Joe Giudice just flipped the script, big time, in his deportation case -- he now WANTS to go to Italy ... but only temporarily.

Joe and his lawyer, James Leonard, just filed docs in federal appeals court requesting his immediate release from an ICE detention center while the courts decide on his appeal of deportation. The twist is he wants to go to Italy ... the very country to which he could be deported to.

According to the docs, Joe wants to go back to the motherland in order to bring home the pancetta. As his lawyer put it, Joe wants to "begin working and contributing financially to his wife and four young children."

As you know, the feds deported Joe earlier this year after he completed his prison sentence for wire and bankruptcy fraud. He immediately appealed that ruling, and that case is pending.

Just last week, a judge shot down his request to be released on bond here in the states.

Unemployed NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown isn't spending his Tuesday getting ready for a game -- he just walked into a Miami office to sit for a deposition in a lawsuit where he's accused of trashing a luxury apartment.

As we previously reported, AB is being sued by the owners of The Mansions at Acqualina in the Miami area, where he was accused of wrecking his $35k-per-month unit and not paying for the damages.

Brown allegedly leased the place from Feb. 2018 to July 2018.

In the lawsuit, the condo owners claim they found broken or defaced furnishings -- including a leather couch, silk-covered sofas and appliances. They also claim AB damaged the walls and flooring so badly, they needed to repaint the place.

Brown has previously denied the allegations and vowed to fight the case. In fact, Brown filed a counterclaim against the condo claiming his unit was burglarized in April 2018 due to lack of security at the complex. Brown filed multiple police reports claiming the burglars entered his place without permission and stole $80k in cash and a 9mm firearm while he was out of town.

AB arrived for his deposition on Tuesday morning with his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, by his side -- along with his attorney, Darren Heitner.

The former New England Patriots star was dressed in a black tracksuit and was smiling and using his phone to record the media throng waiting for him as he arrived.

In other words, he didn't seem worried at all.

If The Mansions sounds familiar, it's the same place where Brown was accused of going on a furniture-throwing tirade back in 2018 ... and almost smashing a 22-month-old child.

Brown was sued by the family of the kid who says Brown was launching furniture off his balcony and only missed hitting the child and his grandfather by "a mere foot or two."

Brown struck a settlement with the family -- agreeing to put money in the kid's college fund and also donate to a charity.

Miley Cyrus' iHeartRadio set in Las Vegas nearly took a dark turn due to a man cops say is obsessed with knocking her up -- and it was only her eagle-eyed bodyguards who prevented disaster.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops were called to the T-Mobile Arena Saturday night after Miley's security team noticed 42-year-old David Rumsey in the audience. We're told Rumsey was on their watch list because he'd allegedly made previous threats against her.

Our sources say Rumsey told Miley's team, "It's my life's mission to impregnate Miley." We're told the guy also claimed he was going to raise Michael Jackson and Prince from the dead so they could party with him and Miley.

After being detained by Miley's security team, Rumsey was arrested and booked into the Clark County Jail on a felony charge of making threats. He is still currently in custody.

The guy's Twitter feed is frighteningly bizarre. In tweets the week before the concert he tells Miley he's sorry for hurting her and blames Donald Trump. Then he insinuates that after they meet in Vegas they'll be able to party with MJ, Prince and Tupac.

Sources tell us those twisted tweets are why Miley's team had distributed Rumsey's photo to staff inside the venue and instructed them to be on the lookout during her performance.

Young Dro's gonna have to spend time behind bars for smashing banana pudding in his GF's face ... but it ain't all bad news for the rapper, far from it.

According to legal docs ... Young Dro pled guilty last week to 1 count of battery/family violence. He was immediately sentenced to 12 months behind bars, but was only ordered to serve 70 days.

And, it gets even better -- Dro got credit for 20 days already served. Plus, we talked to a Fulton County Court official who tells us he'll get an extra day of credit for each day served on good behavior.

The official says, do the math, and the rapper could get out as early as October 5.

He'll remain on probation for the balance of the 12-month sentence. As part of his plea ... Dro's gonna have to submit to a drug/alcohol evaluation within 30 days of his release from jail. He's also been ordered to undergo domestic violence counseling, and cannot booze or take drugs while on probation.

He'll also have to take random drug tests and forfeit all weapons.

TMZ broke the story ... the rapper was busted back in July after allegedly punching his GF so hard it left her bruised. Young Dro's also accused of smashing a plate of banana pudding in her face before grabbing a kitchen knife and going to town on the living room furniture.

