Offset got arrested for DWB, and the fact that cops didn't even bother doing a field sobriety test proves it ... so claims the rapper's lawyer.

Attorney Drew Findling tells TMZ he believes the police are lying through their teeth. They claim they stopped him because he crossed a solid yellow line. The arresting officer says when he pulled Offset over he smelled weed. Findling says if that was a legit stop, at the very least the officer would order Offset out of the car to walk the line, yet that didn't happen.

The police report makes no mention of impairment or suspected impairment ... it's completely ignored.

Findling doubled down on what he told TMZ over the weekend ... that his client was targeted because he's a rich, young, black rapper wearing a "big fat watch" and was driving an expensive car. He says the goal was to "take him down."

Former USC wideout Joseph Lewis -- a five-star high school recruit in 2016 -- is facing up to five years in prison after prosecutors charged him with domestic violence ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The L.A. District Attorney's Office filed a felony DV charge against Lewis for his arrest last week -- when he was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a woman at home.

Lewis pled no contest to a separate alleged domestic violence incident earlier this year and was sentenced to 3 years probation. As a result, Lewis faces a more severe penalty in this case, which includes up to five years in jail and a $10,000 fine.

Offset's argument he's the victim of the so-called "hip-hop cops" just got dealt a serious blow, because police say he was weaving through traffic when they pulled him over ... TMZ has learned.

According to the cops he was pulled over for "failure to maintain lane" because he crossed over the solid yellow line. As for the guns ... cops say there were a total of 3 weapons found. One of them was on his male passenger, a bodyguard ... the other 2 were inside the car.

As we reported, Offset was charged with 2 counts of illegal possession of firearms.

Offset's attorney, Drew Findling, says officers only targeted his client because he's a rich, successful black rapper. Findling claimed cops used the lane change as a thinly veiled excuse to take down Offset, but the police report describes it as more than just an improper lane change.

What's more, Findling says Offset was NOT in possession of any firearm, and adds the guns belonged to the passenger ... who he described as an assistant who is a licensed gun holder.

Mark Calderon says his Color Me Badd bandmate, Bryan Abrams, was drunk as a skunk when he assaulted him, and adds ... Bryan needs something more than prosecution.

We spoke to the CMB singer Monday after Bryan shoved him to the ground Saturday during a show, for which he was arrested and booked Sunday for misdemeanor assault. Mark says Bryan was intoxicated and even heard through others that Bryan muttered ... "I'm motherf***ing Color Me Badd."

Mark says he will continue performing with or without Bryan for the love of his fans and their music, but it's clear he wants his old pal to get help in the wake of this stumble.

Luann de Lesseps is now pleading guilty to 3 charges in her drunken arrest case, but she's dodging the felony charge -- as part of a plea deal -- which would keep her out of jail.

The troubled 'RHONY' star agreed to plead guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication for her Palm Beach County arrest. She was originally facing a felony charge of resisting an officer with violence, as well as the other 2 misdemeanors. That resisting charge was reduced to battery.

You'll recall, Luann was arrested on Christmas Eve in Palm Beach, FL -- she allegedly attacked a cop during her bust. She was caught on video telling an officer she'd kill him if he continued to touch her.

As part of the deal, she'll be placed on probation for a year. She'll have to complete 50 hours of community service and attend two AA meetings a week in NY, where she lives. Luann cannot consume alcohol or drugs and must submit to random testing. She also had to write an apology letter to the cop she hit.

Tekashi69 says he blacked out after getting pistol whipped, but says he remembers enough to believe the whole alleged caper was a setup.

The rapper was on Monday's "TMZ Live" and told us he suspects the people who kidnapped and robbed him had intel about his whereabouts, and it was no accident when they hit his vehicle with theirs early Sunday morning.

He says the gunman hit him so hard in the head he blacked out and woke up in the back of a different vehicle. 6ix9ine told us how he bargained with his captors to let him go -- and why what happened next makes him think it was an "inside job."

Tekashi also talks about his haters calling the alleged heist a publicity stunt to promote his new track with Nicki Minaj -- which just so happened to drop on Sunday.

Stormy Daniels' husband doesn't just want a divorce -- he wants her to stay clear of him and their child -- and he's accusing her of cheating.

We've learned a judge has granted Glendon Crain a restraining order which he requested with his divorce petition. The judge, among other things, agreed to prohibit Stormy from coming in contact with Crain or their 7-year-old daughter, which Crain says was necessary because Stormy wanted to bring her on tour where she would be on a bus with other adult performers and at risk for both physical and emotional harm.

The restraining order also prevents Stormy from falsifying any document or withdrawing or transferring any assets from their accounts or from cutting off Crain's access to his credit cards. There's no evidence in the docs she's committed such misdeeds.

Crain also got exclusive use of the couple's home and 2 cars.

As for the cheating ... Crain isn't specific, but merely says Stormy "committed adultery."

As we reported, Glendon filed for divorce last week. He married Stormy in 2015 but the 2 have rarely been seen together in public since she emerged with allegations against Donald Trump.

We knew something was up earlier this month when Stormy was arrested at a Columbus strip club. On the police report, she marked "No" when asked if she was married.

