Ray J is a scooter thief ... so claims a self-professed "trendsetter, nature lover and bike aficionado" who is suing the 'Love & Hip Hop' star for $30 million.

A guy named Jean Paul claims back in 2015 he and Ray talked about firing up a business to market electric scooter bikes ... a product Ray has been into for a long time.

Jean Paul takes a swipe at Ray in the lawsuit, saying Ray "arguably maintains a certain level of celebrity" that would be useful in hawking the scooter. He says they agreed that Ray would become an investor and celebrity endorser and that was enough for Jean Paul to start the business.

He says he was shocked to learn Ray secretly launched a competing business to ace Jean Paul out ... thus the $30 million lawsuit, filed by his attorney, Sarah Cabarcas-Osman from the Berman Law Group.

We reached out to Ray's rep ... so far no word back.

"Teen Mom" star Kieffer Delp may be back to his old ways of running afoul with the law ... cops arrested him for allegedly operating a meth lab.

Kieffer -- one of Jenelle Evans’ earliest boyfriends on the show -- was arrested after authorities in nearby Pittsburgh uncovered a suspected meth lab. Cops tell us they were called to an apartment building late Wednesday night and made the discovery.

Cops evacuated the building during the arrest because of a strong, lingering odor inside.

As we've reported ... Kieffer is a known drug user and he's previously been arrested for punching a girl and her male friend.

Ex-NFL lineman Branden Albert is living proof "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is actually good for humanity ... because the show inspired him to give a million bucks to a great cause!

The 2-time Pro Bowler, who played for the Chiefs and Dolphins, tells TMZ ... he happened to catch a glimpse of a 'KUWTK' episode a couple months ago where Kim Kardashian was visiting Alexandria House, a shelter for homeless women and homeless women with kids in L.A.

Branden says Alexandria House's mission really hit home for him because he grew up in a single-parent home where his mom and aunt worked many jobs to make ends meet. So, he decided to donate $1 million to them at the end of 2017 in honor of his mom, who died 5 years ago from pancreatic cancer.

And just like Kim K says in the episode ... Branden hopes he can motivate others to help make a difference.

As for the million bucks ... a rep for Alexandria House tells us they hope to use it to buy another complex to accommodate the 600 or so people they turn away monthly simply because they don't have space.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star Young Hollywood says his life is in danger ... all because he's been labeled a racist following a heated confrontation with co-star Amara La Negra.

A little backstory ... YH told Amara in the series premiere last week she needed to be "more Beyonce and less Macy Gray." He also called her psychotic after Amara took offense to YH suggesting she switch up her look ... most notably her Afro.

Amara ultimately stormed off after he referred to her as "Nutella Queen" ... and Young Hollywood's been torched online and threatened ever since.

Kim Kardashian looks like a hot milf chugging milk while promoting meal replacement shakes -- which she is -- but she's getting more attention for the whole barefoot in a dirty kitchen thing.

Kim posted the snapshot of herself in what appears to be a commercial kitchen, and her followers were quick to point out the floors need a good bleaching. The comments ranged from ruthless to trivial -- one person commented commercial kitchens have bigger stoves.

Apparently, it's come to that -- fans are so accustomed to seeing Kim's smoking hot body, they'd rather focus on appliances. Go figure.

"American Idol" producers are making a HUGE mistake by cutting bad auditions from the new version of the show ... so says the king of bad auditions, William Hung!

We spoke to Hung shortly after news dropped of the new format ... to go with the all-new judges panel of Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie. While producers feel those ear-splitting, glass-cutting attempts at singing make the show seem fake ... William says it's AI's calling card.

In fact, he says 'Idol' lost one of the few things that makes it stand out from all the other singing talent shows -- and the proof will be in the ratings.

Adore Delano from "RuPaul's Drag Race" wasn't stiffed by his ex-managers -- he actually owes THEM a lot of dough ... or so they claim in a new countersuit.

Delano's managers at Producer Entertainment Group say the drag queen failed to pay them at least $180,000 in management fees.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, PEG says they're entitled to collect 20 percent off of Delano's concert, YouTube and merch revenues. They also say they believe he's made about $100k from YouTube alone, and about $800k from online and tour merch.

In addition to denying Delano's original allegations, PEG claims Delano hasn't paid them their fair share of that cash. They're asking a judge for at least $180k, and then some in interest.

Blac Chyna says leaving the Kardashians is like leaving Scientology ... they make your life hell.

Chyna just filed legal docs in her lawsuit against Kim, Kris and Rob, claiming they sabotaged the reality show, "Rob & Chyna."

Chyna says in her docs, "The unwritten rule no one told (her) when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled (despite great ratings), spreading lies about you, and even funding a bogus lawsuit about a crumbled gingerbread house."

She goes on to say the family was intent on destroying her career so she would not compete with them commercially or on social media.

The Kardashians have asked the judge to throw the case out, saying the reason the show was canceled was Chyna's fault because she got a restraining order against Rob prohibiting them from having any interaction.

Bam Margera's inner circle is taking immediate steps to get him help after his DUI arrest over the weekend ... by actively seeking out a rehab center for him.

TMZ broke the story ... Bam was arrested Sunday morning in L.A. after cops say they smelled alcohol on his breath. We spoke with Bam's mother, April Margera, who tells us Bam had been doing better with his alcoholism over the past 8 months, and was seeing a zen healer as well as a therapist ... but fell off the wagon this weekend.

She also says he's been angry with himself since the episode, and seems receptive to rehab. April adds ... she and Bam's pal, Johnny Schillereff -- who 's CEO of Element Skateboards -- are working together to find a treatment facility ... possibly in Cali or Arizona.

April also says Bam has been telling the family that he feels immense pressure when people say "Bam is sober" ... because he struggles with his mental health and addiction every day.