The man convicted of wrecking Jaime King's car circled back to stalk her with pics of his junk and other weird stuff, according to cops. Now, he's going away for a while.

Paul Francis Floyd recently pled no contest to one count of felony stalking -- a charge he was slapped with after flooding the actress with messages via social media, email, snail mail and texts.

All of that was a major no-no, of course, because back in April 2018 he terrorized Jaime by leaping onto her Mercedes-Benz and using a skateboard to go to town on her windshield and rear window ... all while her then 4-year-old son was in the car.

Floyd ended up getting sentenced to a year behind bars and 3 years of probation, but as soon as he got out he attempted to contact Jaime again.

Law enforcement sources tell us the messages included threats to Jaime, her family and her staff's family. He also allegedly sent pics of his genitalia and vids of him fighting people.

After the car smashing incident, Jaime had vowed to show up at Floyd's court hearing to stare him down to honor her son, who she says suffers PTSD from the incident.

A camera crashing down into the Life is Beautiful music festival left 3 women injured -- and 2 of them needing immediate medical treatment.

The scary accident happened Saturday night at the Las Vegas festival ... a huge camera fell about 35 feet, landing on top of the victims. We're told the camera was fastened to a cable, but slipped off ... sending the camera and pieces of its rigging plummeting into the crowd.

We're told the whole apparatus weighs about 20 pounds!

All 3 women were treated on scene, but 2 of them needed more assistance and had to be rushed to a hospital. We're told one woman was treated for a head injury, and the other for a leg injury. They've both been released.

The group Of Monsters and Men was performing on the main stage when the camera free fell ... creating, as you can see, a very bloody scene.

A rep for the festival tells us, "The safety and security of our guests, partners, artists and employees is our first priority. Our thoughts and well wishes are with those affected by the incident." They also say there is an ongoing investigation and they are working to identify the cause of the incident.

It's the second straight year equipment has injured people at Life is Beautiful.

Dave East has one less problem to worry about (with conditions) after allegedly socking a cruise passenger ... but he's gotta stay on the straight and narrow to walk away scot-free.

The Manhattan Criminal Court Clerk tells TMZ the rapper accepted a deal Monday to dismiss his assault charge from a year ago IF he stays out of trouble for the next 6 months. The problem ... trouble has already found him -- DE got cited for battery just last week.

TMZ broke the story ... Dave got caught up in a 3-way gone wrong in Vegas, where a woman claims he punched her after they got into argument during sex. Dave says the woman hurled champagne bottles at him and allegedly struck him in the head, arm and leg.

Felicity Huffman got caught in the Emmys' crosshairs with a not-so-subtle shot at the former winner and TV darling that invoked her prison sentence.

Emmys commentator Thomas Lennon made the jab after RuPaul took home the prize for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program. He noted the show producers had asked him to make a special shout-out to any ex-Emmy-winning actresses who might be watching from prison.

He didn't say Felicity's name, but it was obvious he was talking about her ... as he followed up with, "Hopefully those two weeks are going to fly right by."

Lennon added, "Keep your chin up" as he carried a big smirk on his face. Of course, Felicity won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy for her role in "Desperate Housewives" back in 2005. She's been nominated for Emmys several other times as well.

As we reported ... Felicity was sentenced to 14 days behind bars -- among other penalties -- for her role in the college bribery scandal, to which she pled guilty.

She seems to have gotten a jump on her community service, which might be an attempt to show good faith to the judge ... who has the power to send her to the facility she wants -- a cozy-ish place up in the Bay Area that allows tanning and whatnot.

Felicity starred in a show that's up for quite a few Emmys Sunday -- Netflix's "When They See Us" -- but she wasn't nominated for her role as Linda Fairstein.

Damon Dash says he's not the cash register he used to be -- not by a long shot -- so he's asking a judge to pull the plug on his child support obligations.

Dash filed legal docs saying enough's enough, and he no longer wants to pay support to 19-year-old Ava. Apparently, he struck a deal with ex-wife Rachel Roy that he would pay $6,000 a month total for both kids, and the obligation didn't stop at 18.

As for why, Dash says things are lean in the financial department, claiming his adjusted gross income in 2018 was a skosh over $56,000. Damon says Rachel makes way more than him ... approximately $500k a year. He also says she lives a lavish lifestyle with trips to Europe, Greece and India.

Damon says he's stepped up plenty ... he pays $3,666 a month for 11-year-old Tallulah's private school.

Rapper Kamaiyah had a blast at a private movie screening in a snazzy condo complex -- and by blast ... we mean she allegedly fired a gun and promptly got her ass arrested.

