NYC Subway Horror Man, Cop Nearly Crushed By Train... Saved Moments Before Impact!!!!

PULLED FROM THE RAILS
Twitter/@NYPDPC

A man suffered a medical emergency Friday and fell onto train tracks in NYC -- but he and a police officer were miraculously saved moments before they were crushed under the wheels of an oncoming subway.

Dramatic NYPD bodycam footage captured the moment 2 officers and a Good Samaritan jumped onto the tracks to help the injured man to safety inside the East Harlem station. The cops were originally on the southbound platform and ran over to the northbound side after seeing the man take a tumble.

Video shows the trio lifting the man and rolling him onto the platform. The good sam and one of the officers then climbed back onto the platform. But, the other cop got stuck on the tracks as his belt was briefly caught under the platform's ledge.

Moments later, the train rolled into the station, but, thankfully, the good sam grabbed the officer's arms and hoisted him onto the platform before he was struck.

The 2 cops and the good sam were not injured. The man who fell onto the tracks was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. No word on the extent of his injuries.

The Farmlink Project College Grads Have Game-Changing Way to Feed the Food Insecure

MAKING A DIFFERENCE
TMZ.com

There's a massive problem with food going to waste in America as millions of people with food insecurity suffer, but some Brown University grads have figured out an awesome way to turn things around.

The Farmlink Project is connecting farms with massive oversupplies of food with food banks around the country. It's lightyears more effective than finding a restaurant here and there that is throwing away perfectly good food.

Co-CEO Ben Collier tells TMZ ... he and his pals from Brown shelved big careers in investment banking and other areas to find a better way to help the hungry.

Ben says farms routinely throw out millions of pounds of extra food, but he and his cohorts are changing that.

He cites one example of a farm that had 40,000 extra pounds of onions ... which Farmlink moved to an L.A. food bank.

The org. had 35 truckloads of avocados in Pennsylvania quickly shipped to an area food bank. The word "quickly" is the key, since avocados spoil quickly.

So far Farmlink has moved 85 MILLION pounds of food and provided 71 MILLION meals.

The org is seeking donations ... a buck provides 20 meals -- 24 pounds of food.

Lots of students have ideals they talk about, but taking action is a whole different story. Ben and Co. have done just that. Congrats.

University Of Idaho Murders Videos Pouring In ... What They DON'T Show Could be Key

PIECING IT ALL TOGETHER
TMZ.com

Idaho detectives say they are piecing together a story of what happened inside the house where 4 students were slaughtered, and they say video could be key, and not just what the videos show ... but what they DON'T show.

Aaron Snell from the Idaho State Police tells TMZ, his department is combing through videos which he suggests could provide clues, but then goes on to say, "What we need people to recognize is that often times what's not in the video might help us just as much as what is."

He goes on to say, "We can really create that whole picture based on what is there, what isn't there and be able to follow that through."

Snell would not get specific, but it raises the question ... is there an absence of third parties coming in and out of the murder house? As you know, police say the 2 surviving roommates are not suspects.

Police are looking at video the night before the murders, the night of the killings and what followed.

Snell says their hunt for evidence has been "very successful" ... video tips have been pouring in.

As we reported ... the 4 University of Idaho students were stabbed to death as they "likely" slept inside an off-campus residence. The assailant or assailants were armed with a combat knife similar to the one used by Sylvester Stallone's "Rambo" character in the '80's film, "First Blood."

Police have not located the murder weapon or released a motive for the attack.

'Amazing Race' Donald Anthony St. Claire Dead At 87

Donald Anthony St. Claire, one of the oldest contestants to ever appear on "The Amazing Race," has died.

Don's son Greg tells TMZ ... Donald collapsed and died at his home in Angels Camp, CA and the family believes he suffered some type of heart issue.

We're told Don, who appeared on "The Amazing Race" season 6 in 2004, had recently been feeling unwell. He was checked out by doctors and everything came back great ... so his death came as a shock to the family.

Don teamed up with his wife, Mary Jean ... they were eliminated in Germany, finishing in 8th place.

Outside his reality TV fame, Don was a renowned doctor in Northern California, practicing internal medicine in Palo Alto for 40 years and serving on Stanford University's clinical faculty.

Don and Mary Jean traveled the world together with their family, far from the lenses of CBS cameras. He once won an International Winemaker of the Year award.

Don was 87.

Mark Cuban Not Jumping Ship On Crypto ... Amid FTX Scandal

BANKING ON IT
TMZSports.com

FTX might be doomed, but Mark Cuban isn't giving up on crypto just yet ... telling TMZ Sports there's still a ton of value in the digital currency, despite the exchange's massive crisis.

