Paul Stanley I'm Demolishing My Bev Hills Mansion ... KISS My Merch Goodbye!!!

Published

Paul Stanley is starting over ... he's demolishing his mansion in Bev Hills to make way for a brand new home, so he had an estate sale to get rid of EVERYTHING inside.

Paul unloaded tons of KISS merchandise ... the collectibles were displayed in his master bedroom.

We're told most of the band's merch still had the tags on, and folks were buying up all the KISS shirts, pins, license plates, cups and travel bags for anywhere between $15 and $50.

There were some pricier items too ... drinking glasses were going for upwards of $1,200, big French doors went for $900 a pop and Paul's couch went for over $2,000.

Paul's daughter, Emily, had a bunch of stickers on her bedroom door and it was up for grabs at $95.

Heck, Paul even put his lemon trees on sale ... as well as pots and planters starting around $400.

The estate sale went down last week, and by the weekend, pretty much everything had been sold ... so stuff was really flying out of the house.

Now that Paul's done some serious spring cleaning, we're told he's knocking down the 7-bedroom home and building a more modern estate on the property.

Jeffrey Epstein Palm Beach Mansion Demolished

Published

The infamous Palm Beach mansion where Jeffrey Epstein sexually assaulted many of his young victims has been reduced to rubble.

The demolition came 5 months after Florida real estate developer Todd Michael Glaser inked a deal to buy the waterfront property for $18.5 mil. He vowed to obliterate the 14,000 square-foot mansion.

Proceeds from the sale will go to a Victims' Compensation Program, which will distribute the funds to some of Epstein's victims. Epstein had been locked up in a Manhattan federal jail for sex trafficking when he killed himself behind bars back in August, 2019.

Palm Beach real estate broker Lawrence A. Moens told the Palm Beach Daily News he only got involved "to ensure it would be wiped off the map of Palm Beach."

Glaser plans to build a new home in the swanky community. The compound is about a mile away from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort.

Published

Hardcore "Cobra Kai" fans listen up ... if ya wanna live in Daniel LaRusso's mansion now's the time to act 'cause the crib just hit the market.

First thing's first ... the 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home is NOT in Encino, CA. It's actually in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta, GA. That, of course, means tons of sprawling land for the lucky buyer who can plunk down $2.65 million.

The 9,214-square-foot home sits on a 1.1-acre lot. The so-called Villa Flora mansion features a Tuscan design ... inspired by the owners' trip to Italy.

True "Cobra Kai" fans know about the house brawls that were filmed at the crib for the Netflix series ... but for those who want a bit more history check this out -- according to the listing, the house has hosted some distinguished guests ... including 2 former U.S. Presidents and legendary golfer Arnold Palmer.

Jake Paul Versace Mansion Rager W/ Boxing Ring To Celebrate Askren K.O.

Published | Updated

How did Jake Paul celebrate his brutal butt whoopin' on Ben Askren??

VERSACE MANSION RAGER FOR THE AGES, BABY!!!

The undefeated YouTuber-turned-boxing superstar hosted his closest friends -- and really anyone else looking to party -- for a big shindig at Gianni Versace's famed former digs in Miami on Sunday night ... and it looked like a damn circus!!

The official afterparty was thrown by Michael Mak -- founder of Celebrity Sports Entertainment -- and there were some big time celebs in the house ... including Cuba Gooding Jr., Logan Paul, Larsa Pippen and Brandon Marshall.

There was a red carpet, an endless supply of booze, music and even the Problem Bot (Jake's robo mascot) made an appearance.

On top of that, there was a boxing ring set up inside the mansion -- we're guessing for party purposes, not fighting.

Jake even hopped on the mic at one point and started rapping along to Drake songs ... before performing one of his originals.

Of course, Jake's been on Cloud 9 since destroying the former MMA champ and Olympic wrestler in the ring at the Triller Fight Club in ATL on Saturday night ... and considering the fight only lasted 2 minutes, he didn't need much time to recover.

The 24-year-old rightfully enjoyed his big win with back-to-back nights of celebrating ... and there's no end in sight.

