Here's what it looks like when you've had enough of losing to LeBron James.

Indiana Pacers star Myles Turner -- just weeks after losing another playoff series to LBJ and the Cavs -- decided to go from skinny fat to shredded ... and we gotta say, the results so far are impressive.

The almost 7-footer's been hitting the weights the last five weeks ... but he's also been moving his big-ass frame around in boxing sparring sessions.

FYI ... prior to Turner beefing up this summer -- he weighed in at 255 pounds. LeBron -- the guy who's killed Turner and the Pacers' playoff dreams the past two years -- clocked in at 250 ... at three inches shorter!

Trae Young is on his way to the NBA Draft ... but before he got on the plane, he talked to TMZ Sports about everything from fashion to advice he's received from some of his NBA idols.

One guy who's reached out is Allen Iverson, Young says ... "I'm a fan of his!"

Young is projected to be a Top 10 pick -- but says don't sleep on the rest of the draft class ... "It's overlooked for sure. Some really good people."

The former Oklahoma star was also stoked to show off his new kicks -- OFF-WHITE Low 3.0s ... designed by fashion legend Virgil Abloh. The shoes cost around $600 a pair.

Young says he's been out in L.A. training -- but didn't work out for the Lakers while in town. So, pretty safe bet he won't end up in the Purple & Gold.

They've got the 25th pick anyway ... so there's no chance Young will be around that late.

Doug Christie -- one of the players on Dennis Rodman's '14 basketball trip to North Korea -- says there's NO WAY he'd return ... unless LeBron James was involved.

Christie -- along with Kenny Anderson, Vin Baker and other ex-NBA stars -- famously traveled to Pyongyang to play an exhibition game for Kim Jong-un. They called it "basketball diplomacy."

But, Christie tells us the trip wasn't exactly peaches and cream -- saying, "I kissed the ground when I got back."

Doug tells TMZ Sports he does believe the trip helped lay the groundwork for Donald Trump to meet with Kim Jong-un, which he believes is a positive thing ... and he's praising Rodman for his role.

The NBA star is yacht partying this weekend with a mystery chick off the coast of Ibiza. Porzingy's ACL injury could reportedly keep him off the court for the first 2 months of next season -- but maybe these pics are a sign he could be back sooner.

After all, Dr. Two Piece is giving him the thumbs up. How bad could it be? Not to mention, he's even feeling good enough for a leap into the ocean!

For reals though ... KP has been rehabbing his knee in Spain with Real Madrid's actual medical staff.

Matt Barnes says the REAL reason people in the NBA don't like Tristan Thompson is because he's a fake-ass tough guy who's all talk ... no action.

Since Barnes is tight with Draymond Green -- who also hates Tristan -- we asked him where the animosity comes from ... and Barnes didn't mince words.

"A lot of people are tough on the court and then when you seem them off the court, they're not as tough as they want to be," Barnes told us.

Then, he added this shot ... "People know [Tristan's] not built like that. It's known, period."

As for Draymond ... he refused to shake Thompson's hand in Cleveland after the four-game sweep, and then said at the championship parade Tuesday, "Tristan, we ain't cut the same."

Barnes says the beef has nothing to do with the Khloe Kardashian drama ... it's solely about Tristan talkin' tough, but not backing it up.

Is Rihanna missing out by not dating Joel Embiid? He seems to think so.

Mark Jackson says if the Lakers can get Kawhi Leonard ANYONE has to be on the trading block ... and that means any of their young stars ... including Lonzo Ball.

Talk in NBA circles is that Leonard wants OUT of San Antonio ... and IN to the Purple and Gold. But for that to happen, the Lakers would have to trade someone of value.

We got Mark out in Calabasas ... and he said it doesn't matter who that someone of value is, because Kawhi is too much of a beast to pass up on.

The Game has created a brand new strain of marijuana -- obviously named after LeBron James -- and he's hoping it helps convince the NBA superstar to sign with the Lakers.

It's called "'LA' Bron James -- and created by Game's marijuana company, "Trees By Game" -- and the rapper says there's a very specific reason why he developed this strain.

"[It's] a strain inspired by my city & them trying to bring King James to the LAKESHOW."

FYI, Game is from Los Angeles -- and he's a die-hard fan of the Purple & Gold (and green too).

For the record, Game -- just like the Warriors -- has already smoked James. He liked it.

The NBA Hall of Famer's legendarily bad feet got some MUCH needed TLC Wednesday at a mani-pedi spa -- and, while the nail techs went to work, Cardi's music was blaring in the background.

Shaq opted for some gold glitter nail polish, which is definitely an improvement over what he's usually rocking -- but, honestly, there's not enough lipstick in the world for these piggies.

Cleveland Cavs head coach Tyronn Lue has finally stepped out after his team was swept in the NBA Finals ... and we had to ask about the one thing everyone wants to know -- LeBron's future.

Ya gotta watch the video ... Lue's body language is a combination of frustration, pain and uncertainty.

Don't get it twisted, he was totally nice on his way out of Craig's in West Hollywood -- where he had dinner with Chauncey Billups -- but it's obvious LeBron isn't his favorite topic right now.

And why? Everyone knows it's almost certain Bron is leaving Cleveland, which leaves Lue with a bad team and not a lot of job security.

Don't spend too much time worrying about Lue ... he signed a 5-year $35 million contract in 2016 and the first 4 years are fully guaranteed.

The band apparently took MAJOR offense to an interview Garrett gave ripping Kevin Durant ... where the Browns star said, "KD broke the league" by jumping to the Warriors to win a title.

"You hopped onto a 73-9 team and he took the easy way out in my mind," Garrett said on 92.3 The Fan.

He added one more shot -- "Me, I'm too competitive to try and ride on somebody's coattails to get a W."

Looks like Michael Jordan turned up on a Wednesday ... 'cause the G.O.A.T. left his NYC hotel Thursday morning with half a bottle of tequila in one hand -- and a box of booze in the other!

What was he drinking? Seems to be a bottle of Tres Alegres Compadres Extra Anejo -- and, to be honest, we're having a hard time tracking down a price point on a bottle.

So, if you happen to be an agave juice connoisseur, hit us up!

We know MJ loves his tequila -- in fact, he once turned up in a San Diego nightclub back in 2015 with a $4,000 bottle of Clase Azul Ultra ... and danced his face off!
