Drake and J. Cole are looking to rack up A+ reviews for their expanded "It's All a Blur" tour ... they intentionally selected towns with booming college campuses!!!

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ Hip Hop both Drizzy and Cole wanted to dedicate their stage energy to the fans who truly drive up their numbers -- the younger generation!!!

There's also the addition of dates in Lexington, KY where Drake's beloved Wildcats play ... and State College, PA, home to Penn State, but Cole won't be at that one.

They also set out to pay homage to the communities that embraced them early in their careers ... Drake has proclaimed Columbus, OH to be his 2nd home since his debut "Away from Home" tour and the city's Schottenstein Center now has TWO dates after being shut out from the 'Blur' tour's first leg.

Memphis also gets a make-good date after the FedEx Forum reportedly wasn't prepared for all the tour's glitzy decorations, but the stage should be ready to go come March!!!

Canadian fans were initially upset the tour was announced without any dates in their area but we're told the 2nd leg is designed primarily to service cities who missed out last time.

Nina shared video of the special moment with her 9x NBA All-Star hubby on Instagram on Monday ... showing the two hand in hand, twirling on the dance floor, celebrating Westbrook's bday.

You can hear Russ's family and friends, including L.A. rapper/singer Blxst, cheerin' them on while Nina, who claims to not be the dancing type, gives it all she has.

"The birthday boo gets one dance outta me," Nina joked.

Russ and Nina have been together since they met in 2007 when both of them played college ball at UCLA.

Of course, Westbrook went on to be the 4th pick in the NBA Draft in 2008, while Nina hit the books hard, graduating with her bachelor's in psychology and master's in clinical psychology.

She is now a licensed marriage and family therapist.

The couple tied the knot in August 2015 and welcomed their first son, Noah, in May 2017. They had two more kids, twin daughters Skye and Jordyn, in 2018.

"Happy Happy Birthday Suga!," Nina said in an IG post. "You’re so loved and appreciated! Never forget it! I love you!"

Unfortunately, the bday shenanigans come after the Clippers 5th consecutive loss ... putting them squarely in 11th place in the West with a 3-6 record.

French Montana kicked off his 39th birthday in exotic fashion ... with a Moroccan-themed soiree in the L.A., where several of his fellow hip hop stars helped him celebrate.

TMZ Hip Hop got this video from inside French's party -- the theme was "Playboy Nights" -- and it was packed with plenty of decadent temptations. Live entertainment, including a sultry fire dancer and a next-to-naked DJ, did plenty to boost the vibes!!!

French clearly had a ball ... he and Offset dapped it up and posed for photos together as the bottle service was flowing -- Travis Scott made a cameo and we're told Chrisean Rock stopped through to help lead the "Happy Birthday" serenade.

Chris Brown was also in the building, and in good spirits... he dropped his 11:11 album last night but still made time to swoop in to show French love.

The crowd was partying around a candlelit pool, and a violinist armed with a glowing neon violin also performed to spice up the festivities.

Katy Perry had the time of her life after closing the curtain on her Las Vegas residency ... living it up with her boo, Orlando Bloom, at The Chainsmokers' concert.

Orlando and Katy were groovin' Saturday night at the DJ duo's residency at the XS Nightclub inside the Wynn Las Vegas ... the "Firework" singer was really feelin' the music, grabbing the mic and singing along to the track -- even if she didn't totally nail the lyrics.

It appears KP had a couple of drinks in her, having some playful fun with 1/2 of the Chainsmokers crew, Drew Taggart -- but hey, she's earned it after closing a big chapter in her musical career.

For those unaware, Katy kicked off her Vegas residency at the end of 2021, putting on 80 shows at Resorts World Theatre. At her final show on Saturday, Katy called Orlando an amazing father and said her 3-year-old daughter, Daisy, was her "best friend."

Katy also teased the crowd after her last show ended -- a screen lowered that read, "See ya next year ..." hinting at more exciting things to come not just for the singer, but for the fans!

The 2022 Silver Slugger award winner was being driven around in the back of a pickup truck to soak in love from Texas fans when the hilarious moment happened.

You can see in video from the scene in Arlington, a Rangers supporter tossed Lowe a Modelo -- before the first baseman cracked it open and drank it 'til the last drop.

But, he wasn't done there ... he then ripped off his jersey and his undershirt -- much to the crowd's delight.