We spoke with the billionaire Mavs owner out in NYC this week ... and he told us that even amidst difficult times, he believes cryptocurrency still has relevance when appropriately used.

"Separate the signal from the noise," Cuban said. "There's been a lot of people making a lot of mistakes, but it doesn't change the underlying value."

Cuban said that as long as consumers have viable options in the crypto world, he doesn't foresee the currency going into the tank.

As we reported, Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Steph Curry, Shaquille O'Neal, Udonis Haslem, David Ortiz, Trevor Lawrence, Shohei Ohtani, and Naomi Osaka are all part of a lawsuit claiming FTX honcho Sam Bankman-Fried enlisted their help to scheme people.

We asked Mark about Bankman-Fried, who's accused of creating the fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme intended to take advantage of investors, and the billionaire thinks jail time is imminent for the 30-year-old.

"I don't know all the details, but if I were him, I'd be afraid of going to jail for a long time," Cuban said. "I talked to the guy and thought he was smart."

"I had no idea he was going to take other people's money and put it to his personal use."

Finally, we asked Cuban about Elon Musk and his impact on Twitter since acquiring the platform ... and Mark says Elon is doing what Elon does best.

Bob Dylan Lyrics Sheet For 'Desolation Row' ... Hitting Market for $425,000

There's a super rare piece of Bob Dylan history going up for sale ... the original lyrics to one of his most famous songs, "Desolation Row" ... and it's got a six-figure price tag.

Bob scribbled the poetic lyrics on a couple sheets of paper way back in 1965, and now the manuscript is hitting the open market for the first time ever. The parchment also has a few of Bob's edits.

The good folks over at Moments In Time are handling the sale ... and the asking price is a staggering $425,000 ... so ya gotta have some pretty deep pockets.

As Bob's fans know, "Desolation Row" is generally considered one of his top five songs of all time. The sprawling song features a ton of lyrics -- the track is over 11 minutes long -- with Bob flexing his skills as a poet with tons of literary imagery.

"Desolation Row" is the last track on Bob's famous 1965 album, "Highway 61 Revisited," which opens with his biggest hit, "Like a Rolling Stone."

We're told the seller is a man who has been friends with Bob since they were kids ... he was given the lyrics sheet over 20 years ago, and held onto them until deciding to sell. Smart guy!!!

'Squid Game' O Yeong-Su Indicted For Sexual Misconduct

'Squid Game' star and Golden Globe winner O Yeong-su has been indicted for sexual misconduct in South Korea ... after allegedly touching a woman inappropriately multiple times.

The unnamed woman filed the complaint against the 78-year-old actor last December ... according to local news outlet JTBC -- saying he touched her several times without her consent.

The specifics behind the incidents are unclear, but Yeong-su claims he only held the woman's hand once while guiding her around a lake ... telling local outlets he apologized for doing so, but says that doesn't mean he's admitted to the charges.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

While the alleged victim filed the complaint last year, police made the decision to not move forward with the case a few months later ... but the alleged victim objected, and the case was reopened.

Prosecutors believe there were several instances where the actor had significant physical contact with the woman, but specifics have yet to be released.

Fans of the Netflix hit show will remember the actor as Oh Il-nam, AKA player 001 ... the seemingly-lucky contestant in the deadly competition that was secretly behind the entire game.

Kanye West Donald Trump Hurled Insults at Kim

11/24/22
TURNING ON TRUMP

Kanye West released his first video for his 2024 presidential run, and he claims Donald Trump has some super unkind things to say about his then-wife, Kim Kardashian, but what exactly 45 allegedly said is a mystery.

Ye, who posted the vid on Twitter, says Trump was pissed when he suggested a demotion -- that Trump become his Veep ... "I think the thing Trump was most perturbed about [was] me asking him to be my vice president. I think that was lower on the list of things that caught him off guard."

It seems he's saying this conversation occurred recently at Mar-a-Lago.

Kanye says Trump told him he released Alice Johnson not because of Kim but because of him, and then claimed Trump lobbed some insults about Kim. What those insults are -- well, we don't know because there's a big 'ol bleep over the comment.

Kanye, who did not declare he's running although he has said it in the past, had some convoluted things to say about the January 6th insurrectionists -- that he challenged Trump for not "acting to legally protect those who invaded the U.S. Capitol Building ..."

Ye says Trump yelled at him during their encounter, saying he "started basically screaming at me at the table, telling me I am going to lose," then laughing as he added, "Has that worked for anyone in history?"

And Kanye urged Trump to get the band back together, as in Steve Bannon and crew.

Shakira Prosecutors Engaging in Smear Campaign and Shakedown ... Singer Fighting Back

Shakira is firing back at Spanish prosecutors, claiming she's the victim of a smear campaign and has the receipts to prove it.

