49ers linebacker Reuben Foster has been charged with felony domestic violence stemming from a February incident in which he allegedly beat up his GF so bad, he ruptured her eardrum.

Officials say ... on February 11, Foster's 28-year-old live-in girlfriend flagged down a stranger’s car to call 911. She called police. The victim claimed Foster dragged her by her hair, physically threw her out of the house, and punched her in the head 8 to 10 times.

The woman was hospitalized for her injuries and later released.

According to the Santa Clara District Attorney ... 24-year-old Foster faces charges of domestic violence with an allegation that he inflicted great bodily injury, forcefully attempting to prevent a victim from reporting a crime, and possession of an assault weapon – all felonies.

He is also charged with misdemeanor possession of large capacity weapon magazine -- since officials say they found a Sig Sauer 516 with a high-capacity magazine during the search of Foster's home.

FYI, it's illegal to posses a Sig Sauer 516 in the state of California.

Stan Lee is mad as hell over reports he's being abused and taken advantage of, because he says they're completely untrue ... and he's going to do whatever it takes to set the record straight.

The legendary Marvel creator tells TMZ ... material recently published about him and his friends -- specifically Keya Morgan -- is nothing but slander. Lee says the claims are "hateful and harmful" and he can't even believe some of the accusations.

Stan's adamant he's not being mistreated, and suggests someone might have a personal vendetta. In any event, he's ready to take legal action against any media outlets wrongly trashing him.

As we've reported ... Lee's endured several rough months. He's been dealing with a bizarre blood heist, millions of dollars disappearing, pneumonia, and the death of his wife.

The man's fed up. 'Nuff said.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the embattled NFL star was arrested Friday when his court-ordered SCRAM alcohol monitoring device went off.

Now, officials say the device measured his B.A.C. at a whopping .40 ... 5 TIMES the legal limit to drive.

In Smith's case, the judge in his domestic violence case had ordered him to be completely sober while wearing the device ... but officials say he went WAY over the edge.

In fact, according to an organization for responsible drinking, most people with a .40 or higher are probably in a coma.

"The nerve centers controlling your heartbeat and respiration are slowing down. It's a miracle if you're not dead," the report says.

On Wednesday in court, it was revealed that prosecutors and defense attorneys are looking into sending Aldon to an inpatient substance abuse facility.

Jesse Williams's estranged wife has gone to court asking for more money to support their 2 kids ... TMZ has learned.

Aryn Drake-Lee filed docs claiming the $50,695 per month Jesse's been ordered to fork over in spousal support falls way short of covering expenses for their kids, ages 4 and 2.

In the docs, Aryn says she's paying 100% of the kids' bills right now ... including clothes, food, traveling outside L.A. to visit family, swimming and dance lessons, child care and tuition. Aryn says that pushes expenses to $73,369 per month.

Aryn claims Jesse can afford it since he makes at least $250k per "Grey's Anatomy" episode, so she wants to be reimbursed for what she's had to cover so far.

On top of that ... Aryn wants $200k to cover her legal fees. We broke the story, Jesse agreed to front her $60k for her lawyer's fees ... but clearly that ain't cutting it for Aryn.

Kevin Spacey is officially under the microscope of the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, which is reviewing a sex crimes case against him.

TMZ has confirmed the L.A. County Sheriff's Department turned over a case against the actor to the D.A. -- specifically, the Sex Crimes Task Force. As we reported ... scores of alleged victims have come forward against Spacey accusing him of sexual misconduct.

He's also been accused of sexual assault in other states, as well as London, where he's currently under investigation for at least 3 sexual assault claims.

Spacey was fired from "House of Cards," and was completely replaced in the movie "All the Money in the World" ... after sexual misconduct allegations first surfaced.

Meek Mill's prison visitors' list keeps growing, and another high-profile name's been added to it this week -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney.

Sources at the prison tell us Kenney was spotted leaving the facility Wednesday morning with 76ers owner Michael Rubin, who's visited several times before... including Tuesday when he brought Patriots owner Robert Kraft to visit the incarcerated rapper.

According to the Mayor's spokeswoman ... Rubin invited Mayor Kenney, and the visit with Meek lasted about an hour. We're told Hizzoner believes the rapper could better serve the community outside prison.

We're told the Mayor believes Meek's case "makes clear and urgent the desperate need to continue working with our partners to reform our criminal justice system."

Porn legend Ron Jeremy is being accused of sexual battery, and the L.A. County District Attorney is reviewing the case ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Sheriff's Department turned over the results of its investigation to the D.A.'s Office. The alleged case involves a woman at the famed Rainbow Bar & Grill ... who claims Ron followed her into the bathroom back in December and groped her.

Somebody get Maury out here quick -- 'cause Lil Wayne is NOT the father of a woman who said he was just that to her little boy, and owed her dough ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained the results of Weezy's paternity test, which he took to prove if he was Keiotia Watson's baby daddy. Turns out, he absolutely didn't father her 16-year-old son, Dwayne Brown.

According to the docs, there's a 0.00% chance that Wayne is the father of Keiotia's boy -- despite the fact she claimed they had a sexual relationship in 2001. Even if that's true, zero percent is pretty convincing to us.

As we reported ... a Louisiana judge ruled in Watson's favored after she filed legal docs to establish paternity and get child support from Wayne. He never paid up though, and a new trial was ordered, as was this paternity test to decide the matter once and for all.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been arrested on new drug charges in North Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Courtland Keith Rogers was hauled off to jail Tuesday after being indicted last month. He's facing two drug-related charges -- selling and delivering schedule III substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute schedule III substances.