That is, until he gets his next opponent ... then it's back to the gym!!

Michael Jackson Neverland Statues for Sale ... 28 Pieces, $2.5 Million!!!

Published | Updated

Several of the statues Michael Jackson had at his Neverland Ranch are up for grabs -- but it's a package deal only, and likely requires a collector who can appreciate the art separate from its history.

Noble Art Lovers tells TMZ ... a private collector has 28 pieces from the singer's notorious California property -- mostly statues -- but the owner won't sell them individually.

Instead, the entire collection must go as a whole ... and the asking price is $2.5 million.

So, what would ya get for that hefty sum? Numerous statues of children, including "Kids and Tree Swing," "Follow the Leader," "Young Boy and Companion," "Boy Playing Hand Bell," "The Footballer" and more.

There are also many historical statues -- like "Marble Roman Bust" and "Napoleon Crossing the Alps" -- along with Cupid statues, candelabra, a wooden ship, a Marilyn Monroe statue and a Minnie Mouse figurine.

We're told the owner is looking for a serious buyer, and Noble Art Lovers, out of Dubai, will handle it.

It goes without saying -- this is an art collection unlike any other ... whether that's good or bad is up to the future buyer.

Sandra Oh My Jewelry's Gone M.I.A.!!! JK and Major Oops

Published

Sandra Oh returned home to discover some valuable jewelry had gone missing, and did exactly what you should do -- report it to cops, but then she had a stroke of ... let's call it luck.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the "Killing Eve" star called the LAPD Wednesday night to report her valuable bling was gone after she'd been away from her L.A.-area house for a few months.

We're told police responded and did some investigating. They didn't find any signs of forced entry, but did learn people had been let in and out of Sandra's pad while she was away. 🤔

Our sources say a grand theft report was taken with the estimated value of the loss being more than $150,000.

However, the very next day ... we're told Sandra called the cops back and told them her missing jewelry had shown up in the house. It's unclear if it was somehow returned, or if it never left the house, and was simply found.

Either way, it's great news for Sandra ... and the cops. The case is now closed.

Pamela Anderson Malibu Mansion in Escrow

Published | Updated

Pamela Anderson is just about to say bye-bye to the 'bu ... she's found a buyer for her beautiful estate and is leaving L.A. for good -- or at least, for now.

The 'Baywatch' star has a buyer for her 4-bedroom pad in the super-exclusive Malibu Colony. She was asking $14.9 million and, although we don't know what the buyer is paying, we do know this -- the Colony is blazing hot and in many cases, homes are selling way above the asking price.

Our sources say the deal still has some contingencies, so it's not a lock ... at least not yet, but it's on the road to closing.

Pamela's soon-to-be-former place is 5,500 square feet ... the estate is decked out with a pool, sauna, outdoor bar, fire pit, retractable glass walls and we haven't even gotten to the guest house. Tomer Fridman has the listing.

The guest home comes with its own lounge, and the bedroom suite features a fireplace, spa tub and sweeping views of the mountains and lagoons.

As for Pam's plans ... she's living in Vancouver, where she grew up.

'Bachelorette' Alum Michael G. Sues Over Maskless Security Guard Attack

Published

'Bachelorette' alum Michael Garofola claims he was on the receiving end of an anti-Semitic attack from a maskless security guard in his own apartment complex ... and now he's suing.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Michael claims his simple plea to a security guard to wear a mask indoors during the pandemic turned into an anti-Semitic diatribe and parking garage beatdown.

In the docs, Michael says he was trying to get to his car back in January when he encountered the maskless security guard. Michael says the guard responded to his request to put on a face-covering by spewing anti-Semitic comments and attacking him.

The season 9 'Bachelorette' alum claims the security guard punched him in the head, slammed him into a wall, pushed and shoved him around and smashed up his iPhone while he tried to record the attack.

In the docs, Michael claims he suffered a ton of injuries in the attack, including cuts to his hand, a torn calf and injuries to his back. He says he's still scarred and is getting physical therapy.

