Drake Sues Woman Who Allegedly Made False Pregnancy, Rape Claims ... And Tried Extorting Him

Published | Updated

Drake has just filed a shocking lawsuit against a woman who claims he got her pregnant, saying she's hatched a baby scam and made false rape allegations against him.

Drake claims in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, he met Layla Lace last year during his Boy Meets World Tour in Manchester, England. He says after one of his concerts in February 2017, they hooked up at his hotel where he says they had consensual sex and "Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex..."

In the lawsuit, filed by celeb lawyer Larry Stein, Drake says Layla went ballistic when he sent her home rather than taking her on tour with him.

The lawsuit contains a number of text messages Layla sent Drake in the following weeks, saying how much she missed him and so on. Drake says she created a "fantasy relationship" with him and, at a point, didn't have the "time or energy to respond" and he says that set her off.

In April 2017, she posted on Instagram and for the first time claimed she was pregnant, saying, "So I guess still in this era this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone!!!" According to the lawsuit, she then threatened to publicly leak messages from Drake. She made good on her threat and went on SiriusXM and announced Drake got her pregnant.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The suit goes on to allege in May 2017, Layla hired a lawyer and demanded money for her alleged baby and threatened him with defamation because TMZ posted a story saying Drake had never even met her.

The suit claims Layla refused to take a paternity test and Layla and her lawyer went radio silent. Drake says the whole thing was a scam ... "There is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last Fall."

According to the lawsuit, Layla switched tactics and went to authorities in New York and alleged Drake had raped her during their one-night stand. Drake says at that point Layla hired a new lawyer who demanded money or else they would make the rape complaint public.

According to the suit, the case was referred to Manchester police, who interviewed Drake and ultimately cleared him.

But, according to Drake ... it wasn't over. He says in the suit Layla then demanded millions of dollars in exchange for silence.

Drake is suing her for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process.

He's asking for unspecified damages.

Kourtney Kardashian's Ex Younes Bendjima Sued ... After Alleged Beatdown on Coachella Security Guard

Published | Updated

Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima is being sued after he allegedly attacked a security guard at Coachella who refused to let him enter the restroom with Kourtney.

Mario Herrera says he was working the music festival back in April and stationed at the single-gender male restrooms. According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Herrera says Kourtney attempted to enter the restroom and Herrera told her that was not permitted.

Herrera claims that sent Younes into a rage, causing him to pick Herrera up, slam him against a wall and shout expletives.

The lawsuit claims Herrera's injuries were so bad, he had to be treated at a hospital. He's suing for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. Herrera's lawyer, Jack K. Kechichian, tells TMZ ... "Being a celebrity does not excuse bad conduct. You can't go around hurting people who are just doing their job and that’s all Mr. Herrera was doing, his job."

You'll remember back in March, Younes was caught on surveillance video outside Delilah in West Hollywood attacking a staff member as Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. looked on. A lawsuit has not yet been filed in that case.

Demi Lovato's Drug Dealer Warrant Issued in Cocaine Case

Published | Updated

The man who admittedly gave Demi Lovato the drugs that led to her overdose is now a wanted man ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County D.A.'s Office tells us a judge issued a bench warrant for Brandon Johnson -- but not for Demi ... it's for his June arrest for cocaine possession and DUI. The court clerk says Johnson was a no-show for his arraignment Monday, so the judge wants him hauled in to face the music.

We're told once Johnson's arrested, his bail will be set at $26k.

We broke the story ... Johnson's rap sheet includes being busted in March with a stash of guns, drugs and cash -- along with this June arrest.

Despite openly admitting on camera, he hooked up Demi with "aftermarket" pills and got high with her in the hours leading up to her OD -- Johnson won't be arrested or even investigated for his role in that incident.

Young Thug Drug Case If There Are Snitches ... Prosecutors Need to Tell Me

Published | Updated

Young Thug thinks there might be a rat or two spilling the tea to cops in his Georgia drug case -- so he's asking a judge to order prosecutors to expose them.

