The security guard seen on video accosting 'Bachelorette' alum Michael Garofola last month is now facing 3 charges, including one for allegedly committing a hate crime.

TMZ's learned cops picked up the guard, a man named Ernest Anwuri, and he's been charged with felony battery, and felony vandalism for allegedly damaging Michael's cell phone during the altercation.

Beyond the physical action, Anwuri's words also got him in trouble. We've learned he's been hit with a misdemeanor hate crime charge. You’ll recall ... Garofola said Anwuri went on a rant about Jewish people during the incident. For what it's worth, Michael isn't Jewish.

Some of that is referenced in the video Michael was able to shoot.

We broke the story ... Garofola started recording when the guard allegedly flew into an anti-Semitic rage after Michael told him he should be wearing a mask. In the video, you see the guy charging toward Michael while spewing something about "the Jews."

Michael claims Anwuri then snatched his iPhone, threw it down and punched him in the head.

Michael's best known for finishing fifth on Desiree Hartsock's 'Bachelorette' season. He also appeared on "Bachelor in Paradise" and "The Bachelor Winter Games."

Michael tells us, "As a new resident of L.A., the last thing I expected was to be physically attacked in the parking garage of my own residential building ... While my injuries will eventually heal and my damaged property will eventually be replaced, I am just glad that a person who holds so much hatred in his heart for certain groups of people has been brought to justice and will no longer be a threat to anyone else he encounters.”

Prince Harry's left his quiet home in Montecito to spend some QT with his pal James Corden ... but this bro hang is all about work, instead of play.

We got this vid of the famous mates chilling on an open-air double-decker tour bus Friday in Hollywood -- and they were rolling pretty deep. As they pulled out of the CBS lot around noon, they were surrounded by a full crew, including 3 cameras and also got a police escort!

No word what they were shooting, but it has all the makings of a pretty epic Carpool Karaoke ... especially because Harry's not exactly known for his pipes.

James and Harry have been tight for years -- the 'Late Late Show' host attended Harry and Meghan's wedding. It is February Sweeps, so looks like James is pulling out the big guns for ratings.

Of course, Harry & Meghan left the big city last year when they spent $14 mil on a mansion up in Montecito -- but good to see he'll fight through SoCal traffic to help a friend in need.

T.I. and Tiny's reality show is pressing pause as the couple faces allegations of sexual abuse, even though they've vehemently denied the claims.

Production on "T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle" came to a grinding halt Friday as MTV put things on ice. Network honchos said, "We are aware of the allegations, and while they are not connected to our show, we have reached out to T.I. and Tameka Harris, as well as local and state officials."

Last month several women posted allegations on social media -- claiming the couple had drugged or coerced them into having sexual encounters. As far as we know, none of the accusers have reported claims to law enforcement, or filed lawsuits.

Still, MTV says, "Given the serious nature of the allegations, we have decided to suspend production in order to gather more information."

T.I. has strongly denied the allegations, and threatened legal action against at least one accuser.

SAG-AFTRA Prez and '90210' alum Gabrielle Carteris knows Donald Trump resigned to dodge punishment from the union, but says he could still get a rude awakening.

Gabrielle joined "TMZ Live" Friday to address the former President's letter to her, which as we reported contained the typical Trump beats -- petty insults, boasting and of course ... a claim he's been treated unfairly.

GC points out the timing of his resignation was just a day before he could have been disciplined and possibly expelled from the union -- so, she believes he simply didn't want to go through that.

Well, turns out Trump's not really in the clear just because he quit. Gabrielle laid out what SAG-AFTRA could still do to prevent him from ever rejoining the union.

Donald Trump -- the man who is about to stand trial for provoking an insurrection that could have brought down our government -- has resigned from Hollywood's labor union ... calling it "un-American."

Trump fired off a letter of resignation to SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris Wednesday ... this after the union's board was in the process of holding a hearing to boot him from the org.

