ENEMY TERRITORY

Ivan Drago -- the Russian murderer who beat Apollo Creed to death -- is now training his son to a be a human killing machine, too ... and he's getting the boy in shape on Rocky's home turf.

Dolph Lundgren was spotted out at the famous Rocky statue Thursday in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art ... shooting a scene with Florian "Big Nasty" Munteanu -- the boxer who's playing his son in the sequel.

Of course, the museum steps and statue are part of the Rocky legend -- it's where Balboa proved to himself that he had the heart, the will and the EYE OF THE TIGER in multiple 'Rocky' movies.

Drago famously trained in a high-tech Russian lab (while doping his face off) before he got his clock cleaned in "Rocky IV" -- but now it seems he's using Rocky's methods to train up his kid.

Why? Maybe the Russians took the loss harder than we thought and kicked his ass outta there.

DISTURBING VIDEO

A dog on a movie set was put in a cage, violently spun around and dropped into freezing cold waters ... and nothing about it was pretend.

Sources on the set of "Crazy Alien" tell us the scene, shot in China in November, featured a German Shepherd hoisted high above the ground in the cage. According to the script, the dog was captured by aliens.

You see in the clip -- provided by PETA -- the cage turns around with considerable ferocity before being hurled into a nearby river. We're told the scene was repeated multiple times until the director was satisfied.

Our sources onset say the dog was shaken up after the stunt, but did not appear to be injured.

Matthew Morrison, who starred in "Glee," is featured as the star ... we're told he was not onset when the scene was shot.

We've reached out to "Crazy Alien" honchos and Morrison's team ... so far, no word back.

'Jeopardy' Contestant Trebek Knew I Was in 'Willy Wonka' But, HE Didn't Ask!!!

Published | Updated

Alex Trebek hates all things 'Willy Wonka' -- that's our takeaway anyway, after hearing from the 'Jeopardy' contestant who was also in the movie ... which Alex completely ignored.

Paris Themmen -- who played little Mike Teavee in "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" -- tells TMZ ... he didn't bring up that interesting tidbit while getting introduced on Tuesday night's episode because Trebek had clearly decided NOT to mention it.

Themmen says Trebek had 3 "fun facts" about him, but obviously chose to run with a backpacking nugget instead. According to Themmen, Alex is a big travel guy, and that apparently took precedent with him over anything as stupid as classic movies.

Even crazier ... Themmen says there's history with Alex and 'Wonka.' He tells us his wife was a 'Jeopardy' champ back in the day, and also had the 'Wonka' fun fact about her hubby on her card. He says Alex ignored it then, too ... until he couldn't.

Nor'easter Rescue Drag 'Elsa' Helps Cops Let It Go in Snow!!!

Published | Updated

Princess Elsa is WAY stronger than we thought -- or, at least, the drag queen version is -- because she was able to free a Boston police truck stuck in the latest nor'easter snow.

The rescue went down Tuesday night outside a Boston restaurant where customers gathered to watch a guy -- dressed up as the "Frozen" character -- push a police truck out of a snow drift. Blue gown and all ... Elsa got it done!

The spectators cheering for our heroine, and the celebration courtesy at the end are just awesome. God, we wish they'd broken into a few bars of "Let It Go."

This is easily the best blizzard vid we've seen since that Philly reporter took a snowball to the face while reporting on the last nor'easter.

We know folks back east are sick of it, but winter really is a wonderland ... of great videos.

71-Year-Old Sly Stallone Pumpin' 100-Pound Weighted Pull-Ups ... 'Another Easy Workout!'

Published | Updated

Get ready to throw away your Girl Scout cookies, normies ... 'cause Sylvester Stallone's out here muscling 100-POUND WEIGHTS in his private gym -- and crushin' it like Rocky in his prime!!

Hard to believe, but Sly's already 71 years old ... but that hasn't slowed down his workout routine, clearly.

Regular pull-ups (or chin-ups if you're a workout nut) ain't enough for the senior Italian Stallion ... so, he strapped the weight of a small human around his waist and LETARIP!!!

What's even more shocking ... Sly captioned the vid -- "Another easy workout! You’re only as old as you and your joints feel!"

Not as savage as the 1-armed pull-ups ... but pretty damn impressive.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott Wrapped Up on 'Sharknado' Shoot ... With Hot & Steamy Kiss

Published | Updated

Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, aren't letting a couple police visits and a possible mental breakdown ruin their love life, especially when cameras are rolling.

Tori and Dean were spotted filming a scene Monday in Malibu for what we're told is a 'Sharknado' TV spot -- perhaps as a teaser for 'Sharknado 6,' which comes out this summer.

Aside from shooting off a fake laser gun with Tara Reid, Ian Ziering and Vivica A. Fox ... Tori and Dean got recorded doing a smokin' hot makeout sesh scene in front of a trailer.

The smooch seems to be a good sign all's well in the McDermott/Spelling household. He did just call cops twice this month to check on Tori ... once for what he called a mental breakdown and another after Tori apparently took off with one of their 7 kids.

And here's more possible good news ... it appears Tori and Dean might be in the next 'Sharknado' movie. Tori also just got tied to a "Beverly Hills, 90210" reboot.

IT'S ONLY THE BEGINNING ...