As we first reported ... cops arrested the security guard back in February, charging him with felony battery and felony vandalism.

Michael, who also appeared on "Bachelor in Paradise" and "The Bachelor Winter Games," claims the security guard never should have been hired because the guy's social media is littered with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. He also claims he had previously notified management the guard wasn't wearing a mask, but believes they didn't take any action.

MG's suing the security guard, his Marina del Rey apartment complex and the guard's employer.

We reached out to the security guard and the apartment complex ... so far no word back.

He played some chess with Mike. He let Cejudo flex with his famous bodybuilding statue.

And, after they left Arnold's home -- Mike and Henry decided to play a little golf at another location while Mike puffed away on a big ol' joint.

What a fun day!

Afterward, Cejudo -- one of the greatest UFC fighters ever -- thanked Arnold for welcoming him into his home.

"It’s an [honor] to be invited to the man’s house who’s cut from the same cloth as me," Cejudo posted.

"[Arnold], you are The American Dream."

There are pics of Mike Tyson and Arnold hanging out together from way back in the '80s -- but it's unclear if they were friends or just friendly ... considering they were both mega-stars back then and probably ran into each other at events.

Guessing we'll hear all about their relationship and what it was like ruling the '80s when the podcast comes out.

Mister Rogers Pittsburgh Pad Hits Market for $855k ... Won't You Be, My Neighbor?

Published

It's a beautiful day to move into the neighborhood Mr. Rogers called home ... or at least that should be the pitch to sell Fred Rogers' old crib in Pittsburgh.

The home where the late TV host once lived is for sale at a cool $855k ... and, boy is it rich with history. Fred and his wife, Joanne, lived there from the late 1950s until the early 1960s. In fact, the listing includes a birth announcement for the couple's youngest son, John -- the published article serving as proof they really did live there.

And, get this ... according to Pittsburgh Next, which first reported the listing, previous neighbors recalled how Mister Rogers would do puppet shows for the kiddos who lived in the neighborhood.

The house is 3,693 square feet ... featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and was built in 1921. It also has 2 fireplaces and a pretty awesome library.

A neighbor says they were told Mister Rogers called the Pittsburgh house "his favorite" one.

Olivia Wilde I'm Not Living With My Ex ... Even Though I Said I Was

Published | Updated

Olivia Wilde is NOT living under the same roof as her ex Jason Sudeikis, despite her own words to a judge ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... Olivia got a judge to grant her and Jason a temporary restraining order to protect them from an alleged stalker in Los Angeles, and in the legal docs OW said, "I live with Mr. Sudeikis and our two children," which raised a lot of eyebrows because she's now with Harry Styles.

Sources close to Olivia and Jason tell TMZ ... the former couple does NOT live together, although they're both in the United Kingdom co-parenting their two kids. We're told the exes, who split in November, maintain separate residences.

As we first told you ... Olivia and Harry have been a couple since at least early January, when he brought her to a wedding as his plus one.

It's unclear why Olivia said in legal docs she was living with Jason, but we're told her intention was to get court-ordered protection for herself, her family and her extended family.

Olivia filed for the restraining order with the help of her lawyer, Shawn Holley ... we're told Jason did not participate in the filing.

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis GET PROTECTION FROM ALLEGED STALKER ... Says He's 'Struggling to Stay Sane'

Published | Updated

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are getting protection from a man she claims keeps showing up at her home, imagining he's her boyfriend, and venting his frustration over Harry Styles.

Olivia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, beelined it to court Monday and got a temporary restraining order ... to protect her and her family, including Sudeikis, from a 30-year-old man named Eric Nathanial Fuhs, whom she claims has been harassing her for months.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Olivia claims she has security footage showing the man showing up to her home on multiple occasions to leave notes falsely claiming they're in a relationship. One note is addressed to Sudeikis, saying "how she [Olivia] was unhappy in her relationship, and how she wanted to start a new relationship with me."  He goes on ... "This continued almost every day ... until January, when Harry Styles got credit for what I was doing."

In the docs, Olivia says the guy initially barged in on a private zoom call she was on back in October and harassed her, and ever since he's gotten bolder by showing up at her home.