YT's lawyers are demanding any and all info related to potential snitches who might've sold their client down the river in his drug case, where he was slapped with 8 felonies. If anyone cut a deal or got leniency in return for snitching on the rapper ... the lawyers want to know, and they want names.

Not only that ... Thug's lawyers also want info that will help them rip apart would-be canaries, including criminal records, personnel files and any other relevant dirt.

We broke the story ... Young Thug was charged with possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone and weed. He's also charged with possession of amphetamine, Alprazolam, codeine (2 counts) and a firearm ... all stemming from his arrest last September when he got pulled over for tinted windows.

It's not the only legal case YT's dealing with right now -- he's also facing a felony gun charge from a weapons bust in L.A. last month.

Travis Barker Sues Routine Pre-Tour MRI Left Me Unable to Drum

Published | Updated

Travis Barker is suing the people he says cost him his ability to play the drums, tour and live a normal life.

You'll remember ... Barker was involved in a nasty car accident back in July when his SUV collided with a school bus. He's also been sidelined from touring with Blink-182 after suffering nerve damage, damage to his veins and a staph infection.

We're told the injuries have been life-changing for Barker, and a lawsuit has become necessary.

In the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Barker claims in June he went to The Medical Imaging Center in Santa Monica to receive an MRI as part of his routine checkup for his upcoming tour. Barker was to be sedated before the procedure, but technicians were unable to find a vein, sticking him at least 40x times in the process with a dirty needle and giving him staph. He's suing the medical office.

As for the bus crash ... the driver of the school bus made an illegal left turn and caused the collision. He's suing the driver of the bus and the bus company for the crash.

Travis doesn't specify how much he's asking for in damages, but you can bet it'll be a lot considering he's been unable to drum and has been forced to turn down numerous offers.

Travis' 14-year-old son Landon is also a part of the lawsuit.

LeSean McCoy's Baby Mama NFL Star Used Our Kid As A Pawn To Cover Up His Role in Home Invasion

Published | Updated

2:22 PM PT -- LeSean just replied to the docs, saying, "The allegations made against me today regarding my relationship with my son are provably false, outrageously inaccurate and offensive. I have a loving and close knit relationship with my son."

He continues, "The young boy is my whole life. With a custody case coming in November, I can see why these false allegations are surfacing."

LeSean McCoy's baby mama claims the NFL star used their son as a pawn in order to vouch for his character, so she would shoot down rumors he was involved in a home invasion that left another one of McCoy's baby mamas brutally beaten.

You'll recall, McCoy's home was hit in a home invasion back in July that left ex-GF Delicia Cordon almost unrecognizable because she was so badly beaten. Cordon and others insinuated McCoy may have orchestrated the attack because he allegedly wanted Cordon out of the house. Cordon has since filed a lawsuit against LeSean.

LeSean McCoy Ex-GF's Frantic 911 Call 'My Face is Demolished'
THE HOME INVASION 911 CALL

On Tuesday, McCoy's baby mama -- Stephanie Maisonet -- filed new docs in the Cordon lawsuit.

Maisonet claims the day before the home invasion, she overheard LeSean on the phone saying, "I need to get this bitch out of my house."

Maisonet says after the attack on Cordon, LeSean called her -- something he didn't often do -- and offered her a deal. Maisonet claims McCoy told her if she'd publicly support his character and insinuate he wasn't behind the attack, he'd roll over in their custody case with their 6-year-old son ... and let her enroll the child in school in Miami.

Maisonet says she allowed a friend of McCoy's to access her Instagram account and post a positive message about the NFLer.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- Maisonet says she believes LeSean has abused their son on multiple occasions ... even making a report with child services. She concludes, "I regret ever agreeing to help LeSean McCoy in this case ... I feel like I am sending our son to a monster every two weeks."

She also included a photo of their son, showing alleged bruises from LeSean on his face.