In his letter, which is everything you would expect from Trump, he writes ... "I no longer wish to be associated with your union ... You have done nothing for me."

As we reported ... SAG-AFTRA's board of directors overwhelmingly voted that Trump violated the union's constitution in the wake of the insurrection, setting the stage for a disciplinary hearing that could have resulted in the revocation of his membership.

Trump groused ... "I write to you today regarding the so-called Disciplinary Committee hearing aimed at revoking my membership. Who cares!"

Our SAG-AFTRA sources say the org hasn't decided if it will continue with the expulsion hearing in case he tries to re-apply. It's very much like the Senate's impeachment trial ... yeah he's gone, but they could still prevent him from ever trying to come back to 1600.

Trump takes tons of shots at SAG-AFTRA and its leader, saying he's "not familiar" with Gabrielle's work before rattling off his movie and TV credits, including "one of the most successful shows in television history, The Apprentice."

It's interesting Trump brings up "The Apprentice" ... he can't do the show again if he's out of the union.

On his way out the door, Trump also takes credit for helping the cable news biz and claims he created tons of union jobs at "MSDNC and Fake News CNN."

Dustin Diamond is going to be cremated as one of his final wishes ... and his ashes are staying with his loved ones.

Dustin's close friend, Dan Block tells TMZ ... once the "Saved By The Bell" star is cremated, his remains will be placed in 2 separate urns for his father and girlfriend. We're told there are no plans to spread Dustin's ashes.

TMZ broke the story ... Dustin died Monday morning after a battle with Stage 4 lung cancer, with his girlfriend by his side when he passed away.

A rep for Dustin tells us he didn't want to be buried under a tombstone because, as a public figure, he was scared people might go to his final resting place and deface it.

Dan says Dustin had two dying wishes ... taking his girlfriend to see the 'Star Wars' attractions at Disney World, and meeting Tool bassist Justin Chancellor ... neither of which came true.

Dustin Diamond was working on a "Saved by the Bell" reboot of his own before he got sick and tragically passed ... bringing back Screech's sidekick for a series of insurance ads.

Dustin's friend, Dan Block of Insurance King, tells TMZ ... they've been working on building their very own Kevin -- Screech's A.I. creation on the original series -- over the past year.

We're told the plan was to shoot a series of commercials with Dustin and Kevin ... where he introduces the robot he built to help save money on car insurance.

Dustin did a bunch of ads for Insurance King already over the years, but this was going to be a new campaign. Sadly, he got sick and passed away before the robot was complete and filming was set to begin.

On the bright side ... Dan says the robot will be complete in the next week, and he wants to offer it to "Saved by the Bell" producers to use in the reboot.

As we've told you ... despite Dustin's desire to be included in the 'SBTB' reboot, he was never asked to join the cast for season 1. However, his rep tells us they were in talks with producers in November 2020 about possibly reviving some Screech storylines for future episodes.

Joe Giudice's about to have his mug back on TV ... the former reality dad is in talks for a new show ya might call, 'Real Single Guys of Italy.'

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Joe's currently in negotiations with a production company about creating the show, which we're told would focus on his new post-prison/post-divorce life in his homeland.

Nothing's been shot yet, and we're told neither Bravo nor his ex-wife, Teresa, are involved in the potential project. This is a Joe solo deal.

If Joe and the production co. can strike a deal, their next move would be shopping around the show to a network or streaming service to air it.

As you know, Joe was a central figure -- along with Teresa -- in "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."

He hasn't appeared on Bravo since October 2019, when he told Andy Cohen about his decision to opt-out of ICE detention and move to Italy.

Terry Crews' son, Isaiah doesn't need a side hustle ... because he's getting paid a small fortune for his role in "Side Hustle."

The 15-year-old actor is off to a strong start in the family business after landing a recurring role on the Nickelodeon series, "Side Hustle." According to his minors contract, obtained by TMZ, Isaiah is banking $15k per episode in the first season alone.

