12:12 PM PT -- It didn't take the band long to replace Lindsey ... in a statement provided to TMZ, the group has announced that Mike Campbell (Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers) and Neil Finn (Crowded House) will join the group for the upcoming tour.

As for the Lindsey situation, the statement simply reads, "Lindsey Buckingham will not be performing with the band on this tour. The band wishes Lindsey all the best."

Fleetwood Mac has lost a key member of the band just as the group is set embark on a giant tour -- Lindsey Buckingham is out ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the group tell us Lindsey will no longer be involved in any band activity, and will not be joining his former bandmates on the massive tour this summer. Keyboardist Christine McVie confirmed they'd be hitting the road around June.

It's unclear exactly why he's splitting from the band -- or who cut ties with who -- but we're told, for now at least, the decision is final and firm.

Buckingham served as FM's lead guitarist for over 40 years, ever since he and then-girlfriend Stevie Nicks were recruited by Mick Fleetwood and co. After he and Nicks came aboard, the band's popularity skyrocketed on the heels of two hit albums -- 1975's "Fleetwood Mac" and '77's "Rumours," the latter of which is the 8th best selling album of all time.

He and the rest of Fleetwood Mac were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. Their last headlining show together was last summer.

Cops believe whoever shot Floyd Mayweather's bodyguard in Atlanta early Monday morning was specifically targeting Floyd's entourage.

The Atlanta PD has now identified the victim as Greg La Rosa -- a longtime member of Floyd's TMT bodyguard crew.

La Rosa was a passenger in the lead vehicle of Floyd's 3-car entourage -- which cops say was leaving a Waffle House after Floyd had hosted a party at Medusa nightclub.

Cops say the actions of the shooter suggest Floyd's crew was specifically targeted -- though it's unclear if the shooter was trying to kill Floyd.

As for La Rosa, he was shot in the leg -- and was discharged from the hospital around 5:30 AM. Cops say he's doing well.

Cops say the driver of the lead car tried to speed away from the shooter -- but the shooter's car gave chase.

Eventually, the driver was able to shake the shooter's car and took Greg to the hospital.

Mayweather was NOT injured in the attack -- but cops say they desperately want to speak with him as soon as possible.

Blac Chyna's ready to fight Rob Kardashian to keep things status quo when it comes to custody of Dream ... Six Flags stroller scuffle be damned.

Chyna's lawyer, Walter Mosley, tells TMZ ... BC and Rob still have a valid custody agreement in place, and Chyna protecting her daughter shouldn't affect it in any way. We're told any attempts by Rob to alter custody stipulations will be defended "by any means necessary" ... legally speaking.

Our Chyna sources say she stands by her claim she was simply doing what she had to do to protect her kids -- both Dream and King Cairo -- in the Six Flags incident ... and doesn't think her stroller swinging should be held against her.

We broke the story ... Rob's livid Chyna put Dream in harm's way and plans to take her back to family court. We're told he's also concerned about her bringing new men -- like current 18-year-old bf YBN Almighty Jay -- into her home when their child is there ... and wants restrictions put in place.

We're told BC's not down with that either.

Conor McGregor had cameras following him as he went berserk on a bus full of UFC fighters ... and new footage from the melee shows another angle of his now infamous dolly toss.

UFC just dropped episode 5 of its "UFC 223 Embeded" series, and it showcases all the mayhem at the Barclays Center loading dock as McGregor and his crew attacked the bus. The footage also reveals a close-up of an injured Michael Chiesa after Conor's window smash cut him up.

The 'Embedded' ep. also features Dana White addressing the incident with fighters who were affected, and interviews with other UFC stars about what went down.

We broke the story ... White slammed conspiracy theories that this was all one big publicity stunt, and based on the raw reactions seen in this video -- it seems like the craziness was 100% legit.

The Kardashians have fired back at Blac Chyna, saying they're legally allowed to call her all sorts of names without getting sued for defamation.

The family wants a judge to toss Chyna's claim she's been defamed because the sisters said, among other things,"The show [Rob & Chyna] is giving this toxic woman money and exposure she lives and breathes for and by continuing it ... [s]he will proceed with using and physically abusing my brother."

The family also said Chyna was "tarnishing" their brand, "damaging to [their] family and a threat to Rob's safety."

According to legal docs, these statements are clearly subjective opinions and too vague to be provably false.

The docs note there have been court decisions protecting comments such as calling plaintiffs a "loser," "a big skank" and "a top-ranking dumb ass."

Minnie Driver's years-long war with her neighbor has finally come to an end ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs ... Minnie and her neighbor, Daniel Perelmutter, reached a settlement in their heated dispute over their property line. The exact terms of their peace agreement are not included in the docs -- but sources connected to both parties tell us money did change hands. The case was scheduled to go to trial soon.

We've chronicled their battles since 2015. Highlights include Minnie claiming Daniel blew cigar smoke in her children's faces and told her to "f*** off and die" -- and Daniel suing Minnie for chucking baby food jars filled with paint at his house. She also got a restraining order against him.

Cops had to get involved in 2016 to break up a shouting match between them.

Former RNC Chairman Michael Steele says he sees right through President Trump's beef with Jeff Bezos ... and says it ain't about Amazon, it's just politics and the newspaper Bezos owns.

We got the conservative pundit Tuesday in D.C., and he said Trump's tweet storm claiming Amazon is screwing the U.S. Postal Service is a BS smokescreen for his hatred of the Washington Post ... which Bezos bought back in 2013.

POTUS drags WaPo almost daily as "fake news," and now his tweets targeting Amazon is hitting Bezos hard in the wallet. His personal net worth has dropped about $16 billion, and Amazon stock also dropped.

Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager is going NUCLEAR on Conor McGregor after he didn't answer the call (literally) to fight Khabib at UFC 223.

