'WandaVision' Child Stars Banking Marvel Bucks!!!

Published | Updated

Marvel Studios' smash hit series "WandaVision" features a handful of kiddos ... some of whom took home a nice fat paycheck to appear in just one episode.

According to his contract, 12-year-old Gabriel Gurevich -- who played young Pietro -- took home the lion's share among the pint-sized group ... banking $7,673 for a couple weeks of work.

Meanwhile, Wanda Maximoff and Vision's twins -- played by 8-year-old Gavin Borders and 7-year-old Baylen Bielitz -- each earned $3,836 for one week on the job playing the roles of Tommy and Billy at 5 years old.

It looks like Gavin and Baylen had the same weekly rate as Gabriel, but GG's contract guaranteed him 2 weeks of pay. It looks like they each appeared in one episode, though.

Last but not least is 13-year-old Sophia Gaidarova ... she was on set for just one day to play Young Wanda, and got paid $1,105.

The kids' compensation is all laid out in their minors' contracts, which must be filed in court. It's not clear if any of them are coming back for Season 2 ... but if they do, they should expect to see at least a slight pay bump.

Gotta love that Marvel money!!!

Boosie Badazz 911 Audio from Shooting ... New Take on Perp's Ride

Published | Updated

Multiple eyewitnesses to the Boosie Badazz shooting tell a different story from initial reports about the chaotic scene, his getaway from the shooter ... and what the shooter was driving.

TMZ's obtained the emergency dispatch audio from the day Boosie was shot in Dallas back in November, and based on 3 different callers who dialed 9-1-1 ... it sounds like the sprinter van in question -- which we'd been told Boosie was cruising in with his team -- is perhaps the vehicle in which the suspects fled.

Check out the audio ... the first caller gives a brief description of a scene they passed on the road, telling the dispatcher they saw something going on with a bunch of men at the Big T Bazaar ... claiming to have seen a guy in a red shirt going after someone with a gun.

The second caller appears to have witnessed the actual shooting itself ... saying somebody was hit, and they were taken to the hospital in a grey Acura. She also told the dispatcher she saw an Audi SUV (presumably the sprinter) following behind before ultimately darting off in another direction.

The third caller confirmed they saw a black Audi SUV driving down the road nearby, claiming to have seen four guys inside ... with one hanging out the window and pointing a gun.

BATTERED BOOSIE

Of course, it makes sense Boosie and co. would be the ones in the SUV -- as artists often use them when they're on the road or touring. It's possible these folks who called for help might have things mixed up.

Obviously, cops had all this information, but Dallas PD has closed the investigation without making any arrests because the victim refused to cooperate with detectives.

Boosie walked away from the ordeal with his life intact. Actually, he rolled away at first -- dude got shot in the leg and underwent a couple surgeries to patch himself up, only to be relegated to a wheelchair as he recovered. He's all better now, though.

'Gorilla Glue Girl' Sends Cease & Desists ... 'Bad Idea' to Use This Song W/O Permission!!!

Published

Tessica Brown -- aka, 'Gorilla Glue Girl' -- is having another moment on the internet -- only this time, she isn't the one who kicked it off ... which is a huge problem for her and lawyers.

TB, through her attorney Jeffrey R. Klein, has fired off cease and desist letters to several different people/entities over a now-viral song called "Bad Idea" ... which rips her voice from her infamous Gorilla Glue video and remixes it into a song, using her own voice/lines.

The "remix" was taken off social media -- including on TikTok, IG Reels and even on streaming platforms like Apple Music and Spotify ... which all seems to have been started by someone named Cocoa Brown, whom posted the track -- helping it spread like wildfire.

Welp, Tessica and co. aren't too amused by the stunt -- even if everyone seems to love it -- because, frankly, she had no part in making the track ... nor is she getting any dough from it.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

That's why she sent Cocoa -- and every other platform that's using the song -- to STOP immediately, and to take down the content ... as Tessica claims it's good old-fashioned copyright infringement -- both by using her image and likeness, as well as her vocals.

The letter to Cocoa, obtained by TMZ, is worded firmly. It reads, in part, "To the extent it becomes necessary, Tessica intends to seek the recovery of all penalties, statutory damages and punitive damages for such knowing infringement as applicable." So, yeah ... she ain't playing.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Now, we will say this ... the tune IS catchy, which is exactly why folks like Aniya Wayans -- Damon Wayans Jr.'s daughter -- and even Cardi B's daughter, Kulture, have posted it or recited it online ... not to mention countless other accounts who've made their own "Bad Idea" videos.

