Tyga Sues Cash Money & Young Money I Want No Less Than $10 Mil!

Published | Updated

12:20 PM PT -- A source close to Tyga wants to make it clear ... this is solely a business feud, nothing personal with Wayne. He's also amended his complaint and is asking for no less than $10 mil.

Tyga is squaring off with the likes of Birdman and Lil Wayne by suing both Cash Money and Young Money, claiming they screwed him out of lots of loot.

Here's the backstory. Tyga claims he made a deal back in 2009 in which he would produce 2 albums for Young Money. The albums -- 'Careless World' and "Hotel California" -- both charted big on Billboard. 'Careless World' charted #4 and 'Hotel Cali' charted 7.

Tyga claims Young Money -- run by Lil Wayne -- shorted him "significant sums."

He goes on in his lawsuit to claim in 2016 both Cash Money and Young Money agreed to pay Tyga all the royalties that he says were owed to him for years, but he didn't get squat.

Tyga says he's tried over and over to get paid, only to get stonewalled.

He wants no less than a cool mil.

Urban Meyer's Wife Afraid After Zach Smith Firing 'He Has Rage Issues'

Published | Updated

2:19 PM PT -- The report also contains text messages from Shelley to Urban Meyer on the night he fired Zach Smith (7/23) ... in which Shelley says she's worried about Zach's "response."

"He drinks a lot and I am just not sure how stable he will be. Afraid he will do something dangerous. It's obvious he has anger/rage issues already."

It begs the question ... if Shelley and Urban truly believed Zach was such a dangerous person, why was he allowed to stay on the OSU coaching staff for so long??

Urban Meyer's wife, Shelley, texted Courtney Smith -- expressing serious concerns about her husband, Zach Smith ... saying point blank, "He scares me."

The text exchange between Shelley and Courtney are included in the Ohio State investigation report into the football coach's mishandling of Zach, who was a WR coach for the Buckeyes.

The exact date of the text message exchange that was handed over to investigators is unclear -- but it was AFTER she filed for divorce from Zach and BEFORE it was finalized.

Zach was clearly still a member of the OSU coaching staff at the time.

Shelley initiated the conversation saying, "Hi courtney- I think about you very often- how are you and the kids? I am so sick that you have to suffer with this crap- so young. I am so so sorry."

Remember, Courtney has said she told Shelley Meyer about the alleged physical abuse she had suffered at the hands of Zach over the years ... and was upset neither Urban nor OSU took any action against him.

Courtney texted back to Shelley that she was "hanging in there" and added, "It's not your fault. I should have left a long time ago. Leaving was the best thing for me and the kids ya know? Just want the divorce final so I'm not walking on egg shells anymore."

Shelley replied, "I am with you! A lot of women stay hoping it will get better. I don't blame you! But just want U to be safe. Do you have restraining order? He scares me."

The text message exchange was first reported by Brett McMurphy, who broke open the entire Zach Smith scandal.

Also in Tuesday's document dump … an anonymous rehab facility worker claims Smith was ordered to participate in a 10-day treatment for multiple substance abuse addictions in 2015 – as well as receive a sex addiction evaluation – but he left after just 4 days.

“It was evident to me that he had no intention of completing the program or even taking it seriously,” the worker said.

Harvey Weinstein Ashley Judd Has No Proof I Hurt Her Career

Published | Updated

Harvey Weinstein says Ashley Judd's playing a guessing game when it comes to why her career was derailed, and he insists she can't prove he blackballed her out of a huge role.

Weinstein filed docs asking the court to throw out the lawsuit Ashley filed against him earlier this year. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he says her suit is based on a 2017 article where director Peter Jackson speculated Ashley wasn't hired for a 'Lord of the Rings' role due to Weinstein blackballing her.

In her suit, Ashley said the blackballing was the direct result of her rejecting Weinstein's sexually aggressive moves in a hotel room.

In his motion to dismiss, Weinstein says her whole case is based on speculation -- Jackson's and hers -- and she has no evidence the alleged blackballing is why she even lost the role. In fact, he says Ashley made no effort, at the time, to find out why she didn't get the part.

As for the hotel room encounter? Weinstein says the alleged incident was "neither severe nor pervasive."

VH1's 'Black Ink' Star You Stole Floyd vs. Conor Fight!

Published | Updated

Arghhhhh ... the star of the VH1 reality show "Black Ink Crew" is also a PIRATE who allegedly stole the Floyd Mayweather, Conor McGregor fight -- this according to a new lawsuit.

Ceaser Emanuel -- who owns the Black Ink tattoo shop featured on the show -- is being sued for a FORTUNE after he allegedly rigged the TVs at the parlor to play the fight without paying the proper fees.

Remember, the fight cost most people $99 on Pay-Per-View -- but if you wanted to show the fight in a commercial business, you had to pay thousands of dollars extra in licensing fees.