"He's not really a fighter -- he only fights when he knows he can win," Ali Abdelaziz told TMZ Sports.

Ali continued -- "Khabib is his daddy ... this motherf**ker is so afraid of his daddy."

"It's a shame. All Irish people I know [are] tough. He's the only soft Irish I know."

FYI, Khabib told us he immediately contacted the UFC asking Conor to replace an injured Tony Ferguson ... but was told they had trouble reaching Conor -- who wasn't ready, anyway.

Ali says that proves Conor is a "little Irish punk" -- unlike "real Hawaiian warrior" Max Holloway, who jumped at the chance to scrap with Khabib.

Lil Wayne must really wanna bury the hatchet with his old mentor, Birdman, 'cause he showed up to the dude's soundtrack release party ... but didn't show up on the soundtrack.

Wayne made an appearance Saturday night at Studio 23 in Miami, where Birdman was hosting an album release party for the soundtrack to his new Cash Money documentary, "Before Anythang." Wayne posed for a photo-op with the label honcho.

Here's the kicker ... Weezy doesn't show up on any of the songs for the Cash Money soundtrack, which is ironic considering he's probably the most famous artist to come out of there. There's 18 tracks -- plenty of places for Mr. Carter to spit a verse -- but he doesn't rap on a single one. Still ... he stood shoulder to shoulder with Birdman like all's well.

As we reported ... Wayne and Birdman seem to be heading down a road of reconciliation as of late. They were spotted hanging together on back-to-back nights last week ... despite Wayne's $51 million lawsuit against his former boss. Birdman's even started calling him "my SON" again.

If Floyd Mayweather ever steps inside the Octagon, Conor McGregor wants to be the guy staring at him from across the cage -- so says Dana White.

We got the UFC prez out in L.A. ... and asked him if there was anything cookin' on the Mayweather-to-UFC front.

Dana wouldn't say anything definitive, but he did drop this pretty cryptic message on us.

"I'm interested and obviously he's interested. The last time we were both interested you saw what happened," White told TMZ Sports.

As for his first opponent -- "Possibly Conor. I know Conor wants it."

FYI, Floyd recently said it might be tough for him and McGregor to fight 'cause he'd want Conor to drop back down to 145 pounds, but at the same time -- "if the numbers are right, then we can make it happen."

Toni Braxton is caught in the middle of a new Braxton family feud, and it's forced her to kick one of her sisters off her upcoming tour.

Toni's hitting the road with "Sex & Cigarettes," her first solo album in 8 years, and sisters Tamar and Traci were set to be opening acts until Traci was pulled from the bill this week. Toni's offered no official reason for the change, but sources connected to the fam believe Tamar's behind the axing.

As we previously reported, Tamar's beefing with her sisters and mother over the way they've been treating her estranged husband, Vincent Herbert, on their reality show. She thinks the show's been edited to vilify him.

We're told Traci's been working on a new album and intended to perform some of those songs on the tour ... so, she doesn't think Toni would 86 her on her own. Still, Tamar's team is denying she had anything to do with it.

The star of "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" is firing back at ex-gf "Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams, calling BS on her claims she was abusive to her.

James "Tim" Norman says Jennifer is being incredibly vindictive after producers of "Sweetie Pie's" pressed him to get engaged to her but he wasn't into it. Jennifer got a restraining order, claiming he was prone to violence and was stalking her to drum up attention for his show.

Tim says she's the vicious one, saying she tried to run him down in her car. He also says she slashed his tires. Tim says Jennifer is also pissed off because he closed the cash register drawer on her, refusing to bankroll her online business, "Classy Girl Wardrobe."

He also says she's just trying to create a storyline on "Basketball Wives" to keep herself relevant.

Janice Dickinson is suing Ryan Seacrest's production company, claiming a storyline on "Shahs of Sunset" that she stole a romper from GG was manufactured and just plain false.

Janice's beef is over an episode where Janice was backstage at a runway show when GG eyed the romper Janice was wearing and then turned to Erik Rosette, a fashion designer, and said, "What's going on with that outfit?" The guy responded, "You got jacked."

According to the suit, GG showed feigned outraged and portrayed Janice as "an arrogant, unprofessional and purportedly past-her-prime celebrity."

Janice says the truth is that she was completely unaware the romper had been selected by anyone else. She says Rosette was talking to made-up his story to create controversy.

Laura Ingraham picked a fight with the wrong 17-year-old ... her show's now facing David Hogg's wrath ... wrath in the form of a boycott.

The Parkland leader ordered his more than 600,000 followers on Twitter to boycott advertisers who sponsor Ingraham's show on FOX News. The call comes on the heels of Ingraham tweeting Hogg whined about getting rejected by 4 colleges, including UCLA.

Hogg posted a list of 12 companies -- including AT&T, Allstate, Hulu and Trip Advisor -- who advertise on "The Ingraham Angle" and then tweeted at them individually asking why they support cyber bullying.

Truth be told ... TMZ contacted Hogg and asked if he was disappointed about not getting into 4 UC schools despite a 4.2 GPA and spearheading the nationwide March For Our Lives rally. He actually did the OPPOSITE of whining.

Ingraham eventually did apologize in a series of tweets.

Lil Wayne and Birdman can't stop, won't stop kicking it together, because they were chilling together at a club for the second night in a row.

The recently reconciled duo met up at the Rockwell nightclub Monday night at a party hosted by Lil Wayne for Miami Music Week. We're told Birdman was Weezy's guest and brought a crew with him to hang out at the rapper's VIP table the entire night.

Fabolous joined up with them before they were all seen leaving together after 4 AM.

As we reported, it seems Lil Wayne and Birdman have restored their personal realtionship after Birdman posted a pic of them at LIV Sunday, and captioned it, "Me and my SON."
