Felicity Huffman Getting a Jump on Community Service? ... Hits Teen Rehab Center

Published | Updated

Felicity Huffman might be trying to chip away at her court-ordered community service early and often -- but it's unclear if it'll be in vain or actually count toward her sentence.

The actress was seen visiting a rehab center focused on addicted, homeless youth and teens in the L.A. area Sunday with her daughter, Sophia, where they appeared to be doing some good Samaritan work ... both of them carrying in supplies and treats.

Felicity had a stack of notepads in her arm, while Sophia was bringing what looked like homemade cupcakes right behind her ... each wearing a big smile. BTW, Sophia is the one who ended up taking a rigged SAT test ... which had been paid for by mom.

Now, here's where this nice gesture may or may not end up helping Felicity with her recent sentencing -- part of which includes a mandatory 250 hours of community service, on top of her 14 days behind bars. You'd think she's getting right to it, but it's not that simple.

Fact is, Felicity's sentence is so fresh ... she hasn't even been officially assigned where she'll serve her prison time, although she has requested a pretty cozy facility in NorCal.

Felicity Huffman Exit
LEAVING THE SENTENCING

Seeing how Felicity's prison hasn't even been decided yet, we doubt the Probation Department overseeing her case has yet to issue a court-approved list of places where she can do her community service. It's possible that it's been signed off on, but unlikely.

If this rehab trip ends up being all for naught ... hey, at least she's scoring points with the man upstairs. That's gotta count for something, right?

T.I. to Candace Owens When Was America Actually Great?!? Rowdy Debate for Revolt TV

Published | Updated
UPDATE

3:40 PM PT -- Killer Mike spoke his own piece about what T.I. and Candace were discussing, and he said they were focusing on the the wrong issues.

UPDATE

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

UPDATE

According to KM, he says black people need to stop arguing over who's the best "master" and start organizing their own agenda, with their own goals -- taking the best from each person's point of view -- as well as owning a stake in whatever industry they're participating in ... be it politics, music, business, infrastructure or anything else. He says it best himself, watch.

T.I. had a good question for staunch Trump supporter Candace Owens -- when was America actually great ... and what exactly is DT trying to emulate???

The rapper asked this of Candace Saturday night at a summit held by Diddy's REVOLT TV in Atlanta, where they were discussing why the President's slogan is viewed as racist among many in the black community. Safe to say, things escalated quickly from there.

Moderator Jeff Johnson said Trump has stoked fear into poor whites that their enemy is poor blacks -- to which Candace asked when the Prez said that verbatim. Johnson suggested that the guy's slogan in and of itself was a sign of that fear-mongering.

Then T.I. jumped in ... and s*** hit the fan.

T.I. firmly asked Candace what period in American history is Trump so sure was "great" -- listing examples, like when women couldn't vote ... or when black people were lynched.

Candace suggests Trump is hearkening back to the Reagan years, when the then-presidential hopeful said something to the same effect while on the campaign trail. T.I., however, has his own view of the 80s ... calling it the crack era. He kept pressing, and Candace ultimately wasn't able to get out a straight answer to his initial question.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Things got worse when Candace invoked slavery -- seemingly suggesting, at first, that America was one of the first countries to free its slaves ... but stopping and quickly pointing out that slavery was worldwide, and not just taking place here in the States.

Folks in the crowd became even more irate about that, and when Candace tried to get her point out ... T.I. was quick to shut her down, saying her beginning premise was "bulls***."

REVOLT TV is bringing its summit to L.A. next month. If the Atlanta event is any indication, L.A. should bring out the fireworks just the same.

Andrew Yang Let's Forgive 'SNL' Noob Shane Gillis ... Stop Going for Blood!!!

Published | Updated

Andrew Yang says folks should forgive Shane Gillis -- the newest cast member on 'SNL' -- over racist remarks he made about Asians ... and more importantly, ease up on seeking retribution.

The presidential hopeful -- who's Taiwanese-American -- went on CNN Sunday to elaborate on his thoughts from these past couple days ... calling for Shane to NOT lose his new job at "Saturday Night Live," but instead ... to be forgiven and used as a teachable moment.

As we reported ... as soon as Shane was announced as a member of the cast for the upcoming season, people dug up an old video of him making racist jokes about Asians. He has since apologized to those offended, saying he sometimes "pushes boundaries."