We're told Bam was originally in L.A. to shoot a TV show this week ... unclear if he still plans to move forward with it at this point, though.

Paris Hilton holds no grudges, because she says inviting Kim Kardashian to her wedding is a no-brainer.

We got Paris and fiance Chris Zylka Saturday night in WeHo at Craig's restaurant, and she didn't miss a beat when our photog asked about Kim.

They've had an interesting relationship ... going from close friends to mortal enemies and then a grey area for years. We're told when they sorted it all out they realized they were good for each other and now get along just fine.

As for wedding planning ... that chapter begins this week.

"Fixer Upper" stars Chip and Joanna Gaines may have reason for concern over their unborn child ... and it centers around their ultrasound.

Joanna posted video of the ultrasound Wednesday after the couple announced they'd soon be welcoming their fifth kid. "Fixer Upper" fans speculated something was wrong with the images, because of excess fluid around the fetus. They've been commenting that the condition appears to mimic hydrops fetalis, a sometimes fatal condition.

Radiologist Nicole Saphier -- who has extensive experience in interpreting ultrasounds -- tells us there does appear to be skin edema (excess fluid in the skin). But Dr. Saphier is quick to add, although the ultrasound gives cause for concern, it's not conclusive. She says she'd need to see the whole ultrasound to determine if excess fluid is present in additional cavities such as the heart, lungs or abdomen.

Designer Michael Costello ripped off a makeup artist's face mask and tried slithering away with his own version on the runway ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The "Project Runway" darling from season 8 has been sued by special effects makeup artist Lauren Mountain, who says Costello hijacked her "Under the Skin Human Mask and Snake" face mask concept and used it in a fashion show without her permission.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Lauren says Michael's relative, Stephanie, reached out to her to license Lauren's human skin mask design for a 2015 show she and Mike had planned for NYC Fashion Week.

But instead of paying her for the work, Lauren claims the Costellos recreated her mask on their own and strutted a model across the catwalk. She says they did credit her as the inspiration, but Lauren still isn't satisfied.

She's asking a judge for damages of at least $150,000. Michael's team tells TMZ "LOL," adding the validity of the lawsuit is ridiculous, and that the masks were, in fact, inspired by the '80s TV show "V."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have poured boatloads of cash into their Hidden Hills home over the past few years, but it was all worth it ... because the house is now $20 million ABOVE water.

Sources tell us ... the couple sunk around $20 mil into renovations since they bought the property -- once owned by Lisa Marie Presley -- in 2014 for $20 mil. It's been in a constant state of design, re-design, construction and expansion -- not to mention all the landscaping -- until they finally moved in a few weeks ago.

Now get this ... we're told Kim and Kanye had the property appraised ... and the estimated value is $60 million. Do the math, and they're in the black $20 mil.

"Little Women: LA" star Briana Renee is divorcing her husband and dropping some heinous accusations against him, including abuse, death threats and bestiality ... TMZ has learned.

Briana filed to divorce Matt Grundhoffer, her husband of more than 2 1/2 years, citing irreconcilable differences. As we first reported, Briana and Matt separated in November. She wants child and spousal support, according to the docs.

She also filed for a restraining order last month and in the docs, obtained by TMZ, Briana says Grundhoffer verbally abused her at least twice in November -- calling her a "c**t" and a "worthless bitch" ... and threatened to take their 1-year-old son, Maverick.

Briana claims Matt is frequently drunk, and threatens violence when he is. For instance, in April 2017 he threatened to "kill everyone in the house" and in June, he implied he was going to kill himself ... according to docs.

Most disturbing are the messages between Grundhoffer and another woman, which Briana claims she found. In the docs, she says they were "sexually explicit and disturbing" ... and allegedly "involved bestiality and proposals of sex acts with minor children, including the proposal of sex acts with Matthew's minor child, age 12, from a previous relationship."

The judge granted the restraining order -- Matt has to stay 100 yards away from Briana and their son. Briana's also been awarded full custody for now. We reached out to Matt ... so far, no word back.

"Teen Mom 3" star Mackenzie McKee is asking for prayers for her mom after discovering her illness is much worse than they thought -- she's been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer ... TMZ has learned.

A family source tells us Mackenzie's mother, Angie Douthit, had exploratory surgery Wednesday that revealed 5 large lesions covering her brain -- they initially thought it was only 3 -- plus masses in her lungs and several blood clots throughout her body.

Mackenzie said Tuesday the family thought Angie was dealing with bronchitis. After getting the cancer diagnosis she asked for prayers and added, "I’m devastated, I’m angry, I'm shook, I can’t breathe. You are everything. Please pray."

We're told the next step will be radiation treatments, once doctors have the full picture of Angie's cancer.

The news is especially shocking based on how fit and healthy Mackenzie's mom was -- they'd just competed in a diabetes awareness run in November and Angie whooped her.

McKee also called her mom "the healthiest person I know" and said she works out daily, doesn't smoke or drink, and the disease doesn't run in the family.

Christian Siriano is firing back at a retailer that says he pulled the plug early on a licensing deal they had with him, calling a batch of their clothes low quality and unapproved.

The "Project Runway" winner's company filed its own lawsuit against M&A Imports -- which owns the Just Love brand -- saying they're actually the ones who breached their contract ... by selling crappy dresses with his name on it that they allegedly didn't run by him first.

In the docs, Siriano says he only agreed to let M&A use his 'Christian Siriano' brand if they got his approval on pre-production samples of garb they planned to sell -- but says they failed to do so last summer, yet still moved forward with an inferior product.

Christian says the dresses were basically crap -- made of cheap fabric with major stitching, hemming and packaging issues ... which he was embarrassed to endorse with his name.
