Tekashi 6ix9ine Sentencing Judge Gives Him 2 Years!!! Baby Mama Says No Way He's a Changed Man

Published | Updated
UPDATE

12:50 PM PT -- Tekashi's baby mama, Sara Molina, joined "TMZ Live" and said she's adamant the rapper will NOT learn his lesson after all of this ... because in no way has this ordeal changed him. She goes on to say Tekashi and his family tried to use her 4-year-old daughter, Saraiyah, as a prop ... and she wasn't having it.

UPDATE
Sara Molina joined TMZ Live shortly after 6ix9ine's sentencing, where she tells us she hasn't heard from him in a year.

UPDATE

9:51 AM PT -- 24 MONTHS ... THAT'S IT.

UPDATE

Tekashi 6ix9ine just got the deal of the century -- Judge Paul Engelmayer gave him a 2-year sentence, but keep in mind ... he's already served 13 months of that. Bottom line: Tekashi will be out by late 2020.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Once he gets out, he'll be on supervised release for 5 years and will have to complete 300 hours of community service and pay a $35k fine.

UPDATE

Tekashi, who was wearing dark blue prison scrubs, had almost no reaction when the sentence was read. You'd think he'd be ecstatic, but he sat stoically. BTW, his hair was almost completely black with just traces of his famous rainbow dye job in his braids.

UPDATE

Before handing down his sentence, Engelmayer ran down very specific examples as to why Tekashi should serve more than just the 13 months of time served his team had been pushing. The judge said even though Tekashi cooperated in tremendous fashion, "one way or another the full range of your conduct would have come to light."

UPDATE

Engelmayer -- who revealed Tekashi met with the feds 26 times -- said Tekashi may not have pulled the trigger in shootings, but made it crystal clear Tekashi's responsible ... completely rejecting the notion Tekashi was just a passive participant.

UPDATE

The judge did add Tekashi helped prosecutors tremendously but said, "In my judgment, your conduct is too violent and selfish to make 13 months reasonable. You will not be going free today." Engelmayer said Tekashi deserved a great deal of credit for cooperation but 13 months as time served was NOT nearly enough.

UPDATE

Engelmayer also showed some sense of humor ... saying he appreciated the snitching memes -- whether at his or Tekashi's expense. The judge called Tekashi's cooperation brave ... underscoring that cooperation of criminal insiders is a necessary tool. The judge said Tekashi's cooperation was so much ... no gang will wanna work with him ever again.

UPDATE

8:54 AM PT -- After a female victim -- an innocent bystander shot in the foot during one of the gang's crimes -- spoke, Tekashi finally addressed the court. He offered to pay her medical bills. Tekashi admitted throwing his money around was not the best look, but he wanted to help her and apologized for the shooting.

UPDATE

He read most of his comments from a letter he'd written, and talked about his father abandoning his family when he was in third grade. He also copped to making a lot of bad choices in his 23 years but said that didn't make him a bad person.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing the judge in federal court, and he's about to find out exactly how long he'll be locked up -- AKA, how much all that snitching shaved off his time.

The sentencing hearing got underway Wednesday at 10 AM ET, and prosecutors are breaking down exactly how valuable Tekashi was in helping them convict 2 members of the Nine Trey Bloods ... Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah Mack.

Prosecutors told the judge they met with him 2 to 3 times a week, and he sang like a canary -- about his involvement in numerous crimes.

And, this was interesting -- did you know there's a rating system for criminals? For purposes of sentencing, the feds calculated Tekashi's criminal history at a category 2.

Here's the math on that: 6ix9ine got 1 point for his 2018 conviction for using a minor in a sexual performance (in a music video), and 2 more points for his involvement in the Nine Trey Bloods while on probation. Those 3 points put him in category 2. Keep in mind the highest/worst criminal history rating is a 6.

Tekashi was originally facing a minimum of 47 years in prison before agreeing to assist prosecutors by ratting out his former gang members. As we reported, he pled guilty to 9 counts when he entered his plea back on January 23.

Tekashi 6ix9ine On Pins and Needles for Sentencing ... At the Mercy of the Judge

Published | Updated

Tekashi 6ix9ine is in the dark and anxiously awaiting to hear his fate this week ... or so we're being told.

Sources at 69's federal detention facility tell TMZ ... Tekashi is feeling the pressure ahead of his sentencing hearing on Wednesday, where the court will decide how long he'll be behind bars going forward after cooperating with the feds and snitching his heart out.