Shane Gillis SEPTEMBER 2018
CHINATOWN ATTACK

There's been a mixed reaction to Yang's approach -- as he tells Jake Tapper -- but he defends his position, saying our society has become too punitive in these scenarios, and that we as a country should strive to be better ... opting for forgiveness when possible.

He makes another interesting point, arguing Asian epithets are often not taken as seriously as others made about other ethnic groups ... despite being just as hurtful.

Still, even with that said ... he says we should let this one go, especially considering that Shane is a comedian, and -- in Andrew's eyes -- their words should be taken in that context.

Of course, Yang has offered to sit down with Shane to discuss the issue further -- going on to say he doesn't support the guy losing his job, adding that in the big picture of Shane's past work ... he just doesn't find Shane to be "malignant or evil" in his intentions.

It doesn't sound like Shane has taken him up on the offer yet -- and NBC execs have been mum on what's gonna happen to Shane -- but at least the olive branch is out there.

Brett Favre Family Urged Me To Play Again ... After Luck's Retirement

Published | Updated

Brett Favre's family and friends just ain't ready to see him officially quit the NFL ... the 49-year-old tells TMZ Sports his phone LIT UP after Andrew Luck's retirement last month!!!

"No teams called, but I had a lot of friends and family, you know, 'Hey, the Colts could use ya!'"

Don't worry, Favre immediately shut down the idea ... saying, "No, they couldn't use me. I squashed that very quickly."

Of course, Favre has had a lengthy history with retirements and comebacks -- the guy quit football several times only to return months later.

But, the Packers legend tells us there is ZERO chance -- despite his friends and family's urges -- he returns to an NFL field again.

"It's really comical at this point because, look, I'll be 50 in three or four weeks. And, I've been far enough removed from football that I can't even believe people would think that I would consider coming back."

Favre says if this were 8 or 9 years ago ... he'd give it some thought, but he tells us there's just no way his body would hold up if an NFL team gave him a spot on their roster.

"I slip off the couch and the next day I can't even walk anymore," Brett says. "So, I just kind of get a laugh out of it."

Sorry, Jim Irsay.

Lil Wayne Bails on Blink-182 Show Over Alleged Weed Incident at Hotel

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne says he can't perform with Blink-182 in St. Louis because he was kicked out of his hotel and cops came swarming -- but we've learned there's two sides to this story.

Wayne tweeted out the crappy news Saturday morning, saying he wouldn't be able to do the show later tonight at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre -- where he was set to take the stage with B-182 and Neck Deep -- due to some BS at his the Ritz Carlton.

He said, "Sorry not doing the show tonight in St Lou kuz I was just kik'd out the ritz and 12 got invovle so I gotta slide. Tht y'al f w me out here. Dam slime. It's all luv tho."

While Wayne claims to have been booted from the facility, the Clayton Police Department's interim Police Chief, Mark Smith, tells TMZ that Weezy and his crew were NOT asked to leave ... and that they left voluntarily after a verbal dispute with the hotel staff.

Smith says police were called to the Ritz around 10:00 AM CT due to a "disturbance" in the lobby involving several men, some of whom we're told included Wayne's entourage. We're told a responding officer saw a man in LW's security yelling at a clerk behind the desk.

We're told officers spoke to several witnesses -- including staff members -- who told police they'd received several complaints of marijuana smells coming from Weezy's room. Cops say the staff claimed to have called up to Wayne's room, asking him to open his balcony doors to mitigate the smell ... and, allegedly, he got pissed and came down to confront 'em.

Smith tells us the hotel staff did not file a complaint with police, and they found no evidence of a crime that'd been committed. No one was arrested as a result.

Now, sources close to Weezy tell TMZ that the reason he and his team came down to confront the staff had NOTHING to do with weed ... and everything to do with bad protocol.

We're told the front desk kept forwarding calls from an obsessed fan, who apparently knew Wayne was staying there and in which exact room too. Instead of taking them off the scent, our Weezy sources say the staff continued to send the call to his room ... making him irate.

We've reached out to the Ritz Carlton for comment on the fan-forwarding allegation ... so far, no word back.

Whatever the real reason ... it's clear that Wayne's not comfortable in St. Louis. This would mark at least the 3rd show he's completely bailed on for his Blink-182 appearances this summer.