Nafessa Williams -- who plays the first black lesbian superhero on the TV show "Black Lightning" -- says get ready for more black superheroes because an enormous wave's ready to make a powerful splash ... thanks to "Black Panther."

We got Nafessa at LAX Monday (thanks for the elevator ride!) and wanted to know if she thinks if the incredible success of "Black Panther" will boost the entire genre. Remember ... in just 4 weeks, 'BP' grossed more than $1 BILLION at the box office.

Nafessa -- who, on the show, transforms into her alter ego, Thunder -- is adamant her show is part of the wave, but has no doubt "Black Panther" will trigger a seismic shift in TV and movies for years to come.

Producer Will Packer White Directors Need Not Apply For 'Black Panther' Sequels

Published | Updated

When the "Black Panther" sequels start filming, a black director MUST call the shots ... according to Will Packer, who cranks out some of the most successful African-American movies.

We asked Will -- producer of "Straight Outta Compton," "Think Like a Man," "Girls Trip" and many more hits -- if someone like J.J. Abrams could take the helm for the 'BP' franchise -- which just broke the $1 billion global box office mark.

As accomplished as Abrams is, Will says he wouldn't cut it in Wakanda. He says if Ryan Coogler taps out for any of the inevitable sequels, Disney should only consider another black director.

It's not an issue yet, but seems like Will's putting the Mouse House on notice.

Page Kennedy Arrested For Felony Domestic Violence

A rep for Page says, "Authorities intervened in a private matter against the wishes of both parties, resulting in the arrest." He adds it was an isolated incident, and Page and the woman will address it privately "as a couple moving forward."

The rep denies there was any abuse.

"S.W.A.T." star Page Kennedy has been arrested for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

The 41-year-old actor, whose credits include "Bones" and "Cold Case," was allegedly in a fight at his home Saturday night with a woman. Law enforcement tells TMZ the verbal argument turned physical and someone called 911.

When cops arrived they discovered the alleged victim had minor injuries, and that was enough for cops to cuff Kennedy and take him to the station.

He was held on $50,000 bail. He was released Sunday.

Gerard Butler Not Birds, Not Planes ... Those Are My Flying Stuntmen!!!

Published | Updated

File this under awesome pics you don't see everyday, and we can say that because all the stuntmen are fine after a planned explosion for Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman's flick, "Angel Has Fallen."

It looks like the blast hurled stuntmen at least 30 or so feet into the air. If you look closely, you can see some of them holding safety wires to rip them away from the fire. It's an amazing frame-by-frame look at the insane stuff stuntmen and women go through.

The stunt went down over the weekend during filming outside London, and despite the intensity of this scene ... everyone walked away clean ... or, at least, in one piece.

Hope they got it in one take.

Salma Hayek You Can't 'Barbie' Frida Kahlo! And Where's Her Unibrow?

Published | Updated

Salma Hayek is just the latest person blasting Mattel for making a Barbie out of Mexican artist and women's rights icon Frida Kahlo -- asking what many already have ... how???

Salma called out the toy company Sunday over their newest Barbie release ... a dolled up Frida, who's missing her signature unibrow and other famous characteristics in plastic form.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The actress -- who was nominated for an Oscar playing Frida in 2002 -- seemed in shock over the decision to glamorize Frida, saying ... "#fridakahlo never tried to be or look like anyone else. She celebrated her uniqueness. How could they turn her into a Barbie."

Lots of folks are pissed Mattel created a Barbie in Frida's image -- some of her descendants have reportedly claimed Mattel never even obtained permission to use her name and likeness, but Mattel disputes that ... saying they got the go-ahead from the owner.

Either way, count Salma as one of those who isn't happy with this ... like, at all.

Sally Field is deliciously diabolical ... and her plan for her son to meet Adam Rippon worked!!!

Sally was trying to set her kid, Sam Greisman, up with the Olympian and after some back and forth on social media, the 2 mugged for the camera at the 2018 Human Rights Campaign Gala Dinner in L.A., where Adam received the Visibility Award.

Sam was not bashful about his mom's noble efforts, saying on social media Rippon was "insanely pretty." He added, "Honestly, if this past week has taught me anything it's that all my crushes better look out 'cuz my mommy is gonna put them on blast."

Mission accomplished ... at least they met.

The most bittersweet moment of the ceremony came when Harrison took a moment to shout out Carrie.

Ya gotta believe Princess, sorry ... General Leia would be proud.

Usher & Wife Showed No Signs of Splitting Up ... Days Before Separation

Published | Updated

Usher and his wife were lovey-dovey just days ago and seemingly unbreakable ... which is why their split came as an utter shock to friends.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Usher and Grace Miguel were in L.A. for a night at the movies just last week watching "Black Panther." We're told Usher brought his kids ... looking every bit like a close-knit family.

As we reported ... they were still together as of December and had been keeping a low profile ... with Usher's lawsuits and all. But, sources tell us Usher and Grace had been on the regular at restaurants and stayed at the same house together ... showing zero signs a split was looming.

Another sign Usher and Grace didn't appear to be having marital problems -- just a few weeks ago, friends say they had been planning a vacay out of the country together.

But then, Tuesday came ... Usher and Grace announced their split. The question ... what happened?
