiding ... she's the defendant.
The Estate of Sandi Spreckman along with Kaye Switzer are suing Judy and CBS, claiming they helped develop her insanely popular court show back in 1995 and they were cut out of all the profits ... especially when Judy sold the show's library to CBS for a reported $95 million.
Switzer and Spreckman were actually staffers on "The People's Court" during Wapner's run and got in touch with Judy and brought her to Larry Little, the producer who got the show up and running. The 2 women were dismissed early on.
They are gunning for $4.75 million, minimum.
We reached out to Judy's rep. So far, no comment.

Drake Mega-Expensive Home Renovation ... YOLO!
Drake is giving his YOLO Estate a face-lift, and the scope of the project is massive.
The Toronto rapper has been remodeling his Hidden Hills mansion since March 2017, according to building permits obtained by TMZ. As for the work he's putting into the place, here are some highlights:
-- Remodel of the 1,695 sq ft master bedroom, plus adding 98 more ft.
-- Addition to the maid's room and the deck that sits above it
-- New roofs on all structures, new stucco siding
-- 68 new windows(!!)
Some other notables include putting in all new doors, remodeling the kitchen and master bath, and adding a spa. The permits value the total job at $342,752 ... but Drake's likely to pay much more than that when it's all said and done.
Drake bought the home in 2012, and it's been broken into multiple times. Hopefully these doors come with better locks.

'The Dark Tower' Young Star Will Make Big Bucks IF He's in Sequels
Tom Taylor -- the young actor who plays Jake in "The Dark Tower" -- got a nice payday for his work in the film, but the big bucks are (hopefully) yet to come ... TMZ has learned.
According to the 16-year-old's contract ... Tom banked $125k for his role in the movie alongside Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey -- which is nice -- but will make double if he makes it into a sequel ... and $500k if there's a third installment. He'll also haul in $30k per episode if he lands the Jake role in a TV adaptation of Stephen King's story.
Here's the problem -- the movie massively disappointed critics after its summer release and reportedly barely broke even at the box office, taking in $111 million worldwide.
Since then, talk of a sequel's been muted, and even King has expressed concern about a TV project ... saying it would probably need to be a complete reboot.
Guess that's just show business, kid.

Tony Rock Hold Up, Mo'Nique ... What Have You Done Lately?!
Tony Rock's calling out Mo'Nique for exercising extremely poor business etiquette in her beef with Netflix.
We got Tony at LAX, and asked what he thinks about Mo accusing Netflix of discrimination. Remember, she feels insulted by a $500k offer from the streaming service -- especially because Tony's older bro, Chris Rock, got $22 million.
Tony's not buying what she's selling ... and points out she's been off the stand-up scene too long to be comparing herself to Chris or Dave Chappelle. He also says she's got no biz calling out other people's salaries.
In his words ... "You get your weight up, you get your check to say what you want your check to say."

Johnny Damon Roger Clemens is a Hall of Famer ... Feds Tried to Screw Him!
Johnny Damon says there are 60 million reasons to let Roger Clemens into the Baseball Hall of Fame -- as in the dollars the feds spent trying (and failing) to prove he used steroids.
"Our government tried to accuse him ... we had $60 million of our tax money go to trying to defame him," Damon told TMZ Sports.
Johnny says all that money was wasted 'cause Clemens was ultimately "proven innocent."
So, the former superstar outfielder is backing his ex-Yankees teammate for the Hall ... but at the same time, wants the voters to show him love, too, since he's always been clean.

Nick Cannon Accused of Not Paying Film Crew ... The Ball's in Your Court!!!
Nick Cannon stiffed members of the crew working on "She Ball" -- his movie about a women's basketball team -- but he's got a month to make it right ... or else ... according to a new legal letter.
Nick and his production company received the letter, obtained by TMZ, from a lawyer representing 8 crew members who allegedly worked on the film as drivers, grips and camera operators ... but never got paid.

The letter warns Cannon's got 33 days to square up or further action will be taken. We reached out to Nick ... no word back, so far.
As we've reported ... Cannon's taken some heat for adding Chris Brown to his "She Ball" cast, but he defended the move to us and says his movie's going to be a must-see.

Chicago West Twitter Handle's Taken ... But Owner Would Hand it Over
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have another baby gift coming their way soon ... all they have to do is ask.
Jon Wyatt -- a grain trader and farmer who owns the Twitter handle @Chicagowest -- tells TMZ ... he's willing to hand it over to Kim and Kanye for their new baby girl if they want it, because selling it "just kind of seems wrong."
We're told so far, the couple hasn't reached out to Jon about his Twitter account ... nor has anyone else.
As for why Wyatt has the @Chicagowest handle ... he says his name was taken when he signed up for Twitter, and he'd just decided to leave Chicago and move out west to the mountains. Makes sense.
Kim and Kanye revealed their baby's name is Chicago -- Kanye's hometown -- on Friday, but she's already going by the nickname Chi (Shy).
Jon tweeted out his congrats.
Congratulations to Kanye and @KimKardashian! Beautiful name.🍾

Donald Trump Whatever He Touches (Or Eats) Turns to Gold ... On Wall Street
-
EXCLUSIVE
In case you haven't heard -- especially from him -- Donald Trump's first year in office has been great for the stock market ... but 3 companies in particular have benefited bigly from their association with the Prez.
TMZ did some research, and found that the stock price of McDonald's -- which Trump loves to eat, Twitter -- which Trump loves to tweet, and KFC -- another fast food favorite ... have all seen huge gains since he became president on January 20, 2017.
Mickey D's has seen the biggest boost so far during Trump's time in office -- its stock has risen 44% over the past year.
Twitter's close behind with a 42% increase, and many argue the Prez's usage of the social media platform is keeping it in business.
Yum! Brands, which owns KFC, has also seen a substantial 29% increase.
As we reported, Trump's physical this week "went exceptionally well" ... but he did discuss dieting with his doctor.
Gotta think 2 of these companies are rooting against that.

Mo'Nique vs. Netflix They Lowballed My Negotiations 'Cause I'm a Black Woman
Mo'Nique claims Netflix severely short-changed her during negotiations for a comedy special ... and she says the proof is in how much some other comedians got paid for specials.
The Oscar winner told us Friday ... Netflix offered her $500k, but she rejected the offer in light of the fact Amy Schumer, Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock pocketed eight figures. Mo'Nique's not just walking away from the table though ... she's now calling for a boycott of Netflix.
She strongly believes this is case of racism and sexism -- especially because she'd stack her resume in comedy up against anyone else.
Netflix says it does not comment on contract negotiations.

'The Situation' Prosecutors Urge Judge Go Easy on da Guy!
More good news for Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- prosecutors in his tax evasion case are pushing for the judge to give him a lighter sentence.
As we reported ... Mike entered a guilty plea as expected Friday, and the judge okay'd him to travel to Florida to shoot a "Jersey Shore" reunion.
Still, the Sitch's looking at up to 5 years in prison. According to new docs, prosecutors believe he played a minor role in the tax evasion, and point out he's accepted responsibility for his actions. They're making a case for leniency when the judge issues his sentence in April.
On the money front, the docs say Mike has to fork out $123,913 in restitution to the IRS. The judge could also tack on a hefty fine at sentencing.
