Iggy Azalea's obsession with Zillow has also translated to the real world ... she just found a buyer for her Hidden Hills home.

Azalea, who has said the home buying and listing website is her "actual addiction" ... has accepted an offer for her 5-bedroom, 5-bath pad for $5.949 million -- slightly less than the $6.2 million she listed it for back in January -- but a nice little bump from the $5.2 million she paid less than a year ago.

The home is perfect for entertaining, with a giant backyard and swimming pool ... not to mention a playground and basketball court. And, it's Kardashian-adjacent!

Funny enough, shortly after listing the home, Iggy tweeted, "I keep selling my house so I have an excuse to Zillow. I'm obsessed. It's my actual addiction." Seattle Seahawks star receiver, Tyler Lockett, who got his real estate license in the offseason, even offered his services to help her find her next home.

Besides her obsession with Zillow, another reason Iggy could have been looking to sell was to get away from her neighbor. Right after moving in last year, she was already feuding with them over renovations.

'Bling Empire' star, Kane Lim, says he's not really here for all the drama, but he might have some convincing to do ... on not one, but two reality shows.

Kane Lim joined TMZ live Friday, and talked about the new season of the hit Netflix show, "Bling Empire" ... as well as joining the cast of "Selling Sunset".

Kane tells us, he's finding himself in the middle of a lot of heat from folks on social media ... stemming from 'Bling Empire's new season. Regardless, he says he's just rolling with the punches and hopes he'll warm up to people on the Internet.

Kane also acknowledged his arch-nemesis, Dorothy Wang, who is on "Bling Empire" now ... and as expected, he didn't give her glowing reviews.

In case you didn't know, Kane recently joined The Oppenheim Group as a real estate developer ... so he'll be making appearances on "Selling Sunset."

Christina Haack, now Hall, may have a lot of drama right now with her ex-husband Ant Anstead, but that's not stopping her from living large ... cause she just scooped up a brand new $12 million mansion.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the former "Flip or Flop" star is living it up in her old stomping grounds of Newport Beach once again ... a month after selling her home 30 minutes south in Dana Point.

We're told the house sold Wednesday in an off-market deal.

As you know, Christina recently remarried, tying the knot with real estate agent, Josh Hall ... we're told the two bought the home together.

The purchase comes after she sold her Dana Point home for $11.5 million last month, after less than a year of owning it ... ya gotta assume that helped a lot when it came to pulling the trigger on this one!

The modern home is just shy of 7,000 square feet with a big pool, an interstellar movie theatre and just insanely gorgeous grounds.

We broke the story ... Christina sold her Newport Beach home she shared with Ant in June 2021.

ICYMI, Ant recently accused her of being an absentee mom ... claiming she put their 2-year-old son Hudson at risk and uses him for social media clout. Christina fired back saying she sees Hudson more than "9 full days each month" and she never used him for clout.

TMZ broke the story ... Sly sold Adele the estate for $58 million. He's moved to Palm Beach, so you'd think Rocky would follow.

There's got to be some bad juju for A$AP at the home now ... police executed their search warrant the same day cops arrested Rocky at LAX upon his return from a trip to Barbados with Rihanna. Some bad vibes, and memories, all around.

The raid, which cops say turned up several guns that did NOT match the gun used in the shooting, went down April 20.

As you know ... cops believe A$AP shot a man in Hollywood last November during an argument, with a bullet grazing the guy's hand, and Rocky was arrested last month for assault with a deadly weapon.

The infamous ACE Family estate -- which was foreclosed on last year -- is now in the hands of a couple more influencers ... who actually got it for a heck of a deal!

Sources connected to the sale tell TMZ ... Austin and Catherine McBroom's one-time mega-property -- which is comprised of nearly 2 acres of land in Woodland Hills, CA, and essentially 3 houses spanning over 13,000 square feet total -- was sold Friday for a pretty penny.

The price tag, we're told, ended up at $9.275 million ... a serious drop from its original asking price of $12.9 mil.

As for the new homeowners ... our sources tell us twin brother YouTubers Alan and Alex Stokes -- who have 13.2M subscribers and over 30 million TikTok followers -- were the lucky fellas who snapped this puppy up. No word on their financing, which is kinda important.

The reason we're bringing that up is because AM and CM's financial sitch came under scrutiny during their time in this massive crib. They first bought it in 2019 for about $10 mil, with $9 mil reportedly secured via high-interest loans ... on which they eventually defaulted.

As news of their choppy money waters surfaced, the couple initially denied anything was wrong, but later copped to having $$$ trouble ... blaming others for their woes.

In any case, the bank ended up taking the property back at the end of last year -- and now it belongs to a whole new brood. BTW, this place is a beaut -- it's got 12 bedrooms, 13 baths and a lot of amenities, like a basketball court and in-ground trampoline, etc.