We're told the 2 drug charges stem from a drug possession-related arrest back in November when he was caught with Buprenorphine-Naloxone, which is normally used to treat opioid addiction. Rogers was also hit with an habitual felon charge because he'd been arrested and convicted for his third felony in the state in 2013.

Rogers was released from Brunswick County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He has no kids with Jenelle, and was only married to her for less than 2 years.

The officer who violently dragged a United Airlines passenger last year says the airline set him up to take a fall, and he believes he was wrongly fired... according to a new suit.

James Long was one of the Chicago aviation officers seen on video yanking Dr. David Dao off his flight in April 2017, and he's suing United -- along with the Chicago Dept. of Aviation (CDA) -- over losing his job.

In the suit, Long says the airline should have known removing Dao from the flight would require "physical force," and says the CDA didn't properly train him for such situations. He also says the CDA's commissioner defamed him by saying he had acted inappropriately during the incident.

Nick Gordon was sobbing -- bawling -- as cops arrested him for domestic violence ... and his girlfriend claimed he was suicidal and wanted to "be with his angels," Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina.

Cops came to Nick's home after he called 911, claiming his girlfriend attacked him, but when cops saw she was injured they turned the tables on him.

Nick was hysterical ... at one point you hear a cop say that Nick was trying to explain he was famous.

The girlfriend, Laura Leal, told cops Nick was wasted. The 2 got into it on the drive home ... when an argument turned physical. At one point, Leal reveals Nick wanted her to crash the car so he could, "be with his angels."

Nick Gordon is in the clear in his domestic violence arrest because prosecutors have decided to drop the case ... and they just released pictures of his girlfriend's injuries.

Laura Leal had a bloody lip, a scratch on her cheek and a bruise on the middle of her chest.

Prosecutors also released several phone calls Gordon made while he was locked up. One of the calls was with Leal in which Gordon says, "How much you going to f*** me over? You totally f***** me over ... you were whooping my a** what am I supposed to do?"

In another call with his father, Gordon begs his dad to bail him out.

As TMZ reported, Nick called 911 last month after he and Laura got in a fight. He claimed she attacked him but, when police came to his apartment, she told cops he beat her while they were driving during a heated argument.

Amanda Bynes is waging war with Twitter and Instagram ... accusing the social media giants of allowing impersonator accounts to claim she's too broke to buy her meds and needs fans to wire her money.

Amanda's attorney, Tamar Arminak, tells TMZ ... she's sent multiple legal letters demanding Twitter shut down "@persianLA27" and Instagram remove "@alb4386" because they impersonate Amanda ... telling fans she's short on money and friends refuse to help her.

The accounts are private but we've obtained a screen shot of a recent IG post claiming she's $63 short from buying meds and begs fans to Venmo her the dough.

The fake Twitter account -- with more than 24k followers -- had numerous replies from fans saying "Amanda" deserves to get money that's owed to her "especially if it's court-ordered."

Tamar says they've been fighting Twitter now for years to remove the account ... Amanda's verified account posted in 2016 telling her followers not to believe the impostors, and then again last year, calling out the fake account for saying she's pregnant and married.

What's more ... Tamar -- who thinks the same person's behind both accounts -- claims Twitter told her the account's a parody and therefore doesn't violate rules. She claims IG told her it doesn't violate their policy and offered no further explanation.

For the record -- Tamar says Amanda's financially well, thriving in fashion school and in a much better place following her 2014 health scare.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's former Bel-Air home is the scene of a nasty war ... between the new owner and a woman who claims to be her tenant.

Marina Acton -- who plunked down $17.8 million in November for Kim and Kanye's mansion -- is being accused in new legal docs of harassing Deeona Capital. Deeona says Acton has been downright vengeful, cutting off the water and power, bullying her and threatening her family.

According to the docs ... the harassing behavior's been going strong since late March, and the woman claims Acton and her cronies have also damaged her personal belongings and tampered with her mailbox and Internet connection.

Here's where it gets stranger ... sources close to Acton tell us the woman -- who filed the legal docs asking for a restraining order against Acton -- is her former assistant whom she fired and who has now turned into a squatter.

Our sources say Marina offered to rent the place out to the alleged tenant for $55k per month -- but hasn't received a penny -- so she's ordered Capital to get the hell out. She's even called the police but so far Capital, her spouse and sister won't budge.

We broke the story ... Kim and Kanye sold the mansion to Acton, a rich Ukrainian philanthropist, for a huge profit.

XXXTentacion is suing the woman he appears to have smacked in the head in a video, claiming she's lying about what really happened, and hitting him up for a stack of cash.

XXX says his manager reached out to the woman right after she posted the video last month. As TMZ first reported ... he says her grandparents called back and asked what the rapper would be willing to do to "make everything good."

According to the suit, the grandparents alleged XXX had also thrown a BB gun at the woman's face prior to the hit seen on video. He claims they asked for $300k in exchange for the woman's silence. In docs, the 20-year-old hip-hop star says she was threatening to hold a news conference to blast him as a frequent abuser of women.

In the suit, X says the woman was lying when she posted a message saying she didn't reveal the video earlier because she was "terrified for her life." In fact, in the suit he says he was just joking in the video while dancing behind her, and merely "tapped the back of her head."

His side of the story is she had admitted to him the whole thing was just horseplay, and she was NOT injured. He claims she and her family were taking advantage of his tight situation -- he's already awaiting trial for an alleged 2016 beating of an ex-girlfriend, who was pregnant at the time.