People might think it's all in good fun -- but, in reality, if Tessica's not in on it herself ... you can see why she'd be pissed. Time will tell if others wanna heed her legal demands.

4:17 PM PT -- A source close to Manson would not comment on the lawsuit specifically, but tells us the video shown to the woman was a scripted short film meant to be used for a future project that was never officially released.

Marilyn Manson raped one of his ex-girlfriends and forced her to watch a gruesome home movie that made it seem like he killed a young fan ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The shock rocker is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims she started dating him back in 2011, and while she claims their relationship was romantic and gentle at the outset, she says things quickly took a turn for the worse.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Manson once showed her a home video he called "Groupie" and kept locked in safe. She claims Manson told her the video was shot in 1996 after his band played a show at the Hollywood Bowl, and she claims the footage includes sex acts, humiliation and a gun.

In the docs, the woman claims Manson's home movie shows him tying a young fan to a chair and forcing her to drink a glass of a band member's urine, threatening her with a gun and possibly pistol-whipping her. Doe claims the video left her scared for her own life.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a guy with the stage name Ghost Loft claims he made a song called "So High" way back in 2013, only for Juice WRLD to rip off 16 bars for his song "Scared of Love" on JW's 2018 album "Goodbye & Good Riddance."

'Tiger King' Zookeeper No-Shows for DUI Sentencing ... Lands In More Hot Water

Published | Updated

Erik Cowie, the former 'Tiger King' head zookeeper, might have gotten himself in more trouble after failing to appear for sentencing in his DUI case ... this according to law enforcement.

We’re told Cowie no-showed in court this week where he was scheduled to be sentenced after previously entering a guilty plea last month for driving under the influence.

Our sources say Cowie was likely looking at just a year probation, fines and fees and a potential alcohol education program for his sentence -- as is customary in Oklahoma for first-time DUI offenders -- but his no-show could change that.

The maximum sentence is up to a year in county jail ... and we're told that's back on the table. After Cowie failed to appear, the judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest and set his bond at $2,500.

We broke the story ... Cowie was busted after cops say he was driving drunk and crashed into another car on an interstate highway. Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the crash.

Bill Cosby Denied Parole

Published | Updated

Bill Cosby struck out on his attempt to get released from prison ... the parole board denied his request.

Cosby was denied parole this month, with the Pennsylvania Parole Board saying a lot of factors went into its decision to rule against the comedian. For instance, they say he didn't participate in a treatment program for sex offenders and he failed to develop a parole release plan.

The Board says strike 3 against Cosby is the fact he got a negative recommendation from the Department of Corrections.

Cosby's rep, Andrew Wyatt, tells TMZ ... Bill isn't surprised by the denial because members of the parole board told him he would be denied if he didn't participate in the sex offender program.

He's not giving up hope in his quest for parole, though ... Wyatt tells us Cosby is hopeful the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court will vacate his conviction and potentially grant him a new trial.

As you know ... in Sept. 2018 Cosby was sentenced to 3-to-10 years in prison after being convicted of aggravated indecent assault of Andrea Constand at his home his 2004.

Cardi B I Had No Role in Fan Beatdown, Judge!!! Wants Lawsuit Tossed

Published | Updated

Cardi B claims she had ZERO involvement in the NYC beatdown of an autograph seeker ... and that's why she wants the guy's lawsuit against her tossed out of court.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi says autograph seeker Giovanni Arnold instigated the alleged attack in May 2018 following a Met Gala after-party. She claims Arnold can be heard on video verbally attacking her and Offset after unsuccessfully and aggressively trying to get her autograph.

The most incriminating part of the video, according to Cardi, is when Arnold shouts, "Please beat me up. I'll take all of your money."

050818_migos_fight_kal 5/8/18
THE VIOLENT BEATDOWN

In his lawsuit, Arnold alleged Cardi's 3 security guards dished the can of whoop-ass, but the rapper's calling BS. In docs, Cardi claims the unknown assailants did not work for her, nor did she give them directions or instructions to beat up anyone.