Police say Kamaiyah was hanging out at an apartment building in the San Fernando Valley ... where she and some friends made their way into the facility's movie screening room. Not a theater, per se ... but close enough.

Anyway, on surveillance footage reviewed by management -- and eventually by law enforcement -- a woman cops believe is Kamaiyah was seen pulling a handgun from inside her bag before letting a round go in the room. She darted shortly afterward.

Law enforcement sources tell us it appears the discharge, during the screening last month, was accidental and the gun went off as Kamaiyah was playing with it. We're told she wasn't arguing with anyone beforehand ... so there's no reason to think the bullet was meant for anyone.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Kamaiyah wasn't arrested until just a couple weeks ago when a warrant was issued and cops located her. We're told they found what they believe to be the same gun used at the complex.

She was booked for felony negligent discharge of a firearm and was released on $35,000 bond.

Jamie Spears withstood a fierce challenge by ex-wife Lynne Spears in the conservatorship battle over Britney ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with knowledge of Wednesday's court hearing tell TMZ, Lynne wanted Jamie out as conservator, but the judge rejected her claims. Lynne felt Jamie had done a poor job ... something she's been saying since the Free Britney movement last spring.

The judge decided Jamie should continue on as conservator of Britney's estate, meaning all of her business affairs. As we reported, Jamie has temporarily bowed out of handling the other part of the conservatorship -- taking care of Britney, her medical needs and so on. The case manager Jamie hired -- Jodi Montgomery -- has been appointed conservator until January, and that's when Jamie will retake the reins. He is still taking care of all of her business affairs.

Jamie has said he's temporarily stepping down because of medical issues, but we know another reason is that there's currently a restraining order that prohibits him from having any contact with Britney's kids -- this after he allegedly put his hands on 14-year-old Sean.

There are a few complications. We're told Britney hasn't spoken to Jamie since last month when the incident went down between him and Sean. Several sources say they actually weren't speaking even before that.

And, there's this. Several sources say Britney is not doing well. As one source put it, "She goes through cycles, and hopefully we're at the bottom now." We posted this video Friday of Britney at an awards ceremony for boyfriend Sam, and she was so uncomfortable she beelined it for the car before even walking into the event.

This is absolutely awesome ... WWE star Lacey Evans did NOT break character for one iota of a second while being pulled over by cops in Canada. Now, THAT is nasty.

The southern belle wrestling personality recorded an encounter she had with police in Edmonton, Alberta over the weekend -- where she was being given a ticket for allegedly speeding down the highway. To non-WWE fans, it might've come off as intense.

In the video that Lacey posted to her own social media, you can see her get pretty testy with the relatively friendly and polite officer. Oh, Canada ... never change.

As he comes back to her car to hand her the ticket, Lacey goes off on him ... demanding to know whether he even knows who the hell she is. It's hilarious ... he definitely doesn't.

Lacey accepts the ticket with some major attitude, even go so far as to drop her signature catchphrase ... telling the cops he's "nasty" for doing what he did. The guy tells her to have a good day, and she fires back by wishing him a terrible day.

He ends leaving it as politely as he started, welcoming Lacey to Edmonton with a wave and smile. Lacey captioned her tweet, " 1.Canada is terrible. 2. You know Exactly who I am. 3. You will be speaking to my lawyer. #YaNasty." True to form, we must say.

Lacey's known for saying "nasty" A LOT on WWE, whether she's kicking ass in the ring or lecturing rambunctious co-workers from the stage. Talk about commitment, huh?

Tekashi69's ex-bodyguard threatened to shoot him as he snatched the rapper from his chauffeur-driven ride ... and the whole ordeal was captured on video.

The dash cam video starts as a car smashes into the back of the SUV carrying Tekashi --  he was sitting in the front passenger seat -- and then 2 men were at Tekashi's door forcing him out of the vehicle. Tekashi tried to put up a bit of a fight but not for long.

You hear Anthony "Harv" Ellison -- 6ix9ine's ex-bodyguard -- barking orders like, "Give me your money" and "Get in the car. We gonna shoot you!"

Prosecutors played the dash cam footage of the July 2018 incident in federal court where 6ix9ine is testifying against 2 members of his former gang, the Nine Trey Bloods -- one of them being Ellison.

Ellison, and at least one other man, stuffed Tekashi -- whose real name is Daniel Hernandez -- into their car and drove off. In the dash cam video -- from Tekashi's driver's SUV -- you can see his driver attempted to follow Ellison's car for a few blocks, but eventually sped off to go find a police officer to help.