Our sources say 6ix9ine is incredibly nervous -- despite his tough-guy public image -- and that he has no idea what to expect. We're told Tekashi knows he's at the mercy of the judge -- who can toss him in a cage and throw away the key for a long time if he sees fit.

Based on the charges he's already pled guilty to, Tekashi faces, at minimum, 47 years in prison -- although he and prosecutors have asked for significantly less.

Kodak Black I've Been Drugged, Beaten in Prison ... Implicates 'Abusive' Guards

Published | Updated

Kodak Black says he's been living in hell behind bars, and he seems to be blaming correctional officers for much of his misfortune ... straight from the horse's mouth.

The incarcerated rapper posted a lengthy message Saturday on Instagram, claiming he was drugged with a laced substance back in October -- which he alleges resulted in him being denied medical attention and, later, pepper-sprayed by a guard he says turned a blind eye.

Kodak cites several physical altercations he's gotten into with different inmates over the past several months, many of which he claims were either escalated by correctional officers on hand or neglected altogether. At one point, he claims he had to be put into a wheelchair.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The bigger picture ... Kodak says he's being treated like a dog in Miami's FDC prison -- where he says he's been holed up in the "Box" for the past 45 days without proper care.

For example, he cites little to no access to the commissary, poor hygiene and a regimen of psych meds that he doesn't seem to think are helping at all. On top of all that, Kodak says he's had to mourn the death of his good friend, Juice WRLD ... who passed away last weekend.

He ends his rant by saying, "I want to shed this light on police brutality and the tactics they use to cover their behinds" ... adding a #JUSTICEFORKODAK for good measure. Of course, we'd heard these claims before from his camp -- but now, it's coming straight from KB.

As we reported ... Kodak was sentenced for 46 months in prison in his federal gun case.

Alleged Butt-Slapping Runner Arrested for Sexual Battery

Published

The guy who admitted to slapping a female reporter's backside while running a 5k race has been arrested.

Thomas Callaway of Georgia surrendered to authorities Friday and posed for this mug shot. He was booked for misdemeanor sexual battery and was released on $1,300 bond. If convicted, he faces a max sentence of up to 12 months behind bars and up to a $5,000 fine.

TMZ broke the story ... the WSAV-TV reporter -- 23-year-old Alex Bozarjian -- seemed intent of pursuing a criminal case against Callaway after his alleged "smack and grab" during the River Bridge Run last weekend ... when a shocked Bozarjian seemed to respond to contact.

She filed a police report soon thereafter, and went to blast Callaway on social media by saying she the moment was "violating" and "embarrassing." She later told "CBS This Morning" that he'd taken her power from her, and she was simply trying to take it back.

Callaway went on national TV to try and apologize, saying he had a lapse in judgment and got caught up in the moment. He said he hoped Bozarjian could forgive him. BTW, he's reportedly a teen church youth minister and a Boy Scout leader too.

His attorney said his client did not act with any criminal intentions, adding ... "Tommy is a loving husband and father who is very active in the community. We have been in touch with WSAV and representatives of Ms. Alex Bozarjian, as well as members of Savannah law enforcement."

Looks like the reporter isn't letting this one go.

Kevin Hart Ex-Friend Skates on 2 More Charges ... 1 Left in Sex Tape Scandal

Published | Updated

The guy Kevin Hart believes tried to extort him in the sex tape scandal ... is 2 more steps closer to getting off scot-free in the case after a new court order.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, J.T. Jackson scored in court Friday when the judge dropped 2 of the 3 remaining charges he was facing. The judge said there was insufficient evidence to move forward with prosecuting Kevin's ex-friend with attempted concealing and selling stolen property, and one count of unauthorized use of personal identifying information -- basically, identity theft.

Jackson is still facing an additional count of identity theft, a felony ... in connection with the sex tape. Prosecutors alleged Jackson tried to score money from Kevin in exchange for the 2017 video of Kevin with Montia Sabbag in a Las Vegas hotel room.

Remember, the stiffest charge Jackson was facing -- attempted extortion -- was dropped back in September. As we reported, prosecutors didn't think that charge would stick because Jackson never directly made a specific financial demand of Kevin or his people.

Jackson's attorney, Jacob Glucksman, tells us, "We’ve maintained innocence since day one and as things have unfolded our beliefs have been confirmed. We will continue to fight this until Mr. Jackson’s name is cleared.

He adds, "The D.A. is grasping at straws and is being pressured by Mr. Hart's team of lawyers and agents, but we will continue to prevail."

We've reached out to the D.A.'s office for comment. So far, no word back.