Looks like season one has 10 episodes ... which should net him a cool $150k. And, get this ... he'll see significant increases per episode if the show's a hit and gets picked up for new seasons ... he could earn nearly $20k an episode by season 6.

This isn't Isaiah's first role in Hollywood. He appeared as himself in his pops' short-lived reality show "The Family Crews" a little over 10 years ago. He's probably used to the cameras ... what with his father being a huge Hollywood star and all.

Kelly Dodd's disdain for COVID-19 and the safety measures around it just cost her a job -- not her TV one ... but another that might've been just as important.

The 'Real Housewives' star was just dropped by a brand with whom she had an endorsement deal -- Positive Beverage, a natural energy and vitamins drink she'd been repping of lately. This isn't a coincidence -- PB canned her as a direct result of her behavior regarding 'rona.

They write, "Our core values of wellness, community, diversity and inclusion should be reflected by our brand and anyone associated with it," adding ... "it has become clear over the past few months that Kelly's controversial views and opinions have distracted from our primary objectives, so effective today, we are no longer affiliated with Kelly Dodd-Leventhal."

Positive Beverage goes on to say while it welcomes a mix of people with differing views on things, there's gotta be an underlying layer of respect ... and they feel Kelly's lost that, and thus -- she's lost them too. It's a big deal ... Kelly was a big deal for them, appearing in several sponsored posts.

We're sure she was collecting a nice check from them. You'd think she'd be pissed, but not so ... Kelly had a quick, snappy response to the news.

She writes, "I'm glad I could help put Positive Beverage on the map and wish them well. I’m also really excited about my next venture in the beauty industry, which is my real passion. Stay tuned!" Sounds like there's no love lost on her end either.

Of course, this comes directly on the heels of Kelly going out and recording herself dining with friends at an OC restaurant ... where a bunch of them jokingly called themselves "super spreaders" and mocked mask-wearing and the virus as well.

She's made other comments about the pandemic that were eyebrow-raising ... some for which she's apologized. KD kept at it though ... and this mighta been the last straw.

Outdoor dining is back again in Southern California, including in Orange County ... where Kelly Dodd and her friends seemed all too ready to celebrate their status as super-spreaders.

The 'Real Houseweives' star posted videos Saturday, showing her and a group of her pals grabbing a bite and drinks at a restaurant in Newport Beach called Billy's at the Beach. Kelly starts out showing her and the group in utter jubilation ... ready to down some Mai Tais.

Soon enough, she's leading everyone -- including other tables in the patio -- in a collective cheers, which everyone joins in on. Some guy across the way also throws in a mention of COVID as reason to celebrate, and another fella gleefully observes ... "nobody's wearing a mask!"

Everyone around laughs it up, and then someone in Kelly's group appears to shout "super-spreaders!" ... and Kelly herself seems to repeat it as she cackles away, as do others.

She goes on to sarcastically ask friends of hers at the table if they're allowed to be there, and if they're doing anything wrong ... to which they assure her they're not. It's pretty clear she's doing more than just enjoying the outdoor dining ... Kelly's mocking the virus -- as well as precautions -- now that things are back to "normal."  FYI ... we ain't close to normal.

It's interesting Kelly's this open with her contempt over the lockdown -- because just a month and change ago ... she was apologizing on Andy Cohen's 'Watch What Happens Live' for comments she'd previously made about COVID, including saying it was God's way of "thinning the herd."

A friend of 'Bachelor' Matt James body-shamed one of his contestants -- Victoria Larson -- but she doesn't really seem to care all that much ... if anything, she's almost excusing it.

We got Victoria Friday night in Bev Hills and asked her about Matt's golfing buddy making a remark about her body in a surfaced clip that was apparently shot after his season wrapped. The guy's name is Jerry, and he seemed to be trying to distract Matt.