As for Arnold's allegation, he feared Cardi was going to slap him -- well, she's kinda laughing that off, saying she was 7 months pregnant at the time ... so it's highly unlikely anyone would legitimately fear her carrying out a physical attack.

050818_migos_victim_kal 5/8/18
BEATDOWN AFTERMATH

Bottom line ... Cardi claims Arnold is a professional autograph hound who triggered the beatdown in order to get money from celebs -- but since she wasn't involved in the attack, she shouldn't be sued.

Important to note, though ... Offset's a separate defendant in the lawsuit, and Cardi's only speaking for herself.

Shia LaBeouf Judge Says Go to Therapy, No Guns ... Battery, Theft Charges Could Be Dropped

Published | Updated

Shia LaBeouf has an avenue to get the charges dropped in his battery and petty theft case ... as long as he keeps his nose clean for the next year.

The "Honey Boy" star appeared in court Thursday and was placed into a judicial diversion program, which lays out several conditions he must satisfy in order to get his misdemeanor charges dismissed.

Here's the boxes Shia's gotta check off over the next 12 months ... attend private therapy for anger management at least once a week, continue with his alcohol monitoring, no attempts to use or obtain a weapon and no attempts to use force or violence.

TMZ broke the story ... Shia and a man got into some kind of verbal spat before the altercation allegedly turned physical back in June. Our sources had said when the dust settled ... Shia took the man's hat and left the scene.

It was unclear what led to the verbal altercation, but the man filed a police report and cops ultimately determined Shia was the aggressor. The case was ultimately handled by the L.A. City Attorney, who charged the actor with misdemeanor battery and petty theft charges.

Shia's also been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the location of the alleged incident, and he's gotta stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim, who he cannot contact.

The court's gonna check in on Shia's progress in 3 months, and if he's a good boy for the next year the charges will be dismissed. If he screws up, though, Shia could face trial.

Kim Kardashian Flunked the Baby Bar ... But Not Giving Up

Kim Kardashian has been trying to become a lawyer now for more than a year, but she's no closer to getting her license to practice law ... because she missed a passing grade on the baby bar exam.

Kim made it official on a preview of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," where she fessed up to flunking. TMZ heard she flunked the exam months ago, but our Kardashian sources would not confirm.

That said, she can always try again. It's unclear if she took the exam a second time, because many months have passed.

Kim said, "If you are doing law school the way I'm doing it, it is a 4-year program instead of your typical 3-year program, and after year 1, you have to take the baby bar. This was actually harder, I hear, than the official bar."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Kim scored 474 on the exam ... a passing grade is 560.

Kim's mentor in taking the exam, attorney Jessica Jackson, said, "That is extremely close on a test that most people are not taking in the middle of a pandemic." A source tells us Kim had to take the test at home, while balancing her kids and other factors ... making it more difficult than taking the test in a controlled environment.

Central Park 'karen' Sues Old Bosses ... You Labeled Me a Racist!!!

Published | Updated
Central Park Woman May 25, 2020
HE'S "THREATENING" MY LIFE!!!

Amy Cooper -- who was branded Central Park "Karen" after calling cops on a Black man -- is taking her former employer to court, saying they painted her with a broad, racist brush.

Cooper is suing investment firm Franklin Templeton, where she worked before this whole mess, alleging defamation, negligence, infliction of emotional distress and racial discrimination.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cooper claims FT fired her prematurely and without having all the facts. She goes on to say the honchos jumped on the bandwagon that was spreading across the country ... to portray her as another "privileged white female 'Karen.'"

She says they painted her as a racist when they announced they were cutting her loose in the days that followed ... saying they did not "tolerate racism of any kind," which Cooper believes wrongly labeled her, and helped ruin her life and future prospects.

Not just that, but Cooper says Franklin Templeton's claim of doing a full investigation -- which only lasted a couple days or so before they canned her -- wasn't up to snuff, and she claims they failed to review the entirety of her 911 calls for context.

Adding insult to injury ... Cooper claims FT didn't bother pulling notes from the New York City Park Board Meetings -- which she claims would've shed light on unproven allegations Christian Cooper, the guy with whom she had beef, had been noted as a pest in the park.

AC claims what was really going on that day is that Christian targeted her in a supposed ongoing feud between himself -- an avid bird watcher -- and dog owners in Central Park. She says she didn't call 911 out of racism, but out of genuine fear.

She was initially charged for filing a false report, but that was ultimately dropped.