Sally Field Arrested for Protesting ... Joins 'Fire Drill Friday' Climate Change Club

Published | Updated
Sally Field
GETTIN' IN ON THE ACTION

Jane Fonda's ever-growing celebrity crew of climate change activists has a new recruit -- Sally Field ... and she's been arrested for the cause too.

The legendary actress was hauled away by Capitol police in D.C. Friday for protesting on the steps of the building ... just like Fonda, several more members of Hollywood's elite and many other concerned citizens the past 10 weeks of Jane's "Fire Drill Friday" initiative.

Sally spoke to the crowd before her arrest, addressing this week's theme of transitioning to a green future ... and cited her Oscar-winning film, "Norma Rae," for inspiration in getting it done.

It's unclear how many people were arrested on a rainy Friday along with Field, but once again it seems like Fonda ducked trouble.

As we've reported ... Jane's been cautiously avoiding getting locked up after 4 previous arrests for protesting, because a 5th could lead to substantial jail time and her 'FDF' folks want her around for her leadership.

That hasn't stopped other stars from joining the arrest club, though ... Paul Sheer, Diane Lane, Piper Perabo, Amber Valletta, Sam Waterston, Ted Danson, Rosanna Arquette and Catherine Keener have all taken one for the team since the movement began.

We're certain there will be more.

Tommy 'Two Gloves' Gainey Lights Up Golf Course ... 4 Days After Arrest

Published | Updated

Tommy "Two Gloves" Gainey is a real crappy criminal ... but the dude sure can golf -- 'cause just 4 days after he was arrested for soliciting a prostitute -- he CRUSHED it on the course!

Despite being busted on Dec. 8 for trying to pay an undercover officer for sex acts ... Gainey still dominated the first day of the final stage of Korn Ferry Tour Q-School in Florida on Thursday.

Taking on the Orange County National course in Winter Gardens, Florida ... Gainey went SUPER low, shooting a 6-under 66 -- and finishing his round in a tie for 6th place.

Gainey's card was VERY impressive ... the 44-year-old logged six birdies, one eagle and just two bogeys.

Of course, Gainey's still got three days left in the tournament ... but it's a hell of a start for the guy, considering what he went through at the beginning of this week.

As we previously reported, Gainey was 1 of 124 people arrested in an undercover investigation in Polk County, Florida dubbed, "Operation Santa's Naughty List."

Gainey was popped for solicitation -- a 1st-degree misdemeanor -- and, in video of the encounter obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see "Two Gloves" offering $60 for sex acts.

Juice WRLD Police Racial Profiling Suspected

Published | Updated

The fact cops were all over Juice WRLD multiple times -- including an NYC bust last year -- pisses off his friends, who think cops were merely profiling a 20-year-old rich black man who dares to fly on private jets.

Sources who regularly interacted with Juice and were close to him tell TMZ ... all of the run-ins he had with cops are more than suspicious. The fact feds just happened to show up at multiple airports where he and/or his private jet were searched is enough for Juice's inner circle to believe this might well have something to do with race and rappers.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Juice got arrested in 2018 at NYC's LaGuardia Airport after officers responded to a call for "prohibited items" found inside one of his checked bags. We're told the items included a small amount of marijuana and bottles of codeine cough syrup.

Cardi B Indulges Fashion Police at Court For Strip Club Case

Cardi B Enters in Style
ARRIVING IN STYLE

Cardi B knows how to make an entrance ... especially at a courthouse where she's facing multiple criminal charges.

The rapper arrived in Queens Tuesday for a hearing in her strip club beatdown case, and was dressed in a large feather/furry coat with a long train dragging behind her. In other words ... fashion gala-ready fab!!!

She appeared to be in good spirits too ... she was flashing smiles for fans waiting nearby on the courthouse steps. It was a flashy entrance for a very brief and uneventful hearing where the next court was set for January.

Cardi pled not guilty in June to new charges, including attempted assault in the 2nd degree. Before that, she was indicted on 12 charges, including 2 counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury.

As we reported ... this all came after Cardi rejected a plea deal in the case -- she was initially charged with just 2 misdemeanors for allegedly ordering an attack on 2 strip club bartenders who are sisters -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- back in August 2018.

Cardi's beef with the women allegedly stems from her belief Jade -- who's now Tekashi 6ix9ine's girlfriend -- slept with her husband, Offset.

Jade's been back in the picture recently too -- she put Offset on blast for allegedly slipping into her DMs and posted what she believes is video evidence.

Cardi and Offset say his account was hacked, and he wasn't contacting Jade.