Shortly after the clip was posted, Victoria wrote ... "Cute... I love my body :)" and later posted a body shot of herself in a bikini, to silence the haters. Plus, she threw up a meme of men commenting on beautiful women's bodies ... almost as commentary.

As fired up as she seemed at the time, Victoria was NOT nearly as enthusiastic to shut down the body-shaming in our clip ... like we said, she almost chalked it up to "boys will be boys" or "locker-room talk." She didn't use those words exactly, but the sentiment was there.

Watch for yourself ... she tells us she actually doesn't think it was Jerry -- the dude who made the comment -- who shamed her, and she gets that in a competitive environment, sometimes you say things to throw your opponent off. Hmmm ... okay.

She went on to write off all the talk of it as "noise" ... and when we asked if she hoped Matt himself had learned his lesson, and if the franchise would try to get more inclusive ... Victoria was careful not to cast a stone, actually praising Matt and dodging the question.

It's interesting ... Matt was silent in the moment when his buddy made the body comment about Victoria, but was later quick to condemn it during an appearance on "The Real." He said he needed to surround himself with better friends, but he didn't seem all that bothered by it in real-time.

"Sex and the City" star Jason Lewis got into a heated argument with his neighbor after the actor was caught firing a weapon to scare some feral cats away, but the gun wasn't loaded with bullets.

Jason was clearly upset over cats that were abandoned after one of his neighbors died this past September. Another neighbor has been feeding the felines every day, but according to the neighbor, Jason was pissed off because the cats were pooping in his yard.

The neighbor apparently caught Jason shooting in the vicinity of the strays, and that triggered a heated argument.

Jason explained he was shooting grains of rice in the direction of the cats, not to hurt them but rather to show them he means business. That did not sit well with the neighbor.

Jason, who also appeared in "90210" and "Charmed," told the neighbor he didn't aim for the cats but rather shot in their general direction to scare them. The neighbor says it's undermining her efforts to get the cats to trust her so she can find them new homes.

Jason tells TMZ, "Everyone who knows me knows my love of animals. I've tried for months to work with a person who is coming into the neighborhood and feeding a large group of feral cats in an effort to relocate them as they have been filling the yards with fleas and waste."

Bill Maher did not disappoint Friday night, offering up a bunch of reasons why Champ and Major are the wokest dogs on Pennsylvania Ave.

The 'Real Time' host hilariously ticked off reasons why the Bidens' pooches sit on the progressive side of things.

For instance ... Major only smells asses that are gluten-free, and Champ's a German Shepherd but identifies as a Dobie.

As you know by now, there's Major news at 1600 because it now has the first rescue dog ever at the White House.

Speaking of ... Champ and Major were much quicker to make themselves at home than a previous White House occupant ... so says B.M.

The dogs have already made their presence known ... they were barking up a storm outside the Oval Monday as Biden signed an order reversing Trump's ban on transgender people serving in the military.

We've learned the cause of death for the 'Wipeout' contestant who collapsed shortly after completing the obstacle course, and it underscores the hidden dangers of extreme sport game shows.

The contestant, 38-year-old Michael Paredes, died from a heart attack which was brought on by coronary artery disease ... according to the Los Angeles County Coroner.

The autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, notes Paredes was running an obstacle course built over a body of water when he fell down into the depths. He swam to the edge of the water but was unable to pull himself out, and when he was eventually pulled out he was placed in a wheelchair.

Paredes leaned side-to-side in the wheelchair and went into cardiopulmonary arrest. He was resuscitated before being rushed to a hospital, the report says.

The contestant died about 24 hours after being hospitalized. The autopsy reveals extensive blockage in his coronary arteries. The right coronary artery had up to 90% stenosis -- narrowing or restriction -- and the other coronary arteries had issues as well. An acute case of pneumonia is also mentioned as a secondary factor.

When we broke the story back in November, production sources told us 'Wipeout' contestants underwent medical exams before participating ... and the autopsy notes Paredes had no reported medical history.
