Safaree and Erica Mena will head straight to the bank after walking down the aisle ... because we've learned the couple is fielding some insane offers to live stream their wedding.

A rep for Safaree, KD McNair, tells TMZ ... the couple has already received a $350,000 offer to live stream their nuptials! We're told a mainstream digital platform reached out after hearing about Safaree's elaborate Christmas Eve proposal.

Our sources say Safaree and Erica haven't accepted the offer yet, because they're still fielding other bids, but they're definitely interested in showcasing their wedding.

Safaree and Erica have huge social media followings -- 3.8 million Instagram followers for her and 2.1 mil for him -- and we're told the 'Love & Hip Hop' stars believe streaming their wedding makes more sense than a TV special. People will be able to like and comment during the live stream.

Ah, the sweet sounds of wedding bells and cash registers.

Usher has officially filed from divorce from his estranged wife, Grace Miguel, who he publicly split with earlier this year.

The "Let it Burn" singer filed docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in Atlanta Friday to call it quits on the marriage. The move is anything but surprising ... it was back in March -- on the heels of several allegations and lawsuits claiming Usher spread herpes -- the couple announced things were over.

The docs state December 24, 2017 as the couple's date of separation. They also say the two reached a confidential settlement agreement ... so it's all finished and just waiting on a judge to sign off.

In a joint statement, Usher and Grace said, "After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives."

The two got hitched back in 2015 and did not have any children together.

12:30 PM PT -- According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Michael and Jennifer want joint physical and legal custody of their 16-year-old daughter. It appears they'll work out dividing their assets privately including a couple vehicles and several bank accounts.

8:38 AM PT -- Michael tells us the decision to split with Jennifer was an amicable one and they went to court to file the docs together. They've been in the process of splitting amicably since June 2017 but that was delayed when production on "Roseanne" abruptly stopped.

Michael Fishman, famous for playing Roseanne Barr's TV son, is on the road to ending his marriage with wife Jennifer Briner after more than 19 years of matrimony.

Jennifer filed docs Thursday for legal separation. The couple tied the knot in 1999, when Michael was a teenager, and have two children together. It's unknown what led to the split.

Michael played D.J. Conner as a child actor on "Roseanne" from 1988-97, and reprised the role for this year's reboot.

We got him back in October outside NBC Studios in NYC where we asked him about Barr's departure from the show, and he called continuing the program without her "bittersweet."

As you know, Roseanne's character was killed off the show by an opioid overdose during the season premiere. Ratings for the reboot's second premiere were significantly less than the first ... (10.8 million vs. 18.2 million).

Safaree brings a lot more to his relationships than his famous anaconda, he's also a gentleman ... because he went out of his way to get permission from Erica Mena's mom and son before his elaborate Christmas Eve proposal.

We're told Erica's mom and son were 100% down with the proposal ... they've loved Safaree ever since he starred alongside Erica in VH1's "Scared Famous."

Safaree also wanted his mom to sign off, because she's been highly critical of the women he dates. Fortunately for him and Erica, Mom's a big fan of hers.

A gentleman who's been blessed downstairs ... sounds like Safaree is quite the catch. Way to go, Erica.

Actor Forest Whitaker is ending his marriage with wife Keisha Nash Whitaker after more than 20 years of matrimony.

Whitaker filed docs Thursday in Los Angeles to call it quits. The two got married in 1996 and have 3 adult daughters together. It's currently unknown what led to the split.

Whitaker cites irreconcilable differences in his divorce petition. There are no minor children, so no custody issues. He's also asking the court to terminate any spousal support ... but this is done a lot when there's already an overriding property agreement in place.

Forest and Keisha met on the set of "Blown Away" in 1994 and started dating shortly after ... they had their wedding in Jamaica.

In an interview with Ebony a few years ago, Keisha said of Forest, “I had seen him in ‘A Rage in Harlem,'" and “Right away, I thought Forest had a gentle soul and a nice spirit.”

Miley and Liam got their license in Williamson County, Tennessee on December 18 ... 5 days before they got hitched at Miley's home outside of Nashville.

Paris Hilton's not mincing words anymore -- she says the $2 million engagement ring she got from Chris Zylka is hers to keep ... and he didn't spend a dime on it, anyway.

We got Paris at LAX Wednesday and asked her to clarify recent comments she made, suggesting the jeweler who provided the ring got millions in free publicity ... so it's going to stay with her.