Well, according to the suit ... Emanuel was so cheap, he tried to bob and weave his way out of the fees by illegally obtaining the fight and showing it at his Atlanta location ... hoping he wouldn't get caught.

Problem is ... the company in charge of the licensing, Joe Hand Promotions, said they busted him red-handed.

Joe Hand is suing Ceaser and Black Ink Atlanta for satellite and cable piracy along with copyright infringement ... and they're hoping to get more than $100,000 in damages.

6:56 PM PT -- Vince Russo, the former WWE writer who said he reached out to Jason Sensation, has reportedly said he was able to get in touch with Jason, and everything is fine. Russo allegedly claimed Jason told him he was only joking, and was nowhere near the arena. The show has gone on as planned.

A WWE fan threatened suicide at a "WWE Raw" event in Toronto after claiming he snuck his gun into the venue ... and vowing to off himself on the air.

The man -- who goes by Jason Sensation online -- tweeted out an ominous message Monday afternoon, saying ... "I got my gun through security & will shoot myself in the head & kill myself during tonight's #RAW in Toronto. Don't ya dare miss it!!! Thanks for the memories @WWE."

Jason has some history with WWE -- he portrayed wrestler Owen Hart during a comedy skit in the late '90s. His Twitter bio also said that he's battling depression.

Law enforcement sources tell us Toronto PD is aware of Jason's tweet, and is currently looking into the matter. However, we're told no evacuation of the area is currently planned.

Trey Songz Woman Sues After Criminal Charges Dropped ... He Beat Me, Made Me Get Half-Naked

Published | Updated

Trey Songz is not in the clear yet for an alleged attack on a woman back in February ... she's now suing the singer.

As we reported, Andrea Buera insists the incident went down at a Hollywood party during NBA All-Star Weekend. Songz was arrested for the alleged attack, and although the L.A. City Attorney and the D.A. declined misdemeanor and felony charges for lack of evidence. ... Buera is pressing forward with a civil lawsuit.

According to docs, Trey ran after her -- because she was talking to another guy -- and choked her and punched her several times in the face. Andrea claims the beating only stopped because one of the singer's bodyguards intervened.

Andrea says Songz further humiliated her when he demanded she take off her shorts because they belonged to his friend.

She says her left eye was swollen shut, and she suffered bruises around her jaw and shoulders. Her legs were also bruised and scratched.

Buera is suing for her medical expenses and other damages.

'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Ex-Husband Arrested For Assaulting a Woman

Published | Updated

12:45 PM PT -- The arrest warrant issued for Courtland Rogers breaks down a disturbing alleged narrative. The court magistrate says they found probable cause to believe that Rogers had brutally attacked a woman named Lindsey Frazier on Sunday by allegedly slapping her, dragging her by the hair and pulling her hair out. The magistrate also says Frazier credibly alleged Rogers had threatened her and her family's lives ... and threw her phone against a wall to prevent her from calling 911.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans got busted again in North Carolina -- this time he's accused of assaulting a woman.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Courtland Keith Rogers was arrested Sunday in Leland, NC and booked into the Brunswick County Jail for one count of misdemeanor assault on a woman. We're told there was an open warrant for Rogers' arrest, and Leland PD executed it.

It's unclear when the alleged assault happened. We've got calls in to law enforcement.

It's been a tough year for Jenelle's ex -- he was arrested earlier this year on drug-related charges -- delivering substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute. He had to drop $15k to bond out after that bust.

This assault arrest will cost him a lot more -- bail's been set at $100k.

Ex-NFL Star Marcel Shipp All Charges Dropped ... In Dom. Violence Case

Published | Updated

Ex-NFL running back Marcel Shipp just caught a huge break in his domestic violence case ... 'cause the charges were dropped after a key witness failed to show in court Monday ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Shipp -- a former Cardinals RB from 2001 to 2007 -- was facing over a year in prison after he allegedly got physical with a woman on a sidewalk in downtown Scottsdale in February.

40-year-old Shipp was hit with 3 misdemeanor charges -- including assault and disorderly conduct.

A hearing in the case was scheduled for Monday morning -- but the key witness was a no-show, prosecutors say.

Officials wouldn't specify if the witness was in fact the alleged victim -- but it seems likely.

It's not uncommon for domestic violence victims to stop cooperating with prosecutors after the initial report. Generally speaking, prosecutors often find it difficult to get a conviction without having a cooperative accuser, so when an accuser goes M.I.A., it usually means the case has sunk.

So, what does it mean for Shipp? He's off the hook for now -- but officials say the case CAN be refiled if the witness changes course and cooperates.

Marcel started 28 games in his career and rushed for 2,197 yards in seven total NFL seasons.

Asia Argento Axed From 'X Factor Italy' ... After Sexual Assault Allegations

Published | Updated

Asia Argento has been axed from "X Factor Italy" after evidence surfaced she had sex with a 17-year-old boy.

