Slash's Estranged Wife Thinks His GF is Trolling Her on IG ... Exposing Family Info

Published | Updated

Slash's estranged wife is on a search-and-destroy mission to find the person she says is putting her children at risk and accusing her of being a horrible mother.

Perla Ferrar filed docs in divorce court over hundreds of Instagram posts that reference private family info, as well as information and photos relating to the children's activities and whereabouts. Perla says the posts also accuse her of being an "unfit mother and child abuser."

In the docs, Perla says the culprit is most likely someone connected to Slash. She goes even further, insinuating it's his live-in girlfriend, and says she even asked Slash for any information he might have about the account. Interestingly, the IG handle for the account is "altperlafhudson."

She says Slash initially said he would cooperate, but according to the docs ... he reneged once it became clear the offender was someone "with private direct access to the Hudson family." According to the docs, most of the incriminating posts were deleted shortly after she asked Slash for the info.

Perla wants the court to force Slash's internet service provider to disclose all IP addresses that have been used to control the IG account in question.

Jessica Serfaty showed up with a bouquet of roses as the 2 hugged. Westwick strongly denied the claims of his 3 accusers and, after a review by the D.A. that lasted more than half a year, the cases were closed.

Two of the cases were rejected based on insufficient evidence. The third was rejected because the accuser became unavailable.

Nicole Eggert Scott Baio's Crisis Manager is Tormenting Me

Published | Updated

Nicole Eggert ran to court Monday for a restraining order against Scott Baio's crisis manager, claiming he's been conducting a smear campaign against her online, calling her "mentally ill and unstable."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Eggert claims since November, Brian Glicklich "publicly harasses me online and in the media. He threatens to ruin my reputation, career and constantly makes libel (sic) comments about my mental health."

She says Glicklich has told her she "will pay" for going after Scott, claiming he sexually abused her when she was minor. The D.A. has investigated and declined to prosecute citing the statute of limitations.

Eggert says she's now seeking therapy for emotional distress because of Glicklich's comments. She says, "Victim shaming is a horrible thing to do to someone."

She was asking the judge to ban Glicklich from making any comments about her on social media, but the judge rejected her request, citing the First Amendment. The judge did order Glicklich to stay 100 yards away from Eggert and stop harassing her.

We reached out to Glicklich, who told us, "Nicole Eggert's efforts to silence my work on behalf of Scott Baio is wrongheaded and based on the judge's order was dead in the water."

Corey says he and his family are in fear for their lives due to the nature of the messages. Detectives are trying to trace the IP addresses of the people behind the Twitter accounts.

Model Louisa Raske Sues Agencies Push Us into Surgeries ... Wilhelmina & Next Accused

Published | Updated

The world's top modeling agencies screw their famous clients by urging them into surgery, cramming them into apartments and controlling their dating lives ... according to a new lawsuit.

Model Louisa Raske filed a class action lawsuit against Major Model Management, Wilhelmina, Next, Elite and other top tier agencies claiming the companies instructed models to undergo medical procedures for weight loss and to attain the all-important thigh gap.

In the suit, she also says the agencies tried to run their social lives. For instance, a model named Eleni Tzimas says she was told by Elite to attend high-profile events because people like Donald Trump would be there. Another claims her agency encouraged her to break-up with her bf, who was in the military, so she could date an "a-list celebrity or professional athlete."

Personally, Raske says her agency, Next, used one of her shots on a L'Oreal hair product without ever paying her. She eventually got paid $31k, but insists she was owed more.

Another model, Marcelle Almonte, says her agency, MC2 Models, crammed her into a 2-bedroom Miami apartment with at least 8 other models, and charged $1,850 per month. Doesn't sound like that much, except market value on the place was only $3,300 per month.

The plaintiffs are suing for unpaid wages and other damages.

IN COURT

Ex-Seattle Seahawks star Brandon Browner hit an L.A. courtroom on Monday in a different uniform than he's used to wearing -- an orange jumpsuit and handcuffs ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

Browner was in court to be arraigned on an attempted murder charge stemming from a July 8 incident in which he allegedly dragged and smothered his ex-GF in front of her 2 children.

The 6'4", 220 pound Super Bowl champ was walked into the courtroom in handcuffs -- and didn't say much during the hearing. He did plead not guilty to the attempted murder charge.

If convicted, the 33-year-old cornerback faces up to life in prison.

He's due back in court later this week for a bail review hearing. Bail in his case had previously been set at $10 million and he'll undoubtedly argue for that number to be lowered.

DJ Ashba was arrested Friday in Fairbury, IL on suspicion of DUI and for blowing a stop sign.

