The guy who Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing for secretly videotaping their engagement is not only sneaky ... he's blind -- at least according to the judge.

Chad Hurley -- who co-founded YouTube -- claimed when he videotaped the proposal at AT&T Park in San Fran and later released it on his website MixBit ... he had no idea he had signed a confidentiality agreement.

The case was in court Tuesday -- Hurley was trying to get it dismissed -- but the judge scoffed at him, saying the entire document Hurley signed was 1 page and at the top the words CONFIDENTIALITY could not possibly be missed.

Kanye and Kim could score a huge payday, courtesy of their lawyer, Eric George ... because the judge said Hurley could be liable for fraud, which opens the door to punitive damages ... which theoretically could mean millions of dollars. Hurley has the money -- Google bought YouTube for $1.6 billion.

The motion to throw the case out was denied. So full steam ahead!

"The Bachelor" star Juan Pablo is already suffering from delusions of grandeur -- insisting he's big enough to host major nightclub events around the country ... WITHOUT mentioning his claim to fame, because that's exactly what he demanded.

TMZ has obtained the flier for Juan's upcoming club appearance at The Pool After Dark in Atlantic City on March 29th -- and NOWHERE on the flier does it mention "The Bachelor."

Looking at it, you'd think Enrique Iglesias canceled and the club was forced to hire a cheap replacement.

And it's no accident -- sources tell us, Juan specifically instructed the casino NOT to associate him with "The Bachelor" in any press releases or fliers.

And his ludicrous demands didn't end there -- we're told Juan agreed to a 15-person meet-and-greet on the condition no one asked about his reality show stint. Same rule goes for reporters looking for interviews.

Best part -- he's getting around $20,000.

Kanye West will NOT be prosecuted for battery on a photog, because he just struck a deal to make the case go away ... but not without a bunch of anger management therapy sessions.

West pled no contest to misdemeanor battery -- the City Attorney did not make him plead guilty, so there's no admission of guilt.

In return for the no contest plea, the attempted grand theft charge has been dismissed.

Kanye was placed on 24 months informal probation -- meaning he just has to keep his nose clean. At the end of the 24 months, assuming he hasn't violated probation, the conviction will almost certainly be erased from his record.

West also agreed to 24 private therapy session for anger management.

Kanye also agreed to complete 250 hours of community service, and agreed to stay clear of the photog in question.

Kanye has to pay for the damage to the photog's equipment and any medical bills he incurred.

Jason Aldean is dating the "American Idol" alum who broke up his marriage -- and we're told they've been hooking up ever since he filed for divorce.

Brittany Kerr -- the A.I. floozie -- was photographed backstage in the wings of Aldean's concert Friday night ... and now we're told it's official ... they're a couple.

It's pretty stunning ... in September, 2012, the two of them were photographed making out at a bar on the Sunset Strip -- it was so obvious they could be seen from the street.

Aldean said at the time it was a one time deal -- a drunken mistake -- and he took a taxi home alone.

Aldean filed for divorce last May.

So now the question ... did they ever really stop seeing each other? No one is saying, but we do know Kerr was in the crowd at his show on January 10th in Austin.

She didn't make it far on "Idol" but she's clearing home base with Aldean.

It's Zoolander vs. Hansel all over again -- a male model in L.A. just sued "America's Next Top Model" judge Rob Evans (also a male model) for allegedly beating him up so bad in 2012 ... he had to go to the hospital.

Landry Macedo filed the lawsuit for assault and battery, claiming he and Evans were at some modeling event when Evans flipped out for no reason -- striking him repeatedly in the face and head.

Landry claims their management agency Next Management is also responsible for the attack -- because it was aware of Evans' violent tendencies ... in addition to his past as a professional boxer ... and did nothing to stop him.

TMZ broke the story ... Evans was arrested for assault back when all this allegedly happened. The criminal case is still ongoing.

Landry wants unspecified damages -- but really, there's only one way to settle this ... a walk-off.

A lawyer for Evans tells us the allegations are baseless -- and believe Landry is trying to "extract an undeserved payday."

The tattoo gurus on "Ink Master" are a couple pervs who sexually harass their female staff -- at least according to one former PA on the show ... who says she put up with a laundry list of extremely inappropriate behavior ... and was ultimately fired.

Nicoletta Robinson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Spike TV and "Ink Master" stars Chris Nunez and Oliver Peck -- claiming she worked for the show last year as an errand runner ... and Nunez and Peck treated her like some two-dollar whore.

Robinson includes a bunch of quotes in her lawsuit -- claiming Peck said things like, "Now Nickie can go home and suck some d***s." She claims Peck also tickled her against her will, squeezed her and pinched her ... and pulled her seatbelt tight against her breasts while she was driving.

She claims Nunez also said tons of perverted crap -- like "Are you menstruating? Do you need a hug?" She says Nunez once asked if she was pregnant just because she was sick, and once explicitly described how his dog eats his wife's dirty underwear.

Robinson claims she tried to file a complaint, but the production company didn't really know how to handle the situation -- and she was later terminated in November. She wants unspecified damages.

"Naked and Afraid" might be the grossest show on television … because just LISTENING to two contestants talk about the various bodily fluid-related obstacles they had to deal with made us sick.