Tiger Woods can throw back a celebratory cocktail or 2 because he's off probation for his DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Eldrick's probation was terminated by a judge a month earlier than expected because he "successfully completed all regular and special conditions" ... according to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ.

NASCAR CEO Brian France Pleads Not Guilty In Oxy & DWI Case

Published | Updated

NASCAR Chairman and CEO Brian France ain't exactly rolling over in his DWI and Oxycodone possession case ... 'cause he pled not guilty to multiple charges in an NY court.

France -- who's currently on a leave of absence from NASCAR -- was arrested August 5 in Sag Harbor, NY.

Cops say they pulled BF over and suspected he was intoxicated ... so they gave him a field sobriety test -- which they say he bombed.

During the stop, police say they also found Oxycodone pain pills.

To make matters worse, we're told France name-dropped President Trump during the arrest ... in an effort to skate on the charges.

France's attorney appeared on his behalf in Sag Harbor Village Court on Friday ... and pled not guilty to misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated DWI, and DWI.

He's facing up to a year in jail for each charge.

France is due back in court October 5.

The Weeknd & Daft Punk Sued for Stealing 'Starboy'

Published | Updated

If The Weeknd's huge hit, "Starboy," had a familiar sound, it's not because Daft Punk produced it ... it's because the song is a rip-off ... or so another artist claims in a lawsuit.

A self-described poet, singer and songwriter named Yasminah is suing The Weeknd and his mega-producers, claiming her song "Hooyo" is the blueprint for "Starboy."

In the lawsuit, she says she co-wrote and released "Hooyo" in 2009. "Starboy" was released in Nov. 2016. According to Yasminah, the similarities are obvious to the ear -- same hook, same key, similar tempo and both songs feature prominent claps on beats 2 and 4. Translation: they both have great rhythm.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, blog posts have been written describing the similarities between the songs ... and there are thousands of comments on those posts agreeing with Yasminah's ear.

Yasminah says 2 of her producers already threatened lawsuits over the song, which never went to court ... they settled -- which kinda makes sense when you listen to both songs. Yasminah says the problem is, she never got a cut of those settlements.

She's now suing Daft Punk and The Weeknd for at least $5 million.

Amber Rose I Think I Know Who Took My Ring ...

Published | Updated

Amber Rose seems to have a hunch about who might've stolen her engagement ring from Wiz Khalifa, but stops short of naming anyone in particular for one very good reason.

We got Amber Monday heading into LAX and asked if there were any suspects yet in the case of her missing engagement ring. As we first told you, she filed a police report late last week. It doesn't sound like cops have zeroed in on a perp yet, but Amber says she's on the case.

She hints she's already got a short list of suspects -- but says she's still gathering proof.

It also seems like whoever did it might've been close to Amber, 'cause she says this wasn't a security issue. We know she's already addressed that.

BTW, Amber's got a message for the person or people who have the $150k ring. And, it's pretty damn simple ...

'The 100' Star Marie Avgeropoulos Charged with Domestic Violence But, BF Wants Charge Dropped

Published | Updated

1:12 PM PT -- There was a hearing in Marie's case Monday where her attorney, Shawn Holley, argued Marie's BF has absolutely no interest in pressing charges. He claims he didn't know calling the cops would result in her arrest because similar situations are handled completely differently in Canada -- where he's from.

As for why things looked so bad ... Marie's BF told cops he had previous wounds from a mountain biking incident, and they were reopened during the altercation, which is why cops found blood, the lawyer said in court.

As we reported ... Marie was on new meds and mixed it with wine during dinner that evening, and she had a bad reaction. She's no longer taking those pills.

Marie and her BF still live together in Canada, as they have for the last 3 years. He claims she's never been aggressive or violent, and he doesn't need a protective order because she doesn't pose a threat.

Marie Avgeropoulos -- known for playing a post-apocalyptic juvenile delinquent on CW's hit sci-fi show -- is facing some real-life legal trouble now ... a charge for allegedly attacking her boyfriend.