Law enforcement sources tell us Ashba first got pulled over for failing to stop but, because he showed signs of impairment, officers gave him field sobriety tests. Fair to say, it didn't go well for Ashba ... he was taken to jail, where he modeled a tight mohawk and colorful neck ink.

Ashba played with GNR from 2009 to 2015. After that he was performing as lead guitarist in Sixx:A.M. with Motley Crue vet Nikki Sixx.

Odell Beckham Sues I'm The Victim of $1 Million Shakedown

Published | Updated

"As one of the most famous athletes in the country, Mr. Beckham presents an enticing target for shakedown artists."

That's how Odell Beckham has opened his new lawsuit against a man allegedly trying to extort the NFL star for $1 MILLION.

Beckham is suing Ishmael Temple -- who claims Odell is responsible for a brutal 2017 attack at Beckham's Beverly Hills home that left him with serious injuries to his face. Temple says the men who beat him up were working for Odell at the time and the NFL star did nothing to stop it.

But, Odell claims Temple is full of crap -- and, in new court docs, claims Temple and his attorney were only after a huge payday ... and threatened to ruin Odell's reputation by leaking salacious allegations about him to the media if he didn't pony up.

Beckham claims Temple initially demanded a $999,999 settlement -- but then lowered the asking price to $225k.

"Suffice it to say, Mr. Beckham refused to be extorted," the lawsuit claims.

Beckham has denied ANY wrongdoing and is now suing Temple and attorney Emmanuel Nsahlai for civil extortion. He does mention a specific dollar amount -- but it's obvious he's going for the jugular.

Prison's officially off the table for Charles Oakley in his casino cheating case -- but he ain't outta the woods just yet.

Sacha Baron Cohen Roy Moore Threatens to Sue After This Pedophile Prank

Published | Updated

Roy Moore played right into Sacha Baron Cohen's hands as the comedian pulled off a prank that seemed to label Moore a pedophile ... and the whole mess could be headed for court.

The skit aired on Sunday night's episode of "Who Is America?" -- Moore was interviewed by Cohen, who was disguised as an ex-Israeli intelligence officer. Cohen's character told Moore Israel had developed technology to detect an enzyme that pedophiles secrete.

Watch Moore's reaction when Cohen busts out the device -- which, of course, alarmed like crazy around Moore. It's pretty clear the failed Senate-candidate thinks something is up, but still he sits through the bit.

It's really odd ... especially because Moore was so beset by multiple allegations he'd sexually assaulted minors many years ago. He's never been charged with a crime.

Moore said even before it aired, he would consider suing Showtime if it "airs a defamatory attack on my character." He also dismissed Cohen's comedy as "trickery, deception, and dishonesty."

Trump Star Vandals Austin Clay & James Otis Finally Meet

Published | Updated

The 2 guys who took a crack at demolishing President Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star came face-to-face this weekend, and some wisdom was imparted ... TMZ has learned.

Austin Clay -- the latest Trump star vandal -- met up with his predecessor, James Otis, Saturday at the Polo Lounge inside the Beverly Hills Hotel to break bread (not concrete) over lunch. The meeting lasted about 2 hours, with 10-15 people total in attendance.

Sources who were present tell us James mostly talked to Austin about how to protect himself legally after being arrested last week for pummeling the star with a pickax -- much like James did in 2016. We're told James wanted to give Austin advice on how to navigate the criminal justice system for the best outcome, seeing how he's gone through it himself.

Aside from the heart-to-heart, we're told James and Austin really hit it off -- laughing in each other's company and posing for photo-ops together. Although James didn't end up paying for Austin's $20k bail, it looks like they're true kindred spirits in bashing 45.

As we reported ... Austin says he doesn't regret the bang-up job he did on Trump's star -- which will remain in place despite all the violence and vandalism it's seen in recent months.

Beach Boys' David Marks He and Wife Arrested ... In Domestic Dispute

Published | Updated

No good vibrations here -- longtime Beach Boys member David Marks was arrested in a domestic dispute with his wife, but it sounds like she was the instigator ... according to law enforcement.

We're told police responded to a dispute earlier this month in the San Fernando Valley between David and his wife, Carrieann Marks. After investigating, cops placed both David and Carrieann in cuffs and hauled them off to jail.

David was arrested and booked for resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer -- a misdemeanor -- and Carrieann got busted for domestic violence against a spouse ... also a misdemeanor. They didn't look too happy in their mug shots ... usually no one is.

The details of the incident in question remain unclear.

However, Carrieann tells TMZ that the whole thing was a misunderstanding, and "we are happier than ever." She says they have plans to celebrate David's 70th birthday in the South of France next month -- and neither have any plans of pressing charges.