Michael B. Jordan is one step closer to unloading his multi-million dollar estate ... because he's found a buyer.

Real estate sources say Michael has accepted an offer for his bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills, which he listed back in March for just under $7 million.

The pad is 4,800 square feet with 3 bedrooms ... and it's got all the bells and whistles, including a 50-foot pool, hot tub, waterfall, outdoor kitchen, wood-burning pizza oven and a movie theater.

Jason Oppenheim is shooting down haters who say he faked a phone call on "Selling Sunset" ... and, he's got some pretty compelling proof to back it up.

We caught up with Jason, Tuesday at Sunset Plaza and asked him about what some 'Selling' fans saw as a fake phone call during a new episode. And, let's be clear ... although the screen showed his camera app, instead of the phone app (usually visible when you're on the phone), Jason says, he was in fact talking to a client.

Of course, we didn't let him go without showing some kinda proof.

So, we had him call a friend and show us the screen on his phone. Watch the video and see for yourself what happened.

ICYMI, folks on social media raised an eyebrow after they spotted Jason placing a call during season 5 of the Netflix hits series. While he appeared to be talking, the phone screen said otherwise, and doubters thought they'd busted JO being phony ... pun not intended, we swear.

Charles Cross is unsure what to get his mom when the cash starts to roll in from his new Seahawks contract ... but she tells TMZ Sports she knows exactly what she wants -- a new home!

The former Mississippi State offensive tackle was taken by Seattle with the #9 overall pick in Thursday's NFL draft -- and with that slotting, he's set to make a whole lot of money.

So, a few hours after he got picked, we had to ask him -- what's the first purchase going to be?!

DaBaby is facing criminal charges for a beatdown a man claims he suffered for trying to stop the rapper's entourage from shooting a music video on his property.

The rapper has been charged with felony battery by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office ... over an incident from early December last year ... which allegedly left a guy, Gary Pragar, with serious injuries.

There's another man named Thankgod Awute who's being charged as well. Prosecutors claim he was DaBaby's cohort in crime ... they hit him with felony robbery.

Pragar filed a lawsuit in February, claiming he was attacked for enforcing basic property rental rules at his place.

DaBaby and his team rented a massive pad that Pragar manages in L.A. ... and Pragar says he was told it was going to be a vacation place for DB and his pals. Pragar says he made clear ... there was a guest limit -- no more than 12 -- which he claims DaBaby's management team agreed to in a rental agreement.

During their weeklong stay ... Pragar says he became aware there were way more than 12 people at the property at any given time and complained to DaBaby's team ... getting assured, falsely he says, that they wouldn't be there for long.

Eventually, on Dec. 2, he says he paid a visit himself and realized they were shooting a music video there with an entire film crew and a ton of other people around -- upwards of 40, he says -- and Pragar tried to shut the whole thing down by talking to DaBaby.

That's when he claims he was attacked by someone in DB's crew, part of which was caught on video. He says DB ordered the guy off of Pragar, but then allegedly sucker-punched him in the face, knocking out his tooth ... this, per the lawsuit.

Sounds like Pragar went to the authorities after this, and now they're coming down hard on DB and co. Tough few weeks for DaBaby -- this is just the latest incident for him in a string of seemingly nonstop hiccups.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers just unloaded one of his homes in Los Angeles ... and he got way more than he was looking for.

Our real estate sources tell us the actor sold his estate in the Hollywood Hills this week for $2,350,000 ... which is $500k more than the $1.85 million listing price.

Jonathan bought the mid-century style home way back in 2007 for just under $1.6 million and last month he put it on the market.

The place is 1,679 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ... featuring an open floor plan with exposed steel beams and floor-to-ceiling windows opening up to the lagoon pool.

Ekwonu will certainly have a lot of grandiose homes to choose from when the shopping begins ... because, after all, top-five picks in the draft make around $30 million on their initial deals.

A vacant lot just steps away from Beyoncé's childhood home now has a new buyer ... and no, it won't be used as a shrine for the singer!!!

Real estate investor, Kevin Wright, tells TMZ … the land located on Rosedale Street in Houston is now spoken for ...  the 8,640 sq. ft. lot is selling for $310k.

The lot abuts the house where Beyoncé spent her early years. The Knowles family actually bought the home back in 1981 for $64k. They ended up moving out before Solange was born in 1986.

Kevin originally listed the property with a sign that said "Build On Beyonce's Old Block" ... and we're told that's exactly what the next buyer wants to do ... build a new home.

The buyer's real estate agent, Yvonne Bonner-Holley, says it's no surprise ... the buyer is a Bey fan like most people in the Houston area, but that's not what drove the sale ... it happens to be a beautiful, historic neighborhood.