Olivia also says she's scared the man was able to find her home, because she's never shared her address, and she says one of his notes is ominous ... "I, as of March 19, 2021 am now struggling to stay sane whilst being hidden."

The judge granted Olivia's temporary restraining order and Fuhs must stay 100 yards away from her, Jason, and their kids at all times. It's interesting ... although Olivia is now with Harry Styles, she says in the docs, "I live with Mr Sudeikis and our two children."

Madonna Scoops Up The Weeknd's Crib ... For a Cool $19M

Published | Updated

Madonna just plunked down a small fortune, and now she's proud of The Weeknd's Hidden Hills Estate.

Madonna paid $19.3 million for the home, which is in Kardashian Country. It's been on the market for a long time -- The Weeknd listed it back in June, 2020, for $24,995,000, so there was a significant price reduction.

The Weeknd bought the house back in 2017 for $18.2 million, so with commission at best he broke even.

The house has plenty of room, with more than 12,000 sq ft of living space, 9 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. It sits on 3 acres with a giant pool in the backyard as well.

But don't worry, The Weeknd still has a place to rest his head, he scooped up a $25m penthouse bachelor pad back in 2019.

The Weeknd was repped by Angel Salvador at The Agency in the sale and Madonna by Trevor Wright at The Beverly Hills Estates

Ellen DeGeneres Says Bye to Bev Hills Home ... No Big Pay Off This Time

Published

Ellen DeGeneres made quick work of the Beverly Hills home she just put on the market ... but she didn't cash in quite like she probably hoped.

The talk show host unloaded the massive, secluded property she bought just 2 years ago from Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine, for a whopping $47 million ... but she was asking for way more than that.

As we first told you ... Ellen listed the 10,000 square-foot mansion for $53.5 mil just over a month ago, which would have netted her a decent profit because she and her wife, Portia de Rossi, purchased it from Adam for about $45 mil.

Instead, it's more like a break-even transaction ... but we're told DeGeneres went ahead with it anyway because she spends very little time in L.A. outside of shooting her show. She's now living full-time up in Montecito.

As for the new buyer -- represented by Brian Lane & Bob Safai of Madison Residential -- they just scored a gorgeous, ivy-covered estate with a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, fire pit, dining room bar, 50-foot living room with stone fireplace, indoor gym, spa and a guest house.

There's also a sunken tennis court, as the home used to also be owned by tennis legend Pete Sampras.

Celeb realtor Kurt Rappaport held the listing.

Vin Diesel Neighbors Say Vin's Hired Muscle Way Too Aggressive

Published | Updated

Vin Diesel has a security problem ... with his neighbors, who say the actor's security team act like they own the hood.

Vin is renting a place in a gated community in the Dominican Republic, and neighbors say he has 12 aggressive security guards protecting him and his fam.

The neighbor next door says the last straw was this Easter, when the guards blocked pedestrians and traffic so Vin and his kids could bicycle.

The neighbor wrote a letter to Vin, obtained by TMZ, in which he says, "For a few weeks I have personally witnessed and heard from fellow homeowners the unprecedented and abusive display of your security people around our homes and beach. Interrogating us, blocking our street with five or six SUV's. Stopping residents while walking when you ride your bicycle."

The neighbor goes on ... "In over ten years the homeowners in Fundadores Juanillo Beach have never endured and suffered such absurd comportment by anyone renting a home in our very small, private and very secure community."

The neighbor, who's from New York, had a tinge of sarcasm when he wrote, "You should know that you are visiting a community where no one is a threat to you, or anyone else that visits us."

A source close to Vin tells TMZ, the actor's been going to the DR for 20 years, and he's gotten along great with everyone. As for the Easter incident, the source says Vin was riding his bike with his kids and handing out Easter baskets to workers in the community. The source adds there was extra security because Vin's entire family was there.

The source says it was never Vin's intent to inconvenience his neighbors.  He loves the community and has brought production to the area.  The source adds the security team are all Dominicans, because Vin wanted he help employ people in the area.