Our photog caught up with Laura Zerra and EJ Snyder from the new season of the show (which debuted last night) and their stories of bug bites, poop trenches, and "time of the month problems" turned our stomachs.

Jillian Michaels and her crew got an unexpected surprise on her tour bus Sunday ... wild turkey.

Sadly it wasn't the fine bourbon ... it was a dead bird.

A turkey large enough to feed the entire "Sister Wives" group for Thanksgiving smashed into the bus windshield so ferociously ... it shattered the glass and went tumbling inside.

No humans were injured in the accident.

The South will apparently rise again -- "Party Down South" is coming back for Season 2 now that the cast is waving the white flag of surrender in its pay dispute ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... the "PDS" regulars were stonewalling ... refusing to work unless CMT paid them $7,500 an episode -- a hefty 1,400% pay raise from the paltry 500 bucks for Season 1.

But sources close to the show tell us ... CMT refused to budge -- even though "PDS" is the network's most successful show EVER.

We're told, the network is being hard-ass ... saying the cast signed a contract through season 2, so that's the way it is ... the network's way or the highway.

BUT ... CMT dangled a carrot, promising bigger paychecks in Season 3.

Shaun Sulligan -- the hubby from "Marriage Boot Camp" with a porn past -- is pissed that the show leaked his XXX work in a desperate attempt to drum up ratings.

As TMZ previously reported, Sulligan shot two scenes for a gay website called "Straight Guys for Gay Eyes." The scenes were shot in 2009 ... one sex scene with a woman and one solo masturbation scene. The sex scene is shot POV on him, not the chick.

Sulligan tells TMZ he deeply regrets doing the videos, and only did it because he was homeless and living in his car at the time. He says he would NEVER do anything like it again.

Sulligan and his wife Sofia are particularly pissed off at the show for leaking the story because they say it was never brought up during filming and it was never an issue between them.

The couple says they are seriously considering skipping the reunion show ... unless the show writes them a big check.

Just like most plus size girls who lose a ton of weight ... Jennifer Hudson is dumping her main squeeze -- Weight Watchers.

Hudson says her time with the diet company has been life changing ... a total understatement ... she went from a size 16 to 6, losing 80 lbs, using the product -- and got pretty damn hot in the process.

J Hud linked up with W.W. in 2010 after giving birth the year before.

Company honchos say they assume she will continue using their products.

This is nuts -- Wesley Warren (the man famous for his 132-pound scrotum) has passed away from a non-scrotum health issue.

According to reports, Warren passed away Friday at University Medical Center after suffering two heart attacks in recent weeks.

Warren's friend told the Vegas Review-Journal, Warren's been hospitalized for the last 5-and-a-half weeks for infections stemming from his diabetes, and suffered the heart attacks while in the hospital.

Prior to his surgery last summer to remove the exercise ball-sized growth, Warren used to wear hooded sweatshirts as pants, using the hood as a makeshift scrotum sling.

Warren had suffered from an extreme case of scrotal lymphedema, which causes the scrotum to swell with watery fluid. He appeared on the Howard Stern Show as well as Comedy Central.

Warren was 49.

"Celebrity Apprentice" is still weeks away from announcing its latest contestants, but TMZ spies have come through again ... with a list of celebs who will be duking it out this season.

TMZ has learned Geraldo Rivera and former "Cosby Show" star Keshia Knight Pulliam are among the cast members for the upcoming season.

In addition, our spies say two "Real Housewives" -- Brandi Glanville from Bev Hills and Kenya Moore from Atlanta -- will also be doing the show.

Kate Gosselin's name has been rumored for a while now ... and TMZ can confirm she'll be trying to get on Donald Trump's good side as well.

"Celebrity Apprentice" is still a ratings force on Sunday nights and has helped re-launch the careers of Joan Rivers, Arsenio Hall, Trace Adkins and Piers Morgan.

He's already been axed by the Cowboys, Eagles & Bengals .. but now Terrell Owens is gonna have a chance to be FIRED BY DONALD TRUMP ... 'cause he's gonna be on "Celebrity Apprentice," TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources tell us ... T.O. is all set to appear on the 14th Season of Trump's mega-hit show on NBC.

And it's not just for the paycheck, now that Owens is on board, he's got a HUGE opportunity to blow up his post-NFL career ... just like Joan Rivers, Clay Aiken and Arsenio Hall who all enjoyed a serious resurgence of fame after appearing on the show, which is #1 on Sunday nights.

But Owens may not be the only jock on the show ... we're told tennis superstar Martina Navratilova is in talks with producers and really wants to do it ... but isn't a lock yet.

Lil Boosie's 4 baby mamas have another bun in the oven -- a reality show.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ, Boosie's babes -- Walnita, Tracey, Trivia, and Gerlissa -- have been putting together a pilot episode over the last few months while the rapper's been locked behind bars. Together, they've mothered Boosie's 7 children (aged 4-11).

FYI, Walnita's the baby mama who was arrested back in 2010 for trying to smuggle Boosie drugs in jail.

We're told the reality show will focus on the ladies' unusual friendships that formed as the result of their ... peculiar circumstances. It's unclear if Boosie -- née Torrence Hatch -- will also be participating now that he's free.