Now she's going a step further, emphatically telling us ... "It's mine." She also says it was free in the first place ... implying Chris didn't actually buy it so he has no claim to it.

As we've told you ... after Zylka proposed to Paris, the story was he bought the ring -- which features a massive 20-carat diamond that took about 4 months to cut.

But, Paris now says that was never the case, and according to her ... she's paid for the ring via social media promotion and whatnot.

Not sure that will hold up in the court of law, but until we hear more from Zylka or the jeweler ... we know where to find the ring.

Miley Cyrus just broke her silence on the rumors that she and Liam Hemsworth got married over the holidays -- it looks like a confirmation ... sealed with a kiss.

The singer shared a few intimate pics Wednesday of the happy couple at what's believed to be their wedding ceremony last weekend in Tennessee. One of the photos is of the presumed bride and groom kissing, and there are a few more of the couple embracing.

The pics come with the caption, "10 years later ....." -- which lines up with when the 2 would have met as they began filming the 2010 Nicholas Sparks movie, "The Last Song."

Sparks even commented on the news by congratulating the couple saying it makes him so happy ... and Miley replied with 3 heart emojis.

And check it out ... Liam's got a wedding ring on.

As we reported ... photos surfaced of a party Sunday night that appeared to be a wedding reception, including one of Miley and Liam cutting what looked like a wedding cake.

Corinne Olympios spent Xmas day enjoying the Miami Beach sun with her boyfriend.

The former "Bachelor" and "Bachelor in Paradise" contestant was hanging with Jon Yunger. She's been seeing him since May.

This pool encounter turned out a lot better than a previous outing last year, when Corinne accused DeMario Jackson of sexually assaulting her on the set of "Bachelor in Paradise." She claimed she was super drunk and did not give consent to the sexual contact. The allegation brought filming of "BIP" to a halt.

An investigation -- which included video of the encounter -- concluded Corrine was a willing participant and there was no sexual assault. Filming resumed, but Corrine and DeMario were no longer on the show.

Safaree surprised his girlfriend, Erica Mena, with an early Christmas present ... because he dropped down on one knee and proposed with a beautiful engagement ring!!!

We're told the proposal went down Christmas Eve at Erica's house in Atlanta, where friends and family surrounded the happy couple. The 'Love & Hip Hop' stars started dating earlier this year, and they're already taking the next step!

Our sources say Safaree surprised his girl with 20,000 rose petals surrounded by 200 candles before popping the question. Safaree pulled out all the stops, because 112 was in the house singing "Cupid" and "Crazy Over You" in front of a full, live band in her living room!

After Erica said yes, a firework show started outside the house!

Heidi Klum got an early Christmas present from rocker boyfriend Tom Kaulitz ... a shiny new engagement ring.

Heidi shared the happy news Monday on her Instagram and Twitter page, gushing about getting engaged to her man after a little over a year of dating.

Heidi posted this cute black and white photo with the caption, "I SAID YES."

It looks like Heidi can't wait to get married to Tom ... she's got her left hand draped all over her man and they're both beaming as they flash the engagement ring.

The German super couple -- Tom's the guitarist for Tokio Hotel -- shared the news the day after a fun, family trip to Disneyland.

Heidi has gotten hitched twice before. She was married to Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002 and Seal from 2005 to 2014.

Offset hit up a casino Saturday night in Puerto Rico, making the most of his vacation and apparent reconciliation with Cardi B.

Offset and a friend played craps at the Sheraton Convention Center in San Juan. Eyewitnesses tell TMZ, the Migos rapper was betting $10k on each roll of the dice. He plunked down $60k. Offset won some, but lost more.

The night before Offset was backstage as Cardi B performed at the same Convention Center.

It sure seems like the ice has thawed ... after Cardi proclaimed 3 weeks ago her marriage was over.

Matthew popped the question to Kiley Casciano Sunday in the produce section of Erewhon market in Venice, CA.

Fast forward -- you don't really have to even fast forward -- 3 hours, and they were hitched. It looks like they tied the knot somewhere in Venice.

40-year-old Matthew, who also starred in "Legally Blonde," posted, "When you ask your lover if they want to get married while shopping in the produce section of Erewhon, and 3 hours later you're married on Christmas Eve Eve."

He famously dated Zooey Deschanel back in 2001. It's Matthew's second marriage. He got hitched to singer Leelee Sobieski in 2008 and they divorced 2 months later.