Texas Teen Arrested for Carving Name Into His GF's Head

Published

A teenager in Texas got busted for carving his name into his girlfriend's head -- this after he allegedly beat her to a pulp.

The alleged scumbag is 19-year-old Jackub Hildreth, who was arrested and booked in San Antonio this weekend for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon ... having allegedly attacked his 22-year-old girlfriend on Thursday at an apartment complex in the area.

The alleged victim spoke with KSAT about the incident ... telling the outlet she thought she was going to die in the moment. According to the arrest affidavit, she reportedly told cops Hildreth held her by the neck and punched her 10 times after an argument escalated.

After that, she claims he used a knife to etch his name across her forehead ... and then fled the scene. We won't ID the woman, but it appears Hildreth has her name tattooed across his own face ... plus other scribblings. Kinda David McCall-esque, if you've seen "Fear."

BTW, the guy has a lengthy rap sheet in Bexar County too -- with warrants for past domestic violence charges and at least one other weapons charge. He's in jail on $75,000 bond.

His next court date is in January.

Cowboys' Antwaun Woods Arrested for Weed Allegedly Tried to Destroy Evidence

Published | Updated
UPDATE

8:38 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained the police report ... which says Woods is being accused of "tampering with evidence" because he allegedly put a lit joint in a water bottle.

UPDATE

Here's the deal ... cops say Woods was pulled over around 11:15 PM for going 77 in a 60.

UPDATE

During the stop, the officer smelled weed and believed Woods was stoned -- and asked if there was weed inside the vehicle.

UPDATE

Woods allegedly admitted to having a bunch of marijuana in the car. The officer says Woods had a backpack containing 2 mason jars of weed and a small gold cylinder of weed.

UPDATE

The officer says he noticed a half-empty water bottle with a joint floating in it -- and claims Woods admitted to putting it there while he was being pulled over. The officer says Wood was attempting to "get rid of potential evidence."

UPDATE

In total, cops say Woods had 2.07 oz of weed.

Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Antwaun Woods was arrested in Texas for weed on Tuesday, law enforcement confirms.

The 26-year-old -- who started 8 games for the Cowboys in 2018 -- was busted in Frisco during a traffic stop where things clearly went south.

Woods is now facing multiple charges including possession of marijuana over 2 ounces but less than 4 ounces and tampering with evidence. He was also cited for possession of paraphernalia, as first reported by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Woods was a stud defensive lineman at USC from 2012 to 2015 -- but didn't get selected in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Instead, he signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent -- and later signed a 2-year deal with the Cowboys in 2018.

So far, he only has 7 total tackles in 2019 with 0 sacks.

Aniah Blanchard Murder Suspect Erupts In Court ... 'Y'all Have No Proof!'

Published

The man accused of abducting and murdering Aniah Blanchard went off in court Wednesday -- telling the judge, "Y'all have no video, no audio of me shooting anyone!"

Ibraheem Yazeed appeared with his attorney in an Alabama courtroom Wednesday to face capital murder charges in the death of Blanchard, step-daughter of UFC fighter Walt Harris.  Prosecutors have said they're pursuing the death penalty.

Yazeed was initially charged with 1st-degree kidnapping -- and when he appeared in court for the new, more serious charge ... he was not happy.

"I got rights too," Yazeed told the judge.

"Y'all have no video, no audio of me shooting anyone, that’s why I’m trying to see how y’all going to bind me over on hearsay. But y’all aren’t presenting no evidence."

Officials have video showing Yazeed at the same gas station where Blanchard was last seen before her disappearance.

A witness also claims Yazeed forced Blanchard into her car -- which was later found covered in blood.

Cops believe Yazeed ultimately shot Blanchard to death and then hid her body in a wooded area.

Officials say there is a NEW witness who saw Yazeed with a gun tucked into his shorts while in possession of Blanchar's car.

Officials say the witness claimed Yazeed had admitted to shooting a girl and that the girl had "went for the gun" before he murdered her.

In other words, Aniah fought back.

It seems this new witness -- unnamed in the court doc to protect the person's identity -- was the key to finding Blanchard's body.

Two other people have also been charged in this case -- but prosecutors say they believe Yazeed acted alone in killing Blanchard.

Terrelle Pryor Stabbing Suspect 'Danger To The Community' ... Judge Denies Bail

Published | Updated

The woman accused of stabbing Terrelle Pryor will remain in jail ... a judge just called her a "danger to the community" and denied her request for bail.