CA State Capitol Building Anti-Vaxxer Hurls 'Menstrual Blood' ... At Senators in Session

Published

An anti-vaccine protester threw what appeared to be menstrual blood at California lawmakers days after the Governor signed 2 new bills into law that'll kick in next year.

A woman named Rebecca Lee Dalelio was arrested Friday afternoon inside the chambers of the California State Capitol building after cops say she threw something from what they described as a "feminine hygiene device containing what appeared to be blood."

She chucked the red, blood-like liquid down below from the upstairs balcony area ... where she and other anti-vaxxers were watching in silent protest as state senators wrapped up the last day of the legislative year with a vote on some last-minute measures.

The liquid -- which eyewitnesses say came from a menstrual cup -- splashed a few state senators, including Sen. Melissa Hurtado, as well as some documents and desks.

A video captured a woman screaming, "That's for the dead babies." The Senate session went into recess and concluded in private chambers shortly afterward. The video also shows a woman -- who's presumed to be Dalelio -- being escorted out into the hall by officers, where she continues her rant on dead babies, saying ... "Their blood is on your hands."

The incident starts around the 43:10 mark of the video, when the alleged blood-throwing took place.

The protest follows two California bills that were signed into law Monday by Governor Gavin Newsom, which will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2020 ... and are meant to tighten regulations around doctors who write notes to exempt certain kids from vaccines at school.

If the doctors issue more than 5 exemptions in a year, public health officials can review the passes. Schools that fall below a certain level of vaccination rate are also subject to scrutiny.

As complicated as that sounds, this right here is pretty damn simple ... gross!!!

Kurupt Relapses on Booze ... Alcohol Banned From 'Marriage Boot Camp'

Published

Kurupt relapsed and got so wasted on alcohol at the 'Marriage Boot Camp' house, he was rushed to the hospital ... and now booze is banned from the reality TV show.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Kurupt turned up with the rest of the cast inside the 'MBC' house, and the rapper drank so much he ended up needing medical treatment. We're told Kurupt missed 2 days of filming while he was hospitalized from his boozy night.

Kurupt's bender is having serious repercussions for him and his costars. Our sources say production told cast members there will be no more alcohol in the house for the remainder of this season, and the plan is to ban booze from future seasons.

Before Kurupt's dangerous relapse ... we're told every adult beverage imaginable was available in the 'MBC' house ... but now the home is completely dry.

Ya gotta feel for Kurupt ... the rapper's trying to recover from a drinking problem and stay sober, but he was living in a house stocked with vices.

Guess they don't call it 'Marriage Booze Camp' for a reason.

Village People Don't Wanna Ruin Farmers' Good Time ... 'YMCA' Spoof Can Stay!!!

Published | Updated

The Village People don't want a group of Missouri farmers who spoofed their famous song to feel down anymore ... so they're going to let them put their viral vid back up.

We broke the story ... the group's frontman, Victor Willis, was super pissed off at the Missouri Farm Bureau for creating a parody of "YMCA" called "USMCA" ... urging Congress to pass the new U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement.

The Village People took action and got the video removed from YouTube, but it was also tweeted out by the official White House account to its 19 MILLION followers ... and it's still there.

A rep for the group tells TMZ it's all good now ... at least they hope it will be. They're working with the Missouri farmers to grant a limited-use license for a year to allow the spoof back on the market.

We're told the Village People pondered the issue and decided the farmers made the vid for a good cause -- to bring attention to a bill that may benefit millions of Americans -- and they don't want to be the party poopers. Besides ... it only brings attention to the iconic song.

BUT ... Victor and company still want The White House to take down the vid on Twitter until they hammer out a deal with the Missouri FB, and they sent a cease and desist letter to that effect.

We're told it's nothing political ... just business.

Farrah Abraham Apologizes for Gaffe ... 'Sophia Definitely Enjoyed 9/11'

Published

Farrah Abraham's never claimed to be a skilled orator, so it seems legit her referring to 9/11 as "7-Eleven" was an honest mistake ... but in her apology, she stepped in it again.

The former "Teen Mom 2" star was out in Hollywood Thursday with her daughter, Sophia, so we asked about the backlash over the video she posted at NYC's Freedom Tower ... specifically for her verbal slip-up 10 seconds in ... referring to 9/11 as 7/11.

Farrah apologizes for misspeaking and explains it away as a "blonde" moment, but insists she was being a good mom .... giving her daughter an important learning experience.