The singer filed legal docs Friday in Spain, answering allegations she failed to pay more than $14 million in taxes for income earned from 2012 through 2014.

Shakira says during that period, she was NOT a resident of Spain. According to the laws of the country, she's required to pay taxes if she spends 183 days or more there in a single year.

She says during the period in question, she actually paid $10,141,075 in taxes to the U.S. government -- this is the time when she appeared as a coach on "The Voice." She says she was not in Spain for the requisite period of time -- 183 days.

Prosecutors are seeking an 8-year prison sentence and a $24 million fine if she's convicted in the upcoming trial, but she says in new legal docs she's paid more than $90 mil to Spain's version of Uncle Sam.

According to the legal docs, Shakira declared herself a tax resident of Spain in 2015, after settling there with her family and enrolling her son in school.

Shakira claims the government is also gunning for her failure to pay in 2011 ... she says she was on a global tour and only spend a grand total of 60 days in the country.

She says prosecutors have violated her right of privacy and the presumption of innocence by putting her on blast the way they have. She calls it a smear campaign.

Walmart Mass Shooter Eyewitness Says 'He Was Going Hunting' Shot Dead Bodies

The man who fatally shot 6 of his Walmart co-workers was so angry at some of them he reportedly kept shooting them after they were already dead.

Walmart manager Andre Bing went on his Tuesday night killing rampage inside the Chesapeake, Virginia, department store ... but, for some reason he spared the life of one of his colleagues, Jessica Wilczewski.

BING AT WORK
Facebook / Draayia Janaee

Wilczewski gave an interview to the Associated Press, explaining she was in the employee break room when Bing entered with his semi-automatic handgun.

She said, "The way he was acting -- he was going hunting. The way he was looking at people’s faces and the way he did what he did, he was picking people out."

Wilczewski watched in horror as Bing committed overkill. "What I do know is that he made sure who he wanted dead, was dead," she said. "He went back and shot dead bodies that were already dead."

Wilczewski, who had only been working at the store for five days, said she crouched under a table to take cover when the gunfire erupted. At some point, Bing walked over to her and said, "Jessie, go home."

She then dashed out of the store before Bing killed himself with his own pistol. She later speculated Bing had spared her life because she was a new employee.

As we reported, police found Bing's manifesto in his cell phone, detailing his troubles with his job and fellow employees. Cops also discovered an apparent "hit list" near Bing's body with the names of individuals he wanted to murder.

Aaron Carter FIANCÉE MELANIE FIRST HOLIDAY WITHOUT HIM ... Honors Him With Son

Aaron Carter's fiancée Melanie Martin just had her first holiday without him ... and she and her family found a way to honor the late singer.

Carter family sources tell TMZ … Melanie and Prince -- the son she shared with Aaron -- spent Turkey Day with her family. Prince just had his first birthday.

We're told Aaron used to be in charge of cooking the turkey, so this time Melanie and her fam tackled the chore in Aaron's honor ... doing their best to match his skills in the kitchen.

Melanie also kept up another of Aaron's Thanksgiving traditions ... he always liked watching 2 movies on Turkey Day -- "Home Alone" and "Iron Man" -- so Melanie and the brood watched both.

Obviously, the first holiday after the death of a loved one is super tough ... Melanie's sister, Jennifer, brought a four-legged friend to the family get-together ... Aaron's dog Zelda.

TMZ broke the story ... Jennifer and her fiancé Max took in Zelda, the 3-and-a-half-year-old German shepherd, the day after Aaron passed. Melanie was excited to see the pooch.

Melanie made it through a tough Thanksgiving, and she's dreading December, which is filled with holidays and milestones. December was Aaron's birthday month and their anniversary.

Melanie is still trying to process Aaron's death ... it's all one day at a time.

'White Lotus' Season 2 Hotel ... Americans Swarm Online for a Peek

The hotel featured in the second season of "The White Lotus" is as gorgeous in real life as it is on TV -- something Americans are itching to see for themselves.

A rep for San Domenico Palace in Taormina -- a 5-star Four Seasons Hotel & Resort on the eastern coast of Sicily -- tells TMZ, ever since the new season of 'WL' hit HBO last month, management has seen a tremendous spike in traffic from U.S. markets.

We're told there's been a 70% increase in searches/site visits since Season 2 dropped.

Even though there's high interest, there hasn't been a measurable boost in reservations. And, the timing isn't great ... the resort, which opened just a little more than a year ago, is just about to close for the season.

The hotel is playing the long game ... the rep says management is quite sure the HBO hit will give the resort a major boost.