A hearing is scheduled for Friday, where Crain will try to get the restraining order made permanent.

Juelz Santana enjoyed a little QT with his daughter this weekend ... starting with a manicure/pedicure but not before a judge signed off on it.

The rapper -- who is under house arrest following an airport gun bust in March -- requested permission from a judge to leave his house so he could spend the day with his daughter, Bella, for her birthday.

It's interesting ... we haven't seen court records where a judge sets specific times on when a house arrestee can get his nails done, shop at American Girl Place and then attend a birthday party ... but, that's exactly what these docs lay out.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Juelz's day started at 10 AM Saturday for manicures/pedicures at a nail salon in Englewood, NJ. Dad and daughter later hit up the American Girl Place in Manhattan at 2 PM presumably to spoil Bella with a fancy doll. They were then off to a family member's house in Totowa, NJ where they partied from 6 PM until 10 PM.

Ex-'Dukes of Hazzard' star Tom Wopat is dodging possible prison time by pleading guilty to a lesser charge in his felony indecent assault case from last year.

Wopat pled guilty to annoying or accosting a person, and got a year of probation. TMZ broke the story ... he was busted last summer in Waltham, MA for groping multiple women in the cast of the play in which he was starring. Police reports said he had put his finger between the buttocks of one woman.

His original charges were indecent assault and battery, both felonies, plus cocaine possession and 2 charges of accosting annoying. Prosecutors dropped the felonies Friday as part of his plea deal.

Conor McGregor is one lucky scofflaw ... because TMZ Sports has learned he's on the verge of striking a deal in his New York City criminal case that will keep him in the U.S. and out of jail.

We've learned Conor's lawyer is in the final stages of negotiating a plea deal in his felony mischief case ... the case that was filed after the UFC champ unleashed his fury by hurling a dolly into a UFC bus, injuring 3 fighters. His target was UFC rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, who was not hurt.

Conor was charged with one count of felony criminal mischief and 3 counts of misdemeanor assault.

Sources familiar with the deal tell us, prosecutors have agreed to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor. That's hugely significant because a felony involving violence could trigger permanent deportation from the U.S.

The Irish bad boy faced 7 years behind bars if convicted, but we've learned prosecutors are agreeable to probation ... NO jail time.

The deal is not finalized, but we're told negotiations are down to the "fine points." If it doesn't fall apart, the deal should be finalized in a matter of days, because Conor is due in a Manhattan court Thursday.

Anthony Anderson is under criminal investigation for allegedly assaulting a woman ... a claim he strongly denies.

A woman filed a police report with LAPD claiming the "Black-ish" actor assaulted her months ago. We've confirmed Anderson is listed as the suspect on the police report.

The private investigator who allegedly planted a tracking device on Richard Simmons' car has been charged with a crime ... TMZ has learned.

Scott Brian Matthews was charged with 2 counts of the crime of unlawfully using a tracking device.

Prosecutors say Matthews planted the device on the car Richard bought for his housekeeper, Teresa Reveles. They say he planted it so he could shadow Simmons and see if he was going to doctors or hospitals.

Kristin Davis, the Manhattan Madam who went to prison and was connected to former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, is being subpoenaed in the Robert Mueller investigation ... TMZ has learned.

Davis worked for former Trump aide Roger Stone for a decade, and had numerous interactions with Stone and Andrew Miller -- who ran Davis' campaign for Governor and who was subpoenaed by Mueller a month ago.

Sources familiar with the matter tell us, Davis' lawyer is negotiating the scope of the subpoena with Mueller's team.

Cardi B and Offset are in the crosshairs of another lawsuit stemming from the guy who sued the rappers claiming their hired muscle beat the crap outta him.

The Mark Hotel -- site of where the beatdown happened -- filed new legal docs saying they want the lawsuit thrown out, but are also covering their asses in the event Giovanni Arnold wins the suit.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, the hotel's essentially saying if The Mark Hotel gets hit with a huge judgment, it wants the court to hold the rappers responsible for the damages.

The driver who crashed into Indianapolis Colts player Edwin Jackson in Feb. -- killing the linebacker -- has pled guilty in his DUI case ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The case became a HUGE deal when President Trump tweeted that it was "disgraceful" that Jackson was killed by a man who was in the United States illegally.

Now, we've learned the suspect, 37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Zavala, has pled guilty to 2 counts of "DUI that causes the death of another."

He faces up to 16 years in prison when he's sentenced in September.

As we previously reported, 26-year-old Jackson and his Uber driver were hit by a pickup truck while they were standing on the shoulder of a highway in Indiana.

Taylor Swift flat-out stole her gaming app, The Swift Life ... so claims a tiny computer company that is going after the singer in court.

SwiftLife -- a computer consulting company -- claims it owned its name since 2007, and then Taylor came along and just jacked it.

SwiftLife is a one-man company and its owner, Patrick Benot, says he was never contacted by the singer or her reps ... they just took it to launch the digital gaming experience app The Swift Life.

Benot goes on to say Taylor and her people know full well about the ins and outs of trademarking products -- she's trademarked 64 items herself, so there is no excuse.