Thousands of people showed up to celebrate Lowe and his Rangers after they won the title over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday ... and one supporter was so thrilled by his team's performance, he actually climbed to the top of a light pole to pump his fists.

Thankfully, he reportedly made it down unharmed.

Following the jaunt around the city ... the Rangers then took the stage to address their fans -- and Series MVP Corey Seager delivered an epic drop-the-mic moment.

The Texas Rangers won the World Series and then they dominated the postgame celebration ... sucking down a ton of beers and bubbly -- all while they blared Creed on the sound system!!

Corey Seager, Nathan Eovaldi and the rest of the guys threw the epic locker room party just a few minutes after they beat up the Diamondbacks, 5-0, at Chase Field in Arizona.

Manager Bruce Bochy got everything kicked off with a congratulations speech -- praising his team for its 4-1 Series win ... and then for a while, the guys got after it.

They dumped bottle after bottle of champagne and Budweiser on each other ... pausing only to make sure they sang Creed's "Higher" -- their unofficial postseason anthem -- as loud as possible.

The fiesta got so rowdy that at some points the guys filled buckets full of beer ... and then they doused each other in the suds.

Eventually, the dudes packed it in to fly back home to Texas ... and you can see in a video of the aftermath of their celebration, it looked like dozens -- if not hundreds -- of bottles of alcohol were spilled during the party.

As for the on-the-field action, Seager made history ... becoming just the second position player ever to win World Series MVP honors. Bochy, meanwhile, logged his FOURTH W.S. title with the victory.

And, Creed made sure to shout out the guys following the dub ... writing on X, "Congratulations Rangers!"

Heidi Klum was completely unrecognizable at her Halloween bash Tuesday night ... transforming herself into a giant blue peacock!!!

The iconic supermodel was the center of attention as she put on a dazzling show for the cameras at her 22nd Annual "Heidi Halloween" soiree at Marquee Nightclub in NYC.

For her nearly two-minute performance, Heidi squeezed into a tight blue velvet bodysuit complete with a yellow beak and feathers sprouting from her head.

Ten dancers in spooky green and blue catsuits -- some spreading their elaborate wings -- gave Heidi an assist, twice propping her up before the flashing lights of the photogs.

Heidi and Co. posed for some group shots and then went to party inside the club. Of course, Heidi's family was also there dressed in their own Halloween getups.

Her hubby, Tom Kaulitz, gave Heidi a run for her money, converting himself into a jumbo egg. Heidi didn't seem to mind, as she planted a huge kiss on his white-painted face peeking out of the fake shell.

Their teen daughter, Leni, looked stunning in a sexy strawberry-inspired outfit, while Heidi's brother-in-law, Bill Kaulitz, dressed up as a unicorn.

Plenty of celebs rolled in to show off their costumes. Notables included Rachel Zegler, Taylor Lautner, Camila Cabello, H.E.R., Ice-T and his wife, Coco, as well as Elon Musk's mother, Maye.

Questlove provided the DJ music for the night.  And everyone had an amazing time.

Ed Sheeran celebrated the end of his North American tour with a major cameo for none other than the Chainsmokers, who shared the spotlight ... and some of their drinks, it seems.

The singer wrapped the U.S. leg of his tour Saturday at Allegiant Stadium -- and once he was done with his own gig ... he scurried on over to XS Nightclub within the Wynn Las Vegas casino-resort, where Alex Pall and Drew Taggart were spinning records for fans.

Ed popped in during their set ... and the EDM duo welcomed him with open arms and free booze!

We're told ES fully enjoyed himself alongside the Chainsmokers, guzzling champagne and dancing his heart out as the music played. Of course, he treated everyone to some of his own talents -- crooning a few of his hits like "Shape of You," "Perfect," and "Bad Habits."

It also sounds like he supplemented Halsey's vocals when the boys played their song 'Closer' ... which must've been quite something for anyone lucky enough to catch this show.

Un par de cosas más... Kendall y Benito realmente van en serio, ya que siguen saliendo juntos de costa a costa, ya sea para las vacaciones o para celebrar ciertos hitos.

Lo más interesante es que no parecen sentir la necesidad de alardear de su relación en las redes sociales. No encontrarás a Bad Bunny en la página de Kendall, ni tampoco en sus canales. En ambas cuentas, ninguno aparece, así que técnicamente ni siquiera son realmente oficiales de Instagram.