She also says her heart was in the right "space" ... adding  "Sophia definitely enjoyed 9/11."

As for Farrah taking heat for using the 2001 terrorist attack as a promotional tool for herself ... she's less apologetic.

The reality star tells us publicly sharing her experiences with her daughter is part of their life and she's going to keep it up. After all, she's got her sights set on the Walk of Fame ... for Sophia.

Felicity Huffman Probation Dept. Says No One Was Hurt ... So No Big Deal

Published | Updated
UPDATE

1:33 PM PT -- We just got the Probation Dept's sentencing report, and the reason the Department thinks no time behind bars is fine is because there is NO VICTIM. The report is clear ... no one lost a penny as a result of Felicity hiring someone to rig the SAT test. The Dept. repeatedly rebuffed prosecutors who claim various forms of loss, including emotional distress, harm to the reputation of the schools, etc.

UPDATE

This may be the most important sentence, especially for defendants like Lori Loughlin -- "There was no actual or intended loss." The word "intended" is significant, because presumably Felicity wanted to get her daughter into a university -- something that could displace another applicant -- yet the Probation Dept. didn't feel that was an INTENDED loss. This could help Lori argue there was no loss in her case as well.

Felicity Huffman wants to make it clear to the judge sentencing her -- what she did in the college case didn't hurt anyone, and therefore there's no precedent to put her in prison for even a day.

Sources directly familiar with Felicity's case tell TMZ ... the "Desperate Housewives" actress and her defense team have 2 arguments for her to spend no time behind bars, despite prosecutors recommending a 1-month sentence.

We're told Felicity and co. are pointing to the Probation Department's findings that she should get as little as zero months, because nobody suffered any loss due to her actions. You'll recall, Felicity pled guilty to conspiracy charges for paying $15k to give her daughter a leg up on her college entry exam.

Obviously, Felicity agrees with that "no loss" argument put forth by the probation department. However, in new court docs obtained by TMZ, she also says the prosecution is drawing unfair comparisons between her and other defendants in the case.

According to team Felicity ... the prosecution has cited 2 dozen old cases in which prison time was often handed down to the ring leaders. Felicity says she wasn't the big fish in this scheme, and shouldn't be sentenced like one. In short, she was just a customer of Rick Singer, not a mastermind of his plot.

She cites one case the prosecution is attempting to use as precedent ... where a guy got prison time for hacking a university's system. Felicity says that's an apples to oranges comparison.

Bottom line ... Felicity is hoping the judge recognizes she didn't harm anyone -- especially because her kid didn't even end up attending college this year.

Chrissy Teigen
ASS-HOLIER THAN THOU

Chrissy Teigen tried so damn hard not to use foul language while talkin' Trump -- and she almost made it ... almost.

We got the supermodel/TV personality mom out Tuesday in L.A. with her kids, Luna and Miles, making a Shake Shack food run and hitting up a kids clothing store, when our camera guy asked some solid questions about her expletive-laced weekend feud with the Prez.

You'll recall ... Trump called out Chrissy -- not by name -- as John Legend's "filthy mouthed wife" ... to which she fired back, calling him a "p***y ass bitch."

So, the question ... will she double down on the "filth?" Chrissy was determined not to use profanities in front of her kids, and you could feel her struggling for restraint as she jawboned with our photog. She made it all the way to her car, when she just couldn't hold back anymore.

Another good question ... if we dare say. How are Chrissy and John super close to Kim and Kanye, when both of whom interact with Trump and may even have an influence over him on prison reform. So, what pray tell does Chrissy think about that?

One thing's for sure ... she's not fearful of a fight with 45.

Lil Nas X Kevin Hart's Interruption Was No Big Deal for Me on 'The Shop'

NO HARD FEELINGS

To all the people ticked off at Kevin Hart on behalf of Lil Nas X for seemingly interrupting his story about coming out -- LNX says feel anyway ya want, just don't count him among the outraged.

The "Old Town Road" rapper says he's not fuming about the perceived slight. While recording an interview Tuesday with DJ Scream and Moran Tha Man -- for their Atlanta-based show, Hoodrich Radio! -- he said, "I'm not mad at Kevin Hart."

Lil Nas really wanted that to sink in for the outrage police on the Internet ... who were still going after Kevin, even after he suffered serious injuries in that car accident.