Shalaya Briston was arrested and charged with felony attempted homicide on Nov. 30 after a fight with Pryor ... but she had hoped to get bail on Wednesday.

But, the judge DENIED that request ... and now 24-year-old Briston will remain in jail until, at least, her next court appearance on Dec. 12.

As we previously reported, Briston and Pryor -- who had been dating for the past year -- got into an argument at their Pittsburgh-area apartment last week when things turned violent.

After a night out of partying, Briston returned home to find a pissed off Pryor ... and according to court docs, witnesses say they got into a physical fight.

At one point, a witness says Briston appeared to stab Pryor ... and the 30-year-old NFL player required emergency surgery to fix the wounds.

According to Pryor -- who was just released from the ICU -- he nearly died TWICE from the injuries ... but is doing better now.

As for his role in the alleged altercation ... he was charged with misdemeanor assault -- and cops tell TMZ Sports he'll need to be booked as soon as he gets out of the hospital.

Gorilla Zoe DV Charges Dropped ... GF Wouldn't Cooperate

Published

Gorilla Zoe's domestic violence case is no more -- and it's all thanks to the girlfriend he allegedly attacked.

The Monroe County Florida Prosecutor's Office tells TMZ it dropped all the charges against the Atlanta rapper after his GF made it clear she didn't want him prosecuted. She even delivered a notarized letter requesting the D.A. fall back.

We're told the reason she was unwilling to cooperate is she claims they'd simply gotten into a disagreement in their hotel room. She also said that to the arresting officers on the spot.

As we reported ... Gorilla Zoe was arrested for domestic battery after cops say they saw him pinning her down in their room. Witnesses told police they were fighting on their balcony before that, and he'd allegedly knocked her to the ground.

According to the police report, she told cops ... "We always drink and argue, nothing more. He's never gotten physical with me. Isn't that what happens when everyone drinks?"

She went on to say that he always got aggressive while drunk, but would never actually hurt her. Cops say she didn't have any noticeable injuries or marks. They still arrested Zoe based on what they and witnesses had seen.

He's off the hook now though. Case closed.

NFL's Terrelle Pryor Must Take Mug Shot ... After Hospital Release

Published | Updated

Terrelle Pryor ain't getting a "Get Out of Jail Free" card just because he was stabbed -- he'll be booked and must take a mug shot when he's released from the hospital, cops tell TMZ Sports.

Remember, Pryor was charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly fighting with his girlfriend Shalaya Briston on Nov. 30 ... but he hasn't been booked because he's still holed up at UPMC Mercy Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery to treat a life-threatening stab wound.

However, when he IS healthy enough to leave the hospital, cops say he MUST go through the regular booking process ... meaning he'll have to turn himself in and get booked like every other arrestee.

Which means mug shot, fingerprints, perp walk ... the whole shebang.

Unclear when Pryor will be released from the hospital -- however, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler says the family is hoping he'll be out in the next 48 hours.

As we previously reported, Pryor and Briston allegedly got into it at their Pittsburgh apartment after a night out with friends ... and things escalated quickly.

One witness claims Pryor attacked first and Briston defended herself by grabbing a sharp object and stabbing the 30-year-old NFL player in the chest.

Briston has been charged with felony attempted homicide -- and she's still behind bars. When Briston was booked, she appeared to be smirking in her mug shot.

Jeezy's Producer Shawty Redd Records His Arrest in ATL Hotel ... Claims NO Wrongdoing

Published

Shawty Redd -- the hip-hop producer behind hits for Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy -- wants to know why cops hauled him out of his ATL hotel room -- an arrest he calls totally bogus.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Shawty Redd was busted for disorderly conduct at the Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta on Nov. 7 after a manager called cops and said Redd was refusing to leave the property.

TMZ obtained video Shawty recorded as police entered his room, with a manager in tow, and things got heated pretty quickly. Shawty demanded to know why he was being asked to leave the premises, and didn't like the answer. The officer told him the hotel has the right to remove patrons at any time, but Shawty wasn't buying that.

Cops released body cam footage -- so we have the dispute from both angles -- and you can see when they finally move in to slap the cuffs on the man who produced Snoop's "Sensual Seduction."

As for what prompted the call to cops ... sources connected to Shawty tell us he was walking through the lobby with a bottle of beer, and the manager tried to give him the boot. We're told Shawty explained he was a guest and went to his room.

Clearly, the manager didn't take kindly to the way their interaction went down, and called cops. Our Shawty sources say the judge later dropped all charges ... however, the producer's pissed at the hotel, and considering legal action.

Now, let's remember better times ...