Seven episodes are already in the can with Argento as one of the judges and those episodes will air, but she's been cut from the live shows that follow.

According to the Italian media, the producers -- FremantleMedia Italia and Sky Italia -- had previously decided if the allegations were true, she would no longer be welcome on the show.

TMZ broke the story ... Argento admitted in text messages to having sex with then-17-year-old Jimmy Bennett, despite recently denying it. There is also a photo of the 2 in bed at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Marina del Rey, CA, where they hooked up.

Argento, one of the first voices in the #MeToo movement and one of the first women to accuse Harvey Weinstein of rape, paid Bennett $380,000 as a settlement back in April. She has said her then-boyfriend, Anthony Bourdain, paid the money.

Florida State Names Deondre Francois Starting QB ... Despite Offseason Incidents

Published | Updated

Florida State football head coach Willie Taggert says Deondre Francois will be his starting QB this season ... despite two police incidents during the offseason.

Francois is a pretty solid player -- one of the top recruited QBs in the country out of high school -- but made national headlines for 2 off-the-field incidents after his sophomore year.

The 1st incident was a domestic altercation with his girlfriend back in January when Francois called police ... claiming she was tearing up his apartment and trying to attack him.

The girlfriend told a different story ... claiming Francois was the violent one, picking her up and throwing her to the ground in a jealous rage while she was 9 weeks pregnant.

Cops responded but couldn't determine who was telling the truth -- so no one was arrested. No charges were ever filed against Francois.

The 2nd incident went down in April when Francois was cited for marijuana possession in Tennessee -- after cops raided his home after receiving a tip Deondre may have been dealing weed out of the apartment.

Cops say Deondre tried to pin the weed they found on his girlfriend -- the same one from the domestic incident -- but they didn't believe him and cited the QB.

Despite the troubled offseason, Taggert still believes in the QB -- and will ride with him into the 2019 season.

Sacha Baron Cohen Hey O.J., Confess ... You Did It, Right?!

Published | Updated

Sacha Baron Cohen saved the best for last ... wrapping up his 'Who is America' series by sitting down with O.J. Simpson, and trying to get him to admit he committed the murders.

O.J. didn't take quite the bait, but it was pretty close as Sacha went undercover as fictional Italian playboy Gio Monaldo and joked about killing his gf, who pretended she had no idea who Simpson was ... that is until Sacha makes knife-to-throat gestures.

Simpson's reactions are uncomfortable, awkward ... but totally priceless. He appears to be completely duped. Gio and Simpson even laughingly suggested a bungee cord plot to kill Gio's gf.

Even when Simpson tried to get Sacha to stop, the comedian kept pressing. Watch ... we're glad he did.

During the footage, Young is being taken into custody for refusing to cooperate with officers during a routine traffic stop late Friday night.

You can hear Young screaming out to nearby witnesses -- clearly upset. The witnesses don't seem to care with one man telling cops, "shoot him."

Ultimately, cops ignored the cries from both Young and the witnesses and put the NBA Star in their squad car. He was taken to a nearby station where he was booked.

So far, Young has yet to comment publicly on the incident.

One witness tells us ... cops took Young out of his vehicle and ordered him up against a wall where he was handcuffed and taken into custody.

He was taken to a nearby station where he was booked. We're told Young's vehicle was impounded.

Unclear if he had any passengers inside.

It's not Young's first issue with cops -- back in 2016, he was cited for bumping his music too loud while driving his car in Hollywood. At the time, Young claimed one of the officers heckled him about the Lakers having a crappy record.

Young is a pretty famous dude outside NBA circles -- remember, he dated Iggy Azalea back in the day ... but she broke up with him when he knocked up his ex behind Iggy's back.

Terry Crews Adam Venit Got Away with Sexual Assault ... Due to LAPD Ties

Published | Updated

Terry Crews isn't done speaking out about his sexual assault case against WME talent agent Adam Venit ... suggesting it was rejected by prosecutors for unscrupulous reasons.

The "Brookline Nine-Nine" star shared his thoughts on Twitter Saturday, saying ... "Adam Venit has been the Event Chairman of the LAPD Foundation, which raises millions for the @LAPD ... Anyone wonder why my assault case against him was thrown out by the D.A.? Yeah, #MeToo"

The tweet was accompanied by a screenshot of an email from Venit and his wife Trina asking for sponsorship support for the LAPD's True Blue Cocktail Gala ... for which they are Event Chairs.

Crews' insinuation is strong ... Venit has ties to the police, so both the L.A. County D.A. and the L.A. City Attorney rejected Crews' criminal complaint against him.

We broke the story ... Crews' case was rejected after it was concluded it was barred by the statute of limitations. The D.A.'s Office also told us the case didn't rise to felony level because Venit did not make contact with Terry's skin when he allegedly grabbed his genitals.

Crews has also filed a civil suit against Venit, and in June ... he gave emotional testimony on sexual assault in front of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee based on his own experience.