Last week on HBO's "The Shop" Nas X was asked about coming out as gay earlier this year. Before he could even get into why he came out when he did ... Kevin blurted out, "He said he was gay, so what?!?" Many people found it tone-deaf.

Kevin later interjected with more clarifying questions that some took as disrespect, especially in light of his past issues with the LGBTQ community.

Well, Lil Nas doesn't see it that way -- or if he does, he's not talking about it. He insists there's no beef between Kevin and him. However, he admits IF he did have beef, he wouldn't air it publicly ... and he explained his MO when it comes to celeb feuds.

Bottom line ... don't get Lil Nas X twisted!!!

storm area 51 ... in vegas

The guys who got millions of people hyped about storming Area 51 this month are telling their tinfoil hat-wearing followers to STOP -- and just get weird with them in Downtown Vegas, instead.

We spoke to Matty Roberts and Frank DiMaggio on "TMZ Live" -- they're the original Facebook event planners who are now organizing a free music festival instead of an illegal raid -- and the two of 'em explained why they had to change up their viral plans.

ICYMI, Matty's Facebook page amassed over 2 million people, who said they were down to break into the mysterious military facility come September 20. Of course, they were going to be met by the heavy hand of the law if they did ... so the chiefs reconsidered.

Instead of an assault on the premise, Matty and Frank decided to bring people together over music instead -- initially planning a festival in neighboring Rachel, Nevada.

Well ... those plans fell through too. MR and FD say the people they thought would be providing infrastructure in the middle of nowhere had gone AWOL, so they wisely decided to relocate closer to the Earthlings(ish) of Sin City. You can tell in this clip they're trying to avoid becoming Fyre Fest 2.0 ... Mojave Desert edition!

Also, check out Matty describe his chat with the FBI and how that might've nudged him in the right direction.

Paul Mooney Sons Speak on Pryor Jr. Claims ... Let Jr. Speak for Himself

Published

Paul Mooney's sons are speaking out for their father -- whom they claim is "not well" enough to do so himself -- against allegations regarding Richard Pryor's own son.

Daryl and Dwayne Mooney -- who also do stand-up -- spoke to Comedy Hype about Richard's former bodyguard, Rashon Kahn, claiming Paul had sex with Richard Jr. ... and that Senior put a million dollar bounty on Paul after finding out.

They deny the allegations flat-out and say that whatever Rashon's peddling in 2019 is nothing but gossip and hearsay. They emphasize the fact Richard Jr. himself has yet to say Paul's name.

Richard Pryor Jr
DEFINITELY NOT CONSENSUAL

If Richard Jr. does come out and accuse Paul by name -- which he didn't do with us in NYC a few weeks ago -- Paul's sons say they'd hear him out, and deal with the allegation accordingly. But, to hear it from a bodyguard years later ... they call BS.

Daryl and Dwayne also discuss why Paul was a no-show at a recently booked appearance at a comedy club in Atlanta, and explain their father has lost some of his mental faculties.

The Mooneys point out timeline issues with Rashon's claims, as well as some stories about Richard himself ... suggesting he was no angel, even when it comes to how he raised Richard Jr. -- according to RPJ's own book.

Queen Latifah Nicki Will Un-Retire Let's Let Her Live a Bit First, Though

Published | Updated
Queen Latifah
WAIT, SHE WHAT?

Queen Latifah says Nicki Minaj will probably come out of her recently-announced "retirement" -- but before that, she just needs to live some life first.

We got the iconic femcee Sunday heading into a reception hall in North Bergen, NJ for Treach's wedding, and right before she made it inside ... our photog broke the news to her about Nicki abruptly announcing her retirement from rap this past week.

At first, QT couldn't believe it -- but when we explained why Nicki was doing it -- to start a family with her fiance, Kenneth Petty -- the Queen was totally down with NM's decision.

Queen Latifah suggests that Nicki deserves this, as she's been in the game for a long time now. Then she drops a bit of knowledge on us, saying once you're a rapper ... you're always a rapper. Short story long, she thinks Nicki will make a comeback ... one day.

It's unclear if Nicki's serious about her retirement, as we've been told by people close to her that her team was blindsided by the news. The retirement also flies in the face of studio time and collabs Nicki's already got lined up, so the whole thing's a little hazy right now.

If she is serious though ... she's well within her right to do so -- and, apparently, expected back in due time, from one Queen to another.