"The 100" star's been hit with one count of misdemeanor corporal injury to a spouse ... this according to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office. She's set to be arraigned Monday. Avgeropoulos was arrested last month for the incident.

We broke the story ... Avgeropoulos' boyfriend called police claiming she hit him during a verbal argument. Cops hauled her off to jail after they said they noticed marks on his body.

Marie then took this memorable, teary-eyed mug shot.

Marie and her BF are due in court later this month.

Elon Musk That 'Pedo' Crack is Gonna Cost You ... Cave Rescuer Sues

Published | Updated

Elon Musk crossed the line when he called a British diver involved in the Thailand cave rescue a "pedo" ... at least according to the diver, who's now suing the billionaire.

Vernon Unsworth says he was the first foreign diver to arrive in Thailand to help rescue the 12 boys trapped in the cave with their soccer coach. You'll recall Unsworth was critical of Elon's efforts to build a mini-submarine to help with the rescue. Unsworth told CNN, Elon's sub was a "PR stunt" that "had absolutely no chance of working."

He added Musk "can stick his submarine where it hurts."

Musk fired back at Unsworth on Twitter, saying, "Sorry pedo guy, you really did ask for it." If you didn't know, Pedo is shorthand for pedophile.

Musk eventually apologized, saying he had reacted in anger. However, Unsworth took note a month later when Musk tweeted, "You don't think it's strange he hasn't sued me?"

Well, here ya go, Elon. Unsworth is suing Elon for defamation, and an undisclosed amount of damages ... i.e. money.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Unsworth denies the "pedo" allegation -- saying he's "not married to a 12-year-old child" ... nor is he a child rapist or child sex trafficker.

Dorial Green-Beckham Pleads Guilty to Drunk Driving

Published | Updated

Ex-NFL wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham has pled guilty to misdemeanor DWI stemming from a December arrest in Missouri ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The story behind the arrest is crazy ...

The 25-year-old had gotten a call around 3 AM on Dec. 30 from a friend -- who was being arrested for DWI -- and needed Dorial to come pick him up.

When the WR arrived to the scene in his white Cadillac Escalade, cops say they noticed Dorial seemed drunk too and administered field sobriety tests ... which he failed. So, Dorial was arrested too.

Green-Beckham was later charged with misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated -- and, according to court records, he appeared in court on Monday and pled guilty.

Sentencing is set for October -- he's facing up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Dorial Green-Beckham was one of the top high school WRs ever -- but never reached his potential in college or the NFL due to off-the-field issues.

He was drafted by the Titans in the 2nd round of the 2015 Draft but didn't last there long. The Eagles picked him up in 2016 and he played 1 season -- racking up 36 catches for 392 yards and 2 TDs.

The Eagles released him before the 2017 season.

Amanda Stanton from 'Bachelor' Hits Beach with BF After Dom. Violence Arrest

Published | Updated

Amanda Stanton and her boyfriend put on a united front during a beach outing ... not long after she was arrested for getting into a fight with him.

The 'Bachelor' and "Bachelor in Paradise" fan favorite hit up Laguna Beach Sunday with BF, Bobby Jacobs ... showing plenty of PDA. It's the first time we've seen them out together since Amanda's arrest last week in Vegas after a drunken post-bachelorette party incident with Bobby.

As we first reported ... security at the Encore was responding to a noise complaint when an apparently boozed-up Amanda tried to intervene, shoving Bobby in the process. We're told that was enough for security to call cops, who arrested Amanda for misdemeanor domestic battery.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Bobby also claims Amanda started to hit him while he was in bed, argued for hours and at one point took the room's phone and swung it at him. Bobby also says Amanda tried kicking him and he tried pinning her down but he says she kept scratching and pinching his arms and body. Amanda had apparently been upset with Bobby 'cause he wasn't answering her calls.

A rep for Amanda told us it was all a misunderstanding ... calling the shove "playful."

No word if Amanda shoved Bobby into the Pacific but they definitely looked playful ... and unconcerned about her arrest.