Ellison went to Tekashi's home, and surveillance footage -- obtained by the feds -- shows Tekashi's girlfriend handing over a bag of money and jewelry to Ellison's crew.

As we reported, Tekashi was eventually released, but not before they pistol-whipped him ... landing him in the hospital.

At the time, many people thought the kidnapping was a PR stunt -- but Tekashi came on "TMZ Live" and insisted it was real, and claimed someone had set him up.

Ellison and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack are on trial right now for racketeering, and Tekashi is in the middle of his third day of testifying -- snitching on Ellison, Mack, and several other of members of the gang.

He's cooperating with the feds as part of a plea deal to get a reduced sentence in his own case. Tekashi had been facing a minimum of 47 years in prison.

Aaron Carter is adamant he has a right and a need to have guns -- but he now says assault weapons are overkill so he's giving them up.

Aaron tells TMZ, he believed cops were going to come to his home Wednesday and seize his guns, because his brother, Nick, got a restraining order against him and Aaron thought that would trigger a gun seizure. So, he says he beat Nick to the punch and called the cops himself on Wednesday.

Aaron says cops came to his home and assured him they were not going to take his guns away just because there was a restraining order. Nevertheless, he gave L.A. County Sheriff's deputies his 2 assault rifles to hold for him, because he's just hit the road for some concerts and is worried someone might break into his home and steal them.

But, there's more ... Aaron tells us when he returns he's going to get rid of his assault rifles for good -- maybe sell them to the gun shop he bought them from.

Aaron says he wants protection and he's going to keep a pistol and a shotgun, but he says he's off assault rifles for good.

One other thing ... the reason he says he gave cops the assault weapons while he was on the road is because he doesn't have a proper safe, but he says he's getting one quickly to secure the weapons he keeps.

The woman suing Chris Brown over eye injuries she allegedly suffered on a music video shoot has a photo of her puffy peepers ... and it'll make you go, "ewwwww."

In the photo -- obtained by TMZ -- Danielle Griffin's eyes appear red, swollen and caked in a gross, greenish goop. We're told that's pus discharging from her eyes, so like we said ... eww.

Griffin claims in legal docs ... she was hired as a backup dancer in September 2017 to perform in a CB music video, which was shooting in Downtown L.A.

According to the suit ... sometime during the shoot, a wardrobe and makeup artist poured fake liquid blood on her head without eye protection and told her it was safe. Griffin claims it wasn't ... and the "dangerous substance" caused direct injuries to both of her eyes.

Griffin's attorney -- Arshia Mardasi of Allen, Flatt, Ballidis & Leslie -- tells us she had to go to 3 different hospitals in 24 hours to tend to her eye injuries. Mardasi says Griffin was also holed up for months while she recovered, which caused her to drop out of her master's degree program and miss several job opportunities.

We are told the music vid she was hired for was "High End," which features Future and Young Thug.

Nick Carter says he had to protect his wife and unborn child from his brother because Aaron flat-out told their sister, "I have thoughts of killing babies."

That bombshell allegation is in the restraining order request Nick filed Monday in Las Vegas. In the docs, he says Aaron and their sister, Angel, were talking by FaceTime on August 7, 2019 ... and according to Angel, Aaron said, "I want to tell you something that I never told you before -- I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Angel asked Aaron if he heard voices ... and that's when he made the "killing babies" remark. Angel asked if he thought about killing anyone else, and she claims he said, "I think about killing Lauren Kitt" ... who is Nick's pregnant wife.

Aaron's then-girlfriend, Lina, was there during the convo and chimed in, "Angel, how do you think I feel with him sleeping with a sword next to him?" According to the docs, Aaron got upset and said, "Shut up Lina, you are next on my list."

Aaron and Lina have since had an ugly breakup. Worth noting ... cops were called the day after that FaceTime convo to conduct a welfare check on Aaron. We had reported it was a family member who called ... and in the docs, Angel admits it was her.

In his filing, Nick explains he needs the court-ordered protection from Aaron because he's afraid Aaron will listen to the "voices in his head and cause harm to my family." He also states, as far as he knows, Aaron owns 6 firearms, which he's known to keep "readily available."

In fact, Aaron was on "TMZ Live" this week and told us he had his guns loaded and ready when cops made yet another welfare check at his home this past Sunday.

As we reported, Nick was granted the restraining order which requires Aaron to stay away from Nick, Lauren, their son and Lauren's parents.
